Abstract
提供含添加剂并且在后加工时不因添加剂析出产生麻烦的层压体以及单轴取向层压体。该层压体及其单轴拉伸构成的单轴取向层压体,其特征为:在由含添加剂的定向性树脂A构成的内层2的两面上层压防止由内层析出添加剂的树脂B构成的涂敷层3。
Description
本发明涉及含有添加剂,尤其是含提高耐气候性添加剂的层压体及将其单轴延伸形成的单轴取向层压体。
一般对于易氧化、劣化的塑料材料而言,为了防止成形加工中及制品使用中的劣化,要添加防氧化剂。可是对于在室外使用长时间暴露在紫外线照射下的材料,尤其是薄膜及织布,无纺织布等薄片状材料,更要添加紫外线吸收剂(也称作耐光剂)以提高耐气候性。为了添加耐光剂具体采用下列各种方法。
(1)直接炼入原料树脂中。
(2)在树脂膜上涂布耐光剂本身或含有耐光剂的物质。
(3)在树脂膜上层压含有耐光剂的薄膜等。
(4)挤压成形时在外侧配以含有耐光剂的树脂共同挤压成型。
(5)在最终产品上涂布耐光剂。
在这些方法中除了补充作为耐气候性商品的一般要求之外,一旦根据需要使用了300ppm以上的耐光剂,则因为含有耐光剂的树脂层在外侧没有涂敷层,直接接触制造机械,所以在处理工序中与使用的滚筒以及刀具的刃口等接触部分上积聚耐光剂,成为拉伸和压延不佳,狭缝(スリット)及割裂(スプリット)不佳或者混入尘埃及异物的原因,引起诸多麻烦。
本发明的目的为解决上述各种问题,提供不会因含添加剂尤其是含耐光剂并且在后加工时析出添加剂引起麻烦的层压体以及单轴取向层压体。
本发明者们发现,根据上述目的专心研究结果,依靠在含有添加剂的树脂层两面上层压覆盖该两面的其它树脂层,防止了由于添加剂析出而发生的麻烦,可以获得性能优良的层压体,从而完成了本发明。
即本发明的第1项内容涉及层压体,由含有添加剂的定向性树脂A构成的内层两面上层压由防止从内层析出添加剂的树脂B构成的涂复层。
上述添加剂是从由耐气候性提高剂、着色剂、颜料以及填充剂等组成的群体中选出的至少一种物体,作为上述耐气候性提高剂,例如可以使用300~10,000ppm范围的耐光剂。
另外,上述树脂B为熔点比上述定向性树脂A低,且实质上未包含添加剂的热塑性树脂。
上述层压体可由共同挤压成形方式制造由含添加剂的定向性树脂A的层体和不包含在其两面赋予的添加剂的树脂B的层体组成的3层膜。也可先形成由含添加剂的定向性树脂A的层体和不含在其两面赋予的添加剂的树脂B的层体组成的2层膜,然后将2块该树脂A的层面相互对合压延,使2层树脂A成为一体,制成了3层构造。
本发明的第2项内容涉及单轴取向层压体,它是将在由含添加剂的上述定向性树脂A组成的内层的两面上赋予用于防止从该内层析出添加剂的树脂B组成的涂复层的层压体单轴延伸形成的单轴取向层压体。
取向后的树脂B的层厚为1μm以上,最好为4μm以上,且具体地以割裂网(スプリットゥェズ)(a)、狭缝网(スリッットゥェズ)(b)以及单轴取向多层带(c)的形式供使用。
上述割裂网(a)是在延伸上述层压体后,在延伸方向加入多个断续的割裂口而成,例如,制成膜后,在总延伸倍率为5至15的范围纵向延伸,由锯齿形针迹模式的纵向割纤的工序形成的单轴取向层压体。
另外,上述狭缝网(b)是在上述层压体上加入多个断续的切口,然后向切口方向延伸而成的,例如可列举在制膜后,进行延伸倍率为1.1至3的范围的纵向预延伸,由锯齿形针迹模式的横向切口处理及延伸率为1.1至15范围的横向延伸工序制成的单轴取向层压体。
上述单轴取向多层带(c)是在制膜后,在纵向裁断及其裁断的前及/或后,在延伸率为1.1至15的范围进行纵延伸而成的单轴取向层压体。
以下对于本发明进行更加详细的说明。
作为本发明中使用的定向性树脂A,一般最好采用结晶性的热塑性树脂。
具体地讲可以列举:密度在0.91~0.97g/cm3的低、中、高密度聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚丁烯-1,聚-4-甲基戊烯-1等的α-烯烃均聚物,以及这些成分的单体及己烯-1等的α烯烃的相互共聚物等的聚烯烃、聚酰胺,聚酯,聚碳酸酯,聚乙烯醇,聚偏氯乙烯,聚氯乙烯,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物皂化物等。
在本发明中,由于树脂B起着粘接层的作用,最好是要比形成定向性树脂A的熔点至少低5℃以上,尤其是要低10°~50℃以上。
例如可以使用低密度聚乙烯,密度为0.86~0.94g/cm3的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物,乙烯-丙烯酸聚酯共聚物,乙烯-2甲基丙烯酸共聚物,乙烯-2甲基丙烯酸聚酯共聚物,乙烯-马来酸(顺丁烯二酸)共聚物,乙烯-马来酸聚酯共聚物以及这些不饱和碳酸的变性物。
作为定向性树脂A和树脂B的具体组合,当定向性树脂A,使用中密度聚乙烯,聚丁烯-1,聚-4-甲基戊烯-1等的α-烯烃均聚物以及这些成分的单体或己烯-1等的α-烯烃的相互共聚物等的聚烯烃时,树脂B,使用低密度聚乙烯,密度为0.86~0.94g/cm3左右的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物,乙烯-2甲基丙烯酸共聚物,乙烯-丙烯酸聚酯共聚物,乙烯-2甲基丙烯酸聚酯共聚物等。此外,对于聚丙烯,聚酰胺,聚酯,聚碳酸酯,聚乙烯醇,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物皂化物等使用由不饱和碳酸变性的聚烯烃或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物等。
在本发明中作为在定向性树脂A内含有的添加剂可以列举耐气候性提高剂,着色剂,颜料,填充剂等各种各样的剂料,尤其是很薄的薄片及其加工而成的织布,无纺织布等,特别是为了提高耐气候性希望添加耐光剂。
作为本发明使用的耐光剂可以列举:苯并三唑系,苯酮衍生物,置换丙烯腈系,水杨酸系,镍络盐,受阻化合胺系等紫外线吸收剂及光稳定剂。
(1)作为苯并三唑系紫外线吸收剂可以列举2-(2′-羟-5′-甲苯)苯并三唑,2-(2′-羟-5′-tert-丁基苯)苯并三唑,烷基化羟苯并三唑等。
(2)作为苯酮衍生物紫外线吸收剂可以列举:2-羟-4-甲氧基苯酮,2,4-2羟基苯酮,2-羟-4-8羟基苯酮,4-12硅氧基-2-羟苯酮等。
(3)作为丙烯腈系紫外光吸收剂可以列举:2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3′-二苯基丙烯酸盐(酯),乙基-2-氰基-3,3′-二苯基丙烯酸盐(酯)等。
(4)作为水杨酸系紫外线吸收剂可以列举:苯基丙烯酸盐(酯),P-tert-丁基苯基丙烯酸盐(酯),P-辛基苯基丙烯酸盐(酯)等。
(5)作为镍络盐系紫外线稳定剂可以列举:镍2(辛基苯基)硫化物,〔2,2′-硫2(4-tert-辛基酚盐)〕-n-丁胺镍等。
(6)作为受阻化合胺系光稳定剂可以列举:2(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-氮己环基)葵二酸盐等。
在这些耐光剂中也以受阻化合胺系光稳定剂最好。
上述耐光剂的掺合量因层压体以及单轴取向层压体,或者由它们制造的无纺织布,织布等的用途和使用环境等而不同,含有各自的有效量就行了,不过一般在内层的定向性树脂A内为300ppm以上,理想的情况处于300~10000ppm的范围。不足300ppm,则耐光剂的寿命过短,恐怕不能充分发挥效用。此外,在超过10000ppm时,耐光剂的寿命变长,但因造价提高,因此也不希望。
此外,由树脂B构成的涂敷层不含耐光剂等的添加剂为好,不过在层压体后加工期间即使析出添加剂也不成问题时,或者析出量少不会引起麻烦时,含有添加剂也无妨。
作为着色剂或颜料有:有机颜料和无机颜料,作为有机颜料可以列举:偶氮系,蒽醌系,酞菁系,喹吖啶系,异吲哚亚麻系,二噁烷系,二萘嵌苯系,奎诺酞酮系,索兰士林橙系等,具体地讲可以适当使用食品添加物法定书中刊登的食用黄色4号(酒石黄),食用黄色5号(日落黄-FCF),食用绿色3号(不褪绿色-FCF),铜叶绿素,以及铁叶绿酸钠等之外,在合成树脂着色中使用的通常的颜料,例如铜酞花青兰,铜钛花青绿,不褪黄色,重氮黄等也可适当使用。
而作为无机颜料可以列举:二氧化钛,铅白,锌白,锌钡白,重晶石,沉降性硫酸钡,碳酸钙,石膏,沉降性二氧化硅等的白色颜料及硫化镉,硒化镉,佛头青,氧化铁,氧化铬,碳黑等。
在本发明中为了在含有添加剂的定向性树脂A构成的内层两面上层压由树脂B构成的涂复层,可能采用各种一般方法。例如有在树脂A的膜上涂布树脂B的方法,在树脂A的膜上层压树脂B的膜的方法,树脂A和树脂B共同挤压成形制造3层膜的方法等。采用这些方法中的哪一个都行,不过采用共同挤压成形的方法不必要涂敷或层压膜的工序,装置及运转操作简单,制造工序也少,而且因为能够提供层间强度高的层压体,所以非常令人满意。即由共同挤压成形制造的多层膜进行压延或拉伸,或者拉伸后劈裂纤维或狭缝后延伸,再织成拉伸多层带进行织布,或经纬层压,加工成网状无纺织布时,层压的膜很难剥离。
作为共同挤压成形制造3层膜的方法可以大致举出如下两种。
(1)B-A-B3层共同挤压法。
(2)B-A2层共同挤压后,把其两片以B-A·A-B的结构层压的方法。
由于上述(1)的方法可以只依靠制膜得到具有所希望结构的膜,所以一般被采用,不过,由于挤压模复杂而价高,此外,对各层厚度的调整必须高度熟练。
另一方面,与(1)方法相比,(2)的方法挤压模构造简单,价廉,各层厚度调整也颇为容易,不过制膜后由于必须层压粘接,麻烦,通用性差。但是若用充气法制膜,则依靠膜泡平面地折叠,能够自动地获得B-A·A-B结构的层压膜。此外,作为后述的狭缝网材料用时,在后续工序中压延或用热刀刃切出多数狭缝时进行牢固的熔化粘接,因此不必要在制膜工序后特别设置层压粘接工序。因此,这种情形下(2)的方法合适。
含有本发明的添加剂的层压体再单轴拉伸,形成单轴取向层压体。作为单轴层压体可以列举单轴取向多层膜,割裂织物,狭缝网以及单轴取向多层带等。
所谓上述单轴取向膜是把上述方法制造的层压膜单轴拉伸得到的膜,所谓割裂织物是把上述层压膜沿纵向拉伸在拉伸方向断续地制出许多裂缝,沿切缝方向拉伸的织物。狭缝网是对上述层压膜的横向断续地制出许多裂缝,沿切缝方向拉伸的织物。此外,在上述层压膜裁断前和/或后沿着纵向或横向单轴拉伸的是单轴取向多层带。
在制造无纺织布及织布时,因为应用了上述割裂网,狭缝网以及单轴取向多层带,所以不会发生由于析出添加剂引起的问题。
作为上述无纺织布可列举:对割裂网进行经纬层压热压结而成的无纺织布,对狭缝网进行经纬层压热压结而成的无纺织布,对割裂网和狭缝网进行经纬层压热压结而成的无纺织布,或者对2组的单轴取向多层带在定向轴相互交叉的状态下层压热压结而成的无纺织布,对割裂网或狭缝网与单轴取向多层带在定向轴交义的状态下,经纬层压的无纺织布等,作为织布可列举织成单轴取向多层带的织布等。
作为由单轴取向层压体构成的无纺织布,最好是如上所述地从割裂网,狭缝网以及单轴取向多层带中选择其中至少一种的单轴取向层压体在定向轴交义的状态下,经经纬层压无纺织布,根据用途不同任意定向或取同一方向层压也行。而且把这些无纺织布和织布复合应用也行。

以下依靠附图对本发明进行详细说明。
首先给出了本发明的单轴取向层压体的(a)割裂网制造方法一例。预先将掺混有耐光剂的定向性树脂A和比定向性树脂A熔点低、不含耐光剂的树脂B依靠多层充气法用3层模制膜、切开制作3层膜。这时,作为内层的定向性树脂A使用高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯等热塑性树脂,作为两侧涂复层的树脂B使用定向性树脂和一致性好的低密度聚乙烯或低熔点聚丙烯基的共聚物等。还有,即使应用多层T模法等的挤压成形法制造3层膜也无妨。通过对这样制造的多层膜沿着膜的纵向压延和/或拉伸,首先,1次拉伸伸长率为1.1~10,理想的伸长率为4~8,而最终伸长率为5~15,理想的伸长率到6~10,2次拉伸后应用纵向成锯齿状裂片进行劈裂纤维处理。由此,上述多层膜形成网状割裂网,而在必要时进行适当扩宽,增大网状织物的网眼并进行热固定。
图1是表示割裂网一例的局部放大的透视图。在图上割裂网1是在含耐光剂300ppm以上的定向性树脂A构成的内层2的两面上层压由不含耐光剂的树脂B构成的涂敷层3,在纵向单轴拉伸后,依靠劈裂机在纵向劈裂纤维并扩宽。图中4是主纤维,5是支纤维。
其次给出本发明的单轴取向层压体的(b)狭缝网制造方法一例。首先应用与上述同样的定向性树脂A和低熔点树脂B(涂复层树脂),取树脂B作外层,依靠多层充气法制作筒状2层膜,通过对所得的2层膜平面地叠折,完成〔涂复层树脂-定向性树脂·定向性树脂-涂复层树脂〕的结构,纵向轻轻地压延,把2层压接一起。这时的伸长率依原料树脂而异,如果伸长率过大,则下一工序的拉伸变得困难,所以取1.1~3左右比较理想。对这样获得的多层膜,在横向锯齿状地依靠热刀刃等施以狭缝处理后,横向拉伸伸长率1.1~15,理想的拉伸伸长率5~10,获得网状狭缝网。依据不同情况分为两段拉伸也行。其次与割裂网同样,必要时对定向轴成直角或倾斜方向适当扩宽,并进行网状固定。
图2是表示狭缝网一例的局部放大透视图。狭缝网6是在由含耐光剂300ppm以上的定向性树脂A构成的内层2的两面上层压由不含耐光剂的树脂B构成的涂层3,在纵向稍微定向后用热刀刃等横向锯齿状地进行狭缝处理,横向拉伸,并进行若干扩宽。
本发明(c)的单轴取向多层带是把由上述方法制造的多层膜在裁断前和/或后,在纵向或横向单轴拉伸伸长率1.1~15,理想的伸长率为3~10而得到。
图3是表示单轴取向多层带例的局部放大透视图。单轴取向多层带是在由含耐光剂300ppm以上的定向性树脂A构成的内层2的两面上层压由不含耐光剂的树脂B构成的涂层3,进行拉伸及裁断制成的。
对本发明的单轴取向层压体再层压,做成无纺织布及织布的情况下,如上所述,作为形成涂复层的树脂B,通过使用比内层定向性树脂A熔点低的树脂,把涂复层作为粘接层,可以用热压接进行膜的层压。
在这种情况下最终的层压体形成B-A-B·B-A-B的结构,即使在树脂B不含有耐光剂的情况下,在紫外线达到粘接部分的涂复层之前,被含耐光剂的定向性树脂A构成的内层所吸收,因此防止了粘接部分的涂复层的劣化。
再有,由不含耐光剂的树脂B构成的涂复层定向后的厚度,假若可以防止在定向性树脂A构成的内层掺混的耐光剂的析出,则没有特别的限制,如果考虑作涂敷层及粘接层的作用,取1μm以上是理想的,此外,从制造上以及从制品性能上着眼,采用4μm以上更好。
作为无纺织布制造法是对(例如)上述(a)割裂网以及(b)狭缝网按照所要求的网眼扩展,使定向轴交叉地进行经纬层压,并依靠热压接,获得通气性良好且强度和尺寸稳定性良好的网状无纺织布。因为割裂网,如上所述,纤维在纵向上排成一行,所以为了只用它进行经纬层压将一个方向的织物沿纵向铺设,而将另一方向的织物按相应产品的宽度的长度切断,从横向上供给、层压、并热压接。此外,应用割裂网与狭缝网两者进行经纬层压时,对两者按照铺设方向供给,合成一体,再热压接便行了。
对上述(c)的单轴取向多层带适当配置,通过再层压,并进行热压接,以获得无纺织布,此外可用织机成形为织布。
作为具体的单轴取向层压体的组合可以列举:(1)图1的将两层割裂网1经纬层压的无纺织布8(参照图4),(2)图1的割裂网1和图2的狭缝网6经纬层压的无纺织布,(3)将2层图2的狭缝网6经纬层压而成的无纺布、(4)将2组图3的单轴取向多层带7经纬层压而成的无纺布9(参照图5)以及(5)将图3的单轴取向多层带7经纬织成的织布10(参照图6)等。
还有,作为对割裂网和狭缝网经纬层压的上述(1)和(2)的网状无纺织布的具体例可以列举“日石ヮリ フ”(商品名,日石プラスト(株)制造)。
以下用实施例进行更详细的说明。
在实施例中使用的各种材料如下所示。
(1)定向性树脂A层
·定向性树脂A:高密度聚乙烯(MFR:1.0,密度0.956g/cm3,商品名:ジェィレクス E710,日本聚烯烃(株)制造。
·防氧化剂:チバガィギ-公司制造的ィルガノックス1010〔支戊四醇-4〔3-(3,5-次二-羟-丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸盐〕〕/ィルガフォス168〔三(2,4-次二-羟-丁基苯)亚磷酸盐〕=1/1的混合物1500ppm。
·耐光剂:受阻化合胺系的光稳定剂的旭电化工业(株)制造的LA63〔1,2,3,4-丁基羰酸,1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-呱啶以及β,β,β′,β′-四甲基-3,9-(2,4,8,10-四噁螺环〔5,5〕十一烷)次二乙醇的浓缩物〕1000ppm。
(2)树脂B层
·低熔点树脂B:低密度聚乙烯(MFR:3.0,密度0.924g/cm3,商品名:ジェィレクスF30EE,日本ポリォレィン(株)制造)。
·防氧化剂:チバガィギ- -公司制造的ィルガノックス1010/
ィルガフォス168=1/1的混合物900ppm
·滑动剂:硬脂酸/硬脂酸钙=1/1的混合物0.3%
实施例1
作为定向性树脂A用高密度聚乙烯,作为其两侧上的树脂B层配置低密度聚乙烯(B-A-B),用多层水冷充气法制造各层厚度分别为15μm,100μm,15μm以及宽度为1500mm的三层结构的膜。把所得的膜通过90~95℃的温浴槽纵向拉伸,拉伸率约为6,其次在100℃的热风中进行二次拉伸,最终拉伸率达到8。在该拉伸膜上使用实公昭51-3897号公报中提供的劈裂纤维器具边旋转边接触树脂膜,进行割裂,在纵向切出许多狭缝,制成锯齿状地有狭缝的割裂织物。接着,加宽到2.5倍制成网状的割裂织物后,经纬层压,在120℃进行热压接,制成网状无纺织布。通过该工序,在装置的各个部分上均无由于耐光剂析出产生的麻烦。获得的无纺织布的耐气候性如表1所示在室外使用十分耐用。
还有,实施例1与后述的比较例1相比,耐光剂的使用量多60~70%,若从制造上不产生麻烦这一点考虑,颇为有利。
实施例2
定向性树脂A用高密度聚乙烯,树脂B用低密度树脂,依靠多层水冷充气法,制造B-A各层的厚度分别为35μm,115μm以及折宽360mm的双层结构膜。将所得的膜平折摞起,作为B-A·A-B的结构,在约100℃,纵向压延到伸长率约为2,形成一体。残留两侧的耳部,依靠200℃以上的热刀刃在横向制出许多锯齿状断续的切口,而后在横方向拉伸到伸长率约8.3,制作在横向有主纤维的宽2300mm的网状狭缝网。把该狭缝网和实施例1获得的割裂织物经纬层压,在约120℃下热压接,制造网状无纺织布。通过这个工序,在装置的各部分皆无因耐光剂析出产生的麻烦。表1给出了无纺织布的耐气候性。
比较例1
使用与实施例1同样的树脂,在树脂A内不添加耐光剂,在树脂B内添加2000ppm耐光剂,而其它与实施例1同样制造时,在全部工序中都因耐光剂析出产生麻烦。因此常常必须停止运转,进行清扫,难以长时期连续运转。不过,如表1所示,产品本身是适合于室外使用的。
比较例2
使用与实施例1同样的树脂,全都不用耐光剂,其它与实施例1相同进行制造时,如表1所示,产品不适合在室外使用。
比较例3
使用与比较例1同样掺混的树脂,试看制造出与实施例2完全相同的网状无纺织布,不断发生因耐光剂析出引起的麻烦。尤其是在压延工序中平滑压延困难,不可能连续运转。
所作的试验法如下所示:
(1)耐气候性试验
应用日晒气候色牢度仪,以JIS B7753-1977为根据进行,但是喷雾时间为12分钟。
(2)粘接强度
应用单纱强力试验机(坦锡伦),从试片(长200mm×宽150mm)的上部到中央部分,悬挂了与坦锡伦的负载传感器连接的丁字型器具,试片底部固定在坦锡伦上。拉伸速度为500mm/min及记录纸速度50mm/min下拉伸,求试片的网孔绽开时的负荷指示值(kg)的振幅平均值。
(3)拉伸强度及延伸率
使用低速拉紧型拉伸试验机(ショッパ肖伯型),设定试验机的夹具的上部及下部的间隔为100mm,固定试片(长度200mm×宽度50mm)的两端,在拉伸速度200mm/min下拉伸,求试片断裂时的负荷重量(kg/Scm宽)及延伸率(%)。
通过使用本发明,将含有添加剂的层压体进行后加工构成单轴取向层压体时,以及由上述单轴取向层压体制造无纺织布及织布时,几乎不必变更传统的工序,也没有加工上的烦杂,通过制造工序就能够防止由于添加剂析出引起的麻烦。附表1

Claims (14)
1.一种层压体,其特征在于,它由在含有添加剂的定向性树脂A组成的内层的两面上,层压由防止从该内层析出添加剂的树脂B构成的涂复层而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的层压体,其特征在于,上述添加剂是从由耐气候性提高剂、着色剂、颜料以及填充剂等组成的群体中选出的至少一种物体。
3.如权利要求2所述的层压体,其特征在于,上述耐气候性提高剂是300~10,000ppm范围的耐光剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的层压体,其特征在于,上述树脂B的熔点比定向性树脂A低,且是实质上未含添加剂的热塑性树脂。
5.如权利要求1所述的层压体,其特征在于,它是由共同挤压成形方式形成由含添加剂的上述定向树脂A的层体和不含在其两面赋予的添加剂的上述树脂B的层体组成的3层膜而成。
6.如权利要求1所述的层压体,其特征在于,形成由含添加剂的定向性树脂A的层体和不含在其两面赋予的添加剂的树脂B的层体组成的2层膜,将2块该树脂A的层面相互对合压延,使2层树脂A成为一体,制成3层构造。
7.一种单轴取向层压体,它是将在由含添加剂的定向性树脂A组成的内层的两面上赋予由用于防止从该内层析出添加剂的树脂B组成的涂复层的层压体单轴延伸而形成。
8.如权利要求7所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,取向后的树脂B的层厚为1μm以上,最好是4μm以上。
9.如权利要求7所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,上述单轴取向层压体是从割裂网(a)、狭缝网(b)以及单轴取向多层带(c)的群体中选出的至少1种物体。
10.如权利要求9所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,上述割裂网(a)是在延伸上述层压体后,在延伸方向加入多个断续割裂口而成。
11.如权利要求9所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,上述割裂网(a)是由制膜、在总延伸倍率为5至15的范围纵向延伸,以及由锯齿形针迹模式纵向割纤的工序形成的。
12.如权利要求9所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,上述狭缝网(b)是在上述层压体上加入多个断续的切口,再向切口方向延伸而成的。
13.如权利要求9所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,上述狭缝网(b)是由制膜、在延伸倍率为1.1至3的范围纵向预延伸、由锯齿形针迹模式的横向切口处理以及延伸率为1.1至15范围的横向延伸工序形成的。
14.如权利要求9所述的单轴取向层压体,其特征在于,上述单轴取向多层带(c)是由制膜、纵向裁断及该裁断的前及/或后进行的、延伸率为1.1至15范围的纵延伸工序形成的。
