Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆的座椅滑轨组件。
背景技术
机动车辆包括座椅组件,用于在车辆内支承坐着的乘客。座椅组件典型地包括一个座垫和一个座椅靠背,该座椅靠背由一个倾斜机构转动地连接到座垫上,以便能够在多个后仰位置间相对于座垫转动地调节座椅靠背。而且,座椅组件典型地包括一个滑轨组件,用于在车辆内在滑轨组件所限定的预定舒适乘坐位置范围内,比如最靠前和最靠后位置之间,纵向步进地滑动调节座椅组件。
众所周知,为便于进入车内座椅组件之后的空间,倾斜机构和滑轨组件被用于使座椅组件前倾至一个位于舒适范围之外或之前、比如在最靠前位置之前的前伸倾倒位置。另外,在本技术领域内所知晓的几种滑轨组件能使座椅组件从前伸倾倒位置返回到最靠前或最靠后位置。更复杂和昂贵的滑轨组件甚至能使座椅回到最初的乘坐位置。这类滑轨组件通常被认为是具有座椅滑轨的记忆功能,如同在美国专利5855413、5352019和5688023中所述的。
人们仍然希望有一种简单、经济且可靠的座椅滑轨组件,它能使座椅组件前倾并伸向一个位于舒适范围内的最靠前位置之外的前伸位置,并能使座椅组件返回到舒适范围内的预定的单点记忆位置(singlepoint memory position)。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种座椅滑轨组件,该座椅滑轨组件包括一个下滑轨构件和一个可移动地安装到下滑轨构件上的上滑轨构件。一个转动的凸轮安装到上滑轨构件上,并且一个凸板件安装到上滑轨构件上并从此处向外伸出。一个止动爪可转动地安装到凸板件上,用于适时地接合凸轮以便联锁凸轮,和适时地脱开凸轮以便为座椅滑轨组件提供一种记忆功能。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一个座椅组件整体地标记为10,用在机动车辆内。座椅组件10包括一个基本水平的座垫12和一个座椅靠背14。座垫12具有一个用于支承乘客的上表面16和一个相对的下安装面18。一个为本领域技术人员所普遍知晓的倾斜组件20将座椅靠背14可转动地互连到座垫12上,并在图1中A处所示的多个后仰位置和图2中的B处所示的前倾位置之间转动地调节座椅靠背14。
一个座椅滑轨组件22位于座椅组件10和标号为24的车辆底板之间,用于可滑动地支承座椅组件10。滑轨组件22在由最靠前乘坐位置和最靠后乘坐位置所限定的舒适范围内的多个乘坐位置之间,相对于底板24纵向步进地滑动调节座椅组件10。而且,随着座椅靠背14转向前倾位置B,滑轨组件22能使座椅组件随之移到舒适范围内的最靠前乘坐位置之外,到达如图2中的C处所示的前伸位置,以便能够方便地进入到车辆内座椅组件10之后的空间。再者,在优选实施例中,滑轨组件22也能使座椅组件从前伸位置C返回到预定单点记忆位置,如最靠后的乘坐位置。
更具体的是,参照图3,座椅滑轨组件22包括一个内侧滑轨组件26和一个与内侧滑轨组件26平行相隔的外侧滑轨组件28,内侧和外侧滑轨组件26、28各自在前端部32和后端部34之间纵向伸展,并各自包括一根大致U形的上滑轨30和一根大致U形的下滑轨36。正如本领域的普通技术人员所普遍知晓,上滑轨30可滑动地联锁到下滑轨36上,以便上滑轨30能相对于下滑轨36纵向地滑动。上安装支架42被固定在上滑轨30与座垫12的下表面18之间,用于将滑轨组件22安装到座椅组件10上。下安装支架44被固定在下滑轨36和底板24之间,用于将座椅组件10安装到车辆上。

为了在一个舒适的范围内步进地调节座椅组件10的纵向滑移位置,在释放杆50上施加一个向上的力,以使杠杆54、56向上转动并使后者与相应的锁止机构46啮合。锁止机构46抵抗弹簧48的偏置力从与上下滑轨30、36接合的闭锁位置被向下推至与下滑轨36脱开的开锁位置。这时,座椅组件10可相对车辆的底板24向前或向后滑移至用来限定舒适乘坐范围的最靠前位置和最靠后位置间的一个所希望的位置处。一旦座椅组件10移至一个所希望的位置,就去掉施加在释放杆50上的力,以使锁止机构46回到与上下滑轨30、36接合的闭锁位置,由此维持住座椅组件10的位置。
参照图3和图4,座椅组件10还包括一个座椅倾翻机构60,该倾翻机构60能使座椅组件10移向最靠前位置之外到达前伸位置C处,并且也能使座椅组件10从前伸位置C回到在舒适范围内的预定单点记忆位置,如最靠后位置。

一根钢索83连在凸轮盘62靠近后缘70处和座椅靠背14之间,用于随着座椅靠背14从某个倾斜的后仰乘坐位置转至前倾位置,将凸轮盘62随之从非致动位置反时针地转动至致动位置。按另一种方式,钢索83可连在凸轮盘62和一个在座垫12上或座椅靠背14上的释放手柄之间,用于使凸轮盘62从非致动位置转至致动位置。凸轮盘62也将枢轴帽76从凸轮盘62处于非致动位置时的挡止位置转至凸轮盘62处于致动位置时的开启位置。

在操作中,正常乘坐使用座椅组件10时,如前所述,滑轨组件22被用来在最靠前位置和最靠后位置间的舒适范围内纵向步进地滑移座椅组件。如图3-6所示,随着座椅组件10在舒适范围内移动,凸轮盘62由偏置构件82维持在非致动位置上,同时触发臂84由偏置构件94偏移至未拴住的位置。另外,枢轴帽76保持在挡止位置上,横向地位于上滑轨30和下滑轨36之间。参照图5,挡板80可在前端部32附近与从下滑轨36上凸出的前止动片100接合,从而限制上滑轨30的行程并限定最靠前位置。同样,挡板80可与一个从下滑轨36上凸出并限定最靠后位置的后止动片接合。
为了将座椅组件移动或滑动至前伸位置,如图1和2所示,座椅靠背14绕倾斜机构20从某一后仰乘坐位置A转至靠近座垫12的前倾位置B。钢索83由座椅靠背14拉动,从而将凸轮盘62从图4所示的非致动位置顺时针地拉转至图7所示的致动位置。触发臂84的前缘沿凸轮盘62的倾斜部分72滑动,而且触发臂84由凸轮盘62来推动,以使触发臂84逆着弹簧94的偏置力绕枢轴销91反时针地转动,直至凸轮盘62的凹口74与触发臂84的凹口96联锁,从而将凸轮盘62锁定在致动位置处。触发臂被转至大致直立的位置,其中,下挡端88在下滑轨36之下凸出向下。
另外,当凸轮盘62处于致动位置时,凸轮盘62的倾斜部分72可滑动地接合锁止机构46的顶部,从而将锁止机构46从与下滑轨36接合处向下推出至开锁位置。也就是,凸轮盘62由触发臂84保持在致动位置,从而将锁止机构46维持在开锁位置。这时座椅组件10可自由地沿下滑轨36滑移至前伸位置。
再者,凸轮盘62也将枢轴帽76从挡止位置转向如图7所示的挡板80平行于下滑轨36的开启位置。在开启位置下,挡板80自由地滑过下滑轨36上的前止动片100,并使上滑轨30继续前伸,直至挡板80与最靠前的止动隔板102接合,如图5所示,止动隔板102从下滑轨36的前端部32处凸出且用于限定前伸位置。因此,在座位组件10处于前倾位置和在舒适行程范围之外的前伸位置时,座椅滑轨组件22给座椅组件10提供了附加的向前滑动的行程。这使得能够充分利用在车辆内座椅组件10之后的空间。
为了让座椅组件10从前伸位置C回到在优选实施例中限定为最靠后位置的预定单点记忆位置,座椅靠背14首先从前倾位置B回转到某一后仰乘坐位置A处。由于凸轮盘62仍与触发臂84联锁在致动位置上,即使随着座椅靠背14回到乘坐位置,锁止机构46仍处于开启位置。因此,随着上滑轨30相对下滑轨36滑动,座椅组件10自由地向后滑移。如图4所示,当座椅组件10从前伸位置继续返回至预定单点记忆位置、亦即最靠后位置时,触发臂84的下挡端88在滑轨组件26的后端部34附近处与从下安装支架44上凸出的触发片104接合。当触发臂84继续向后行进通过触发片104时,触发片104与下挡端88接合并使触发臂84反时针地转离凸轮盘62的倾斜部分72。凹口96就从凹口74处脱开,从而使触发臂84从凸轮盘60处解锁。偏置构件82使凸轮盘62反时针地转离致动位置并返回到非致动位置上。在非致动位置处,凸轮盘62与锁止机构46分开并与之相隔一定距离,以致于偏置构件48使锁止机构46返回到与上下滑轨30、36锁合的闭锁位置,从而将座椅组件10锁定在最靠后位置,以便让乘客方便地坐进座椅组件10。然后,座椅组件10可如上所述再在舒适的范围内调节或再移向前伸位置。
以上是对本发明的说明性描述,应该明白,所使用的术语是出于描述语言的需要,而不是对本发明的限制。
依据以上的教导,可以对本发明进行各种修改和变换。因此,应该明白,本发明能以不同于以上描述的其它方式来实现。
Claims (10)
1.一种座椅的滑轨组件(22),它包括:
一个下滑轨构件(36);
一个上滑轨构件(30),可滑动地联接到所述下滑轨构件(36)上;
一个锁止机构(46),可操作地联接在所述上滑轨构件(30)和所述下滑轨构件(36)之间,用于在闭锁位置处联锁所述上下滑轨,从而阻止两者间的纵向移动,并在开锁位置处松开所述上下滑轨,从而使所述上滑轨(30)能在最靠前位置和最靠后位置之间沿所述下滑轨(36)滑动;
一个倾翻机构(60),它可操作地联接在所述上滑轨构件(30)和所述锁止机构(46)间,用于在上下滑轨间的纵向滑动期间将所述锁止机构(46)保持在所述开锁位置处,且当所述上滑轨(30)相对于所述下滑轨(36)到达限定在最靠前和最靠后位置间的预定记忆位置时,松开锁止机构(46)并使之回到所述闭锁位置,所述倾翻机构(60)包括一个凸轮盘(62),可转动地连接到所述上滑轨(30)上,以便在与锁止机构(46)相隔一定距离的非致动位置和接合所述锁止机构(46)并将其保持在所述开锁位置的致动位置之间移动,及一个触发臂(84),在所述凸轮盘(62)附近可转动地连接到所述上滑轨(30)上,用于选择地接合所述凸轮盘(62)并将其保持在所述致动位置处,并选择地松开所述凸轮盘(62),使之回到所述非致动位置;
一个触发片(104),从所述下滑轨(36)上凸出,用于当所述上滑轨(30)到达所述预定记忆位置时与所述触发臂(84)接合,并将其从所述凸轮盘(62)处松开,所述凸轮盘(62)自动地回到所述非致动位置处,同时所述锁止机构(46)回到所述闭锁位置,用于在所述预定记忆位置处联锁所述上下滑轨构件;
该滑轨组件的特征是:
所述凸轮盘(62)包括一个前缘(68)、一个相对的后缘(70)和一个倾斜部分(72),该倾斜部分(72)在所述后缘(70)处形成并限定一个倾斜凸出的面,用于与所述锁止机构(46)接合,使所述锁止机构(46)从所述闭锁位置移至开锁位置;
所述触发臂(84)包括一个凹口(96),用于与一个在所述凸轮盘(62)的所述后缘(70)上的凹口(74)接合,使所述凸轮盘(62)保持在所述致动位置,同时使所述锁止机构(46)保持在所述开锁位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),它还包括一个内侧滑轨组件(26),与一个外侧滑轨组件(28)平行相隔,所述内侧和外侧滑轨组件各自包括在前后端部之间延伸的细长的上下滑轨。
3.根据权利要求2所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),其特征是,所述凸轮盘(62)包括:一个第一端部(64),由一个枢轴帽(76)可转动地联接到所述一个上滑轨(30)上;一个相对的第二末端部(66);一个前缘(68),在所述第一和第二端部之间延伸;和一个相对的后缘(70),在第一和第二端部之间延伸,用于与所述锁止机构(46)接合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),它还包括一个偏置构件(82),该偏置构件(82)联接在所述上滑轨(30)和所述凸轮盘(62)之间,用于使所述凸轮盘(62)偏移至与所述锁止机构(46)接合处相隔一定距离的所述非致动位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),其特征是,所述锁止机构(46)包括一个块件,可滑动地联接到所述上滑轨(30)上,用于与所述下滑轨(36)接合,并由一个联接在所述块件和所述上滑轨(30)间的偏置构件(48)偏移至所述开锁位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),其特征是,所述凸轮盘(62)包括一个倾斜部分(72),该倾斜部分(72)在所述后缘(70)处形成并限定一个倾斜凸出的面,用于接合所述块件的上表面,从而使所述块件抵抗偏置构件(48)的作用,从所述闭锁位置移至所述开锁位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),其特征是,所述触发臂(84)通过一个枢轴销(91)可转动地联接到所述上滑轨(30)上,并通过一个偏置构件(94)的偏移来与所述凸轮盘(62)接合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),其特征是,所述触发臂(84)包括:一个上端部(86),延伸至所述上滑轨(30)之上,用于与所述凸轮盘(62)接合;一个相对的下挡端(88),用于在所述预定记忆位置处与所述触发片(104)接合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),它还包括一个释放杆(50),联接到所述锁止机构(46)上,用于在所述闭锁和开锁位置间选择地控制所述锁止机构(46),使所述上滑轨(30)能在所述最靠前和最靠后位置之间相对于所述下滑轨(36)纵向滑移。
10.根据权利要求9所述的座椅滑轨组件(22),它还包括安装支架(42),联接到所述上滑轨(30)上,用于将所述座椅滑轨组件(22)安装到一个机动车的座椅组件的座垫上。
