本实用新型公开了一种喷绘广告灯箱布。它包括基布、基布正面上的吸墨涂层以及分布在基布、吸墨涂层中间的底涂剂层,其特征在于所述的基布由聚乙烯编织布以及分布在聚乙烯编织布反面0.025mm的聚乙烯淋膜层组成。本实用新型采用的结构,由于采用聚乙烯材料做成编织布,反面亦有聚乙烯淋膜层,故对环境友好,无污染,可以再生回收;质地轻,仅为120~140g/m2,耐低温可达-45℃,强度高,故在户外更能抵抗恶劣气候。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于户外大幅广告的灯箱布,尤其涉及一种喷绘广告灯箱布。
背景技术
在广告领域,“户外喷绘广告灯箱布”是使用量最大的商品,广泛用于户外的大幅广告。如公路、铁路旁,街道旁,楼面上的大幅广告,无不是户外喷绘灯箱布制成。目前的“户外喷绘广告灯箱布”全部是PVC材质,即采用绦纶线经编网,正反面为PVC皮热合而成。“PVC喷绘广告灯箱布”虽然结构简单,成本低廉,但也存在着许多致命的弱点:(1)不环保,它在60℃以上会释放出HCl,对环境造成损害。(2)由于灯箱布的2层PVC皮中夹有绦纶线编织成的网线,因此不能再生回收。(3)质量重(普通的均在400~600g/m2之间),耐低温性能差(-20℃),故在户外不能抵抗恶劣的气候条件。所以急需一种既环保又可再生的“户外喷绘广告灯箱布”来替代。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本本实用新型提供了一种可以再生回收、无污染的喷绘广告灯箱布。
本实用新型所需要解决的问题是通过如下的技术方案实现的:它包括基布、基布正面上的吸墨涂层以及分布在基布、吸墨涂层中间的底涂剂层,其特征在于所述的基布由聚乙烯编织布以及分布在聚乙烯编织布反面0.025mm的聚乙烯淋膜层组成。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:(1)由于采用聚乙烯材料做成编织布,反面亦有聚乙烯淋膜层,故对环境友好,无污染,可以再生回收;(2)质地轻,仅为120~140g/m2,耐低温可达-45℃,强度高,故在户外更能抵抗恶劣气候。

具体实施方式
由附图可知,该喷绘广告灯箱布包括基布、基布正面上的吸墨涂层1以及分布在基布、吸墨涂层1中间的底涂剂层2,所述的基布由聚乙烯编织布3以及分布在聚乙烯编织布反面0.025mm的聚乙烯淋膜层4组成。
本实用新型在实施时,先将聚乙烯塑料粒剖丝并拉伸成扁丝,织成聚乙烯编织布;再将聚乙烯编织布的反面淋膜0.025mm成聚乙烯淋膜层,聚乙烯淋膜层采用低密度高压聚乙烯,正面涂上底涂剂,最后涂上一层吸墨涂层。
