Abstract

L'invention concerne un portique à conteneurs comportant deux chariots sur rails. Sur la poutre principale de la partie supérieure du portique se trouve un chariot relié au mécanisme d'entraînement de l'équipement de levage, à l'équipement de déplacement, au système d'enroulement de câble de levage et au système de suspension de l'ensemble de levage. Ce portique comprend également un chariot supplémentaire. Ces deux chariots sont pourvus respectivement d'un rail indépendant et sont respectivement raccordés au mécanisme d'entraînement de l'équipement de levage, à l'équipement de déplacement, au système d'enroulement de câble de levage et au système de suspension de l'ensemble de levage, de sorte que le grutier puisse facilement les commander. Le portique selon l'invention permet d'augmenter de plus de 50 % l'efficacité des opérations de chargement et de déchargement par rapport à un portique à conteneurs classique équipé d'un seul chariot sur rail et, par conséquent, d'assurer un rendement économique élevé du terminal à conteneurs. Il présente donc des perspectives de marché prometteuses. Ce portique à deux chariots sur rails est particulièrement adapté pour l'empilement de conteneurs vides.
