Abstract
Dispositivo de intercepción para objetos o personas en movimiento, basado en poliuretano termoplástico que es obtenido por reacción en cada caso de por lo menos uno de los siguientes materiales de partida: (a) Isocianato (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato, que exhiben un promedio aritmético de peso molecular (Mn) entre 500 g/mol y 10 x 103 g/mol (c) agente de alargamiento de cadena, que exhibe un peso molecular entre 50 g/mol y 499 g/mol, caracterizado porque el dispositivo de intercepción comprende una lámina o una red del poliuretano termoplástico y dispositivos de sujeción entre los cuales se sujeta en sentido bidimensional la lámina o la red y el poliuretano termoplástico es transparente.

En el documento WO 2003/031506 A1 y los correspondientes pasajes de literatura, por ejemplo Polyurethane Handbook, 2ª edición de Günter Oertel, editorial Hanser, Munich, se encuentran estabilizantes adecuados frente a la luz y combinaciones de ellos.
Aparte de los componentes a), b) y c) mencionados y dado el caso d), e) y f) se usan preferiblemente también reguladores de cadena, preferiblemente con un promedio aritmético de peso molecular de 0,031 x 103 g/mol a 3 x 103 g/mol. Tales reguladores de cadena son compuestos que exhiben solamente un grupo funcional reactivo frente a isocianatos, como por ejemplo alcoholes monofuncionales, aminas monofuncionales y/o polioles monofuncionales. Mediante tales reguladores de cadena puede ajustarse de manera focalizada un comportamiento de fluidez de los poliuretanos termoplásticos. Los reguladores de cadena pueden ser usados en general en una cantidad de 0 partes en peso a 5 partes en peso, preferiblemente 0,1 parte en peso a 1 parte en peso, referida a 100 partes en peso del componente b), es decir del poliol y caen por definición, es decir para eventuales cálculos de fracciones de cantidad, bajo los componentes (c), es decir los agentes de alargamiento de cadena.
Para el ajuste de la dureza de los TPUs, los componentes constituyentes (b) poliol y (c) agente de alargamiento de cadena pueden variar en relaciones molares relativamente amplias. Se han probado relaciones molares de componente (b) a los agentes (c) de alargamiento de cadena que van a ser usados en total, de 10 : 1 a 1 : 10, en particular de 1 : 1 a 1 : 4, en las que la dureza del TPU aumenta con el contenido creciente de agente (c) de alargamiento de cadena.
Preferiblemente se usan poliuretanos termoplásticos que tienen una dureza de 60 Shore A a 60 Shore D, la dureza están preferiblemente entre 70 Shore A y 55 Shore D y de modo muy particular preferiblemente la dureza está entre 90 Shore A y 95 Shore A, en la que la dureza Shore es determinada preferiblemente según DIN 53505.
La transformación de los componentes constituyentes citados anteriormente puede ocurrir con indicadores comunes. El indicador está definido mediante la relación de los grupos isocianato de componente (a) usados en total en la reacción, a los grupos reactivos frente a isocianatos, es decir los hidrógenos activos de los componentes
(b) y (c), es decir los polioles y agentes de alargamiento de cadena. Para un índice de 1000, un grupo isocianato del componente (a) consume un átomo activo de hidrógeno, es decir una función reactiva frente a isocianatos de los componentes (b) y (c). Para índices superiores a 1000, están presentes más grupos isocianato que grupos OH. La producción de los poliuretanos termoplásticos ocurre preferiblemente a un índice entre 950 y 1050, de modo particular preferiblemente a un índice entre 970 y 1010, en particular entre 980 y 995.
Formas preferidas de realización contienen como aditivos (f) polvos o materiales en fibras orgánicos e inorgánicos, así como mezclas de ellos. Preferiblemente estos aditivos están presentes como fibras. Son ejemplos de aditivos orgánicos madera, lino, cáñamo, ramio, yute, cuero, fibra de pita, algodón, celulosa o fibras de aramida. Son ejemplos de aditivos inorgánicos silicatos, barita, fibra de vidrio, zeolitas, fibras de carbono y vidrio, metales, óxidos metálicos o materiales inorgánicos en polvo, como tiza, creta, caolín (Al2(Si2O5)(OH)4), hidróxido aluminio, hidróxido de magnesio, nitrito de aluminio, silicato de aluminio, sulfato de bario, carbonato de calcio, sulfato de calcio, ácido silícico, cuarzo en polvo, aerosil, tierra arcillosa, mica o wollastonita.
Formas preferidas de realización contienen aditivos fibrosos con una longitud de fibra de 0,1 µm a 100 µm, más preferiblemente en el intervalo de 1 µm a 50 µm. Preferiblemente el contenido de materiales está entre 5 % en peso a 80 % en peso.
Los métodos para producción de poliuretanos termoplásticos, denominados en este documento también como TPU, son conocidos en general. En general los TPU son producidos por reacción de en cada caso por lo menos (a) un isocianato con (b) un compuesto reactivo frente a isocianato y (c) agente de alargamiento de cadena dado el caso en presencia de (d) un catalizador y/o (e) un agente auxiliar y/o (f) un aditivo en los que los componentes individuales y el poliuretano producido a partir de ellos tienen la especificación citada anteriormente.
La producción del TPU puede ocurrir según los métodos conocidos, de modo continuo por ejemplo con extrusores de reacción o el método de banda, según el método de un disparo o de modo discontinuo según el proceso conocido de prepolímero. En estos métodos pueden mezclarse sucesivamente o simultáneamente los componentes (a), (b) que están para la reacción y dado el caso (c), (d), (e) y/o (f), en los que la reacción comienza de inmediato. Estos métodos son descritos también en los documentos US 3,233,025 o EP 1 846 465 B1. En el método del extrusor se introducen en éste los componentes constituyentes (a), (b) así como dado el caso (c), (d), (e) y/o (f) individualmente o como mezcla, se hacen reaccionar preferiblemente a temperaturas de 100 a 280 °C, preferiblemente 140 a 250 °C, se realiza extrusión al TPU obtenido, se enfría y forman gránulos. Este granulado es procesado preferiblemente mediante extrusión hasta dar láminas, hilos o cuerdas necesarios para el dispositivo de intercepción.
En un método alternativo se producen primero prepolímeros, es decir productos de adición de diisocianatos y poliol, dado el caso agente de alargamiento de cadena cuyo promedio aritmético de peso molecular está claramente por
