一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,所述抗摔日用白瓷包括坯体和透明釉料;坯体由以下原料组成:硅线石、氧化锆、花岗岩纤维、高岭土、锆英砂、氧化铝、氧化钇,本发明制备的抗摔日用白瓷白度在85‑88之间,白色纯净,釉面细腻,在坯体原料中引入氧化锆、花岗岩纤维与基础原料硅线石配合,以提高瓷器的强度,同时氧化锆与氧化铝在釉烧的过程中会形成Al2O3‑ZrO2陶瓷体系,进一步提高瓷器的强度,以满足日用瓷的使用需求;并且坯体原料中还引入氧化钇与氧化锆配合,保证烧制后的坯体不会变黄,保证坯体的白度。

德化白瓷,萌芽于宋元,弛誉于明代,延制于清初,在我国白瓷系统中具有独特的风格,在陶瓷发展史上占有重要地位,在国际上有“东方艺术”之声誉。明清时期的德化白瓷,以含铁量低的瓷坯施以透明釉烧制而成。明代德化白瓷胎骨洁白,坚实致密,其胎釉的技术工艺极力追求玉器质感的完美性,在琳琅满目的瓷坛上独树一帜。
白瓷广泛应用于食器、装饰、科学等领域,然而白瓷普遍存在着力学性能差的缺点,不抗震耐摔,使用过程不小心脱落容易摔碎,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,所述抗摔日用白瓷包括坯体和透明釉料;
坯体由以下重量份的原料组成:硅线石35-50份、氧化锆8-15份、花岗岩纤维2-6份、高岭土20-30份、锆英砂15-22份、氧化铝6-10份、氧化钇3-5份;
透明釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:白云石35-40份、石英20-25份、硅酸锆5-7份、氧化锌8-12份、氧化钙6-10份、氧化镁8-12份、珍珠岩10-18份、透明熔块5-8份;
其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体与透明釉料的原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和透明釉浆;
步骤二,将步骤一制得的坯浆和透明釉浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆和透明釉浆的含铁量低于0.05%;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的坯浆制成坯体,干燥后放入窑炉中,在880-950℃下素烧4-6h,获得素坯;
步骤四,在素坯表面施透明釉浆;
步骤五,待素坯表面的釉料干燥后放入窑炉中,在还原气氛下烧制成型,烧成温度为1250-1330℃。
进一步的,所述透明熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:36.1-43.5%、Al2O3:13.8-17.1%、CaO:7.2-8.6%、ZnO:10.5-13.2%、Na2O:9.1-11.3%、TiO2:4.7-5.6%、La2O3:1.37-1.68%、Fe2O3:0.43-0.52%、ZrO2:6.8-8.5%。
进一步的,所述步骤六的烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至500±10℃,烧窑时间50-70min;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至950±10℃,烧窑时间3-4小时;
高温强还原阶段:窑炉内升温至1320±10℃,烧窑时间3.5-4.5小时;
高火保温阶段:窑炉内温度控制在1290±40℃,烧窑时间2-2.5小时;
自然冷却阶段:窑炉内冷却至60-30℃,冷却时间延长至8小时以上。

第二,在釉料的原料中引入硅酸锆和珍珠岩,使得釉料颜色滋润,釉面细腻,透明度高,并且对透明釉块的化学组分进行严格的把控及具体限定透明釉的烧成进程,以增大透明釉的烧成范围,能够在本发明限定的温度中烧成,使瓷器瓷化完全,保证烧成的瓷器釉面光滑、细腻、致密、有亮泽、无裂纹。

其中,步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨20小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2:1;透明釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨42小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2.5:2。
实施例3
一种抗摔日用白瓷,包括坯体和透明釉料。
坯体由以下重量份的原料组成:硅线石42份、氧化锆12份、花岗岩纤维4份、高岭土25份、锆英砂18份、氧化铝8份、氧化钇4份。
透明釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:白云石37份、石英22份、硅酸锆6份、氧化锌10份、氧化钙8份、氧化镁10份、珍珠岩15份、透明熔块6份。
透明熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:39.4%、Al2O3:15.5%、CaO:7.9%、ZnO:12.1%、Na2O:10.2%、TiO2:5.1%、La2O3:1.53%、Fe2O3:0.47%、ZrO2:7.8%。
其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体与透明釉料的原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和透明釉浆;
步骤二,将步骤一制得的坯浆和透明釉浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆和透明釉浆的含铁量低于0.05%,其中,磁选机的强度为20000GS;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的坯浆以注浆成型的方式制成坯体,干燥后放入窑炉中,在920℃下素烧5h,获得素坯;
步骤四,在素坯表面以淋釉或喷釉的方式施透明釉浆;
步骤五,待素坯表面的釉料干燥后放入窑炉中,在还原气氛下烧制成型,烧成温度为1290℃,烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至500℃,烧窑时间60min;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至950℃,烧窑时间3.5小时;
高温强还原阶段:窑炉内升温至1320℃,烧窑时间4小时;
高火保温阶段:窑炉内温度控制在1290±40℃,烧窑时间2.2小时;
自然冷却阶段:窑炉内冷却至45℃,冷却时间延长至8小时以上。
其中,步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨18小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.8:1.2;透明釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨39小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2.2:1.8。
将上述三个实施例与现有技术中的日用白瓷在同一条件下进行实验,结果如下:

通过上述试验数据可知:本发明制备的抗摔日用白瓷白度在85-88之间,白色纯净,釉面细腻,质地坚硬,抗折强度高,化学稳定性好,耐酸碱,可在微波炉中使用,在自动洗碗机中不破损;通过在坯体原料中引入氧化锆、花岗岩纤维与基础原料硅线石配合,以提高瓷器的强度,同时氧化锆与氧化铝在釉烧的过程中会形成Al2O3-ZrO2陶瓷体系,进一步提高瓷器的强度,以满足日用瓷的使用需求。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗摔日用白瓷包括坯体和透明釉料;
坯体由以下重量份的原料组成:硅线石35-50份、氧化锆8-15份、花岗岩纤维2-6份、高岭土20-30份、锆英砂15-22份、氧化铝6-10份、氧化钇3-5份;
透明釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:白云石35-40份、石英20-25份、硅酸锆5-7份、氧化锌8-12份、氧化钙6-10份、氧化镁8-12份、珍珠岩10-18份、透明熔块5-8份;
其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体与透明釉料的原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和透明釉浆;
步骤二,将步骤一制得的坯浆和透明釉浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆和透明釉浆的含铁量低于0.05%;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的坯浆制成坯体,干燥后放入窑炉中,在880-950℃下素烧4-6h,获得素坯;
步骤四,在素坯表面施透明釉浆;
步骤五,待素坯表面的釉料干燥后放入窑炉中,在还原气氛下烧制成型,烧成温度为1250-1330℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述透明熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:36.1-43.5%、Al2O3:13.8-17.1%、CaO:7.2-8.6%、ZnO:10.5-13.2%、Na2O:9.1-11.3%、TiO2:4.7-5.6%、La2O3:1.37-1.68%、Fe2O3:0.43-0.52%、ZrO2:6.8-8.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六的烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至500±10℃,烧窑时间50-70min;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至950±10℃,烧窑时间3-4小时;
高温强还原阶段:窑炉内升温至1320±10℃,烧窑时间3.5-4.5小时;
高火保温阶段:窑炉内温度控制在1290±40℃,烧窑时间2-2.5小时;
自然冷却阶段:窑炉内冷却至60-30℃,冷却时间延长至8小时以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,磁选机的强度为19000-21000GS。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中透明釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨36-42小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:2-2.5:1.5-2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨15-20小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.5-2:1-1.5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中坯体的成型方法为注浆成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗摔日用白瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中透明釉浆的施釉方式为淋釉或喷釉。
