본 발명에서 제조된 커피 카페인 함유 헤어 샴푸에 대하여 발모효과, 모발 영양효과, 비듬 방지효과 및 가려움증 제거효과에 대한 평가를 다음과 같은 방법에 의해 실험하였다.The coffee caffeine-containing hair shampoo prepared in the present invention was tested for hair growth effect, hair nutrition effect, anti-dandruff effect, and itching removal effect by the following method.
비듬과 두피가려움증이 있는 사람 75명을 대상으로 각각 6개의 군으로 나누어 매일 저녁 한번씩 통상적인 방법으로 실시예 1 및 2의 커피 카페인 함유 헤어 샴푸 및 비교예 1의 샴푸를 사용하여 세정하였다. 3개월 이후 비듬과 두피가려움증에 대하여 평가하였으며, 그 결과는 하기 표 3과 같다. 비교를 위해 시판되는 모발 개선용 샴푸를 비교예 2로 사용하였으며, 시판되는 탈모 방지용 샴푸를 비교예 3으로 사용하였다.Seventy-five people with dandruff and itchy scalp were divided into six groups and washed once every evening using the coffee caffeine-containing hair shampoo of Examples 1 and 2 and the shampoo of Comparative Example 1 in the usual manner. 상기 표 3에서 확인되는 바와 같이, 본 발명에서 제조된 커피 카페인 함유 헤어 샴푸를 지속적으로 사용할 경우에는 모든 사용자에게 비듬방지 및 가려움증 방지 효과가 나타날 뿐만 아니라, 가는 모발이나 잔털이 굵어지는 효과가 있었다. 또한 모발 영양 상태는 대부분 좋은 변화가 있었으며 비듬과 가려움증이 있던 사람들은 비듬과 가려움증이 완전히 해소되는 효과가 있었으며 두피 상태가 대부분 개선되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.As shown in Table 3, when the coffee caffeine-containing hair shampoo prepared in the present invention was continuously used, not only did all users have anti-dandruff and anti-itching effects, but it also had the effect of making fine hair or fine hair thicker. 본 발명의 헤어케어 조성물이 인체 피부에 안전한지 확인하기 위하여, 피부 안전성 검증 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 피부누적 자극시험을 실시하였다. 스쿠알렌을 베이스로 하고 실시예 1 및 2의 헤어케어 조성물을 각각 1% 첨가한 제형을 제조하고, 이를 사용하여 건강한 20명의 성인을 대상으로 윗팔뚝 부위에 격일로 총 9회의 24시간 누적 첩포를 시행하여 본 발명의 헤어케어 조성물이 피부에 자극을 주는지 여부를 측정하였다. 첩포 방법은 핀 챔버(Finn chamber, Epitest Ltd, 핀란드)를 이용하였다. 챔버에 상기 각 피부 외용제를 15 ㎕씩 적하한 후 첩포를 실시하였다. 매회 피부에 나타난 반응의 정도를 하기 수학식 2를 이용하여 점수화하였으며, 그 결과를 하기 표 6에 나타내었다.In order to confirm whether the hair care composition of the present invention is safe for human skin, a skin safety verification experiment was performed.
