本发明中聚二甲基硅氧烷交联在壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶表面,能够增加体系分子的致密性,修复溶胶表面缺陷,有利于提高溶胶的力学性能,同时其在溶胶表面的附着增大了溶胶与面料的接触面积,有利于形成良好的界面,可改善面料界面性能,使得面料的拉伸模量得到提高,从而提高保暖性能。

S22:将氧化石墨烯和水性环氧树脂加入到步骤S21所得溶液中,于45℃下搅拌45min,即得改性晶须溶液;其中,硫酸钙晶须、十二烷基硫酸钠、三乙胺、硅烷偶联剂、水、氧化石墨烯和水性环氧树脂的重量份比为1:1:1:1:5:1:1。
其中,抗菌液的制备方法为:
将壳聚糖加入到纳米氧化硅、乙酸和过氧化氢的混合溶液中,50℃下搅拌1h,得壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液;其中,壳聚糖、纳米氧化硅、乙酸和过氧化氢的重量份比为1:1:2:2;
将聚二甲基硅氧烷、正己烷和无水乙醇加入到上述壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液中,即得抗菌液;其中,聚二甲基硅氧烷、正己烷、无水乙醇和壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液的重量份比为1:2:2:3。
对比例1:
对比例1与实施例1的制备方法基本相同,不同的是,不将抗菌面料本体浸泡在改性晶须溶液中改性,具体为:
一种抗菌保暖羽绒服面料,包括以下重量份的组分:抗菌面料本体100份。
一种抗菌保暖羽绒服面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将鸭绒纤维、棉纤维按照重量份比为1:1混合后,浸入抗菌液中进行抗菌处理,将抗菌处理后的纤维干燥备用;
将上述制备所得鸭绒纤维和棉纤维加入纺丝机中制得经纱和纬纱,干燥备用;
将上述制备的经纱和纬纱分别送入织布机中制得抗菌面料本体,单位面积网眼数为25孔/cm2
S2:将抗菌面料本体烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为15min,打卷、入库,即得到抗菌保暖羽绒服面料。
其中,抗菌液的制备方法为:
将壳聚糖加入到纳米氧化硅、乙酸和过氧化氢的混合溶液中,50℃下搅拌1h,得壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液;其中,壳聚糖、纳米氧化硅、乙酸和过氧化氢的重量份比为1:1:2:2;
将聚二甲基硅氧烷、正己烷和无水乙醇加入到上述壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液中,即得抗菌液;其中,聚二甲基硅氧烷、正己烷、无水乙醇和壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液的重量份比为1:2:2:3。
下面分别对实施例1-3、市售玛特尔旗舰店的羽绒服面料和对比例1所得的羽绒服面料,进行抗菌性测试和保暖测试,测试结果如表1所示。
抗菌测试:依据为GB/T 20944.2-2007《纺织品抑菌性能的评价》第2部分:吸收法,试验菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC No.6538(革兰氏阳性菌)和大肠埃希氏菌8099(革兰氏阴性菌)。
保暖性能和测试:保暖性能采用国际标准ASTMD 1518-2014《棉絮体系热阻测试方法(热板法)》,(适用于棉絮和多层棉絮/织物集合体这些拥有热传导性且范围在0.1W/m2·K-1.5W/m2·K之间,试样厚度不超过50mm),通过测试样品羽绒服在清洗前的保暖性和清洗后保暖性;手感评级分为5级,1级最差,5级最好,评定结果取平均值。

从上表可以看出,实施例1-3的抗菌性能和保暖性较对比例1均有所提高,且甚至较接近市售的羽绒服的抗菌性,并较市售的羽绒服的保暖性更好,说明本发明的面料具有优异的抗菌性能和保暖性,可广泛应用于服装面料领域,具有较高的实用性。

Claims (1)

1.一种抗菌保暖羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1:制备经纱和纬纱,将经纱和纬纱分别送入织布机中制得抗菌面料本体,单位面积网眼数为25孔/cm2;S2:将抗菌面料本体浸泡在改性晶须溶液中24-48h,烘干、打卷、入库,即得到抗菌保暖羽绒服面料;
步骤S1中的经纱和纬纱的制备方法包含如下步骤:
S11:将鸭绒纤维、棉纤维混合浸入抗菌液中进行抗菌处理,将抗菌处理后的纤维干燥备用;
S12:将步骤S11所得鸭绒纤维和棉纤维加入纺丝机中制得经纱和纬纱,干燥备用;
所述鸭绒纤维和棉纤维的重量份比为1:1;
所述改性晶须溶液的制备方法包括:
S21:将硫酸钙晶须溶于十二烷基硫酸钠、三乙胺、硅烷偶联剂和水组成的混合溶液中,超声分散2-3h,搅拌4-6h;
S22:将氧化石墨烯和水性环氧树脂加入到步骤S21所得溶液中,于40-50℃下搅拌30-60min,即得改性晶须溶液;
所述硫酸钙晶须、十二烷基硫酸钠、三乙胺、硅烷偶联剂、水、氧化石墨烯和水性环氧树脂的重量份比为1:1:1:1:5:1:1;
步骤S11中的所述抗菌液的制备方法为:将聚二甲基硅氧烷、正己烷和无水乙醇加入到壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液中,即得抗菌液;
所述壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液的制备方法为:将壳聚糖加入到纳米氧化硅、乙酸和过氧化氢的混合溶液中,50℃下搅拌1h, 得壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液;
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷、正己烷、无水乙醇和壳聚糖-氧化硅溶胶溶液的重量份比为1:2:2:3;
所述壳聚糖、纳米氧化硅、乙酸和过氧化氢的重量份比为1:1:2:2;
步骤S2中烘干的工艺参数为:温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为12-15min;
抗菌保暖羽绒服面料包括以下重量份的组分:改性晶须溶液100-150份和抗菌面料本体50-100份。
