Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的机床。
背景技术
一种作为已知形式(DE 196 00 055 A1)的机床具有一个刀具更换器,该刀具更换器具有通过万向节与铰接四边形相互连接的纵向杆和横向杆,其中纵向杆可以围绕着相互平行延伸的转动轴线耦联地被驱动。已知的这种解决方案需要相对较大的安装空间,在许多情况下,由于紧邻刀具主轴而不存在这个较大的安装空间。此外在这种已知的由许多部分组成的解决方案中,令人满意的稳定性只有在大体积结构时才能实现。由此引起的较大重量限制了可达到的更换速度。
此外还已知一种输送刀具的装置(DE 44 06 386 A1),该装置具有一个与电机连接的蜗杆,蜗杆在固定的蜗轮上滚动。第一蜗杆与一个第二蜗杆以相同的传动比驱动连接。第二蜗杆与支承刀具的蜗轮连接。在两个蜗轮传动之间设置配有离合器的传动装置。采用蜗轮传动限制了刀具的移动速度。
发明内容
从现有技术出发,本发明的目的是,实现一种已知形式的机床,该机床具有一个节省空间的、稳定而快速的刀具更换器。
这个目的通过权利要求1的特征而实现。
结构部件具有相对较轻的质量,因此可以快速接通刀具更换器。只配有一个可转动的支承部件,在支承部件上支承卡爪并以支承部件不改变的定位导向。
本发明具有优点的扩展结构由从属权利要求给出。

具体实施方式
在附图中相同的或相互对应的部件分别配有相同的标记符号,在必要时标记符号仅仅通过上标撇相互区分。
首先描述图1至3:
在附图中只示出一台机床的一个刀具主轴1,该主轴围绕着一条垂直的主轴线1a可旋转地驱动。刀具主轴1至少在主轴线1a方向上移动导向。刀具主轴1在其下端具有一个已知的、未示出的卡紧装置,一些刀具夹具4可以夹紧在卡紧装置里面。
通过一个未示出的支承着刀具主轴1的主轴箱,一个可垂直移动的壳体12与一个轴颈12b固定连接,在该轴颈上支承着一个可围绕着转动轴线5转动的支承部件3。转动轴线5倾斜于主轴线1a延伸。一个齿轮12a位置固定且不可转动地设置在轴颈12b上。支承部件3通过一个与支承部件3固定连接的圆锥传动齿轮3a驱动。通过一个与一根驱动轴11固定连接的小齿轮11a实现传动,该小齿轮与传动齿轮3a啮合。
在支承部件3上支承着两个在直径上对置设置的卡爪2,卡爪包围刀具夹具4的外圆并且卡爪分别固定在一个保持部件14上。保持部件14相对于支承部件3可以围绕着两个相互成直角延伸的转动轴线6和7转动。转动轴线7由保持部件14上的一个支承轴颈14a构成,该支承轴颈可转动地支承在一个弓形体15上。该弓形体15围住一个齿轮10a并可围绕着转动轴线6转动地支承在支承部件3上。
齿轮10a与一个导向机构10固定连接,导向机构10围绕着一个平行于转动轴线5延伸的第一转动轴线8可转动地支承在支承部件3里面。齿轮10a啮合在中间齿轮13上,中间齿轮可转动地支承在支承部件3上并与中心齿轮12a啮合。在支承部件3转动期间,中间齿轮13在中心齿轮12a上滚动。与导向机构10连接的齿轮10a与中心齿轮12a的传动比为1∶1。为输送机构的两个卡爪2设置两个中间齿轮13。
导向机构10在其支承轴颈处的连接处在第一部位垂直向下拐弯,支承轴颈区域支承在支承部件3里面并且该支承轴颈区域还支承着齿轮10a。在其与支承轴颈区域相对的端部,导向机构10曲轴式弯曲并形成一个轴颈,轴颈可转动地支承在卡爪2的轴承里面。
在支承部件3转动期间,导向机构10以相同的角度值在相反的方向上转动。由此使连接在支承轴颈区域的导向机构10的部位总是保持其垂直位置。通过这种方法使卡爪2由面对未示出刀库的上部位置转动到下部面对刀具主轴1的位置,在这个位置可以通过刀具主轴1在主轴线1a方向上的移动夹紧一个刀具夹具4。卡爪2在转动期间平行于自身自动定位。
为了更换刀具,已经用过的刀具夹具4被一个卡爪2从刀具主轴1里接收过来而带有新刀具的刀具夹具4被另一卡爪2从刀库里接收过来。在转动180°以后,带有新刀具的刀具夹具4位于刀具主轴1下面的夹紧位置而用过的刀具位于刀库位置。
整个机构的垂直上升运动单独实现,该运动用于在主轴或刀库位置进行插入或拔出。
现在解释图4:
在这个第二实施例中,上述的更换刀具或刀具夹具4的方法也可以应用于具有两个平行延伸的刀具主轴1′和1″的机床。刀具更换器具有一个支承部件3′,在其上支承四个卡爪2′和2″。一个中间齿轮13′和13″分别与两个齿轮10a′和10a″啮合,这些齿轮分别以上述方法固定在一个导向机构10上。卡爪2′和2″相同并对应于第一实施例地构成。第一对卡爪2′和第二对卡爪2″分别相互平行地定位。在更换刀具时,两个刀具夹具4同时从两个刀具主轴1′和1″中取出或者转交给刀具主轴接收并且两个刀具夹具4同时准备在刀库位置上。
在所示和所述实施例中,导向机构通过1∶1传动比的转动通过中间齿轮13或13′和13″实现。导向机构的这种相应反向并以1∶1传动比的转动也可以通过其它适当的手段实现,例如通过与齿轮共同作用的齿带或与链轮共同作用的链条实现。
在所示实施例中,主轴线1a总是垂直设置。具有任何其它垂直装置的不同装置也可以代替这一点,例如对于水平刀具主轴的水平装置或对于倾斜刀具主轴的倾斜装置。

Claims (11)

1.一种机床,它具有一根可围绕着主轴线(1a)旋转驱动的刀具主轴(1;1′)和一个具有卡爪(2;2′)的刀具更换器,所述刀具更换器用于将刀具夹具(4)或刀具从一个在刀具主轴(1;1′)上的夹紧位置移动到一个刀库位置上,或反过来移动,其中刀具夹具(4)或刀具在这两个位置上同样定位并且刀库位置和夹紧位置在刀具主轴(1;1′)的主轴线(1a)方向相互移动,还具有一个输送机构,该输送机构具有一个可围绕着倾斜于主轴线(1a)设置的转动轴线(5)转动的支承部件(3;3′),在支承部件上铰接着可围绕相互垂直的轴线(6;7)转动的卡爪(2;2′;2″),其特征在于,在一个具有中心驱动齿轮(3a)的支承部件(3)上设置有一些导向机构(10),这些导向机构围绕着平行于转动轴线(5)的第一转动轴线(8)可转动地支承并且围绕着转动轴线(5)在与支承部件(3;3′)的转动方向相反的方向上由支承部件(3;3′)进行驱动,这些导向机构围绕着平行于主轴线(1a)延伸的第二转动轴线(9)可转动地分别与一个卡爪(2;2′;2″)连接。
