Abstract

本发明涉及到一种具有在传输带上密集排列的侧面限位装置的薄带铸造设备。侧面限位装置,也包括液态金属输送装置形成振荡能力并与产生振荡的装置连接。由此可以防止凝固的金属的粘连。

Description

薄带铸造设备
本发明涉及到一种薄带铸造设备,尤其是用于钢带铸造。
对于热精轧钢带(1至3毫米)以及达到满意的材料特性所需的热变形在钢带铸造时所必需的厚度可以尽可能选择最有利的钢带铸造厚度(例如,大约10毫米)。
由DE 31 42 099一种金属连续铸造设备为公众所知,这种设备具有一液态金属的供料装置,液态和凝固的金属的传输带以及在传输带上密集排列的侧面限位装置。侧面限位装置以开口链的形式固定在传输带上。
这种结构在技术上是相当奢侈的。而且一般来说也只适合于相对较窄的带宽度。对于较宽的带宽在传输带上由热负荷所产生的张力远高于窄的带宽,因此对于大带宽起加固作用的链状环绕侧面限位装置结构就不能适应了。
对于铸造钢带输送方向或者说传输带输送方向相对固定的侧面限位装置在铸造过程中可能会产生个别的凝固的金属粘附。这将导致严重的钢带缺陷以及工作故障甚至铸造中断。类似的问题也出现在供料装置上。个别凝固的金属粘附在上面,会导致同样的困难。
因此本发明的任务在于给出一种薄带铸造设备,这种设备能够可靠的防止凝固的钢粘附在供料装置和侧面限位装置上。
这一任务通过使供料装置和侧面限位装置在传输带平面内形成振荡能力并与产生振荡的装置连接而解决。通过这一措施可以防止凝固的金属粘附。
按照一种有益的结构供料装置和侧面限位装置的振荡基本上是垂直于钢带的输送方向的。振荡发生于传输带平面或者说铸造钢带平面内,但是垂直于输送方向。这比起在输送方向上侧面限位装置在整个长度必须精确的振荡具有较低结构费用的优点。此外有益的是在这种结构中振荡可以在金属成形的全长范围内(从开始铸造直到钢带完全固化)被理想的调整,例如侧面限位装置在这一范围的个别区段上可以分开调整成理想的振频和振幅。
根据另一有益的结构,侧面限位装置相互间可以调整一角度。这一点不仅与相对设置的侧面限位装置有关而且与在每一侧可能的段有关。由此可以在全部宽度上改善铸造钢带带厚的均匀性。特别是侧面限位装置是相对于垂直传输带表面而倾斜的。
按照有益的实施例侧面限位装置由水冷空心型材所制成。
用于产生振荡的装置最好是偏心轮驱动,当然也可采用电磁或液压缸。振荡波形可以是正弦波,齿形波或梯形波。例如当位移量为0.5毫米时位移频率可为50赫兹。冷却水的输送通过软管实现。当具有一个最好是位于铸造钢带上的护板时,为了侧面限位装置与护板之间的密封装有由耐热密封材料,尤其是陶瓷纤维毛毡构成的垫层。相应的密封也存在于输送装置与传输带之间,在此具有优点的是在传输带与密封之间还插入一铝箔,以使在振荡时只产生毛毡层与铝箔之间的相对运动。输送装置和侧面限位装置最好是螺旋弹簧固定。
根据另一具有优点的结构,限位装置不仅可以垂直,同时也可以平行于钢带移动方向(铸造方向)振荡,以使在铸造方向上作用的推力也影响到整个钢带边缘。特别的是振荡在所有三个空间方向上具有分力。
振荡也可以垂直于钢带表面产生。
在一种特殊的结构中通过在侧面限位装置纵向或横向的撞击激发振荡。由此可产生撞击形纵向波,利用这种纵向波可以有效的抑制粘附。

Claims (5)

1.一种薄带铸造设备具有一液态金属的输送装置,液态和凝固的金属的传输带以及在传输带上密集排列的侧面限位装置,其特征在于,输送装置和侧面限位装置被制成尤其在传输带平面上具有振荡能力并与产生振荡的装置连接。
2.按照权利要求1的这种薄带铸造设备,其特征在于,输送装置和侧面限位装置的振荡基本上是垂直于钢带的输送方向的。
3.按照权利要求2的这种薄带铸造设备,其特征在于,将侧面限位装置设置成可以相互调整一个角度。
4.按照权利要求1至3的这种薄带铸造设备,其特征在于,侧面限位装置由一段或多段水冷空心型材制成。
5.按照权利要求1的这种薄带铸造设备,其特征在于,限位装置的振荡不仅垂直,同时也平行于铸造方向。
