Abstract

"UNIDADE DE TRILHO DE BANCO". Uma unidade de banco para um veículo, com um assento de banco e um encosto de banco, articuladamente conectado ao assento de banco por meio de um mecanismo de reclinação, destinado a articular o encosto de banco entre uma de uma pluralidade de posições reclinadas do banco uma posição basculada para frente. A unidade de banco inclui uma unidade de trilho, com um par de trilhos superiores, espaçadas e paralelas montadas no assento de banco, e um par de trilhos inferiores, espaçadas e paralelas montadas no piso do veículo. Os trilhos superiores são deslizavelmente acoplados aos trilhos inferiores, de forma a proporcionar movimento deslizante longitudinal incremental da unidade de banco em relação ao piso do veículo, entre uma posição completamente avançada e uma posição completamente recuada, definindo uma faixa de conveniência das posições do banco. Um mecanismo de trava fica operacionalmente acoplado aos trilhos superior e inferior, para movimento entre uma posição travada, que intertrava os trilhos, e uma posição destravada, que permite o movimento de deslizamento entre elas. Uma placa de came fica articuladamente acoplada a um dos trilhos superiores, para movimento entre uma posição não-atuada, espaçada do mecanismo de trava, e uma posição atuada, encaixada ao mecanismo de trava, de forma a manter o mecanismo de trava na posição destravada, em resposta ao movimento de articulação do encosto de banco da posição reclinada do banco para a posição basculada para frente. Um braço de disparo intertrava com a placa de came na posição atuada, de forma a manter a placa de came na posição atuada e, portanto, o mecanismo de trava na posição destravada, de forma a permitir o movimento de deslizamento da unidade de banco para uma posição estendida para frente, além da posição do banco completamente avançada. Uma ling³eta de disparo encaixa o braço de disparo, quando o banco retomar da posição estendida para frente para a posição completamente recuada, para liberar a placa de came para a posição não-atuada e permitir que o mecanismo de trava retorne à posição travada, intertravando os trilhos superior e inferior e prevenindo posterior movimento de deslizamento entre elas.
