The invention provides a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract anti-hair loss and hair-plumping care solution which comprises the following raw materials: compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, sodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, vitamin B5, amino acid foaming agent, polyglycerol ester mixture and water; the Chinese medicinal materials comprise Polygoni Multiflori radix, flos Chrysanthemi, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, rhizoma Gastrodiae, radix rehmanniae Preparata, mori fructus, radix Codonopsis, rhizoma Drynariae, notoginseng radix, and radix rehmanniae.

The nursing liquid of the invention comprises the following main components: effective components of fleece-flower root, szechuan lovage rhizome, tall gastrodia tuber, pilose asiabell root, pseudo-ginseng and the like, traditional Chinese medicine extracts of chrysanthemum, prepared rehmannia root, mulberry, fortune's drynaria rhizome, raw rehmannia root and the like, amino acid foaming agent, sodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, vitamin B5 and the like.

The raw materials are wild Chinese herbal medicines, and perennial Chinese herbal medicines are five years or more. Example 1

A compound Chinese medicinal extract anti-alopecia and hair-plumping care solution comprises the following components shown in Table 1.

All the raw materials respectively accord with corresponding national standards.

Example 4: test for inducing the expression of IL-37 protein in hair follicle cells.

1. Subject: 20 human hair follicles were taken, primary hair follicle stem cells were cultured, and randomly divided into 2 groups, which were a blank control group and an experimental group.

The blank control group was not treated; the test groups were added with the solutions of the invention from examples 1 to 3. The compound traditional Chinese medicine extract anti-hair loss and hair-plumping care solution as claimed in claim 4, wherein the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine extracts in percentage by mass: 10% of polygonum multiflorum, 2% of chrysanthemum, 3% of ligusticum wallichii, 3% of gastrodia elata, 2% of prepared rehmannia root, 4% of mulberry, 5% of codonopsis pilosula, 3% of rhizoma drynariae, 2% of pseudo-ginseng and 3% of radix rehmanniae.

The compound traditional Chinese medicine extract anti-hair loss and hair growth promoting care solution as claimed in claim 4, wherein the polyglycerol ester mixture is prepared by mixing polyglycerol-6 caprylate, polyglycerol-3 cocoate, polyglycerol-4 caprate and polyglycerol-6 ricinoleate according to any proportion.

7. The use of the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract anti-hair loss and hair enlargement care solution prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 is characterized in that the care solution is used for preparing hair care products.

8. The use of the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract anti-hair loss and hair-plumping care solution as claimed in claim 7, wherein the hair care product is used for being smeared on scalp for nursing.
