Abstract

本发明提供一种三叉式等速万向接头。在该三叉式等速万向接头中,为了不使用由哥特式尖拱形状的滚柱引导面形成的角接触,而产生用于修正滚柱(34)的滚动方向倾斜的恢复力偶并降低表面压力,对应滚柱引导面(16)的曲率半径(R),在一定的扭矩负载状态下,通过滚柱(34)和滚柱引导面(16)的接触部的弹性变形,使形成全面接触的范围内的滚柱外周面(34b)的母线曲率半径(r)的最小值为r1,最大值为r2时,将母线曲率半径(r)设定在r1≤r≤r2的范围内。

Description

三叉式等速万向接头
技术领域
本发明关于一种三叉式等速万向接头,可用于汽车和各种产业机械的动力传送。例如,当装入到汽车的驱动系统中,并在非直线上所存在的旋转轴彼此之间以等角速度进行旋转力的传送时,进行利用。
背景技术
作为一种解决关于三叉式等速万向接头的旋转3次的轴向力的车辆的强烈振动的装置,例如在日本专利的特表平4-503554号公报、日本专利早期公开的特开平5-215141号公报中,记录了一种所谓的双滚柱型,且外滚柱4是沿外侧接头构件1的导向沟2而对外侧接头构件1的轴线平行滚动的类型的三叉式等速万向接头(参照图7)。在这些三叉式等速万向接头中,借由使外侧接头构件1的滚柱引导面3的形状为哥特式尖拱形状,且使与滚柱4的接触状态为角接触,从而可具有产生用于修正滚柱4的滚动方向倾斜(在图3的平面内的倾斜)的恢复力偶,并使滚柱4对导向沟保持平行的效果。
为了对具有受限的幅面的滚柱而使角接触成立,需要使图7中以符号P表示的压力角(接触角度)小,该结果有时无法得到足够的恢复力偶。而且,为了管理接触角度,需要将滚柱引导面的曲率半径和滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径的差设定得比较大,这样一来就使接触面压力增大,所以有时接触部会提前被磨损。任意一种情况都会导致性能的下降,有时会使搭载该接头的车辆发生强烈振动。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决这些问题而形成的。即,本发明的课题是提供一种采用不使用由哥特式尖拱形状的滚柱引导面形成的角接触,而产生用于修正滚柱的滚动方向倾斜的恢复力偶并降低表面压力的构造,且长期维持NVH特性的三叉式等速万向接头。
本发明为一种包括在内周面的圆周方向三等分位置形成导向沟的外侧接头构件、在圆周方向三等分位置形成沿半径方向突出的支轴的内侧接头构件、在各支轴上以可自如旋转且自如变向的形态被担持(支撑)的滚柱,并使滚柱在导向沟内沿外侧接头构件的轴线方向进行转动的三叉式等速万向接头;其特征在于:使滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径较外径半径(滚柱的横断面半径)小,当对滚柱引导面的曲率半径,在一定的扭矩负载状态下,利用滚柱和滚柱引导面的接触部的弹性变形,使形成全面接触的范围内的滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径的最小值为r1,最大值为r2时,将母线曲率半径r设定在r1≤r≤r2的范围内。
利用该设定,可在滚柱的整个幅面上设置接触角度,并可使扭矩负载时的前述恢复力偶增大。而且,由于在高负载区域形成全面接触,所以接触面压力大幅减少且接触部的磨损减少。在上述设定中,滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径r是以到稍小于滚柱引导面的曲率半径R的范围作为容许范围。由于滚柱为圆环形状,所以如果产生滚柱的滚动方向倾斜,则形成与r>R设定相同的状态,即变成滚柱的宽度方向的中心附近从滚柱引导面离开,并在宽度方向的两端附近进行接触。
这里,如果举出一定的扭矩负载的具体例,为接头的破损扭矩的1/2以下的范围。而且,接头的破损扭矩具体地说,相当于由轴的最小轴径所求得的静态扭转断裂扭矩。
也可在滚轮外周面的宽度方向两末端,从滚柱引导沟沿退出方向设置较母线曲率半径小的曲率半径的圆形,借此,可回避在滚柱的宽度方向末端的边缘负载。
如利用本发明,可不使用利用哥特式尖拱形状的滚柱引导面的角接触,而产生对滚柱的滚动方向倾斜进行修正的大的恢复力偶,而且,由于可降低接触面压力,所以磨损减少,可长期维持NVH特性。

具体实施方式
下面对图中所例示的本发明的实施形态进行说明。首先,参照图2A、2B以及图3,对三叉式等速万向接头的基本构成进行叙述。这里,图2A为使部分呈断面的接头的侧视图,图2B为支轴和滚柱组装部件的横截面图,图3为取动作角θ的状态的接头的纵截面。如图所示,等速万向接头由外侧接头构件10和三叉构件20构成,应该连结的二轴中的一个与外侧接头构件10连接,另一个与三叉构件20连接。外侧接头构件10由有底筒状的口部12和轴杆部18构成,且与应该由轴杆18的三角形花键轴连结的二轴中的一个连结。在口部12的内周面的圆周方向三等分位置,形成有沿轴方向伸展的导向沟14。在各导向沟14的、沿圆周方向对合的侧壁上,形成有滚柱引导面16。三叉构件20由轮毂部22和支轴26构成,且与应该由轮毂部22上所形成的三角形花键孔24连结的二轴中的其它一个连结。支轴26从轮毂部22的圆周方向三等分位置向半径方向突出。在各支轴26上担持(支撑)有滚柱组装部件(32、34、36)。该滚柱组装部件被收纳在外侧接头构件10的导向沟14中。
在该实施形态中,支轴26的外周面26a由横截面(图2B)看,为长径与接头的轴线直交的椭圆形状,由纵截面(图3)看,为与支轴平行的直线形状,且横截面在轴方向的所有位置形成迭合。支轴26的横截面形状在三叉构件20的轴方向为短径,且彼此对合的面沿交互方向从假想圆筒面向小径侧退避。
滚柱·组装部件包含有环圈32、滚柱34、转动体36。环圈32外嵌在支轴26上,且环圈32和滚柱34通过若干个转动体36被单元化,构成有可相对转动的滚柱·组装部件。即,在环圈32的圆筒形外周面32b和滚柱34的圆筒形内周面之间,转动体36可转动自如地插于其中。在该实施形态中,借由在滚柱34的内周面上形成的环状沟中安装挡圈33、35,从而使环圈32和滚柱34一体化,并谋求对转动体36的退出限制。
如图4所放大表示的,环圈32的内周面32a具有圆弧状凸截面。即,内周面32a的母线为凸圆弧。虽然也可使环圈32的内周面32a在几乎全长的范围内为凸圆弧(参照图2A),但在这里,环圈32的内周面32a的母线由中央的圆弧部m和其两侧的退出部n的组合所形成。退出部n如图3所示,接头是具有为避开取动作角θ时的支轴26的干涉的部分,由从圆弧部m的末端向环圈32的末端缓缓增大直径的直线或曲线构成。这里,例示有使退出部n为圆锥角α=50°的圆锥面的一部分的情况。
如上所述,由于环圈32的内周面32a的母线为半径R的凸圆弧,以及支轴26的横截面形状略呈椭圆形状且在支轴26和环圈32之间设有一定的缝隙,所以环圈32不只可在支轴26的轴方向上进行移动,还可对支轴26自如变向摇动。而且,如上所述,因为环圈32和滚柱34通过转动体36相对转动自如地被单元化,所以对支轴26,环圈32和滚柱34处于一种作为单元可自由变向摇动的关系。这里,所说的自由变向,是指在含有支轴26的轴线的平面内,环圈32及滚柱34的轴线对支轴26的轴线产生倾斜(参照图3)。这样,滚柱34对支轴26可自由变向摇动,结果即使在接头取动作角的状态下传达扭矩时,滚柱34也可沿外侧接头构件的轴线方向,保持平行的姿势并在滚柱引导面16上进行转动。
与滚柱34的外周面34b相接的外侧接头构件10的滚柱引导面16,呈曲率半径R的圆弧状的横截面形状。滚柱34的外周面34b的母线,为一种以从滚柱34的轴线沿半径方向离开的位置上的点为曲率中心的圆弧。滚柱34的外周面34b的母线曲率半径r较滚柱34的外径半径R小。具体地说,滚柱34的外周面34b的母线曲率半径r,对应滚柱引导面16的曲率半径R,在该等速万向接头的破损扭矩的二分之一以下的扭矩负载状态下,通过滚柱34和滚柱引导面16的接触部的弹性变形,使形成全面接触的范围内的滚柱外周面34b的母线曲率半径的最小值为r1,最大值为r2时,设定在r1≤r≤r2的范围内为佳。
在上述设定中,滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径r以到稍小于滚柱引导面16的曲率半径R的范围作为容许范围。由于滚柱34为圆环形状,所以如果产生滚柱34的滚动方向倾斜,则形成与r>R设定相同的状态,即滚柱34的宽度方向的中心附近从滚柱引导面16离开,并在宽度方向的两端附近进行接触。利用该设定,可在滚柱34的整个幅面上设置接触角度,并可使扭矩负载时的前述恢复力偶增大。而且,因为在高负载区域形成全面接触,所以接触面压力大幅减少,从而能够降低接触部的磨损。
在图示的实施形态中,使滚柱34的宽度方向两末端,形成设有较母线曲率半径r小的曲率半径r3及r4的圆形,并作为从滚柱引导面16退出的形状。借此,能够回避在滚柱34的宽度方向末端的边缘负载。
图5及图6所示为另外的实施形态。任意一个都是滚柱对应支轴自如旋转且自如变向摇动,关于滚柱引导面的曲率半径和滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径的关系,也与上述的实施形态相同。下面只对不同的部分进行说明。图5的等速万向接头,通过转动体136由相对转动自如的环圈132和滚柱134构成滚柱组装部件130,且环圈132的圆筒形内周面外嵌在支轴126的球形外周面上。图6的等速万向接头,通过转动体236由相对转动自如的环圈232和滚柱234构成滚柱组装部件230,且使环圈232的凹球状内周面嵌入于支轴226的球面状外周面中。

Claims (3)

1.一种三叉式等速万向接头,包括:
在内周面的圆周方向三等分位置形成导向沟的外侧接头构件;
在圆周方向三等分位置形成沿半径方向突出的支轴的内侧接头构件;以及
在各支轴上以可自如旋转且自如变向的形态被支持的滚柱;
其中滚柱在导向沟内沿外侧接头构件的轴线方向进行转动,其特征在于:
滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径较外径半径(滚柱的横断面半径)小,当对滚柱引导面的曲率半径,在一定的扭矩负载状态下,利用滚柱和滚柱引导面的接触部的弹性变形,使形成全面接触的范围内的滚柱外周面的母线曲率半径的最小值为r1,最大值为r2时,将母线曲率半径r设定在r1≤r≤r2的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的三叉式等速万向接头,其特征在于:前述扭矩负载相当于接头的破损扭矩的1/2以下。
3.如权利要求1所述的三叉式等速万向接头,其特征在于:在滚柱外周面的宽度方向两末端,从滚柱引导沟沿退出方向设置较母线曲率半径小的曲率半径的圆形。
