技术领域
本发明涉及一种表面覆膜结构,尤其是涉及一种能够展现出高质量的金属质地光泽的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构。
背景技术
迄今为止,在装饰行业中,例如墙面装饰、汽车表面装饰、广告板面装饰和其它工业设备及家用器具等的表面装饰中,市面上出现了各式各样的不同工艺和不同性能指标的装饰方法和装饰产品。在不同的使用环境中,有不同的使用需求,所以,产品参差规格不齐。如今在这类表面装饰的需求上,高质量的具有金属光泽和金属质感的表面处理效果,由于能够直接改变被覆盖物的整体外观质感,大大提高了观赏价值,尤其受到广大消费者的青睐。然而,就目前而言,例如在汽车装饰、墙面装饰和其他表面物件装饰等行业,一般采用喷刷金属漆,不仅工序多和复杂,耗时太长,而且在处理过程中容易由于处理作业差异性和不确定性导致产品最终效果均匀度和平整度有着各种难以避免的瑕疵;另外,在完成表面加工后,由于金属喷漆等方式,很容易因为刮擦等情况导致金属质感的装饰层被破坏、脱落。直接影响整体的装饰效果和美观。另外,现有的一些装饰用的墙纸和广告行业用的广告布或灯箱布等,颜色都比较简单,并未出现任何具有高亮度的金属质感、透光度高,同时又具有高使用性能的产品。由于采用表面喷金属漆的形式制成的金属质感的产品成本高,耗时长,同时容易损坏,不耐用,故亟待一种能够满足装饰产品给予人们新的感官刺激的需求,同时又能适应各种长期使用的环境要求,成本低,使用简单的表面装饰产品的出现。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其为一种能够通过在表面覆盖成品膜的方式使载体表面具有高亮度的金属质感。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其中,其包括有表面膜层、中间金属高光层和金属基底层,所述中间金属高光层结合在所述金属基底层上方,所述表面膜层覆盖并结合在所述金属高光层上方;所述表面膜层为全透明薄膜,所述中间金属高光层由纯金属经由蒸馏雾化至所述金属基底层的表面上形成金属薄膜;所述表面膜层厚度为0.05mm至0.2mm,所述金属膜层为0.05mm至0.2mm,所述金属基底层为0.05mm至0.2mm。
由以上说明得知,本发明确实具有如下的优点:
本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,采用多层重叠结构,除了最外侧作为表面保护层和装饰层的表面膜层,以及底部作为载体的金属基底层以外,还结合有中间部分的中间金属高光层;中间金属高光层与金属基底层结合紧密,形成一个整体。该具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构通过透明的表面膜层对中间金属高光层的覆盖,达到了透光保护的效果,而中间金属高光层能够为所覆盖的表面提供一种高光亮度的金属质感的表面,无需进行复杂的表面加工,而且均匀平滑,具有更高的耐用性能,尤其是防腐防磨的性能要比一般的金属质感的表面装饰高。在装饰施工的过程中只需采用简单的粘贴或贴合即可,无需进行复杂的工艺来达到金属光泽的质感要求。本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,厚度非常薄,和市面上的贴膜产品有着很大的区别,虽然薄,但是通过表面膜层、中间金属高光层和金属基底层的结合,能够达到较高的拉伸强度,不易变形损坏;无论是作为墙纸、汽车车身表面贴膜还是广告产品的载体,都具有较高的实用性,而且具有高亮的金属光泽的金属质感效果。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明的通过在装饰用的覆膜结构中设计了中间的纯金属薄层,以达到使得装饰用的覆膜结构具有高亮的金属光泽和质感,同时也具有较强的实施适应能力,可用于多种装饰产品中。并且使用简单快捷,并且具有相较于现有的金属表面制品更强的金属质感效果和更强的表面保护能力,成本低,寿命长。
本发明的一种具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,请参阅图1所示,其较佳的实施例中,其包括有表面膜层1、中间金属高光层2和金属基底层3,所述中间金属高光层2结合在所述金属基底层3上方,所述表面膜层1覆盖并结合在所述金属高光层上方;所述表面膜层1为全透明薄膜,所述中间金属高光层2由纯金属经由蒸馏雾化至所述金属基底层3的表面上形成金属薄膜;所述表面膜层1厚度为0.05mm至0.2mm,所述金属膜层为0.05mm至0.2mm,所述金属基底层3为0.05mm至0.2mm。本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其表面膜层1、中间金属高光层2和金属基底层3都是微米级的厚度,总厚度在0.15mm至0.35mm左右,非常的薄,具有较强的透光效果。同时,在透明的表面膜层1下方设置有中间金属高光层2,对正面照射额光纤能够起到反射作用,能够使本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构具有非常强的金属质感。由于中间金属高光层2的作用,本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构不仅实现了装饰覆膜结构的极薄化,并且具有更强的抗拉伸强度,不容易被撕裂或拉伸变形。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其更进一步的较佳的实施例中,所述中间金属高光层2为金属铝高光层。铝金属作为一种较为稳定的金属,通过采用雾化蒸馏的镀膜技术,将金属铝镀在所述金属基底层3上,使其具有金属表面特性并且具有更强的抗拉伸强度,不易破损。同时由于中间金属高光层2是纯金属,所以,该金属膜所展现的金属效果更加明显。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其较佳的实施例中,所述表面膜层1厚度为0.07mm至0.1mm,所述金属膜层为0.07mm至0.1mm,所述金属基底层3为0.07mm至0.1mm。在使用雾化蒸馏工艺进行纯金属的镀膜制作过程中,与表面膜层1和金属基底层3的组合,采用该厚度范围,能够使本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构拉伸强度、覆膜卷曲施工方便度、物料成本以及所展现的金属质感达到最佳效果。当然在更佳的实施例中所述表面膜层1、中间金属高光层2和金属基底层3可以均为0.07mm厚。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述表面膜层1为PVC薄膜层,所述金属基底层3为PET薄膜层或亚克力薄膜层。采用PVC的薄膜层作为表面膜层1能够使其具有较强的透光效果,并且也使表面膜层1更好地与中间金属高光层2粘合。而中间金属高光层2则在以PET薄膜和亚克力薄膜制成的金属基底层3上进行纯金属镀膜,PET或亚克力材料可以通过现有的雾化蒸馏工艺能够实现镀膜作业,并且得到的中间金属高光层2的膜厚为微米级别,同时在上述中间金属高光层2的厚度下,实现了较优的金属光泽效果和足够的整体强度要求,不容易被拉伸破坏。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其较佳的实施例中,所述表面膜层1为外表面具有凸起和凹陷组合的亚光磨砂薄膜。所述表面膜层1加工成具有亚光磨砂效果的表面膜,不仅能够使金属质感更佳,而且在产品使用过程中能够使产品表面具有不沾灰易清洗的效果。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其较佳的实施例中,请参照图2所示,所述金属基底层3下方粘合有PVC纤维网布层4。通过在金属基底层3组合加装PVC纤维网布层4来增强本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构的背面的耐热性,同时更进一步的增强本发明的整体结构强度,以及背部的拉伸性能。该实施例适用于具有背投灯光的灯布,不仅具有更佳的透光效果,而且还具有很强的金属质感,表面的抗磨损和防腐强度更高。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其较佳的实施例中,所述金属基底层3下方涂覆有离形胶层,所述离形胶层粘合所述PVC纤维网布层4的上表面。该实施例中,在金属基底层3和PVC纤维网布层4之间采用附着在金属基底层3下方的离形胶层直接粘连PVC纤维网布层4的接合面,且PVC纤维网布层4的接合面为光滑的贴合面。因此,本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构整体可以作为墙纸、背投灯布、广告幕布、器具覆膜产品出现,一个产品应对多种应用需求。在作为灯布或广告幕布时,本发明可以直接施工,将其铺设。当作为墙纸或其他器具表面覆膜时,可以将PVC纤维网布层4当做离形纸撕掉,并利用在金属基底层3的下表面的离形胶层将该除去PVC纤维网布层4的本发明贴在需要覆膜的器具上,达到装饰效果。
如上所述的本发明的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其较佳的实施例中,所述PVC纤维网布层4厚度为0.1mm至0.5mm。

1.一种具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,其包括有表面膜层、中间金属高光层和金属基底层,所述中间金属高光层结合在所述金属基底层上方,所述表面膜层覆盖并结合在所述金属高光层上方;所述表面膜层为全透明薄膜,所述中间金属高光层由纯金属经由蒸馏雾化至所述金属基底层的表面上形成金属薄膜;所述表面膜层厚度为0.05mm至0.2mm,所述金属膜层为0.05mm至0.2mm,所述金属基底层为0.05mm至0.2mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述中间金属高光层为金属铝高光层。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述表面膜层厚度为0.07mm至0.1mm,所述金属膜层为0.07mm至0.1mm,所述金属基底层为0.07mm至0.1mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述表面膜层为PVC薄膜层,所述金属基底层为PET薄膜层或亚克力薄膜层。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述表面膜层为外表面具有凸起和凹陷组合的亚光磨砂薄膜。
6.如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述金属基底层下方粘合有PVC纤维网布层。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述金属基底层下方涂覆有离形胶层,所述离形胶层粘合所述PVC纤维网布层的上表面。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有金属高光层的表面覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述PVC纤维网布层厚度为0.1mm至0.5mm。
