本发明公开了一种仿金属拉丝装饰膜,由PET拉丝膜、镀金属层、胶粘层和PP膜构成,所述镀金属层形成于所述PET拉丝膜背面,所述胶粘层形成于所述镀金属层表面,所述胶粘层位于所述镀金属层和所述PP膜之间,所述PET拉丝膜的厚度为25μm-100μm,所述镀金属层的厚度为1μm-5μm,所述胶粘层的厚度为1μm-20μm,所述PP膜的厚度为20μm-200μm。该仿金属拉丝装饰膜的颜色、纹路和质感都比较贴近真实的金属,外观更美观,并且耐温性可达80-90度,又且环保、耐用。

仿金属拉丝装饰膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿金属装饰膜,具体涉及一种贴近金属质感的仿金属拉丝装饰膜。
背景技术
仿金属装饰膜是一种表面装饰材料,由于其具有与金属相似的外观和比金属优越的成本优势,现已逐渐应用于日常生活的各个领域。仿金属装饰膜不仅是电视机门板、冰箱门板、空调面板、电脑面板等各种家用电器的装饰材料,而且在汽车、厨房设备、防盗门等工业和民用建筑都经常用到。一般仿金属装饰膜模仿的是金属的色泽,最普遍仿金属装饰薄膜是由PET镀金属层复合PVC层构成,虽然具有金属色,但质感和纹路与金属还是存在明显差距的,外观也很单调。再者,现有技术中的仿金属装饰膜普遍耐温性不佳,耐温性一般在40-55度,限制了其适用范围。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种仿金属拉丝装饰膜,该仿金属拉丝装饰膜的颜色、纹路和质感都比较贴近真实的金属,外观更美观,并且耐温性可达80-90度,又且环保、耐用。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种仿金属拉丝装饰膜,由PET拉丝膜、镀金属层、胶粘层和PP膜构成,所述镀金属层形成于所述PET拉丝膜背面,所述胶粘层形成于所述镀金属层表面,所述胶粘层位于所述镀金属层和所述PP膜之间,所述PET拉丝膜的厚度为25μm-100μm,所述镀金属层的厚度为1μm-5μm,所述胶粘层的厚度为1μm-20μm,所述PP膜的厚度为20μm-200μm。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的进一步技术方案是:
进一步地说,所述镀金属层为银色镀金属层、金色镀金属层、紫铜色镀金属层和钛合金色镀金属层中的一种。
更进一步地说,所述银色镀金属层为镀铝层,所述金色镀金属层、紫铜色镀金属层和钛合金色镀金属层中都加入有相应的颜料。
进一步地说,所述胶粘层的胶粘剂为聚氨脂类、丙烯酸类、环氧类和酚醛类中的至少一种,优选为聚氨脂类和丙烯酸类中的至少一种。
优选的是,所述PET拉丝膜的厚度为25μm-50μm。
优选的是,所述镀金属层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
优选的是,所述胶粘层的厚度为3μm-10μm。
优选的是,所述PP膜的厚度为100μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的仿金属拉丝装饰膜由PET拉丝膜、镀金属层、胶粘层和PP膜依次构成,所述PET拉丝膜的厚度为25μm-100μm,所述镀金属层的厚度为1μm-5μm,所述胶粘层的厚度为1μm-20μm,所述PP膜的厚度为20μm-200μm。该仿金属拉丝装饰膜的颜色、纹路和质感都比较贴近真实的金属,外观更美观,并且耐温性可达80-90度,又且环保、耐用。

实施例:一种仿金属拉丝装饰膜,如图1所示,由PET拉丝膜1、镀金属层2、胶粘层3和PP膜4构成,所述镀金属层形成于所述PET拉丝膜背面,所述胶粘层形成于所述镀金属层表面,所述胶粘层位于所述镀金属层和所述PP膜之间。
所述PET拉丝膜1的厚度为25μm-100μm,优选厚度为25μm-50μm。
所述镀金属层2的厚度为1μm-5μm,优选厚度为2μm-3μm。所述镀金属层2为银色镀金属层、金色镀金属层、紫铜色镀金属层和钛合金色镀金属层中的一种。其中,所述银色镀金属层为镀铝层。所述金色镀金属层、紫铜色镀金属层和钛合金色镀金属层中都加入有相应的颜料。
所述胶粘层3的厚度为1μm-20μm,优选厚度为3μm-10μm。所述胶粘层的胶粘剂为聚氨脂类、丙烯酸类、环氧类和酚醛类中的至少一种。优选为聚氨脂类和丙烯酸类中的至少一种。
所述PP膜4的厚度为20μm-200μm,优选厚度为100μm-150μm。

Claims (10)

1.一种仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:由PET拉丝膜(1)、镀金属层(2)、胶粘层(3)和PP膜(4)构成,所述镀金属层形成于所述PET拉丝膜背面,所述胶粘层形成于所述镀金属层表面,所述胶粘层位于所述镀金属层和所述PP膜之间,所述PET拉丝膜的厚度为25μm-100μm,所述镀金属层的厚度为1μm-5μm,所述胶粘层的厚度为1μm-20μm,所述PP膜的厚度为20μm-200μm。
2.如权利要求1所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述镀金属层(2)为银色镀金属层、金色镀金属层、紫铜色镀金属层和钛合金色镀金属层中的一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述银色镀金属层为镀铝层。
4.如权利要求2所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述金色镀金属层、紫铜色镀金属层和钛合金色镀金属层中都加入有相应的颜料。
5.如权利要求1所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(3)的胶粘剂为聚氨脂类、丙烯酸类、环氧类和酚醛类中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述胶粘层的胶粘剂为聚氨脂类和丙烯酸类中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述PET拉丝膜(1)的厚度为25μm-50μm。
8.如权利要求1所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述镀金属层(2)的厚度为2μm-3μm。
9.如权利要求1所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(3)的厚度为3μm-10μm。
10.如权利要求1所述的仿金属拉丝装饰膜,其特征在于:所述PP膜(4)的厚度为100μm-150μm。
