Description

Anti-hair loss shampoo and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetic washing and protection, and particularly relates to anti-hair loss shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As an important component of a human body, the hair not only can protect the head and adjust the body temperature, but also plays an important role in appearance instruments of the human body, and the hair loss problems such as the backward movement of a hairline, the withering of the hair and the like can seriously reduce the personal color value. At present, people suffering from alopecia are mainly concentrated on 20-40 years old, and most people are male. This is because seborrheic alopecia caused by androgens is the most common cause of alopecia, and excessive secretion of androgens causes excess sebum secretion, which presses hair roots, resulting in alopecia. In addition, endocrine disorders, immune dysfunction, nutritional imbalances, stress, genetics, sunlight, pollution, etc. can also lead to hair loss. The hair follicle is the root of hair growth, and the growth cycle of normal hair follicle cells is generally: anagen phase-catagen phase-telogen phase-shedding of old hair-anagen phase, most of the hair loss is due to abnormal cell cycle and morphology of hair follicles.
Theoretically, the most effective treatment for alopecia is to inhibit the catagen phase, prolong the anagen phase while maintaining the healthy hair follicle cells, and induce the telogen phase to transform into the anagen phase. However, at present, the goal is not perfectly achieved, the anti-hair loss performance of most anti-hair loss shampoos on the market cannot meet the actual requirement, and the anti-hair loss effect is poor.
The hair grows from the hair follicle, the healthy hair follicle is the fundamental guarantee of the hair growth, the ecological environment of the hair follicle is damaged, and particularly, the microcirculation of the hair follicle is disturbed and even blocked, and the hair follicle is the root cause of alopecia symptoms. Therefore, reducing scalp hair follicle damage, improving and repairing the hair follicle microenvironment is the first problem to be solved for hair loss prevention. The surfactant is used as an important functional raw material in shampoo, and the selection of the surfactant is important to the efficacy and the mild performance of the shampoo.

the experimental method comprises the following steps: 120 volunteers with alopecia troubling age of 18-45 years old are selected, male and female are not limited, and the volunteers are randomly divided into 5 groups of 20 people. The shampoo in the comparative example and the shampoo in the example are respectively used by all groups of volunteers, and the application period is 3 months every 2 days. During the test period, the subjects had no other cosmetics, health products and drugs that affected the experimental results. Because the experiment time is long and the seasonal alopecia in autumn and winter is obvious, the anti-alopecia test is recommended to avoid the season change in autumn and winter as much as possible so as to reduce the influence of the external environment change on the experiment.
Evaluation of anti-shedding effect: the subject combs the hair with a standard oak comb 10 before washing the hair each time, the number of fallen hairs is recorded, the number of effective, effective and ineffective people is counted, and the effective rate is calculated. The effective rate calculation method comprises the following steps: (the number of effective persons + the number of effective persons)/(the number of effective persons + the number of ineffective persons) × 100%.
The effect is shown: the hair loss after 3 months is reduced by more than 40 percent compared with that before the experiment, and the problems of head itching and scurf are solved;
the method has the following advantages: the hair falling quantity after 3 months is reduced by 20-40% compared with that before the experiment, and the problems of head itching and scurf are improved;
and (4) invalidation: the number of hair loss after 3 months is reduced by less than 20 percent compared with that before the experiment, and the problems of head itching and scurf are not improved.
The results of the anti-alopecia efficacy test are shown in Table 1
TABLE 1 results of efficacy test for alopecia
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
