Background
Alopecia refers to the phenomenon of hair loss. The normal hair loss is the hair in the catagen and the telogen periods, and the normal amount of hair can be maintained because the hair entering the catagen period and the hair newly entering the anagen period are constantly in dynamic balance. Pathologic hair loss refers to abnormal or excessive hair loss. With the increasing social pressure and the increasing pace of life, the continuous deterioration of the environment and the eating habits of poor diet, along with the increasing unhealthy and sub-healthy state of people, more and more alopecia patients are in China.
CN110025775A discloses a hair loss prevention and generation essence with mild hair-strengthening effect and a preparation method thereof, and the hair loss prevention and generation essence with mild hair-strengthening effect comprises the following raw materials: water, ethanol, a polygonum multiflorum extract, glycerol, an angelica sinensis extract, an aloe extract, a ginseng extract, tea polyphenols, corn gluten amino acids, vitamin H, folic acid, vitamin B3, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, yeast polypeptides, cysteine, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, linoleic acid, xylanase and a hydroid extract. According to the invention, linoleic acid, xylanase and hydroid extracts are adopted to synergistically improve the hair loss prevention rate and the hair growth promotion rate of the hair loss prevention and generation promotion shampoo for mild hair strengthening.
CN114177124A discloses a hair nourishing essence formula for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss, which comprises water, isoprene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a wild soybean extract, an apple fruit cell culture extract, a wild strawberry fruit extract, benzyl alcohol, butanediol, panthenol, nicotinamide, glycerol, caprylyl glycol, a (daily) essence, propylene glycol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, disodium EDTA, polyglycerol-10 diisostearate, a cacumen biotae extract, lecithin, a diaminopyrimidine oxide composition, ethanol, a gentian extract, cholesterol, arginine, a swertia japonica extract, a gentiana macrophylla extract and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
CN114306173A discloses an anti-hair loss essence, which comprises the following raw material components: glycerol glucoside, methyl propylene glycol, wild soybean seed extract, dimethyl sulfone, oligopeptide-2, panthenol, benzyl nicotinate, ginseng root extract, rehmannia glutinosa root extract, zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract, fructus forsythiae extract, peony root extract, EDTA disodium, sodium hyaluronate, rosemary leaf extract, hydroxymethoxybenzyl nonanamide and deionized water; the essence can improve moisture retention effect of scalp, regulate skin lipid balance, inhibit excessive sebum secretion, inhibit androgen, and enhance scalp blood circulation interaction to achieve comprehensive alopecia preventing effect.
Related studies have shown that alopecia is mainly caused by insufficient nutrition supply to hair due to degenerative atrophy of hair follicle cells in the scalp, and thus to effectively solve the problem of alopecia, it is essential to provide sufficient nutrition to hair follicle cells; meanwhile, the hair loss can be effectively prevented by matching with a proper hair follicle growth factor, but the hair follicle entering the dormancy stage is promoted to grow again, and new hair grows out, so that the problem of hair loss is completely solved. At present, a lot of research on products for preventing hair loss, growing hair and thickening hair is carried out, but the effect is general, so that the development of a hair-growing and thickening essence composition with better effect is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a hair-growing and hair-thickening essence composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a hair growth and thickening essence composition comprising:
phase A comprising hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, arginine and disodium EDTA;
phase B comprising oleyl polyether complex, biotin, ethanol, methyl propylene glycol, glycerol/Glycine soja seed extract, chlorella/Lupinus albus, alopecia preventing and hair growth promoting stock solution and denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein;
phase C comprising phenoxyethanol, niacinamide, cacumen Platycladi extract, and apple/strawberry/soybean extract;
and (3) water.
Preferably, the oleyl polyether compound is a compound of oleyl polyether-3, oleyl polyether-5, oleyl polyether-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and oleyl alcohol.
Preferably, the glycerol/GLYCINE SOJA seed extract is a complex of glycerol and GLYCINE SOJA seed extract.
Preferably, the chlorella/lupin is a complex of chlorella and lupin.
Preferably, the apple/strawberry/wild soybean extract is a complex of apple (MALUS domicitica) fruit cell culture extract, strawberry (FRAGARIA VESCA) fruit extract and wild soybean (GLYCINE SOJA) extract.
Preferably, the anti-hair loss and hair growth stock solution is an alcohol extract and/or an aqueous extract of ginseng, fructus forsythiae, cordyceps militaris, ginger root and radix sophorae flavescentis.
Preferably, the denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein is a complex of water, denatured ethanol, panthenyl ethyl ether, milk protein, lactose, inositol, acetylcysteine, acetylmethionine, sodium citrate, citric acid.
Preferably, the hair growth and density promoting essence composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
phase A comprising hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 0.2-1 part, arginine 0.01-0.1 part and EDTA disodium 0.08-0.12 part;
phase B comprising oleyl alcohol polyether compound 0.55-0.65 weight portions, biotin 0.1-0.5 weight portions, ethanol 10-25 weight portions, methyl propylene glycol 1-5 weight portions, glycerin/wild soybean seed extract 0.1-1 weight portions, chlorella/white lupin 0.1-1 weight portions, hair loss preventing and growing liquid 1.5-5 weight portions, and denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein 1-8 weight portions;
phase C comprising phenoxyethanol 0.1-1 parts, nicotinamide 0.2-2 parts, cacumen Platycladi extract 1-5 parts, and fructus Mali Pumilae/strawberry/semen Sojae Atricolor extract 0.1-1.5 parts;

phase B comprising oleyl polyether compound 0.55-0.65, biotin 0.2-0.4, ethanol 12-20, methyl propylene glycol 2-4, glycerol/wild soybean seed extract 0.2-1, chlorella/Lupinus albus 0.2-0.8, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution 2-4 and denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein 3-5;
phase C comprising phenoxyethanol 0.3-1 part, nicotinamide 0.5-1.8 parts, cacumen Platycladi extract 2-4 parts, and fructus Mali Pumilae/herba Fragariae Nigri/semen Sojae Atricolor extract 0.5-1.0 part;

phase B, including oleyl polyether compound 0.6 parts, biotin 0.3 parts, ethanol 15 parts, methyl propylene glycol 3 parts, glycerin/wild soybean seed extract 0.5 parts, chlorella/white lupin 0.5 parts, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution 2 parts and denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein 4 parts;
phase C comprising phenoxyethanol 0.5 parts, nicotinamide 1.0 parts, cacumen Platycladi extract 3 parts, and fructus Mali Pumilae/wild strawberry/wild soybean extract 0.6 parts;
water: make up to 100 parts.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the hair growth and density increasing essence composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Phase A: dissolving EDTA disodium in water, adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dispersing, adding arginine, heating, keeping the temperature, and cooling to obtain phase A;
(2) Phase B: mixing biotin with methyl propylene glycol and oleyl polyether compound sequentially, heating to dissolve, cooling, adding ethanol, glycerol/semen glycines extract, chlorella/Lupinus albus, alopecia preventing and hair growth promoting stock solution and denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, and stirring to transparent;
(3) And (2) sequentially adding the phase B obtained in the step (2), phenoxyethanol, apple/wild strawberry/wild soybean extract, nicotinamide and cacumen biotae extract into the phase A obtained in the step (1), and stirring and adjusting the pH value to 5.5-6.5 to obtain the hair growth and hair density essence composition.
Preferably, the heating in step (1) is: heating to 78-82 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-15min, and reducing the temperature to 35-50 ℃.
Preferably, the heating in step (2) is: heating to 78-82 ℃, and cooling to 35-50 ℃.
The invention also provides application of the hair growth and density increasing essence composition in preparing hair washing and caring products.
Preferably, the hair washing and caring product comprises shampoo, hair conditioner, hair caring essential oil and hair mask.
The invention also provides a hair washing and skin care product which comprises the hair growing and thickening essence composition.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the hair growth and hair density essence composition can effectively activate the growth cycle of hair follicles, shorten the resting period, open the growing period, allow more hair follicle cells to participate in hair growth, promote the growth of the hair follicles by nourishing the scalp and the hair follicles, improve the adhesion of the hair follicles of the scalp, enable the hair roots to be tough and achieve the effects of hair density and hair loss prevention by compounding biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenol ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss prevention and hair growth stock solution and apple/wild strawberry/wild soybean extract. Meanwhile, the hair conditioner can also repair damaged hair, so that the hair is glossy and smooth, and the hair roughness is reduced.

Example 1A hair growth and thickening essence composition
The formulation of the hair tonic/liquid concentrate composition of this example is shown in table 1.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Phase A: dissolving disodium EDTA in water, adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dispersing, adding arginine, heating to 80 deg.C, holding for 5-15min, and cooling to 45 deg.C to obtain phase A;
(2) Phase B: mixing biotin with methyl propylene glycol and oleyl polyether compound sequentially, heating to 80 deg.C for dissolving, cooling to 45 deg.C, adding ethanol, glycerol/semen glycines seed extract, chlorella/Lupinus albus, alopecia preventing and hair growth stock solution and denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, stirring to transparent;
(3) And (2) sequentially adding the phase B obtained in the step (2), phenoxyethanol, apple/wild strawberry/wild soybean extract, nicotinamide and cacumen biotae extract into the phase A obtained in the step (1), and stirring and adjusting the pH value to 5.5-6.5 to obtain the hair growth and hair density essence composition.

And (3) performance testing:
the hair growth and thickening essence compositions prepared in the examples and comparative examples were tested for hair follicle growth, thickening and hair loss prevention, hair root toughness and the like.
1. Experimental groups
The subjects were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 persons each by age, and the hair growth and hair-thickening essence compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were used, respectively, wherein the selection of the subjects was made in accordance with the following criteria with reference to "cosmetic anti-hair loss efficacy test method".
1. Inclusion criteria of Subjects
(1) Healthy women aged 18 to 60 years old;
(2) The hair length is 10-40 cm;
(3) The hair loss is much and the hair is slightly sparse, the hair loss count is more than 10 according to 60 times of combing method, and the hair loss count is still more than 10 after 2 weeks of elution;
(4) Special hairdressing treatments such as hair dyeing, perming, shaping and the like are not performed in nearly 1 month;
(5) The trial process can be understood, voluntarily taking the trial and signing the written informed consent form.
2. Exclusion criteria for subjects
(1) Pregnant or lactating women, or those who have a pregnancy plan recently;
(2) Severe androgenic alopecia, alopecia areata, inflammatory cicatricial alopecia or other patients with scalp/hair disorders;
(3) Patients with psychiatric or psychological disorders; or those with long-term sleep, mood control disorders;
(4) The cosmetic with the alopecia preventing effect or other products with the hair growing effect are used within nearly 3 months;
(5) Those who have taken or topically applied any drug that affects hair growth within approximately 6 months;
(6) Those who have received hair transplant treatment;
(7) Curling hair;
(8) Those with high constitutional sensitivity;
(9) Other clinical trial participants took part in the last 2 months;
(10) Clinical assessments considered unsuitable for participants.
2. Test method
After hair is wetted, a proper amount of the hair growth and thickening essence composition is taken to rub out foam, the foam is uniformly smeared on hair and scalp, the finger abdomen is used for drawing a circle for massage, the hair is gently rubbed from the hair root to the hair tip for 5min, and then the hair is washed clean by clear water. The composition is administered 1 time every 1 day for 8 weeks.
The subjects in each group were evaluated for their pre-product hair base including hair loss count, hair density, root toughness, and the same evaluations and tests were performed again at week 8 after product use. Wherein, the hair loss is counted, and the number of the hair lost in 60 times of combing is counted by adopting a 60-time combing method; the hair density is graded, and the grading grade is referred to and selected according to the test method for the alopecia preventing effect of cosmetics; the method for testing the obdurability of the hair root comprises the following steps: randomly selecting 1 hair in the forehead area, left temple area and occiput area of the subject, tying a pull ring of a tension device at a position close to the hair root by about 2cm, and testing the tension required for pulling out each hair.
3. Results of the experiment
1. Alopecia Effect
As shown in fig. 1, the number of hair loss was significantly reduced in 60 combing cycles at 8 weeks after 8 weeks using the hair growth and thickening essence composition of the present invention, compared to that before use, wherein the effect was the best in example 1, the number of hair loss was reduced by 75.2%, the number of hair loss was reduced by 72% in example 2, the number of hair loss was reduced by 65% and 62% in examples 3 and 5, respectively, and the number of hair loss was reduced by 48% in example 4. It is shown that the present invention has the effect of preventing alopecia.
Meanwhile, after 8 weeks using the hair-growing and hair-thickening essence composition of comparative example 1 according to the present invention, the number of hairs lost during 60 combing at 8 weeks was not significantly changed from that before use, and the number of hairs lost was reduced by only 11%, indicating that the control essence composition lacking biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss preventing hair growth essence and apple/wild strawberry/wild soybean extract in the present invention had no significant effect on hair loss improvement.
On this basis, biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts (8.7% by weight of the total weight of the hair growing and hair dense essence composition) were added in conventional amounts to prepare the hair growing and hair dense essence composition of comparative example 2, the number of hair loss of which was reduced by 27% after 8 weeks of use. In contrast, the hair growth and hair-thickening essence composition prepared in example 1 of the present invention contained biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion solution, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extract in an amount of 7.4% by weight based on the total weight of the hair growth and hair-thickening essence composition, but the amount of hair loss was reduced by 75.2% after 8 weeks of use. Shows that: compared with biotin, chlorella/Lupinus albus, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts with conventional dosage, the compound preparation has unexpected technical effects by compounding the biotin, the chlorella/Lupinus albus, the denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, the alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution and the apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts.
2. Hair growing and thickening effect
As shown in fig. 2, after 8 weeks using the hair-thickening essence composition of the present invention, the hair density grading was uniformly increased to different degrees compared to before use, wherein the increasing effect of example 1 was the best to 42.8%, followed by 38.5%, 36%, 32.1% and 29.6% for example 5, example 3 and example 4, respectively. Shows that: the hair growth and density promoting essence composition can promote the growth of hair follicles, improve the hair density and has the effect of hair growth and density.
After 8 weeks using the hair-growing and hair-thickening essence composition of comparative example 1 of the present invention, the hair density grading score was not significantly changed after 8 weeks compared to that before use, and was increased by only 3.6%, indicating that the control essence composition lacking biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss prevention and hair-growing essence, and apple/strawberries/wild soybeans extract in the present invention had no significant effect on hair-thickening.
On this basis, biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extract (8.7% by weight of the total weight of the hair growing and hair thickening essence composition) were added in conventional amounts to prepare the hair growing and hair thickening essence composition of comparative example 2, the hair density rating of which was increased by 15.4% after 8 weeks of use. In contrast, the hair growth and hair-thickening essence composition prepared in example 1 of the present invention contained biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion solution, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extract in an amount of 7.4% by weight based on the total weight of the hair growth and hair-thickening essence composition, but the hair density grading score increased by 42.8% after 8 weeks of use. Shows that: compared with biotin, chlorella/white lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenol ethyl ether/milk protein, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts with conventional dosage, the compound preparation has unexpected technical effects by compounding the biotin, the chlorella/white lupin, the denatured ethanol/panthenol ethyl ether/milk protein, the alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution and the apple/wild strawberries/wild soybean extracts.
3. Effect of strengthening and toughness of hair root
As shown in fig. 3, after 8 weeks using the hair growth and thickening essence composition of the present invention, the pulling force value of the hair pulled out of the hair follicle was increased by about 28 to 50% compared to before use, indicating that the hair growth and thickening essence composition of the present invention can improve the adhesion of the scalp to the hair follicle, make the hair root strong, and have a better effect of strengthening the hair root.
Meanwhile, according to comparative example 1, it was found that, when the hair growth and hair-thickening essence composition of comparative example 1 of the present invention was used for 8 weeks, the pulling force value of the hair follicle from which the hair was pulled out at 8 weeks was not significantly changed from that before use, and was increased by only about 2%, indicating that the control essence composition lacking biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss prevention hair growth essence, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts in the present invention had no significant effect of improving the toughness of the hair roots.
On the basis of this, biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts (8.7% by weight based on the total weight of the hair dense shampoo composition) were added in conventional amounts to prepare the hair dense shampoo composition of comparative example 2, of which the pulling force value of the hair pulled out of the hair follicle was increased by about 15% after 8 weeks of use. In contrast, the hair growth and hair density essence composition prepared in example 1 of the present invention contains biotin, chlorella/lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenyl ethyl ether/milk protein, hair loss prevention and hair growth solution, and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extract in an amount of 7.4% by weight based on the total weight of the hair growth and hair density essence composition, but after 8 weeks, the pulling force value of the hair pulled out of the hair follicle was increased by about 50%. Shows that: compared with biotin, chlorella/white lupin, denatured ethanol/panthenol ethyl ether/milk protein, alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution and apple/strawberries/wild soybean extracts with conventional dosage, the compound preparation has unexpected technical effects by compounding the biotin, the chlorella/white lupin, the denatured ethanol/panthenol ethyl ether/milk protein, the alopecia preventing and hair growing stock solution and the apple/wild strawberries/wild soybean extracts.
