Abstract
The invention relates to a hair care composition, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components: the composition has better cleaning effect, does not damage healthy hair follicles, keeps scalp moisture, moistens scalp, reduces irritation of active substances to scalp, has high compatibility, remarkably improves the permeability of active ingredients, and improves the oil control, anti-inflammatory and repairing functions of the active substances.

Because consumers have urgent demands on the oil control effect of washing and protecting products, the updating iteration of the washing and protecting products of the modern technology correspondingly develop rapidly, more Chinese herbal medicine components of the washing and protecting products appear on the market at present, especially the ginger products are most often contained, as the ginger is more capable of stimulating scalp blood vessels, promoting blood circulation, stimulating hair follicle opening and promoting hair regeneration, playing a certain role in controlling scalp grease secretion, simultaneously, the washing and protecting products have certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, the aggregation of malassezia and the like in scalp layers can be reduced, the shampoo adopting the ginger as the raw material in the prior art has larger stimulation effect, higher cleaning strength, the fragile scalp is easy to cause, the healthy hair follicle is easy to cause scalp dryness, the hair is dry and the like, and the problems of hair conditioner and the like need to be matched for use, for example, the Chinese patent CN108524393A discloses a ginger shampoo, in order to solve the stability of Chinese herbal medicine components such as ginger, a composite thickener is added, but the shampoo effect of the shampoo is not evaluated; for example, chinese patent CN102688165a discloses a shampoo containing Chinese herbal medicines, which is mainly used for solving the problem of alopecia, but the damage and repair degree of scalp are not evaluated, so that it is difficult to obtain a better experience.
The functional washing and caring product prepared based on the prior art is difficult to get on the surface, so that the development of the washing and caring product which has better cleaning force, can clean hair follicles, can repair scalp and does not damage healthy hair follicles of the head has important significance, and also enables consumers to obtain better experience.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a hair care composition, a preparation method and application thereof, and the hair care composition prepared by the invention has better cleaning effect, does not damage healthy hair follicles, moistens scalp, has no irritation, and has good functions of controlling oil, resisting inflammation and repairing.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a hair care composition comprising the following ingredients: polygonum multiflorum extract, aloe extract, ginger extract, methyl propylene glycol, C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9, hydroxyethyl urea, ethylhexyl glycerol, hexylene glycol, taurine, allantoin, acetyl glutamine, nicotinamide, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, vitamin E, C-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate, C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester and phenoxyethanol.
Further, the hair care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 15 parts of polygonum multiflorum extract, 1 to 10 parts of aloe extract, 1 to 10 parts of ginger extract, 5 to 15 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 1 to 2 parts of C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9 1 to 10 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.1 to 0.5 part of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.5 to 1 part of hexanediol, 0.1 to 1 part of taurine, 0.1 to 0.5 part of allantoin, 0.5 to 1 part of acetyl glutamine, 0.1 to 2 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01 to 0.5 part of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 0.1 to 2 parts of vitamin E, 1 to 2 parts of C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate, 1 to 5 parts of C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester and 0.01 to 0.2 part of phenoxyethanol.
Further, the mass ratio of the methyl propylene glycol to the C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9 in the hair care composition is (1.2-2): 1.
Further, the mass ratio of the polygonum multiflorum extract, the aloe extract and the ginger extract in the hair care composition is (1-5) 1:0.4.
Further, the mass ratio of C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate to C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester in the hair care composition is 1 (0.5-3).
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the polygonum multiflorum extract, which comprises the following specific steps: cleaning, drying and crushing polygonum multiflorum, adding water with the mass of 5-20 times of that of the polygonum multiflorum, soaking, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, decocting, filtering, adding ethanol with the mass of 2-10 times of that of filter residues, carrying out reflux, filtering, combining the two filtrates, and concentrating.
Further, the invention provides a preparation method of the aloe extract, which comprises the following specific steps: peeling aloe, mashing into paste, adding ethanol with the mass of 5-15 times, soaking, ultrasonic treating, filtering and concentrating.
Further, the invention provides a preparation method of the ginger extract, which comprises the following specific steps: cleaning ginger, mashing, adding 5-20 times of water for soaking, ultrasonic treatment, filtering, adding water with the same mass into filter residue again for soaking, ultrasonic treatment, filtering, repeating the same steps for three times, combining the three filtrates, and concentrating.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a method of preparing a hair care composition comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing polygonum multiflorum extract, aloe extract, ginger extract, hydroxyethyl urea, ethylhexyl glycerol, hexanediol, taurine, allantoin, acetylglutamine, nicotinamide, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, vitamin E, C-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9, methyl propylene glycol and 2/3 parts by mass of water, stirring, and then heating to 55-80 ℃;
s2, mixing C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate, C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester, phenoxyethanol and 1/3 mass part of water, stirring, and then heating to 60-90 ℃;
s3, mixing the feed liquid prepared in the step S1 and the step S2, adjusting the pH value at the mixing temperature of 65-85 ℃, and homogenizing to obtain the hair care composition.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention also provides the use of the hair care composition in a scalp, hair or hair follicle repair care product.
Further, the scalp, hair or hair follicle repair care product is in any form of liquid, paste, emulsion, foam or spray, but the product is not limited to the form.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the hair care composition prepared by the invention is added with the polygonum multiflorum extract, the aloe extract and the ginger extract, has good cleaning effect, can moisten scalp, keeps scalp moisture, can effectively reduce irritation of ginger, reduces damage to healthy scalp, further reduces secretion of scalp grease by the polygonum multiflorum extract, can reduce malassezia generated after grease aggregation, further reduces dandruff and reduces possibility of alopecia.
2. The hair care composition prepared by the invention contains the methyl propylene glycol and the C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9, and the component can effectively improve the permeability of the polygonum multiflorum extract, the aloe extract and the ginger extract, and simultaneously maintain the pH value of the composition within the range of 5.5-5.8 and can exert the optimal effect of active substances.
3. The hair care composition prepared by the invention contains the PEG-8 ester of C12-20 acid and the C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate, and the compound improves the emulsifying property of the composition, increases the stability of the composition and further improves the activity of the composition.

The experimental methods of the present invention, in which specific conditions are not specified in the following examples, are generally conducted under conventional conditions or under conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The various chemicals commonly used in the examples are commercially available.

Example 1 preparation of hair care compositions

s2, mixing the C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate, the C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester, phenoxyethanol and 1/3 of water in parts by mass, stirring, and heating to 82 ℃;
s3, mixing the feed liquid prepared in the step S1 and the step S2, adjusting the pH value to 5.5 at the mixing temperature of 75 ℃, and properly supplementing the water lost by heating in the mixing process, and homogenizing for 5min at the rotating speed of 13000r/min to obtain the hair care composition.
The preparation method of the polygonum multiflorum extract in the steps comprises the following steps: cleaning Polygoni Multiflori radix, drying, pulverizing, soaking in 8 times of water for 2 hr, ultrasonic treating for 15min, decocting for 2 hr, filtering, refluxing with 5 times of ethanol, filtering, mixing filtrates, and concentrating to dry.
The preparation method of the aloe extract in the steps comprises the following steps: peeling aloe, mashing into paste, soaking in 12 times of ethanol for 4 hr, ultrasonic treating for 30min, filtering, and concentrating to dry.
The preparation method of the ginger extract in the steps comprises the following steps: cleaning rhizoma Zingiberis recens, mashing, soaking in 10 times of water for 3 hr, ultrasonic treating for 20min, filtering, soaking the residue in water of the same quality for 3 hr, ultrasonic treating for 20min, filtering, repeating the same steps for three times, mixing the three filtrates, and concentrating to dry.

Test example one evaluation of use of the Hair Care composition of the invention
The hair care compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 were subjected to a related toxicology test prior to evaluation, and were rinsed in an acute eye irritation test (30 s), resulting in no irritation; through an acute skin irritation test, the result shows that the skin irritation is free; the result of the skin phototoxicity test shows that no skin phototoxicity is seen; the skin allergy test shows that no skin allergy is found.
Evaluation of use: the hair care compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 were used once every other day for two weeks, and the subjects were required to have normal hair washing habits during the use, but the hair care compositions were required to be kept on the hair for 2 to 3 minutes and subjected to appropriate massage before being rinsed with water, and the evaluation indexes including the cleaning effect, scalp comfort, scalp conditioning, combing effect and glossiness were shown in table 5.

The hair care compositions prepared in the embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention have no irritation, and after two weeks of use, the hair care compositions have a remarkable improvement on dandruff, a certain improvement on hair quality, and a good cleaning effect, but do not cause the conditions of bad hair quality, dry scalp, tight scalp, etc. caused by excessive cleaning, and especially the hair care compositions prepared in the embodiment 4 have the advantages of best effect, good penetration effect, realization of function exertion of effective active ingredients, effective hair follicle cleaning, improvement of the composition exertion of anti-inflammatory and repairing functions, etc.
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 3 is that the polygonum multiflorum extract is not added, the ginger extract is added in an amount of 5.5 parts by mass, the aloe extract is added in an amount of 13.5 parts by mass, and the remaining components are identical to the preparation steps.

The difference from example 3 is that no C12-14 secondary alkanolamine polyether-9 is added, methyl propylene glycol is used to make up the parts by mass, and the remaining components and preparation steps are identical.

Evaluation of use of the compositions prepared in test example two and comparative examples 1 to 9
In accordance with the first judgment mode of the test example, the related toxicology tests of the comparative examples 1 to 9 are carried out, and the test is washed by an acute eye irritation test (30 s), so that the test is non-irritating; through an acute skin irritation test, the result shows that the skin irritation is free; the result of the skin phototoxicity test shows that no skin phototoxicity is seen; the skin allergy test shows that no skin allergy is found.
Evaluation of use: according to the first evaluation method of the test example, 90 persons with 25-35 years old, healthy head skin without allergy or scars and without local systemic other diseases have certain scalp problems (such as excessive dandruff, excessive grease secretion, scalp itching sensitivity and the like), 45 men and 45 women are randomly divided into 9 groups, 5 men and 5 women in each group are respectively corresponding to one group of compositions in comparative examples 1-9, the compositions used are evaluated after two weeks every other day, in the use process, the subjects are required to keep the compositions on hair for 2-3 minutes according to normal hair washing habit, and then the hair can be washed out with water, and the evaluation indexes comprise cleaning effect, scalp comfort, dandruff improvement degree, carding effect and glossiness, and the specific evaluation results are shown in Table 6.

As can be seen from the results of table 6, the compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 9 were significantly inferior to the hair care composition prepared in example 3 in terms of the evaluation, and the results of the evaluation in comparative example 1 revealed that the polygonum multiflorum extract had a significant effect of improving dandruff and nourishing scalp, and in addition, the conventional ginger washing and caring was able to improve the dandruff effect, but had a greater irritation to the scalp, so that the addition of the polygonum multiflorum extract significantly improved the defect; in addition, the hair care composition prepared by the invention can improve the permeation effect of active ingredients (namely polygonum multiflorum extract, aloe extract and ginger extract) by adding the methyl propylene glycol and the C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9 in the mass ratio of (1.2-2), and the use evaluation results of comparative examples 2-4 show that the C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9 has larger influence on the use effect of the hair care composition, the moisturizing effect of the hair care composition is reduced due to the lack of the components, the cleaning effect is also reduced, scalp oil is discharged quickly after use, the maintenance effect is poor, and the hair follicle cleaning effect is reduced; in a third aspect, the invention adopts the PEG-8 ester of C12-20 acid and the C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate with the mass ratio of 1 (0.5-3) to obtain the hair care composition with good stability, and the results of comparative examples 5-9 in Table 6 show that the PEG-8 ester of C12-20 acid and the C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate have obvious improvement effect on the cleaning effect of the composition within the range of the ratio, can maintain better cleaning effect and improve the hair quality effect to a certain extent; the hair care compositions of the present invention exhibit optimum efficacy at a pH in the range of 5.5 to 5.8.
Test example III, effect of composition on scalp lipid and moisture content
The compositions prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were tested for scalp grease and moisture content as follows:
(1) Scalp grease test
According to the principle of a grease testing photometer, an MB560 scalp grease tester is adopted for testing, two ends of a tape strip are folded and fixed on a grease probe, the probe is pressed and contacted with a scalp to-be-tested part for 30 seconds, the grease on the scalp changes the transparency of the testing tape, a light transmittance distribution curve on the tape can be obtained through testing by a photoelectric tube in the instrument, the peak value of the light transmittance distribution curve represents the content of the grease on the scalp, and 3 parallel data are taken to obtain an average value.
(2) Scalp moisture content test
The scalp moisture loss rate is measured by pressing a probe of the tester on the less hair and scalp at the temple of the volunteer through a Vaponter percutaneous moisture loss tester for 30 seconds, and 3 parallel data are taken to obtain an average value.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: the composition is selected to be used for 25-35 years old, the skin of the head is healthy and has no allergy or scars and no local systemic other diseases, 55 people with scalp problems (such as excessive dandruff, excessive grease secretion, scalp itching sensitivity and the like) are randomly divided into 11 groups of 3 men and 2 women, each group corresponds to one group of compositions in the embodiment 3 and the comparative examples 1-10, the composition is required to be used once every day, during the use process, the subject is required to keep the composition on the hair for 2-3 minutes and perform proper massage, then the scalp can be washed cleanly by water, the scalp can be cleaned before the use (common shampoo washing), after the use for one week and two weeks, the test time is immediately after the hair is cleaned, the volunteer needs to sit still for 30 minutes in a room with the indoor temperature of 20-22 ℃ and the humidity of 55% +/-5%, the test sites cannot be exposed to water and drink, the test sites are placed in a test state, the test time is kept, the test time is 0h and the scalp is 6h, and the scalp secretion amount of the scalp is calculated after the scalp is lost after the scalp is cleaned.

As can be seen from the results of table 7, the hair care compositions of the present invention have good effects in controlling oil and retaining water compared to the compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 9, the scalp oil secretion amount is reduced by 3.07% and 1.87% respectively within 6 hours after one week and two weeks using the hair care composition prepared in example 3, the scalp moisture loss amount is reduced by 4.22% and 6.94% respectively, and the scalp oil secretion amount is reduced by about 1.71% to 2.76% and 1.07% to 1.62% respectively within 6 hours after one week and two weeks using the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 9, and the scalp moisture loss amount is reduced by about 2.26% to 4.01% and 1.55% to 2.59% respectively, thereby it can be seen that the hair care composition of the present invention has remarkable effects of inhibiting scalp oil secretion and retaining scalp moisturization.

5 to 15 parts of polygonum multiflorum extract, 1 to 10 parts of aloe extract, 1 to 10 parts of ginger extract, 5 to 15 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 1 to 2 parts of C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9 1 to 10 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.1 to 0.5 part of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.5 to 1 part of hexanediol, 0.1 to 1 part of taurine, 0.1 to 0.5 part of allantoin, 0.5 to 1 part of acetyl glutamine, 0.1 to 2 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01 to 0.5 part of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 0.1 to 2 parts of vitamin E, 1 to 2 parts of C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate, 1 to 5 parts of C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester and 0.01 to 0.2 part of phenoxyethanol;
the mass ratio of the methyl propylene glycol to the C12-14 secondary alkanol polyether-9 in the hair care composition is (1.2-2) 1;
the mass ratio of the polygonum multiflorum extract to the aloe extract to the ginger extract in the hair care composition is (1-5) 1:0.4;
the mass ratio of the C12-15 alkanol polyether-2 phosphate to the C12-20 acid PEG-8 ester in the hair care composition is 1 (0.5-3);
the pH of the hair care composition is 5.5-5.8.
2. Use of the hair care composition of claim 1 for the preparation of scalp or hair restoration care products.
3. The use according to claim 2, characterized in that: the scalp or hair restoration care product is in any form of liquid, paste and foam.
