背景技术
材料的识别,或者机器及机器部件的识别,大体上是为人所知的。在包装件和包装材料的情况下,尤其是在卷烟盒的情况下,把有关盒子产品或盒子内容的数据以编码形式呈现在盒子上,是件重要的事情。在机器部件、机器组件以及尤其是替换部件的情况下,进行识别就可确保对专门格式所用的机器部件做正确安排。
发明内容
本发明在广义上涉及对目标进行电子识别,尤其是借助于射频技术未进行识别。为了达到这个目的,就采用所谓转发器(transponder)。
本发明的目的是提出措施,借助于转发器来识别目标,该转发器用于记录可获取的信息。
按照本发明的第一方面,提供一种借助折叠转台生产卷烟盒的包装机,所述折叠转台带有在承载件上用于坯件或盒的袋槽,其特征在于:a)转发器附着在折叠转台上,带有以识别折叠转台为目的的存储数据;b)转发器埋置在承载件的壁上的凹陷部中;c)在包装机中,电子识读器设置在转发器区域内的静止位置上,用于识读存储数据;d)识读器连接于中央鉴定装置。
按照本发明的第二方面,提供一种借助标记将数据、信息等施加在卷烟盒上的方法,所述标记能够以非接触的方式识读,其特征在于:a)将至少一个转发器设置在个别的卷烟盒或多个卷烟盒的捆包盒子上,所述转发器附着在所述卷烟盒或所述捆包盒子的包装的内侧;b)借助电子书写器将涉及卷烟盒或盒的内容物的数据或信息设置在转发器内;c)为了识别卷烟盒或为了获取转发器的数据或信息,将带有转发器的卷烟盒朝向电子识读器。
按照本发明的第三方面,提供一种用于生产卷烟盒包装材料坯件的方法,其特征在于:a)连续地传送包装材料的材料带;b)接连地借助粘合剂附着和固定转发器,所述粘合剂粘贴在材料带的构成成品盒的内侧的一侧上;c)使附着在材料带上的转发器相互保持一个距离,即,所保持的位置相应于准备从材料带切下的坯件的尺寸及相应于在卷烟盒或捆包盒子内的所需位置;d)在将转发器附着在材料带上以后,将具有一个转发器的每个坯件从材料带切下,并进行处理以便生产卷烟盒或捆包盒子。

具体实施方式
这些图纸显示使用及应用转发器的重要例子,该转发器即数据根据射频技术原理进行操作的数据承载件。转发器可以呈现为不同形状及尺寸的,例如可以为标签状、条带状或圆盘状的,但也可以构形为圆筒状或杆状的。所有种类的信息和数据都可以存储在转发器上,具体说,是借助于电子书写器而传递的。数据还可由对应构造的识读器检索。
使用转发器,其一个特殊性能是用于识别机器部件和机器零件。图1显示用于生产铰接盖型卷烟盒的包装机侧视图,具体说,该卷烟盒的盒子边缘是圆的-即圆角铰接盖盒子。该包装机包括多个组件。坯件处理设备(见图2)和折叠转台(见图3,图4)是作为例子显示的。
图2所示坯件处理设备,其设计方案为已知的,其具有坯件料斗10,坯件可从该料斗中由所谓分配辊(dispenser roll)11取出。坯件被输送给坯件路径12,在该路径的区域中配置了各种各样的工具,这些工具对坯件执行折叠或使其变形。在生产圆角盒子时,圆角盒子的边缘为预制的,具体说,是借助于成形工具折叠坯件侧折叶而预制,也就是说,在本例中是借助于制圆辊(rounding roller)而预制的。此组件的构造和操作方法从美国专利第4708704号中可知。
图2所示设备有待作为整体或作为相对的一个个零件来被识别,因此,就可以使这些零件准确分配,尤其是相对于识别它们本来的情况而分配。为了达到这个目的,就把至少一个适当编程的转发器14附着于图2所示坯件处理设备。特殊性能在于转发器14是在被保护或隐蔽的位置上附着的,因此就排除了操纵的可能性,即不会被损坏或改动,其结果,未经许可就不能靠近它。为了达到这个目的,转发器14埋置在机器零件中。在所示示范实施例中,圆筒状或杆状转发器埋置在制圆辊13中。后者是由柔韧的材料制成的,射频波可以穿过该辊而不受干扰。在所示情况下,转发器14的承载件即制圆辊13是由塑料制成的。当制造机器零件时,就埋置转发器14。作为可选方案,转发器14也可随后插入适当的凹陷部中,该凹陷部由盖子封住。
转发器14的数据在机器中被检查。在坯件处理设备的情况下,数据涉及可供适当用途的可拆卸装置的分配。数据由识读器15记录。识读器15连接着(中央的)鉴定装置(evaluation unit),该装置用于处理所收集到的数据。只要根据转发器14所记录和所鉴定的数据而识别出有缺陷的机器部件,就会产生错误信号。识读器15被定位于包装机中,或定位于坯件处理设备区域内,使得它瞄准相关的转发器14并被布置得与转发器邻近。
另一个重要的示范实施例显示于图3和图4中。包装机的构成部分是折叠转台16。在本例中,该转台被构造得使平坦的板状承载件17能围着垂直轴线转动。在承载件17外周边上连接了袋槽18,每个袋槽均能容纳一个坯件或盒子。
折叠转台16或其承载件17,是包装机的可替换组件。连接在直立的轴颈19末端上的承载件17,可借助于螺钉而取下。
当要替换折叠转台16或承载件17时,必须确保把正确类型的所替换装置安装上。为了达到这个目的,折叠转台16具有(平坦的、圆盘状的)转发器20,该转发器附着于承载件17的底部一侧。在此例中,也为转发器20分配了一个识读器15。后者也连接在折叠转台16或承载件17下方的静态位置上,从而,转发器20就在至少一个(安装)位置上与识读器15相反。识读器15也连接着中央鉴定装置。
一个特殊性能在于,转发器20并不附着在机器零件即承载件17的外部,而是埋置在其中。承载件17具有模铸或铸造的凹陷部21,在该凹陷部中,支承件22与被埋置的转发器20一起插入。支承件22可以是塑料制成的,但至少应当是由相对于转发器20的技术为中性的材料所制成。转发器20受保护并被防止未经授权的操纵。
图5与图6显示了与卷烟包装件合用的特殊用途的转发器23。转发器附着于捆包盒子24-卷烟硬纸盒,该卷烟硬纸盒中装有一组(为10个)卷烟盒。捆包盒子24具有外包装物,转发器23就附着在其内侧上,具体说是附着在表面大的包装件壁25的区域中。转发器23容纳着尤其是与卷烟的制造及其包装有关的数据。可采用识读器26来识读这种数据以便进行控制。
多个此种捆包盒子24被放入一个较大的容器中,即箱子27中,以便运输。采用识读器26以决定箱子27是否装满了捆包盒子24。也可以通过扫描箱子27中捆包盒子24的所有转发器23来决定箱子27里是否装满了同样产品的捆包盒子24。
以转发器23来进行包装件的工业生产,其情况如图7所示,从而,转发器23被输送给连续材料带28并被附着在其准确位置上。转发器23被定位得在连续切割坯件期间,例如在图5所示生产捆包盒子24期间,在每个包装件的坯件上采取合乎要求的位置。转发器23是借助于专门的传送带29而被输送给材料带28并附着于该材料带的,例如以胶粘剂附着于它。
图7所示情况的另一个特殊性能在于,转发器23位于材料带28与另一材料带30之间,即被埋置在这些材料带28、30之间。这两个材料带28、30均由适当布置的偏转辊使它们以会聚方式或漏斗状的方式而被引导。转发器23附着于材料带28,同时,转发器又是单独被指引的。随后,材料带28、30在施压辊31、32之间结合起来并彼此连接,因而就埋置转发器23。这样形成的多层的材料带,被输送给坯件处理设备,以便切割包装件所用坯件,从而,每个坯件就具有至少一个转发器23在其合乎要求的位置上。
图8显示在使用转发器23时的另一特殊性能。在包装件完成期间,尤其是卷烟所用捆包盒子24完成期间,以及与外包装物合用时,转发器直接附着于外包装物所用的坯件33。捆包盒子24的制造在此大略显示,所显示的捆包盒子具有两个折叠转台34、35。在此情况下,退出第二折叠转台35的捆包盒子24的顶部一侧上具有转发器23,更确切地说该转发器是在顶部盒子壁25的内侧上。
转发器23附着于承载带(carrier web)36,以便供应及取回转发器。此处的转发器23间隔了一段距离,这样就确保达到生产过程的技术要求,即确保转发器23能够被输送给坯件33,而该坯件已经处于折叠转台34的入口一侧备用。在每种情况下,坯件33-它是从材料带上切割下来的-均被定位于折叠转台34的袋槽37前方的直立平面上。包裹一组卷烟的过程是按通常方式进行的,即把U形的盒子组的外包装物插入袋槽37中,并使得连同该外包装物一起取出坯件33。在此过程中,转发器23及坯件33的对应部分就被定位于盒子组顶部一侧。
带有转发器23的承载带36以特殊方式准备。转发器23由粘合方式可分离地固定在承载带36上。在一个偏转区域即小直径的偏转辊38所在的区域中,转发器23被传送给坯件33,具体说是被压靠在坯件上,同时又从承载带36上分离开。承载带跟随着偏转辊38而通向卷取辊39,该辊把承载带36缠绕起来以供再度使用。
在所示实施例中,书写器40即用于把相应的数据传递给转发器23的那个电子装置,被布置在未折叠坯件33的区域中,即与偏转辊38相反的那个区域中。用于识别包装件内容的数据,因而在开始折叠过程之前就被立刻记录了。
图9与图10与特殊类型的卷烟盒41即软杯状盒子(soft-cuppack)的设计和生产有关。它被设计得使U形条带42布置为横向跨过盒子的末端表面。此条带42充当卷烟盒的封闭装置,但它首要用途是税票条。此处的特殊性能在于,转发器43附着在条带42上,最好是在其内侧上。转发器43能够容纳与任何所要求的税收数据有关的数据,但也能容纳与卷烟及其盒子有关的数据。
图10显示条带设备,该设备的结构基本上与美国专利第5972153号所述者相同。条带42是从对应的预印刷材料带44上切割下来的,并由抽吸带45输送给被折叠转台所传送的卷烟盒41。横向切口为已完工的条带42准备材料带44。为了达到这个目的,材料带44的一侧被印刷了字段(field),以便形成条带42。每个这种字段都被分配了一个转发器43,该转发器位于材料带44的反面。输送给卷烟盒的条带42因此就已经把转发器43附着在条带内侧上了。
转发器43的启动是便利的,即在条带42附着在卷烟盒41上之前转发器已经带有必需的数据。在本例中,电子书写器46被布置在材料带44的区域中,而且当材料带44移动通过书写器46时就把适当于要求的数据传送给转发器43。作为一种可选方案,可做预备,从而,当条带42被附着在盒子上之后就把数据传送给转发器43。当条带是单独预备,而且堆垛着使用或从分配给包装机的条带料斗中取用时,此处所述的特殊性能也可类似地应用。

Claims (5)
1.一种检查用于卷烟的较大容器、也就是用于运输的箱子(27)的内容物的方法,所述箱子的内容物为多个捆包盒子(24),每个捆包盒子(24)具有被外包装物围绕的一组卷烟盒,其特征在于:
a)每个捆包盒子(24)带有数据承载件,该数据承载件构造为带有关于卷烟盒的信息和数据的转发器(20);
b)转发器(23)附着于每个捆包盒子(24)的外包装物的内侧;
c)在箱子(27)被装满后,捆包盒子(24)的所有转发器(23)的数据被识读器(26)获得和鉴定;
d)识读器(15)连接到中央鉴定装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:转发器(23)首先被附着于用于外包装物的坯件(33),该坯件然后被围绕所述一组卷烟盒而折叠,使得转发器(23)位于外包装物的内侧,在表面大的包装件壁(25)的区域中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:转发器(23)彼此相距一定距离而可分离地附着于承载带(36)上,该承载带被盘绕为带卷,并且,当承载带(36)退绕时,转发器(23)被连续地供给到已经固定在直立平面中的坯件上,并且被压到所述坯件上。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
a)为了制造用于捆包盒子(24)的坯件(33),转发器(23)根据它们在捆包盒子(24)上的位置被供给到材料带(28)并被附着于材料带(28),
b)然后,用于每个捆包盒子(24)的每个坯件(33)从材料带(28)上被切下,
c)在所有情况下,带有转发器(23)的坯件(33)被保持在位于折叠转台(34)的袋槽(37)前面的直立平面中,
d)当一组卷烟盒被插入袋槽(37)时,所述一组卷烟盒与坯件(33)接合,使得坯件以U形形式围绕盒子组,从而转发器(23)和坯件(33)的相应部分位于盒子组的顶部一侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:转发器(23)以粘合方式可分离地固定在承载带(36)上,并且通过在承载带(36)的偏转区域内被压靠在坯件(33)上而被传送到坯件(33)上。
