本发明涉及一种新型三球销式移动节，由三球销万向节、三柱槽壳组成，所述的三球销万向节放置于滚道内，该三球销万向节上装有三个球环，该球环位于三柱槽壳的滚道内，并呈间隙配合；所述的三柱槽壳的滚道为AC接触型结构，即两点接触结构；所述的三球销万向节的三销架轴颈采用阶梯式结构轴颈；所述的球环的内圈与三销架轴颈的接触处采用弧形结构；本发明的有益效果为：可以满足更小的空间布置要求，圆周尺寸缩小8％；重量减轻8％；与普通三球销式移动节性能提升20％；更小的圆周间隙；具有更优的NVH性能。

本发明属于三球销式移动节技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型三球销式移动节。
背景技术
三球销式移动节是由三球销万向节、三柱槽壳组成。现有三球销式移动节结构较大，在满足强度、寿命要求的前提下，选择的产品的结构较大，不能满足客户的空间布置要求，不能满足客户日益降低产品重量，满足汽车燃油经济性的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种新型三球销式移动节，在满足强度要求、寿命要求的前提下，改进优化产品设计结构，减小产品的尺寸，以满足空间布置要求，降低产品重量要求，提高产品性能。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，由三球销万向节、三柱槽壳组成，所述的三球销万向节放置于滚道内，该三球销万向节上装有三个球环，该球环位于三柱槽壳的滚道内，并呈间隙配合；所述的三柱槽壳的滚道为AC接触型结构，即两点接触结构。
作为优选，所述的三球销万向节的三销架轴颈采用阶梯式结构轴颈。
作为优选，所述的球环的内圈与三销架轴颈的接触处采用弧形结构。
本发明的有益效果为：可以满足更小的空间布置要求，圆周尺寸缩小8％；重量减轻8％；与普通三球销式移动节性能提升20％；更小的圆周间隙；具有更优的NVH性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍：如附图1至3所示，本发明由三球销万向节1、三柱槽壳2组成，所述的三球销万向节1放置于三柱槽壳2内，该三球销万向节1上装有三个球环3，该球环3位于三柱槽壳2的滚道21内，并呈间隙配合；所述的三柱槽壳2的滚道21为AC接触型结构，即两点接触结构。
所述的三球销万向节1的三销架轴颈11采用阶梯式结构轴颈。
所述的球环3的内圈31与三销架轴颈11的接触处采用弧形结构。
通过优化三柱槽壳2的滚道21的设计，将原先滚道21的圆弧形更改成AC型(两点接触)，有利于使用中油脂对滚道21的润滑，从而提高接触疲劳寿命。
通过优化三柱槽壳2的滚道21的直径和球环3的直径配合，以减小在工作中承受的应力，从而提高产品寿命和强度，提高球环3的抗压碎力。
通过优化三球销万向节1的三销架轴颈11的设计，采用特殊材料，特殊热处理控制方式，球环3的优化设计，从而提高整体的强度，达到空间尺寸显著减小的情况下，强度与现有普通三球销式万向节相当。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式，不论在其形状或材料构成上作任何变化，凡是采用本发明所提供的结构设计，都是本发明的一种变形，均应认为在本发明保护范围之内。

1.一种新型三球销式移动节，由三球销万向节(1)、三柱槽壳(2)组成，其特征在于：所述的三球销万向节(1)放置于三柱槽壳(2)内，该三球销万向节(1)上装有三个球环(3)，该球环(3)位于三柱槽壳(2)的滚道(21)内，并呈间隙配合；所述的三柱槽壳(2)的滚道(21)为AC接触型结构，即两点接触结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型三球销式移动节，其特征在于：所述的三球销万向节(1)的三销架轴颈(11)采用阶梯式结构轴颈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型三球销式移动节，其特征在于：所述的球环(3)的内圈(31)与三销架轴颈(11)的接触处采用弧形结构。
