Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷雾器喷嘴组件,包括:喷嘴组装体,具有以“+”字形注塑成型的分支部,在分支部的内部形成的滑孔相互连通,在前方形成有多个喷嘴组装孔,该喷嘴组装孔为与滑孔相连通的圆形结构且在中央部突出形成有中心凸起,在后方中央突出形成有圆筒形接合部;喷嘴,组装设置于多个喷嘴组装孔;多个插入件,从滑孔的四周外侧向内侧插进,从而堵塞滑孔的一部分,且在一侧形成有将通过接合部流入的流体向喷嘴组装孔引导的流路;以及端盖,向滑孔插进插入件的状态下,固定结合在滑孔的四周外侧。根据本发明的喷雾器喷嘴组件,当用户关闭开关的同时,能够快速且稳定地阻断流向喷嘴的药液的供给,从而使得残留在流路里的药液量达到最小化。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷雾器喷嘴组件,更详细地,涉及在关闭(OFF)喷雾器的电源时,不仅使残留在喷嘴内侧流路里的药液量达到最少,而且防止药液逆流,还可以更加稳固地设置于在喷雾器前方侧所具备的送风喷雾口内侧的喷雾器喷嘴组件。
背景技术
喷雾器是将含有杀虫剂或杀菌剂的液体喷雾至较大喷射区域的装置,其根据药液泵送方式等可以区分为很多种类。
韩国授权特许公报第10-1880545号中揭示的喷雾器,存储在药液桶内的药液基于泵的泵送作用沿着药液供给管被输送到喷嘴,药液通过在喷雾器本体的前方侧所组装设置的喷嘴得以喷雾的过程中,向于喷雾器本体的前方所具备的送风喷雾口施加强有力的空气压,由此经由喷嘴喷射的药液以微粒子状态实现喷雾。
如上所述结构的喷雾器,从前方观察时以“+”字形构成的喷嘴组件上安装有多个喷嘴。喷嘴组件,呈“+”字形,包括:喷嘴组装体,内部形成有流路,在沿着流路的多个位置形成有喷嘴组装孔;喷嘴,组装设置在于喷嘴组装体的前方所具备的喷嘴组装孔上。
但是,喷嘴组件的喷嘴组装体是通过注塑工艺来成型,不仅需要在喷嘴组装体的内侧形成流路,而且在多个位置需要嵌件成型喷嘴,还要能够稳定地设置于在喷雾器的前方所形成的送风喷雾口,进一步又需要确保可以充分长时间使用的耐久性,因此在设计时需要考虑的因素很多。
并且,在用户使用喷雾器的途中,为了暂时或完全结束喷雾器的使用而关闭(Off)电源时,具有在喷嘴组件的内侧所形成的流路中残留药液的问题。

发明内容
要解决的技术问题
鉴于如上所述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种在关闭(OFF)喷雾器的电源时,不仅使残留在喷嘴内侧流路里的药液量达到最少,而且防止药液逆流,还可以更加稳固地设置于在喷雾器前方侧所具备的送风喷雾口内侧的喷雾器喷嘴组件。
技术方案
为了达到上述发明目的,根据本发明所提供的一种喷雾器喷嘴组件,包括:喷嘴组装体,具有通过注塑工艺以“+”字形成型且以中央为基准向四周延伸的分支部,在所述分支部的内部形成的滑孔相互连通,在前方以预定间隔形成有多个喷嘴组装孔,该喷嘴组装孔为与所述滑孔相连通的圆形结构且在中央部突出形成有中心凸起,在后方中央突出形成有预定长度的圆筒形接合部;喷嘴,组装设置于所述多个喷嘴组装孔;多个插入件,从在所述喷嘴组装体上以“+”字形结构形成的滑孔的四周外侧向内侧插进,从而堵塞所述滑孔的一部分,且在一侧形成有将通过所述接合部流入的流体向所述喷嘴组装孔引导的流路;以及端盖,在所述喷嘴组装体上以“+”字形结构形成的滑孔的四周外侧向内侧插进所述插入件的状态下,固定结合在所述滑孔的四周外侧。
在本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件中,所述插入件形成为具有预定的厚度、宽度及长度的大致六面体形状,在厚度方向的一侧面上沿长度方向形成较长的具有预定深度的流路,所述流路与所述插入件长度方向的一侧末端相连通,而与另一侧末端构成被阻断的结构。
在本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件中,在所述插入件厚度方向的另一侧面形成有多个具有预定深度的瘦身槽。
在本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件中,在所述插入件沿长度方向的内侧末端形成有侧面流路,该侧面流路与所述流路相连通。
在本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件中,设置在所述喷嘴组装孔的喷嘴包括:喷嘴固定螺丝,用于插入设置在所述喷嘴组装孔;喷嘴体,插入于所述中心凸起的前端时,位于所述喷嘴固定螺丝的内侧;衬垫,设置在所述喷嘴固定螺丝的内侧,以用于保持所述喷嘴组装孔与所述喷嘴体之间的密闭性;以及喷嘴帽,在包覆所述喷嘴体的外部的状态下,结合于所述喷嘴固定螺丝。
在本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件中,在所述端盖的外侧表面上形成有预定高度的凸出部。
在本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件中,在所述喷嘴组装体的圆筒形接合部的内部组装设置有止回阀,在所述止回阀的外部侧设置有用于和药液供给管的末端相连接的连接器,在所述接合部的外侧末端固定设置有防脱离帽。
有益效果
根据本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件,当用户关闭(OFF)开关的同时,能够快速且稳定地阻断流向喷嘴的药液的供给,从而使得残留在流路里的药液量达到最小化。
并且,根据本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件,在利用注塑工艺制造的过程中所产生的滑孔(slide hole)由插入件所填充,因此可以增加强度。

以下,参照附图详细描述本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件的构成。
图中的附图标记100是本发明一实施例的喷嘴组件,附图标记10是适用了本发明一实施例之喷嘴组件的喷雾器。
如图1及图2所示,本发明一实施例的喷嘴组件100固定设置于在喷雾器10的前方侧所具备的送风喷雾口14的内侧,喷嘴组件100中以“+”字形向四周延伸的分支部110的各个末端固定设置在送风喷雾口14的内侧面上。
所述的喷雾器10,当用户接通(On)工作开关时,设于壳体12内部的泵20和送风扇30开始工作,存储在药液桶40内的药液通过泵20得以泵送而经由喷嘴组件100向外喷射。随着泵20的工作,送风扇30工作的同时向送风喷雾口14输送强有力的空气压,从而经由喷嘴组件100所喷射的药液根据强风压力以微粒子状态得以喷雾。
如图3及图4所示,本发明一实施例的喷嘴组件100,包括:喷嘴组装体110,形成有“+”字形的分支部112,沿中央后方侧形成具有预定长度的圆筒形接合部120;喷嘴130,组装设置于在喷嘴组装体110的前方以预定间隔形成在多个位置的喷嘴组装孔114上;插入件150,在喷嘴组装体110的成型工艺中,阻挡于喷嘴组装体110的内侧所形成的“+”字形滑孔116的一部分的同时,形成有用于将药液引导至喷嘴130的流路152;以及端盖160,在插入件150插入于喷嘴组装体110的滑孔116内侧的状态下,固定结合在滑孔116被开放的外侧。
本发明一实施例之喷嘴组件100的喷嘴组装体110可以通过注塑工艺来制造。喷嘴组装体110,从正面或背面观察时,呈以中央为基准分支部112以“+”字形沿上下左右侧延伸的结构,并且在背面侧从中央突出形成具有预定长度的圆筒形的接合部120。在接合部120上连接药液供给管200。
在喷嘴组装体110的前方,以预定间隔在多个位置上形成有喷嘴组装孔114,喷嘴组装孔114呈圆形结构且通过通孔118与形成为“+”字形的滑孔116相连通,在其中央部向前方突出形成有预定长度的中心凸起114a。
如上所述,在多个位置所形成的喷嘴组装孔114上,分别组装设置喷嘴130。
喷嘴130包括:喷嘴固定螺丝132,用于插入设置到喷嘴组装孔114;喷嘴体134,插入于中心凸起114a的前端时,位于喷嘴固定螺丝132的内侧;衬垫(packing)136,设置在喷嘴固定螺丝132的内侧,以用于保持喷嘴组装孔114与喷嘴体134之间的密闭性;以及喷嘴帽138,在包覆喷嘴体134的外部的状态下,结合于喷嘴固定螺丝132。
尤其,本发明一实施例的喷嘴组件100的喷嘴组装体110通过注塑工艺得以成型的过程中,会根据注塑模具的滑块(slide)形成滑孔116,与用于将药液传输至喷嘴130的流路的所需端面积相比,所述滑孔116具有所需以上的较大端面积。为此,将具有与滑孔116的端面积相对应之端面积的插入件150向滑孔116插入而进行堵塞。
如图7所示,插入件150可以形成为如杆体等具有厚度、宽度及长度的大致六面体形状。
另外,为了使药液通过连接于接合部120的药液供给管200适量传输到喷嘴130,在插入件150的厚度方向的一侧面上,沿长度方向形成较长的具有预定深度的流路152。此时,流路152与插入件150长度方向的一侧末端相连通,而与另一侧末端构成被阻断的结构。
尤其,优选地,如图8所示,插入件150其外侧的厚度T大于内侧的厚度t。即,可以形成沿长度方向以预定角度构成锥度的结构。通过将插入件150形成为以预定角度构成锥度的结构,可以提高组装性和密闭性。与具有如上所述倾斜结构的插入件150相对应,滑孔116可以形成为其端面积从外侧至里侧逐渐变小的结构。
优选地,如图8及图9所示,在插入件150沿长度方向的内侧末端可以形成侧面流路154。该侧面流路154与流路152相连通。

如前述,向喷嘴组装体110的后方突出形成的接合部120的内部,组装设置有止回阀170,在止回阀170的外部侧组装设置有用于连接药液供给管200的末端的连接器180。并且,在接合部120的外侧末端固定设置有用于防止止回阀170和连接器180脱离的防脱离帽182。
由此,药液供给管200能够稳定地连接在接合部120,从而防止药液泄漏。
如图10所示,当安装有如前所述结构之喷嘴组件100的喷雾器10工作时,通过连接在接合部120的药液供给管200所供给的药液沿着形成于插入件150的流路152被供给到喷嘴130后,经由喷嘴孔130a得以喷射。
在此,通过喷嘴130所喷射的药液,根据送风扇30所施加的强压空气变得微粒化后得以喷雾。
当安装有如前所述结构之喷嘴组件100的喷雾器10被断开(Off)电源时,泵20停止驱动,从而向药液供给管200的药液供给被阻断。
由于在喷嘴组件100的接合部120的内侧组装设置有止回阀170,因此不仅可以防止药液逆流,而且在预定压力下止回阀170不会被开放,从而通过药液供给管200所供给的药液也不会正向流动。
尤其,本发明一实施例的喷嘴组件100,从止回阀170到喷嘴130的流路较短,且在插入件150的一侧面上形成具有微小端面积的流路152,因此在喷雾器被用户关闭(Off)的几乎同时,通过喷嘴130所喷射的药液也会被阻断。
以上,具体说明了本发明一实施例的喷雾器喷嘴组件的构成及其工作状态。显然,这些实施例包含在本发明的权利要求中所记载的技术思想范围内。而这些实施例仅为示例性的,在解析本发明的权利要求范围时不应进行限定性解释。

Claims (7)

1.一种喷雾器喷嘴组件,包括:
喷嘴组装体,具有通过注塑工艺以“+”字形成型且以中央为基准向四周延伸的分支部,在所述分支部的内部形成的滑孔相互连通,在前方以预定间隔形成有多个喷嘴组装孔,该喷嘴组装孔为与所述滑孔相连通的圆形结构且在中央部突出形成有中心凸起,在后方中央突出形成有预定长度的圆筒形接合部;
喷嘴,组装设置于所述多个喷嘴组装孔;
多个插入件,从在所述喷嘴组装体上以“+”字形结构形成的滑孔的四周外侧向内侧插进,从而堵塞所述滑孔的一部分,且在一侧形成有将通过所述接合部流入的流体向所述喷嘴组装孔引导的流路;以及
端盖,在所述喷嘴组装体上以“+”字形结构形成的滑孔的四周外侧向内侧插进所述插入件的状态下,固定结合在所述滑孔的四周外侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷雾器喷嘴组件,其特征在于,所述插入件形成为具有预定的厚度、宽度及长度的六面体形状,在厚度方向的一侧面上沿长度方向形成较长的具有预定深度的流路,所述流路与所述插入件长度方向的一侧末端相连通,而与另一侧末端构成被阻断的结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的喷雾器喷嘴组件,其特征在于,在所述插入件厚度方向的另一侧面形成有多个具有预定深度的瘦身槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的喷雾器喷嘴组件,其特征在于,在所述插入件沿长度方向的内侧末端形成有侧面流路,该侧面流路与所述流路相连通。
5.如权利要求1所述的喷雾器喷嘴组件,其特征在于,设置在所述喷嘴组装孔的喷嘴包括:
喷嘴固定螺丝,用于插入设置在所述喷嘴组装孔;
喷嘴体,插入于所述中心凸起的前端时,位于所述喷嘴固定螺丝的内侧;
衬垫,设置在所述喷嘴固定螺丝的内侧,以用于保持所述喷嘴组装孔与所述喷嘴体之间的密闭性;以及
喷嘴帽,在包覆所述喷嘴体的外部的状态下,结合于所述喷嘴固定螺丝。
6.如权利要求1所述的喷雾器喷嘴组件,其特征在于,在所述端盖的外侧表面上形成有预定高度的凸出部。
7.如权利要求1所述的喷雾器喷嘴组件,其特征在于,在所述喷嘴组装体的圆筒形接合部的内部组装设置有止回阀,在所述止回阀的外部侧设置有用于和药液供给管的末端相连接的连接器,在所述接合部的外侧末端固定设置有防脱离帽。
