背景技术
近年来随着生活水平的提高以及科学技术的发展,人们对穿着的要求也越高,消费者追求服装穿着舒适并美观得体。这就对现今的针织面料提出了更高的要求,普通的吸湿快干功能已经变成面料加工时的基础功能。当人们在运动汗液大量排出的时候普通面料吸收汗液织物正反面完全湿润,粘在人体皮肤上极不舒适。因此,具有单向导湿功能的针织面料由于其能快速导湿并同时保证织物内层快速干爽而成为针织服装的前沿产品之一,也是当今针织服装领域的一个发展趋向。传统的单向导湿面料通常是在面料的布面上另外添加吸湿排汗助剂和防水剂来达到单向导湿的效果,但吸湿效果和单向导湿效果不耐多次水洗,且使用防水剂常含有不易降解的氟化合物,对环境存在潜在的危害,此外在生产过程中使用的吸湿排汗助剂也容易对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,通过差动毛细效应实现面料的快速导湿快干功能。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,将氧化石墨烯与去离子水混合后调节PH并搅拌均匀,加入助剂在超声作用下均匀分散3~5h,完成后加入三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂并搅拌30~60min浓缩后去除水分,并进行造粒,得到改性剂颗粒;
S2,将S1制得的改性剂颗粒与聚丙烯切片为原料,并加入防水母料作为添加剂,添加至螺杆挤出机中进行加热与混合,后续通过喷丝组件在喷丝板上喷出,冷却后得到聚丙烯纤维原丝;
S3,取将氧化铜颗粒溶于溶剂中,并在超声作用下分散形成均匀的氯化铜溶液,再将聚丙烯纤维原丝浸入上述氧化铜溶液中,继续超声作用后,氧化铜纳米粒子均匀沉积在聚丙烯纤维原丝上,洗净后于烘箱内进行梯度加热固化,固化完成后取聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂混合后喷涂于聚丙烯纤维上,再进行缠结卷绕后制得聚丙烯纱线;
S4,取聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线进行织造形成双层面料,聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线的经向排列比为1:1,纬向排列比为2:2,且聚丙烯纱线为并捻纱;
S5,取氢氧化钠与高效精炼渗透剂溶解于去离子水中,将S4中制得的双层面料置于上述溶液中,进行水浴煮练,煮练完成后的双层面料进行烘干;
S6,取功能助剂、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物加入至去离子水中,搅拌均匀后将上述溶液通过喷枪喷涂整理于双层面料的其中一面,后续再进行烘干和烘焙处理;
S7,取S6中完成处理的双层面料置于皂洗溶液中进行洗涤,洗涤完成后多次进行水洗后烘干,即得到导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料。
优选的,所述S1中氧化石墨烯、三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂的摩尔比为1:(0.2~0.3):(0.1~0.3),调节PH值为7.5~7.7。

S3,取将氧化铜颗粒溶于甲醇中,并在超声作用下分散形成均匀的氯化铜溶液,氧化铜颗粒大小为20-50nm,氯化铜溶液的浓度为0.5g/L,超声作用的时间为1h,再将聚丙烯纤维原丝浸入上述氧化铜溶液中,继续超声作用后,氧化铜纳米粒子均匀沉积在聚丙烯纤维原丝上,洗净后于烘箱内进行梯度加热固化,梯度加热方式为先60℃下的加热时间为1h,70℃下的加热时间为2h,80℃下的加热时间为1h,固化完成后取聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂混合后喷涂于聚丙烯纤维上,聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂的混合质量比为2:3,再进行缠结卷绕后制得聚丙烯纱线。
S4,取聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线进行织造形成双层面料,聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线的经向排列比为1:1,纬向排列比为2:2,且聚丙烯纱线为并捻纱。
S5,取氢氧化钠与高效精炼渗透剂溶解于去离子水中,氢氧化钠的质量浓度为10g/L,高效精炼渗透剂的质量浓度为1g/L,将S4中制得的双层面料置于上述溶液中,进行水浴煮练,水浴温度为75℃,水浴时间为1h,煮练完成后的双层面料进行烘干。
S6,取功能助剂丙二醇、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物加入至去离子水中,功能助剂、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物的质量比为1:2:3,搅拌均匀后将上述溶液通过喷枪喷涂整理于双层面料的其中一面,后续再进行烘干和烘焙处理。
S7,取S6中完成处理的双层面料置于皂洗溶液中进行洗涤,皂洗溶液包括如下质量份的原料:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、脂肪醇硫酸盐6份、α-烯基磺酸钠12份,洗涤完成后多次进行水洗后烘干,即得到导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料。
实施例2
一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,将氧化石墨烯与去离子水混合后调节PH为7.6并搅拌均匀,加入助剂吐温-80在超声作用下均匀分散4h,完成后加入三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷并搅拌45min浓缩后去除水分,氧化石墨烯、三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂的摩尔比为1:0.3:0.2,并进行造粒,得到改性剂颗粒。
S2,将S1制得的改性剂颗粒与聚丙烯切片为原料,并加入防水母料作为添加剂,改性剂颗粒、聚丙烯切片与防水母料的质量比为20:78:2,添加至螺杆挤出机中进行加热与混合,后续通过喷丝组件在喷丝板上喷出,冷却后得到聚丙烯纤维原丝。
S3,取将氧化铜颗粒溶于乙醇中,并在超声作用下分散形成均匀的氯化铜溶液,氧化铜颗粒大小为20-50nm,氯化铜溶液的浓度为0.7g/L,超声作用的时间为1.5h,再将聚丙烯纤维原丝浸入上述氧化铜溶液中,继续超声作用后,氧化铜纳米粒子均匀沉积在聚丙烯纤维原丝上,洗净后于烘箱内进行梯度加热固化,梯度加热方式为先60℃下的加热时间为2h,70℃下的加热时间为3h,80℃下的加热时间为2h,固化完成后取聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂混合后喷涂于聚丙烯纤维上,聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂的混合质量比为2:3,再进行缠结卷绕后制得聚丙烯纱线。
S4,取聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线进行织造形成双层面料,聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线的经向排列比为1:1,纬向排列比为2:2,且聚丙烯纱线为并捻纱。
S5,取氢氧化钠与高效精炼渗透剂溶解于去离子水中,氢氧化钠的质量浓度为13g/L,高效精炼渗透剂的质量浓度为2g/L,将S4中制得的双层面料置于上述溶液中,进行水浴煮练,水浴温度为80℃,水浴时间为2h,煮练完成后的双层面料进行烘干。
S6,取功能助剂丙二醇、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物加入至去离子水中,功能助剂、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物的质量比为1:4:3,搅拌均匀后将上述溶液通过喷枪喷涂整理于双层面料的其中一面,后续再进行烘干和烘焙处理。
S7,取S6中完成处理的双层面料置于皂洗溶液中进行洗涤,皂洗溶液包括如下质量份的原料:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份、脂肪醇硫酸盐7份、α-烯基磺酸钠14份,洗涤完成后多次进行水洗后烘干,即得到导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料。
实施例3
一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,将氧化石墨烯与去离子水混合后调节PH为7.7并搅拌均匀,加入助剂丙酸在超声作用下均匀分散5h,完成后加入三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷并搅拌60min浓缩后去除水分,氧化石墨烯、三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂的摩尔比为1:0.3:0.3,并进行造粒,得到改性剂颗粒。
S2,将S1制得的改性剂颗粒与聚丙烯切片为原料,并加入防水母料作为添加剂,改性剂颗粒、聚丙烯切片与防水母料的质量比为20:78:2,添加至螺杆挤出机中进行加热与混合,后续通过喷丝组件在喷丝板上喷出,冷却后得到聚丙烯纤维原丝。
S3,取将氧化铜颗粒溶于乙酸乙酯中,并在超声作用下分散形成均匀的氯化铜溶液,氧化铜颗粒大小为20-50nm,氯化铜溶液的浓度为0.8g/L,超声作用的时间为2h,再将聚丙烯纤维原丝浸入上述氧化铜溶液中,继续超声作用后,氧化铜纳米粒子均匀沉积在聚丙烯纤维原丝上,洗净后于烘箱内进行梯度加热固化,梯度加热方式为先60℃下的加热时间为2h,70℃下的加热时间为3h,80℃下的加热时间为1h,固化完成后取聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂混合后喷涂于聚丙烯纤维上,聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂的混合质量比为2:3,再进行缠结卷绕后制得聚丙烯纱线。
S4,取聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线进行织造形成双层面料,聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线的经向排列比为1:1,纬向排列比为2:2,且聚丙烯纱线为并捻纱。
S5,取氢氧化钠与高效精炼渗透剂溶解于去离子水中,氢氧化钠的质量浓度为15g/L,高效精炼渗透剂的质量浓度为2g/L,将S4中制得的双层面料置于上述溶液中,进行水浴煮练,水浴温度为85℃,水浴时间为2h,煮练完成后的双层面料进行烘干。
S6,取功能助剂异丙醇、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物加入至去离子水中,功能助剂、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物的质量比为1:5:3,搅拌均匀后将上述溶液通过喷枪喷涂整理于双层面料的其中一面,后续再进行烘干和烘焙处理。
S7,取S6中完成处理的双层面料置于皂洗溶液中进行洗涤,皂洗溶液包括如下质量份的原料:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份、脂肪醇硫酸盐8份、α-烯基磺酸钠15份,洗涤完成后多次进行水洗后烘干,即得到导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料。
本发明通过采用双层散热纺织面料,内层为通过喷枪喷涂具有拒水效果的溶液,使得面料内层具有疏水性,外层则保持一定的亲水性,织物的内层具有疏水性,外层保持亲水性,这样可使水分传导时产生一种差动毛细效应,并在一定压力下进入拒水端毛细管内,汗液在毛细管附加压力作用下,向亲水端自行转移和输送,水分在面料各层的传导速率形成导湿梯度。内层因拒水剂的作用,水分子表面张力较大,不容易润湿内层,而外层因一定亲水性的作用,纤维大分子的亲水性基团的增加,极大地提高了外层对水分子的牵引和吸收,通过双层面料织造产生的导湿孔道,使汗液从内层快速地导出到外层,内层保留的水分少,水分扩散面积小,从而使皮肤干爽舒适,具有良好的导湿快干性能。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,不用于限制本发明,本领域技术人员可以在本发明的实质和保护范围内,对本发明做出各种修改或等同替换,这种修改或等同替换也应视为落在本发明技术方案的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,将氧化石墨烯与去离子水混合后调节PH并搅拌均匀,加入助剂在超声作用下均匀分散3~5h,完成后加入三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂并搅拌30~60min浓缩后去除水分,并进行造粒,得到改性剂颗粒;
S2,将S1制得的改性剂颗粒与聚丙烯切片为原料,并加入防水母料作为添加剂,添加至螺杆挤出机中进行加热与混合,后续通过喷丝组件在喷丝板上喷出,冷却后得到聚丙烯纤维原丝;
S3,取将氧化铜颗粒溶于溶剂中,并在超声作用下分散形成均匀的氯化铜溶液,再将聚丙烯纤维原丝浸入上述氧化铜溶液中,继续超声作用后,氧化铜纳米粒子均匀沉积在聚丙烯纤维原丝上,洗净后于烘箱内进行梯度加热固化,固化完成后取聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂混合后喷涂于聚丙烯纤维上,再进行缠结卷绕后制得聚丙烯纱线;
S4,取聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线进行织造形成双层面料,聚丙烯纱线与棉纱线的经向排列比为1:1,纬向排列比为2:2,且聚丙烯纱线为并捻纱;
S5,取氢氧化钠与高效精炼渗透剂溶解于去离子水中,将S4中制得的双层面料置于上述溶液中,进行水浴煮练,煮练完成后的双层面料进行烘干;
S6,取功能助剂、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物加入至去离子水中,搅拌均匀后将上述溶液通过喷枪喷涂整理于双层面料的其中一面,后续再进行烘干和烘焙处理;
S7,取S6中完成处理的双层面料置于皂洗溶液中进行洗涤,洗涤完成后多次进行水洗后烘干,即得到导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中氧化石墨烯、三乙胺与硅烷偶联剂的摩尔比为1:(0.2~0.3):(0.1~0.3),调节PH值为7.5~7.7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中硅烷偶联剂为十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷或者乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷其中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中助剂选自二氧化钛、吐温-80、丙酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中改性剂颗粒、聚丙烯切片与防水母料的质量比为20:78:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3中氧化铜颗粒大小为20-50nm,所述氯化铜溶液的浓度为0.5-0.8g/L,所述超声作用的时间为0.5-2h,溶剂选自甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3中梯度加热方式为先60℃下的加热时间为1~2h,70℃下的加热时间为2~3h,80℃下的加热时间为1~2h,聚二甲基硅氧烷与纺丝油剂的混合质量比为2:3。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5中氢氧化钠的质量浓度为10~15g/L,高效精炼渗透剂的质量浓度为1~2g/L,水浴温度为70~85℃,水浴时间为1~2h。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S6中功能助剂选自丙二醇、异丙醇中的一种,所述功能助剂、碳氢树脂、聚氨酯聚合物的质量比为1:(2~5):(3~4)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种导湿快干型多层散热纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S7中皂洗溶液包括如下质量份的原料:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20~30份、脂肪醇硫酸盐5~8份、α-烯基磺酸钠10~15份。
