一种满釉朱砂红瓷器,包括坯体和涂覆在坯体上的朱砂红釉;
朱砂红釉由以下重量份的原料组成:德化石英25-32份、高岭土10-18份、辉铜矿5-9份、赤铁矿2-5份、氧化镧1-3份、氧化钙2-4份、闪锌矿6-10份、氧化镁3-5份、熔块1-3份;
熔块的化学组成具体如下:SiO2:72.36%、Al2O3:13.25%、CaO:5.32%、MgO:4.18%、ZnO:3.76%、ZrO2:1.13%。

低温阶段:窑炉由常温升至520-550℃,保温烧制2-3h;
氧化阶段:窑炉内继续升温至950-980℃,保温烧制4-6h;
还原阶段:窑炉内气氛转换为还原气氛,控制窑炉内一氧化碳浓度为 5.6-6.2%,游离氧的浓度为1.2-1.5%,继续升温至1250-1280℃,保温烧制3-5h,
保温阶段:窑炉内继续保持还原气氛,保温烧制2-3h;
冷却阶段:窑炉内自然冷却至室温,冷却时间延长至12h以上。

坯体由以下重量份的原料组成:德化长石22份、德化石英25份、高岭土 18份、白云石5份、方解石12份、锂辉石2份、氧化锌8份、氧化镁5份、氧化钡2份、氧化钙3份。
朱砂红釉由以下重量份的原料组成:德化石英32份、高岭土10份、辉铜矿9份、赤铁矿2份、氧化镧3份、氧化钙2份、闪锌矿10份、氧化镁3份、熔块3份;其中,熔块的化学组成具体如下:SiO2:72.36%、Al2O3:13.25%、CaO: 5.32%、MgO:4.18%、ZnO:3.76%、ZrO2:1.13%。
一种满釉朱砂红瓷器的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体的原料组成分别称重、破碎、混合、湿球磨制得泥浆;
步骤二,按朱砂红釉的原料组成分别称重、破碎、混合、湿球磨制得朱砂红釉浆;
步骤三,将步骤一制得的泥浆过筛、除铁后,制成坯体,送入窑炉中,在980℃下素烧10h,冷却后得素坯;
步骤四,采用浸釉的方式在素坯上施步骤二制得的朱砂红釉浆;
步骤五,待素坯表面的釉浆干燥后送入窑炉中烧制成型,烧成具体控制如下:

步骤二中,朱砂红釉浆湿法球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨48小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2:1.8。
步骤四中,朱砂红釉浆的厚度为0.6mm。
步骤五中,保温阶段中,窑炉内一氧化碳浓度为2.5%,游离氧浓度为1.2%。
实施例3
一种满釉朱砂红瓷器,包括坯体和涂覆在坯体上的朱砂红釉。

还原阶段:窑炉内气氛转换为还原气氛,控制窑炉内一氧化碳浓度为5.9%,游离氧的浓度为1.3%,继续升温至1265℃,保温烧制4h,
保温阶段:窑炉内继续保持还原气氛,保温烧制2.5h;
冷却阶段:窑炉内自然冷却至室温,冷却时间延长至12h以上。
其中,步骤一中,泥浆湿法球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨29小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.8:1.2。
步骤二中,朱砂红釉浆湿法球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨45小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2.2:1.6。
步骤四中,朱砂红釉浆的厚度为0.5mm。
步骤五中,保温阶段中,窑炉内一氧化碳浓度为2.3%,游离氧浓度为1%。
发明制得的瓷器表面成光滑的朱红色釉面,光滑度高,光泽性好,且颜色分布均匀,大大提高了瓷器的美观性,可满足人们对红釉瓷的市场需求;其中,釉料组成中,以辉铜矿、赤铁矿、氧化镧和氧化钙相互配合作为显色剂,配合闪锌矿及氧化镁,同时限定具体的烧制工艺,以保证制得的瓷器釉面显色度、均匀度和完整性。

Claims (7)

1.一种满釉朱砂红瓷器,其特征在于:包括坯体和涂覆在坯体上的朱砂红釉;
朱砂红釉由以下重量份的原料组成:德化石英25-32份、高岭土10-18份、辉铜矿5-9份、赤铁矿2-5份、氧化镧1-3份、氧化钙2-4份、闪锌矿6-10份、氧化镁3-5份、熔块1-3份;
熔块的化学组成具体如下:SiO2:72.36%、Al2O3:13.25%、CaO:5.32%、MgO:4.18%、ZnO:3.76%、ZrO2:1.13%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种满釉朱砂红瓷器,其特征在于:所述坯体由以下重量份的原料组成:德化长石15-22份、德化石英25-36份、高岭土12-18份、白云石5-10份、方解石6-12份、锂辉石2-5份、氧化锌5-8份、氧化镁3-5份、氧化钡2-4份、氧化钙1-3份。
3.一种满釉朱砂红瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体的原料组成分别称重、破碎、混合、湿球磨制得泥浆;
步骤二,按朱砂红釉的原料组成分别称重、破碎、混合、湿球磨制得朱砂红釉浆;
步骤三,将步骤一制得的泥浆过筛、除铁后,制成坯体,送入窑炉中,在920-980℃下素烧10-12h,冷却后得素坯;
步骤四,采用浸釉的方式在素坯上施步骤二制得的朱砂红釉浆;
步骤五,待素坯表面的釉浆干燥后送入窑炉中烧制成型,烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉由常温升至520-550℃,保温烧制2-3h;
氧化阶段:窑炉内继续升温至950-980℃,保温烧制4-6h;
还原阶段:窑炉内气氛转换为还原气氛,控制窑炉内一氧化碳浓度为5.6-6.2%,游离氧的浓度为1.2-1.5%,继续升温至1250-1280℃,保温烧制3-5h,
保温阶段:窑炉内继续保持还原气氛,保温烧制2-3h;
冷却阶段:窑炉内自然冷却至室温,冷却时间延长至12h以上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种满釉朱砂红瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤五中,保温阶段中,窑炉内一氧化碳浓度为2.1-2.5%,游离氧浓度为0.8-1.2%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种满釉朱砂红瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤四中,朱砂红釉浆的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种满釉朱砂红瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中,泥浆湿法球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨27-32小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.5-2:1-1.5。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种满釉朱砂红瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤二中,朱砂红釉浆湿法球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨42-48小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2-2.5:1.5-1.8。
