Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,包括灯箱布主体,灯箱布主体的内部包含有灯箱布基层,灯箱布基层的两侧外部均填充有粘合剂,粘合剂的外侧包裹有防霉层,且防霉层分别位于灯箱布主体的顶部表面以及底部表面,防霉层的外表面设置有若干网格,每个网格之间均用加强筋相连接。本发明通过在防霉层的外表面设置有若干正六边形的网格,能够使由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层上形成膜状结构,具有良好的透光性,且使灯箱布同时拥有良好的防腐蚀性能,每个网格之间均用涤纶纤维材料制作而成的加强筋相连接,能够加强网格的结构稳定性,防止拉扯损坏,延长了灯箱布的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯箱布,特别涉及一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布。
背景技术
灯箱布具有柔韧性好,透光均匀,寿命长,易于分割常常运用在喷绘广告领域,多为室外使用,故而,暴晒、风蚀、雨蚀导致的风化,易于破碎,腐蚀,缩短寿命,因此需要让灯箱布既能够具有良好的透光性能,又能够具有良好的防腐蚀性,便于灯箱布的长久使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,具有良好的透光性,且具有良好的防腐蚀性能,便于长久使用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,包括灯箱布主体,所述灯箱布主体的内部包含有灯箱布基层,所述灯箱布基层的两侧外部均填充有粘合剂,所述粘合剂的外侧包裹有防霉层,且防霉层分别位于灯箱布主体的顶部表面以及底部表面,所述防霉层的外表面设置有若干网格,每个所述网格之间均用加强筋相连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述灯箱布基层由锦纶纤维材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述粘合剂为HY-101胶水粘合剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防霉层由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述网格为正六边形。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述加强筋由涤纶纤维材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述灯箱布基层通过粘合剂与防霉层相粘接。
本发明通过在防霉层的外表面设置有若干正六边形的网格,能够使由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层上形成膜状结构,具有良好的透光性,且使灯箱布同时拥有良好的防腐蚀性能,每个网格之间均用涤纶纤维材料制作而成的加强筋相连接,能够加强网格的结构稳定性,防止拉扯损坏,延长了灯箱布的使用寿命。

实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,包括灯箱布主体1,灯箱布主体1的内部包含有灯箱布基层2,灯箱布基层2为普通帆布,灯箱布基层2的两侧外部均填充有粘合剂3,粘合剂3为HY-101胶水粘合剂,HY-101主要适用于纺织布类,水洗牛仔布类的粘接,以及纸张,玻璃,木头产品的粘接,水性,完全干后可耐水洗,能够有效粘合布料,耐水性,粘合剂3的外侧包裹有由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层4,且防霉层4分别位于灯箱布主体1的顶部表面以及底部表面,由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层4其实是一种乙烯基的聚合物质,其材料是一种非结晶性材料,PVC涂塑布就是在帆布布坯上涂上含有PVC的胶水,使其表面更加光滑且防水性能是100%的,具有优异的防霉性,明显的防水性,相对其他帆布更防水,良好的低温柔软性,强度高,拉力强,相对轻特点;用途非常广泛,如外贸、粮库、油田、码头、帐篷、钻井塔衣,铁路公路运输,仓储、煤矿、露天货场帆布制品,能够加强灯箱布的防腐蚀性能,防霉层4的外表面设置有若干网格5,采用切割刀进行切割涤纶纤维制作而成的加强筋6,便于形成正六边形的网格5,能够使由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层4上形成膜状结构,具有良好的透光性,每个网格5之间均用涤纶纤维材料制作而成的加强筋6相连接,能够加强网格5的结构稳定性,防止拉扯损坏,延长了灯箱布的使用寿命。
灯箱布基层2由锦纶纤维材料制作而成,锦纶纤维又称尼龙纤维,具有良好的耐磨损性质,是所有纺织纤维中最好的,其弹性良好,且具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,能够加强灯箱布的防腐蚀性能,延长灯箱布的使用寿命。
粘合剂3为HY-101胶水粘合剂,HY-101主要适用于纺织布类,水洗牛仔布类的粘接,以及纸张,玻璃,木头产品的粘接,水性,完全干后可耐水洗,能够有效粘合灯箱布基层2与防霉层4。
防霉层4由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成,PVC涂塑布其实是一种乙烯基的聚合物质,其材料是一种非结晶性材料,具有优异的防霉性,明显的防水性,相对其他帆布更防水,良好的低温柔软性,强度高,拉力强,相对轻特点;用途非常广泛,如外贸、粮库、油田、码头、帐篷、钻井塔衣,铁路公路运输,仓储、煤矿、露天货场帆布制品,能够加强灯箱布的防腐蚀性能。
网格5为正六边形,正六边形的网格5具有良好的结构稳定性,且能够使灯箱布具有良好的透光性。
加强筋6由涤纶纤维材料制作而成,涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,强度高,耐冲击强度比锦纶高出4倍,且具有良好的弹性以及耐腐蚀性质,在合成纤织物中耐热性最好,能够加强灯箱布的整体结构稳定性以及良好的耐腐蚀性能,便于灯箱布的长久使用。
灯箱布基层2通过粘合剂3与防霉层4相粘接,能够有效粘合灯箱布基层2与防霉层4,加强灯箱布的整体结构强度。
具体的,在灯箱布主体1的内部包含有灯箱布基层2,灯箱布基层2的两侧外部均涂覆上粘合剂3,粘合剂3为HY-101胶水粘合剂,HY-101主要适用于纺织布类,水洗牛仔布类的粘接,以及纸张,玻璃,木头产品的粘接,水性,完全干后可耐水洗,能够有效粘合布料,耐水性,粘合剂3的外侧包裹有防霉层4,防霉层4通过压辊进行加工与灯箱布基层2进行粘合,且防霉层4分别位于灯箱布主体1的顶部表面以及底部表面,由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层4其实是一种乙烯基的聚合物质,其材料是一种非结晶性材料,PVC涂塑布就是在帆布布坯上涂上含有PVC的胶水,使其表面更加光滑且防水性能是100%的,具有优异的防霉性,明显的防水性,相对其他帆布更防水,良好的低温柔软性,强度高,拉力强,相对轻特点;用途非常广泛,如外贸、粮库、油田、码头、帐篷、钻井塔衣,铁路公路运输,仓储、煤矿、露天货场帆布制品,能够加强灯箱布的防腐蚀性能,防霉层4的外表面设置有若干网格5,能够使由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成的防霉层4上形成膜状结构,具有良好的透光性,每个网格5之间均用涤纶纤维材料制作而成的加强筋6相连接,能够加强网格5的结构稳定性,防止拉扯损坏,延长了灯箱布的使用寿命。

1.一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,包括灯箱布主体(1),其特征在于,所述灯箱布主体(1)的内部包含有灯箱布基层(2),所述灯箱布基层(2)的两侧外部均填充有粘合剂(3),所述粘合剂(3)的外侧包裹有防霉层(4),且防霉层(4)分别位于灯箱布主体(1)的顶部表面以及底部表面,所述防霉层(4)的外表面设置有若干网格(5),每个所述网格(5)之间均用加强筋(6)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,其特征在于,所述灯箱布基层(2)由锦纶纤维材料制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,其特征在于,所述粘合剂(3)为HY-101胶水粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,其特征在于,所述防霉层(4)由PVC涂塑布材料制作而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,其特征在于,所述网格(5)为正六边形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,其特征在于,所述加强筋(6)由涤纶纤维材料制作而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护膜结构的灯箱布,其特征在于,所述灯箱布基层(2)通过粘合剂(3)与防霉层(4)相粘接。
