Abstract

Description
本发明涉及导轨式的硫化橡胶地面覆盖层,含有一种弹性橡胶导轨;它的正面构成装饰面,在橡胶导轨中第一种装饰小粒子至少部分是这样包埋的,即使得从正面可以看到装饰粒子。
这样的导轨式地面覆盖层从DE-39 42 505 C1已知。在DE 3942505C1中建议,作为装饰小粒子可采用由橡胶研碎物形成的粒子,这样在装饰小粒子和橡胶导轨之间可达到良好的粘着,但是如果对装饰小粒子用其它材料代替橡胶研碎物,在摩擦试验中表明,这样的装饰小粒子在橡胶导轨中还没达到满意的粘着,并因此在摩擦负荷中造成脱落。
本发明的任务是,改进装饰小粒子与橡胶导轨的粘着和因此减少装饰小粒子的脱落。
此任务按本发明是这样解决的,即优选由不同于橡胶导轨的另一种材料组成的第一种装饰小粒子至少在橡胶导轨和第一种装饰小粒子之间的接触面的一部分有透明涂层,特别是环氧树脂涂层。涂层可全面积或逐段进行,涂层可使装饰小粒子也可采用本来与橡胶导轨粘接不耐久和不耐磨的材料。本发明使之有可能应用新型的材料用于橡胶制的地面覆盖层的装饰小粒子和因此达到美观的外形。用环氧树脂时加工是无问题的和可达到装饰小粒子良好的和持久的粘着。
按本发明的进一步内容是,第一种装饰小粒子至少部分是由带有强的光反射作用的材料组成的。正是这种具有闪光的或金属的,类似金属反射效应的粒子,基于本发明可第一次用于橡胶制的地面覆盖层,因为它由于涂层才能与橡胶表面具有良好的粘接。
良好的粘着特别是通过以下方法达到,即涂层的第一种装饰小粒子是由金刚砂,碳化硅和/或铝组成的粒子。涂层的铝粒子特别可作为铝发光体使用,它可通过粉碎环氧树脂涂层的铝箔制造的。铝的优点是,它相对较软和使地面覆盖层便于剪切。
通过以下方法可进一步改进粘着性,即将第一种装饰小粒子进行不规则成形。另一方面按本发明也可将有规则成形的装饰小粒子,例如正方形、长方形或圆形基面的小粒子牢固地固定在橡胶表面上。
为达到尽可能平的表面,有利的是,第一种装饰小粒子至少有一部分的厚度比纵向长度和横向长度要小。
此外按本发明可考虑,第一种装饰小粒子的尺寸在0.05mm和5mm之间,优选在0.25mm和0.70mm之间。装饰小粒子的尺寸可用显微镜或也可用筛分测定。
此外按本发明可考虑,涂层,特别是环氧树脂涂覆在第一种装饰小粒子上和进行硬化,之后将其涂覆在未硬化的橡胶导轨的正面和将橡胶导轨进行硫化。
除此之外按本发明可考虑第二种橡胶制的无涂层的装饰小粒子。
除此之外本发明涉及用以下步骤制造导轨式的地面覆盖层的方法:
准备的事先至少部分带有涂层的,特别是环氧树脂涂层的装饰小粒子,准备好未硬化的有一正面的橡胶导轨,将装饰小粒子涂覆在正面,特别是通过撒上去,借助于压力使装饰小粒子与橡胶导轨相粘接和将带装饰小粒子的橡胶导轨进行硫化。

在图1和2中用图解说明导轨式的地面覆盖层1,它基本上是由橡胶导轨2构成的,它的正面3构成一个装饰面。地面覆盖层1用背面4覆盖在要铺上的地板面上和例如通过上胶与其牢固粘接。
在橡胶导轨2中第一和第二种装饰小粒子5,6是这样嵌入的,即使装饰小粒子5,6从正面3看得见。其中第一和第二种装饰小粒子5,6是这样排列在橡胶导轨的表面,即使其构成地面覆盖层1表面的一部分。
第一种装饰小粒子5是由带强烈光反射作用的材料组成的,例如由金刚砂,碳化硅,铝或不同材料的混合物。带有强烈光反射作用的第一种装饰小粒子5赋于地面覆盖层1在不同观察角度下有各种变化的闪光效果。装饰小粒子5是用环氧树脂涂层的,涂层是透明的,特别是透光的和可以被染色的,所以也有可能有彩色效果。在应用由铝组成的第一种装饰小粒子5的情况下可用下列方法特别简单地进行制造,即将铝箔首先用环氧树脂涂层和接着将其粉碎。环氧树脂也可用其它技术,例如用喷射,浸渍涂覆在第一种装饰小粒子5上。第一种装饰小粒子5由无橡胶并因此与橡胶导轨2的材料不同的材料组成的。
第一种装饰小粒子5可以是有规则的,例如是正方形的,长方形的,圆形的基面或是无规则成形。第一种装饰小粒子5的厚度比纵向和横向长度要小。第一种装饰粒子5的尺寸在0.05mm和5mm之间,优选在0.25mm和0.70mm之间。
第二种装饰小粒子6是由橡胶组成的。因为这样的第二种装饰小粒子6无环氧树脂涂层与橡胶导轨2也具有良好的粘接,所以第二种装饰小粒子6不需要环氧树脂涂层。用筛分测定的第二种装饰小粒子6尺寸在0.3mm和1.5mm之间,优选在0.5mm和1.0mm之间。
用于橡胶导轨2和/或第二种装饰小粒子6的橡胶混合物可由已知的橡胶混合物制造。下面给出这种橡胶混合物的一个实例:苯乙烯—丁二烯橡胶,含有23%苯乙烯, 100份苯乙烯—丁二烯—共聚物,含85%苯乙烯 20份沉降的硅酸 40份高岭土 70份沉降的白垩 30份香豆酮—茚—树脂 15份氧化锌 5份硬脂酸 1.5份硫 2.5份聚乙二醇 3.0份环己基苯并噻唑基亚磺酸酰胺 2.7份四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物(Tetramethylthiuramindsulfid) 0.5份
第二种装饰小粒子6可通过粉碎硫化的、特别是导轨状的橡胶块来制造。它们也可以由未硫化的橡胶粒子组成的,它们可以是单色的或多色的。

Claims (10)

3.按权利要求2的地面覆盖层,其特征在于,第一种装饰小粒子(5)是金刚砂,碳化硅和/或铝的粒子组成的。
4.按权利要求1至3之一的地面覆盖层,其特征在于,第一种装饰小粒子(5)是无规则成形的。
5.按权利要求1至4之一的地面覆盖层,其特征在于,至少一部分的第一种装饰小粒子(5)的厚度小于纵向和横向的长度。
6.按权利要求1至5之一的地面覆盖层,其特征在于,第一种装饰小粒子的尺寸在0.05mm和5mm之间,优选在0.25mm和0.70mm之间。
7.按权利要求1至6之一的地面覆盖层,其特征在于,涂层,特别是环氧树脂涂覆在第一种装饰小粒子(5)上和进行硬化,之后将其涂覆在未硬化的橡胶导轨(2)正面(3)将橡胶导轨(2)硫化。
