Abstract

本发明涉及一种轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机，在起重机的上部主横梁上配置有一部起重小车，连接起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，在起重机的上部主横梁上还配置有另一部起重小车，由此组成二部起重小车即双小车，双小车分别设有各自独立的轨道，并且分别连接各自的起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，以便司机分别控制。使用本发明的起重机，其装卸作业生产率要比使用常规的单小车形式的轨道式龙门型集装箱起重机高出50％以上，会给集装箱码头和堆场带来很大的经济效益。本轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机尤其适应于集装箱空箱堆场使用，可大大提高空箱堆场的装卸效率，其发展前景和市场应用广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱起重机，特别涉及一种轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机。
背景技术
世界集装箱运输的旺盛需求和集装箱港口吞吐量的不断增长，对集装箱装卸技术装备提出了更新更高的要求，迫切需要开发设计高效率的码头和堆场用的集装箱装卸系统，以满足码头堆场大型化和高效率对起重机生产率的要求。
目前世界上集装箱码头后方堆场和其他内陆集装箱堆场所使用的轨道式龙门型集装箱起重机全部为单小车形式，其装卸效率较低。采用双小车形式的轨道式龙门型集装箱起重机目前还是一个空白。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种新的轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机，它解决了现有轨道式龙门型集装箱起重机全部采用单小车形式、其装卸效率较低的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机，在起重机的上部主横梁上配置有一部起重小车，连接起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，在起重机的上部主横梁上还配置有另一部起重小车，由此组成二部起重小车即双小车，双小车分别设有各自独立的轨道，并且分别连接各自的起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，以便司机分别控制。
本发明的轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机是一种新型的集装箱装卸设备，使用这种设备的装卸作业生产率要比使用常规的单小车形式的轨道式龙门型集装箱起重机高出50％以上，会给集装箱码头和堆场带来很大的经济效益。本轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机尤其适应于集装箱空箱堆场使用，可大大提高空箱堆场的装卸效率，其发展前景和市场应用广阔。

具体实施方式
参看图1和图2，本发明是一种轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机，在起重机的上部主横梁1上配置二部起重小车2，即双小车2。双小车2分别设有各自独立的轨道，二根轨道均安置在主横梁1上。
双小车2分别连接各自的起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，以便司机分别控制。双小车2在司机的控制下，可以分别各自分开运行，也可联合运行或同步运行。当一部小车出现故障或不运行时，另一部小车仍可正常运行。
双小车2的悬挂吊具3的布置形式为：悬挂吊具3的长度方向4垂直于起重机大车运行轨道5，以使二部小车在任何工况下都能互不干涉地全行程运行，也就是任何一部小车都能互不干涉地到达其负责的堆场区域内的集装箱上方。图1中标号9是堆场堆放的集装箱长度方向。
本发明的轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机适应于各种类型的集装箱港口堆场和集装箱内陆堆场的需求，特别适应于起重量小起重箱多的集装箱空箱堆场和无人操作的自动化集装箱堆场使用，能够发挥更大的装卸优势，为全面提高集装箱堆场装卸设备的作业效益和技术水平开创一个全新的作业模式。

Claims (2)

1.一种轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机，在起重机的上部主横梁上配置有一部起重小车，连接起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，其特征在于，在起重机的上部主横梁上还配置有另一部起重小车，由此组成二部起重小车即双小车，双小车分别设有各自独立的轨道，并且分别连接各自的起升驱动机构、小车运行机构、起升钢丝绳缠绕系统以及吊具悬挂系统，以便司机分别控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道式双小车龙门型集装箱起重机，其特征在于，所述双小车的悬挂吊具的布置形式为其长度方向垂直于起重机大车运行轨道，以使二部小车互不干涉地全行程运行。
