Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair loss prevention and hair solidification, in particular to a hair loss prevention and hair solidification composition, a shampoo containing the hair loss prevention and hair solidification composition and a preparation method of the shampoo.
Background
The hair follicle growth cycle of the human scalp is asynchronous, with approximately 15% to 20% of the follicles in the resting phase, only 1% in the catagen phase, and the remainder in the anagen phase. The growth period generally lasts for 3-7 years, at the moment, the hair follicles go deep into the scalp, and the hairs are in an active growth state; in the catagen stage of 3-4 weeks, the hair follicle is atrophied, the outer root sheath begins to cornify, the hair papilla is gradually reduced, the number of cells is reduced, and the hair stops growing; when the outer root sheath is completely cornified, the hair is separated from the papilla and falls off; after a rest period of 3-4 months, the hair follicles become active again, and new, healthy scalp begins to grow, and the cycle is repeated continuously. When the hair loss amount is about the same as the new hair amount, the hair density is basically unchanged, namely the normal physiological hair loss is obtained; however, if the hair growth cycle is unbalanced, the amount of hair loss exceeds the amount of new hair, or the hair growth rate is very slow, which leads to thinning of hair, i.e. pathological hair loss.
The types of pathological alopecia that are common at present are: seborrheic alopecia, seasonal alopecia, neurogenic alopecia, and also other types of alopecia such as: alopecia caused by aging alopecia, hair loss due to permanent wave, hair loss due to external environment infection, and immunity decrease (decrease in insulin growth factor 1 and prostaglandin D2).
Seborrheic alopecia, also known as androgenic alopecia, is a genetically determined and androgen-influenced alopecia disease, usually accompanied by a problem of excessive scalp lipid secretion. Statistically, 95% of patients with alopecia belong to seborrheic alopecia. Regarding the mechanism of seborrheic alopecia, it was discovered that hair follicle stem cells can secrete some cell factors or growth factors inhibiting hair growth, the abnormal secretion of these factors is derived from the fact that the metabolite Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) of Testosterone (Testosterone, T) catalyzed by 5 α reductase activity, both T and DHT can bind to androgen receptor, the obtained complex is transferred from cytoplasm to nucleus and binds to specific gene site, and the transcription and translation of protein are affected, so as to produce a series of cell factors or growth factors causing abnormal hair growth to attack hair follicle, resulting in the miniaturization of hair follicle and finally the inhibition of hair growth. Therefore, seborrheic alopecia can be effectively prevented and alleviated by inhibiting the activity of 5 α reductase.
Seasonal alopecia occurs mainly in autumn and winter, and dry and cold air causes skin temperature to decrease and pores to converge. The microfilament blood vessels of the scalp show an inactive state, and because the microfilament blood vessel network directly conveys nutrition to hair roots, the hair roots are influenced by the nutrition to generate nutrient metabolic disturbance, and the nutrient supply at the hair root parts is insufficient to generate the after-loss of hair dryness nutrition, thereby causing the phenomenon of alopecia.
Alopecia areata or Cicatricial Alopecia (CA) is a group of Alopecia diseases centered on hair follicles and characterized by destructive and permanent inflammation.
Alopecia is determined by multiple factors such as hair follicle stem cells, sebaceous glands, pileus and the like, so that the alopecia is difficult to be effectively inhibited by unreasonable single functional components or component matching.
For alopecia, it is common to use minoxidil, finasteride, and doxicarb, however, these drugs have large side effects on human body, such as domiphen or allergic dermatitis easily appeared in minoxidil, and finasteride is easily damaged in sexual function. Therefore, the scalp health of the mild and moderate alopecia patients can be nursed by reasonably selecting the anti-alopecia and hair-nourishing series nursing products, and the alopecia can be prevented.
In the washing and nursing product, because some chemically synthesized components have side effects, in the prior art, the anti-hair loss product mostly uses one or more Chinese herbal medicine extract combinations as anti-hair loss effective components, however, the Chinese herbal medicine extract components are complex, the extraction process is complicated, components except the required effective components and even unknown components are inevitably mixed in the extraction process, and the potential hazards exist in the aspects of scalp health and even human health after long-term use. For example, the number of reports of the problem of medicinal liver injury (DILI) caused by polygonum multiflorum and the formulated preparation containing polygonum multiflorum has increased, and liver injury may be caused by a short-time large dose or a small dose for a long time.
At present, the highest rate of various alopecia types is androgenetic alopecia, the alopecia type belongs to gene determination, no radical treatment technology exists at present, hair washing and caring products generally avoid damage to hair follicles caused by the combination of excessive dihydrotestosterone and androgen receptors through continuously inhibiting 5 alpha reductase, so the technology is easy to repeat after being stopped, and the traditional Chinese medicine plant extract is not the best choice for long-time use. Thus, there is a need in the market for a product that is safe, effective, and suitable for long-term use.
