Abstract
在用于瓶的灌装设备中一用来制造瓶的吹塑机,一用来清洗吹制完工的瓶的冲洗机和一用来灌装清洗好的瓶的灌装机可相互同步驱动,瓶通过形锁合的输送元件按节距地在机器之间传送。由此在不明显损害效率的情况下大大降低了设备的空间和成本需求。
Description
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分的瓶等等的灌装设备。
在已知的这一类设备中瓶借助于比较长的空气输送装置无序地和相互接触地从吹塑机输送到冲洗机(涮洗机)。人们希望由此起一定的缓冲作用,使得至少在冲洗机或灌装机内的短时间故障可以得到补偿,而不必使吹塑机停机。这强制地导致装灌设备成本高和占用空间大的结构。事实表明,需要高的能耗的空气输送装置本身也容易发生故障,它降低灌装设备的效率。此外在冲洗机和灌装机区域内发生的故障并非总能在由空气输送装置提供的缓冲时间內排除,因此尽管这种结构成本很高并不能避免吹塑机有时要停机。
本发明的目的是,在开头所述这一类的灌装设备中在效率没有值得一提的损失的情况下大大降低安装空间和成本需求。
按本发明这个目的通过在权利要求1特征部分中提出的特征来实现。
在按本发明的灌装设备中有意放弃吹塑机和冲洗或灌装机之间的缓冲输送装置,吹塑成形的瓶子以最短的路程绝对小心和无故障地、相互不接触地、通过形锁合地工作的输送机构在吹塑机和冲洗机之间输送,它们在正常运行时相互同步驱动。由此绝对防止否则在空气输送装置区域內出现的故障,并提高效率。此外取消了空气输送装置的能量消耗,并大大地节省投资费用和灌装设备的安装空间。
本发明优良的改进结构在从属权利要求中提出。

按图1至3的灌装设备用于由PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)组成的单向一饮料瓶-下面简称瓶1-的制造、清洗、灌装和封口,其中瓶1具有一(一体)生成的瓶颈凸缘1a。
灌装设备主要包括一拉伸吹塑机2连同连接在前面的预制坯输入口14,一涮洗机形式的冲洗机3,以及一带有內置封口工位12的灌装机4。上述机器做成转台,并在正常生产运行中通过一驱动装置沿箭头方向同步和连续地驱动。驱动装置例如包括许多电动机15,16,17,它们通过一未画出的电子控制装置保持同步运转。
拉伸吹塑机2具有一用来加热通过输入口14单个递入的预制坯19的加热轮18和一同心地设置在它下面的吹塑轮20,在吹塑轮20中加热到处理温度的预制坯19借助于机械预拉伸和气动吹胀加工到其最终形状。完工的瓶1通过一个输出星形轮9从打开的吹塑模(未画出)中取出。输出星形轮9配备弹性夹钳(未画出),由此可以实现完工的瓶1的可靠取出和继续传送。在WO98/35815中详细地叙述了一种相应的拉伸吹塑机。其中还指出如何通过夹钳在圆周方向受控的相对运动可以改变瓶子的间距和速度。
冲洗机3具有一星形输入轮10和一转子21,它配备可以受控地旋转180度的瓶子夹钳(未画出)和附设于它的朝上的喷嘴22。通过星形输入轮以竖立的正常位置(它以这个位置离开拉伸吹塑机2)输入的瓶1在转子21区域內向上翻转180°,使其张开的开口朝下。接着通过由阀控制的喷嘴22向瓶1內喷入水,由此可靠地清除杂质和污物。在EP0721808A1中详细地叙述了一种相应的清洗机。根据待灌装的瓶1所要求的清洁度和杀菌程度的不同它可以在冲洗机3区域內用一种或多种流体,从纯净的自来水到杀菌液处理,在某些情况下接着用杀菌空气等等吹净。
灌装机4具有一星形输入轮5,它同时也是冲洗机3的星形输出轮,还具有一环形水槽23形状的转子,一中间星形轮24,一带有一转台的內置的封口工位12和一星形输出轮25。通过用作星形输送装置的星形输入轮5在冲洗机3中洗净的空瓶1以最短路程输送给环形水槽23,此环形水槽配备许多灌装机构26。通过它们夹持在瓶颈凸缘处的瓶1借助于普通的灌装方法,例如在冲洗和用CO2气体加压后在压力作用下灌装含二氧化碳的饮料。在EP0893396A1中详细叙述了一种相应的灌装机。因为在刚吹制成的瓶1从拉伸吹塑机2经过冲洗机3输送到灌装机4的过程中对于瓶1的冷却和固化给予了充分的时间,它可以不需要附加措施-例如在封闭腔内用外加压力加载-用任何灌装方法,包括用超大气压的对应压力,灌装任何一种饮料。
灌满的瓶1通过中间星形轮24以最短路程输送给封口工位12,并在那里用常用的方法,例如通过螺纹连接封口。灌满和封口的瓶1被星形输出轮25接收,并输送给一种铰接链带形式的输送装置27,它将瓶1输送给一未画出的包装设备。
封口工位12具有两个做得一样的用于封口盖的输入装置13a,13b,其中每次使用一个。如果正在使用的输入装置出现故障,它使封口盖的继续输入中断,那么它通过未画出的传感器测出,并自动接通另一个输入装置,用这种方法可靠地防止,由于封口盖输入故障而要求灌装设备包括拉伸吹塑机停机。由此可靠地消除了对于灌装设备停机的主要原因。
在上面提到过的拉伸吹塑机2的星形输出轮9和同样已经提到过的冲洗机3的星形输入轮10之间通过总共三个相互串接的反方向旋转的星形输送轮6,7,8输送刚吹制制的瓶1。由此-与空气输送装置不同-可以进行按节距的,也就是以一定的瓶子间距运行的、以及形锁合的和因此无故障的瓶1的传送,如果在正常的灌装运行中拉伸吹塑机2和冲洗机3精确地同步驱动的话。为此当然星形输送轮6,7,8相互间和与两台机器之间也必须精确地同步运行。在此星形输送轮6,7,8可以完全或部分地与拉伸吹塑机2的驱动电机15或冲洗机3的驱动电机16或与本身的驱动电机连接。由于输送路程比较短在三个星形输送轮6,7,8的区域內周围空气中的细菌侵入的危险比较小。另一方面与星形输出轮9和星形输出轮10有关为瓶1的冷却和固化提供了充足的时间, 因此它在冲洗机3中处理期间不可能受到损坏。
如果在拉伸吹塑机2的星形输出轮9中瓶1的速度下降不够的话,星形输送轮6,7,8也可以完全或部分地配备可在圆周方向受控地运动的袋或夹钳,以便使瓶1在吹塑轮20中比较大的间距减小到在冲洗机3中的比较小的间距。星形输送轮6,7,8也可以用其他形锁合地工作的袋式输送装置,例如输送螺杆代替。
三个星形输送轮6至8交替地配备受控或未受控的夹钳28,29,它们交替地在瓶颈凸缘1a之下或之上在那里的环形槽內夹住瓶1。在图2和3中表示这样状态。为了避免瓶1的翻倒,它们附加地在瓶身区域內通过固定的弧形导向板30,31引导。星形输送轮10,5,24和25也以同样的方法设计。代替上述结构星形输送轮也可以仅仅配备半圆形缺口,它作用在支承环1a的下方,瓶1通过固定的弧形导向板固定在此缺口内。

Claims (11)
