Description

混合动力车辆的控制装置以及控制方法
技术领域
本公开涉及混合动力车辆的控制装置以及控制方法。
背景技术
日本特开2001-207886号公报记载了具备内燃机和行驶马达来作为动力源的混合动力车辆的一个例子。在该混合动力车辆中有时实施汽缸休止控制,该汽缸休止控制对内燃机进行控制以使内燃机具备的多个汽缸中的一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸内不使燃烧停止。在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,由于一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止,内燃机转矩降低。
于是,在上述公报所记载的混合动力车辆中,在实施汽缸休止控制的情况下,通过行驶马达的驱动来对由一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机转矩的降低进行补偿。由此,能够抑制伴随着实施汽缸休止控制的混合动力车辆中的振动和噪声的产生。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
在通过实施上述的汽缸休止控制而多个汽缸中的一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止的情况下,希望诊断汽缸休止控制是否正常发挥功能。
作为该诊断的一个例子,可以举出对实施汽缸休止控制的期间中的曲轴的转速的变动进行监视的方法。然而,在通过行驶马达的驱动来对由一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机转矩的降低进行补偿的情况下,能抑制由一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的曲轴的转速的变动。其结果,即使对该转速的变动进行监视,也无法诊断汽缸休止控制是否正常发挥功能。
用于解决问题的技术方案
本公开的一个技术方案涉及的混合动力车辆的控制装置被应用于具备具有多个汽缸以及曲轴的内燃机、和与曲轴连结的电动马达的混合动力车辆。该控制装置具备:内燃机控制部,其构成为实施汽缸休止控制,该汽缸休止控制对内燃机进行控制,以使多个汽缸中的一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸内不使燃烧停止;马达控制部,其构成为在正在实施汽缸休止控制的情况下,为了对由一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机的输出转矩的降低进行补偿,对电动马达进行控制,以使作为电动马达的转矩的马达转矩输入到曲轴;内燃机转矩算出部,其构成为根据作为曲轴的转速的内燃机转速、作为电动马达的转速的马达转速以及马达转矩来算出内燃机转矩算出值,该内燃机转矩算出值是内燃机的输出转矩的算出值;以及诊断部,其构成为在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,在内燃机转矩算出值小于转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能,另一方面,在内燃机转矩算出值不小于转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制未正常地发挥功能。
在内燃机的曲轴连结有电动马达的情况下,作为内燃机的输出转矩的内燃机转矩也被传递至电动马达。因此,为了通过计算求出内燃机转矩,需要内燃机转速和马达转速这两方。另外,在通过电动马达的驱动而马达转矩被输入到曲轴的情况下,内燃机转速和马达转速不仅受到内燃机转矩的影响,也受到马达转矩的影响。
于是,在上述构成中设为:根据内燃机转速、马达转速以及马达转矩来算出内燃机转矩算出值。并且,在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,在内燃机转矩算出值不小于转矩判定值的情况下,能够判断为即使实施汽缸休止控制内燃机的输出转矩也降低或者输出转矩的降低量过少。因此,在该情况下,不诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。另一方面,在内燃机转矩算出值小于转矩判定值的情况下,能够判断为因实施汽缸休止控制而内燃机的输出转矩充分地降低。因此,在该情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。
因此,根据上述构成,即使是在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中电动马达进行驱动的情况下,也能够诊断汽缸休止控制是否正常地发挥功能。
在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中马达转矩不被输入到曲轴的情况下,由于上述一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止,内燃机的输出转矩会降低。此时的输出转矩的降低量根据那时的吸入空气量和内燃机转速而变化。于是,也可以根据内燃机的吸入空气量和内燃机转速中的至少一方来设定转矩判定值。
根据上述构成,能够将转矩判定值设为与那时的吸入空气量和内燃机转速中的至少一方相应的值。通过将这样的转矩判定值使用于上述的诊断,能够提高该诊断的精度。
上述内燃机的一个技术方案中具有:催化剂,其设置于排气通路;和空燃比传感器,其配置在排气通路中的比催化剂靠下游的位置。在由空燃比传感器检测的空燃比为比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值的情况下,预测为催化剂的氧的吸藏量变少。
于是,也可以在由空燃比传感器检测的空燃比表示比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值的情况下实施汽缸休止控制。在该情况下,汽缸休止控制也可以包括停止向上述一部分汽缸内的燃料供给。由此,从上述一部分汽缸内向排气通路流出空气,被供给至催化剂。其结果,能够使催化剂的氧的吸藏量增大,进而,能够使由空燃比传感器检测的空燃比接近理论空燃比。
本公开的一个技术方案涉及的混合动力车辆的控制方法被应用于具备具有多个汽缸以及曲轴的内燃机、和与曲轴连结的电动马达的混合动力车辆。该控制方法包括:实施汽缸休止控制,该汽缸休止控制对内燃机进行控制,以使多个汽缸中的一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸内不使燃烧停止;在正在实施汽缸休止控制的情况下,为了对由上述一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机的输出转矩的降低进行补偿,对电动马达进行控制,以使作为电动马达的转矩的马达转矩输入到曲轴;根据作为曲轴的转速的内燃机转速、作为电动马达的转速的马达转速以及马达转矩来算出内燃机转矩算出值,该内燃机转矩算出值是内燃机的输出转矩的算出值;在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,在内燃机转矩算出值小于转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能;以及在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,在内燃机转矩算出值不小于转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制未正常地发挥功能。

具体实施方式
以下,按照图1~图5对混合动力车辆的控制装置的一个实施方式进行说明。
在图1中图示了具备本实施方式的控制装置100的混合动力车辆500的一个例子。在本实施方式中,将混合动力车辆500简称为“车辆500”。
车辆500具备内燃机10、与内燃机10的曲轴14连接的动力分配合并机构40以及与动力分配合并机构40连接的第1电动发电机71。在动力分配合并机构40经由减速齿轮50而连结有第2电动发电机72。另外,在动力分配合并机构40经由减速机构60和差速器61而连结有驱动轮62。
动力分配合并机构40是行星齿轮机构。即,动力分配合并机构40具有作为外齿齿轮的太阳轮41和作为内齿齿轮的齿圈42。在太阳轮41与齿圈42之间配置有与太阳轮41和齿圈42这两方啮合的多个小齿轮43。各小齿轮43在能够自转且能够绕太阳轮41公转的状态下被支承于行星架44。在太阳轮41连结有第1电动发电机71。在行星架44连结有曲轴14。在齿圈42连接有齿圈轴45,在该齿圈轴45连结有减速齿轮50和减速机构60这两方。
减速齿轮50是行星齿轮机构。即,减速齿轮50具有作为外齿齿轮的太阳轮51和作为内齿齿轮的齿圈52。第2电动发电机72连结于太阳轮51。在齿圈52连接有齿圈轴45。另外,在太阳轮51与齿圈52之间配置有与太阳轮51和齿圈52这两方啮合的多个小齿轮53。各小齿轮53在能够自转且能够绕太阳轮51公转的状态下被进行支承。
第1电动发电机71经由第1变换器75与电池进行电力的授受。第2电动发电机72经由第2变换器76与电池进行电力的授受。
在作为内燃机10的输出转矩的内燃机转矩TQe被输入到动力分配合并机构40的行星架44的情况下,内燃机转矩TQe被分配给太阳轮41和齿圈42。如上所述,第1电动发电机71经由动力分配合并机构40而连结于曲轴14。因此,通过被分配给了太阳轮41的内燃机转矩TQe,第1电动发电机71进行旋转。在该情况下,第1电动发电机71作为发电机发挥功能。
另一方面,在使第1电动发电机71作为电动机发挥了功能的情况下,作为第1电动发电机71的输出转矩的第1马达转矩TQmg1被输入到太阳轮41。被输入到了太阳轮41的第1马达转矩TQmg1被分配给行星架44和齿圈42。并且,由于第1马达转矩TQmg1经由行星架44而被输入到曲轴14,曲轴14进行旋转。
被分配给了齿圈42的内燃机10的内燃机转矩TQe经由齿圈轴45、减速机构60以及差速器61而被输入到驱动轮62。第1电动发电机71的第1马达转矩TQmg1同样地经由齿圈轴45、减速机构60以及差速器61而被输入到驱动轮62。
另外,通过在车辆500减速时使第2电动发电机72作为发电机发挥功能,在车辆500产生与第2电动发电机72的发电量相应的再生制动力。另一方面,在使第2电动发电机72作为电动机发挥了功能的情况下,作为第2电动发电机72的输出转矩的第2马达转矩TQmg2经由减速齿轮50、齿圈轴45、减速机构60以及差速器61而被输入到驱动轮62。
内燃机10具有多个汽缸11。在各汽缸11内,活塞进行往复运动。各活塞经由连杆而连结于曲轴14。
在内燃机10的进气通路15设置有节气门16,该节气门16对吸入空气量进行调整,吸入空气量是在进气通路15中流动的吸入空气的流量。另外,在内燃机10中,按各汽缸而设置有向进气端口15a喷射燃料的燃料喷射阀17和通过火花放电对包含燃料和进气的混合气进行点火的点火装置19。通过混合气的燃烧而在各汽缸11内产生了的排气被排出到排气通路21。在排气通路21设置有三元催化剂22。在排气通路21中的比三元催化剂22靠下游侧设置有对排气所包含的颗粒状物质进行捕集的过滤器23。另外,在排气通路21中的比过滤器23靠下游侧设置有下游催化剂24。下游催化剂24是与三元催化剂22同样的催化剂。
作为处理电路(processing circuitry)的控制装置100具有总括地对车辆500进行控制的总括控制装置110、对内燃机10进行控制的内燃机用控制装置120以及对第1电动发电机71和第2电动发电机72进行控制的马达用控制装置130。在本实施方式中,马达用控制装置130对应于“马达控制部”。
总括控制装置110、内燃机用控制装置120以及马达用控制装置130各自为以下(a)~(c)中的任一构成即可。
(a)一种电路(circuitry),具备按照计算机程序执行各种处理的一个以上的处理器。处理器包括CPU和RAM以及ROM等的存储器。存储器保存构成为使CPU执行处理的程序代码或者指令。存储器、即计算机可读介质包括能够由通用或者专用的计算机进行访问的所有的可利用的介质。
(b)一种电路(circuitry),具备执行各种处理的一个以上的专用的硬件电路。作为专用的硬件电路,例如可举出面向特定用途的集成电路、即ASIC或者FPGA。此外,ASIC是“Application Specific Integrated Circuit(专用集成电路)”的简称,FPGA是“FieldProgrammable Gate Array(现场可编程门阵列)”的简称。
(c)一种电路(circuitry),具备按照计算机程序执行各种处理的一部分的处理器、和执行各种处理中的其余处理的专用的硬件电路。
从加速踏板传感器201和车速传感器202等的各种传感器向总括控制装置110输入检测信号。加速踏板传感器201对加速器操作量ACP进行检测,输出与该检测结果相应的检测信号,该加速器操作量ACP是车辆500的驾驶员对加速踏板的操作量。车速传感器202对车速SP进行检测,输出与该检测结果相应的检测信号,该车速SP是车辆500的行驶速度。
总括控制装置110基于加速器操作量ACP和车速SP来算出车辆要求功率,该车辆要求功率是车辆500的驱动力的要求值。另外,总括控制装置110根据车辆要求功率等,导出内燃机要求转矩、第1马达要求转矩以及第2马达要求转矩。内燃机要求转矩是内燃机转矩TQe的要求值。另外,第1马达要求转矩是第1马达转矩TQmg1的要求值。第2马达要求转矩是第2马达转矩TQmg2的要求值。
从第1马达旋转角传感器211和第2马达旋转角传感器212向马达用控制装置130输入检测信号。第1马达旋转角传感器211输出与第1马达转速Nmg1相应的检测信号,该第1马达转速Nmg1是第1电动发电机71的转子的转速。第2马达旋转角传感器212输出与第2马达转速Nmg2相应的检测信号,该第2马达转速Nmg2是第2电动发电机72的转子的转速。
马达用控制装置130通过使第1变换器75进行动作,对第1电动发电机71进行控制。即,马达用控制装置130基于第1马达要求转矩来使第1变换器75进行动作。由此,能够使第1马达转矩TQmg1与第1马达要求转矩大致相等。同样地,马达用控制装置130通过使第2变换器76进行动作,对第2电动发电机72进行控制。即,马达用控制装置130基于第2马达要求转矩使第2变换器76进行动作。由此,能够使第2马达转矩TQmg2与第2马达要求转矩大致相等。
从搭载于内燃机10的各种传感器向内燃机用控制装置120输入检测信号。作为搭载于内燃机10的传感器,可以举出空气流量计221、曲轴角传感器222、第1空燃比传感器223以及第2空燃比传感器224。空气流量计221对吸入空气量GA进行检测,输出其检测结果来作为检测信号。曲轴角传感器222输出与作为曲轴14的转速的内燃机转速NE相应的检测信号。第1空燃比传感器223通过检测在排气通路21的比三元催化剂22靠上游的部分流动的排气中的氧浓度,对第1空燃比Afu进行检测,输出其检测结果来作为检测信号。第2空燃比传感器224通过检测在排气通路21的三元催化剂22与滤波器23之间的部分流动的排气中的氧浓度,对第2空燃比Afd进行检测,输出其检测结果来作为检测信号。在本实施方式中,第2空燃比传感器224对应于配置在排气通路21中的比三元催化剂22靠下游的位置的“空燃比传感器”。另一方面,第1空燃比传感器223可以说是配置在排气通路21中的比三元催化剂22靠上游的位置的空燃比传感器。
内燃机用控制装置120根据来自上述各种传感器221~224的检测信号和内燃机要求转矩,对内燃机10的运转进行控制。由此,能够使内燃机转矩TQe与内燃机要求转矩大致相等。
内燃机用控制装置120具有内燃机控制部121、内燃机转矩算出部122、诊断部123以及判定值设定部124来作为用于对内燃机10的运转进行控制的功能部。
内燃机控制部121对内燃机10具备的各种致动器进行控制。即,内燃机控制部121对作为节气门16的开度的节气门开度SL和各燃料喷射阀17的燃料喷射量Qf等进行控制。
内燃机控制部121根据内燃机要求转矩、吸入空气量GA以及内燃机转速NE,导出作为燃料喷射量Qf的基准值的燃料喷射量基准值。另外,内燃机控制部121通过将作为空燃比的目标值的空燃比目标值AfTr与第1空燃比Afu的偏差作为输入的反馈控制来导出燃料喷射量的修正量。例如,空燃比目标值AfTr被设定为理论空燃比。并且,内燃机控制部121将燃料喷射量基准值与燃料喷射量的修正量之和或者与该和相应的值设定为要求燃料喷射量,根据该要求燃料喷射量对各燃料喷射阀17进行控制。
如上述的那样,在通过反馈控制对空燃比进行调整的情况下,有时第2空燃比Afd会成为比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值。对此,三元催化剂22中的氧的吸藏量降低被认为是主要原因。
于是,内燃机控制部121在第2空燃比Afd表示比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值的情况下,实施汽缸休止控制。内燃机控制部121在汽缸休止控制中对内燃机10进行控制,以使多个汽缸11中的一部分汽缸11内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸11内不使燃烧停止。本实施方式中实施的汽缸休止控制对内燃机10进行控制,以使一个汽缸11内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸11内不使燃烧停止。将在汽缸休止控制中燃烧停止的汽缸称为“休止汽缸”。在汽缸休止控制中,向休止汽缸内的燃料供给被停止。
在此,在图2中图示了内燃机要求转矩为一定的情况下的内燃机转矩TQe的推移。在未实施内燃机休止控制的情况下,如图2中虚线所示,内燃机转矩TQe会以与内燃机转速NE相应的周期进行变动。另一方面,在实施内燃机休止控制的情况下,内燃机转矩TQe如图2中由实线所示那样推移。即,在休止汽缸内迎来燃烧行程的时期,内燃机转矩TQe大幅度地降低。
内燃机转矩算出部122算出内燃机转矩算出值TQeC,该内燃机转矩算出值TQeC是内燃机转矩TQe的算出值。详细将在后面进行描述,但内燃机转矩算出部122根据内燃机转速NE、第1马达转速Nmg1以及第1马达转矩TQmg1来算出内燃机转矩算出值TQeC。
诊断部123在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中对汽缸休止控制是否正常地发挥功能进行诊断。在本实施方式中,诊断部123在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,在内燃机转矩算出值TQeC变为小于转矩判定值TQeTh的情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。另一方面,诊断部123在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,在内燃机转矩算出值TQeC未变为小于转矩判定值TQeTh的情况下,不诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能,也即是,诊断为汽缸休止控制未正常地发挥功能。
判定值设定部124设定转矩判定值TQeTh。在本实施方式中,判定值设定部124根据吸入空气量GA和内燃机转速NE这两方来设定转矩判定值TQeTh。关于转矩判定值TQeTh的设定处理,将在后面进行描述。
接着,参照图2和图3,对在实施汽缸休止控制的情况下马达用控制装置130执行的处理例程进行说明。图3所示的处理例程在进行内燃机运转的情况下被反复执行。
在图3所示的处理例程中,在最初的步骤S11中,马达用控制装置130判定内燃机控制部121是否正在实施汽缸休止控制。在内燃机控制部121未实施汽缸休止控制的情况下(S11:否),马达用控制装置130反复执行步骤S11的判定,直到内燃机控制部121开始实施汽缸休止控制。另一方面,在内燃机控制部121正在实施汽缸休止控制的情况下(S11:是),马达用控制装置130使处理转移至步骤S12。
在步骤S12中,马达用控制装置130开始转矩补偿控制。转矩补偿控制是如下控制:为了对由休止汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机转矩TQe的降低进行补偿,对第1电动发电机71进行控制来使第1马达转矩TQmg1输入至曲轴14。
参照图2对转矩补偿控制进行详细的描述。马达用控制装置130在作为内燃机转矩TQe较大地降低的期间的休止期间Tp中对第1电动发电机71进行控制以使第1马达转矩TQmg1增大。因此,在休止期间Tp中,与不是休止期间Tp的情况相比,被输入到曲轴14的第1马达转矩TQmg1变大。其结果,转矩合计值TQcr如图2所示那样推移,该转矩合计值TQcr是被输入到曲轴14的内燃机转矩TQe与被输入到曲轴14的第1马达转矩TQmg1之和。即使在休止期间Tp中内燃机转矩TQe大幅度地降低,也能够在休止期间Tp中抑制转矩合计值TQcr降低。
返回图3,当在步骤S12中开始转矩补偿控制时,马达用控制装置130使处理转移至步骤S13。在步骤S13中,马达用控制装置130判定内燃机控制部121是否已结束汽缸休止控制的实施。在内燃机控制部121未结束汽缸休止控制的实施的情况下(S13:否),马达用控制装置130反复执行步骤S13的判定,直到内燃机控制部121结束汽缸休止控制的实施。即,马达用控制装置130持续实施转矩补偿控制。另一方面,在内燃机控制部121结束了汽缸休止控制的实施的情况下(S13:是),马达用控制装置130使处理转移至步骤S14。
在步骤S14中,马达用控制装置130结束转矩补偿控制。并且,马达用控制装置130暂时结束本处理例程。
接着,参照图4对实施汽缸休止控制时内燃机用控制装置120执行的处理例程进行说明。本处理例程在进行内燃机运转的情况下被反复执行。
在本处理例程中,在最初的步骤S21中,内燃机用控制装置120判定内燃机控制部121是否正在实施汽缸休止控制。在内燃机控制部121未实施汽缸休止控制的情况下(S21:否),内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S28。另一方面,在内燃机控制部121正在实施汽缸休止控制的情况下(S21:是),内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至接下来的步骤S22。在步骤S22中,内燃机用控制装置120使系数N递增“1”。
接着,在步骤S23中,内燃机用控制装置120的内燃机转矩算出部122算出内燃机转矩算出值TQeC(N)。内燃机转矩算出部122算出基于了内燃机转速NE的最新值、第1马达转速Nmg1的最新值以及第1马达转矩TQmg1的最新值的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC来作为内燃机转矩算出值TQeC(N)。例如,内燃机转矩算出部122能够基于以下的关系式来算出内燃机转矩算出值TQeC。

此外,在上述的关系式中,“Ie”是内燃机10的惯性力矩,“Ig”是第1电动发电机71的惯性力矩。各惯性力矩Ie、Ig是根据车辆500的诸要素预先确定的固定值。另外,“ωe”是曲轴角速度,“ωg”是第1电动发电机71的转子的旋转角速度。对曲轴角速度ωe代入内燃机转速NE,对第1电动发电机71的旋转角速度ωg代入第1马达转速Nmg1即可。另外,“ρ”是将曲轴14与第1电动发电机71连接的动力分配合并机构40的行星齿轮比。动力分配合并机构40的行星齿轮比是指齿圈42的齿数相对于太阳轮41的齿数之比。此外,作为第1马达转矩TQmg1,既可以代入第1马达要求转矩,也可以代入基于在第1电动发电机71中流动的电流算出的马达转矩的算出值。
通过使用上述的关系式,能够算出将被输入到曲轴14的转矩中的、第1马达转矩TQmg1的成分去除而得到的值来作为内燃机转矩算出值TQeC。
当算出内燃机转矩算出值TQeC(N)后,内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S24。在步骤S24中,内燃机用控制装置120判定内燃机10的预定循环数的量的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC的算出是否已完成。作为预定循环数,设定了1个循环以上的循环数。在预定循环数的量的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC的算出尚未完成的情况下(S24:否),内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S22。即,持续进行内燃机转矩算出值TQeC的算出。另一方面,在预定循环数的量的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC的算出完成的情况下(S24:是),内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S25。
在步骤S25中,内燃机用控制装置120的诊断部123判定在所算出的多个内燃机转矩算出值TQeC(1)、TQeC(2)、……、TQeC(N)中是否具有小于转矩判定值TQeTh的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC。在多个内燃机转矩算出值TQeC(1)、TQeC(2)、……、TQeC(N)中具有小于转矩判定值TQeTh的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC的情况下(S25:是),内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S26。在步骤S26中,内燃机用控制装置120的诊断部123诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。然后,内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S28。
另一方面,在步骤S25中,在多个内燃机转矩算出值TQeC(1)、TQeC(2)、……、TQeC(N)中没有小于转矩判定值TQeTh的内燃机转矩算出值TQeC的情况下(否),内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S27。在步骤S27中,内燃机用控制装置120的诊断部123不诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。然后,内燃机用控制装置120使处理转移至步骤S28。
在步骤S28中,内燃机用控制装置120将系数N复位为“0”。然后,内燃机用控制装置120暂时结束本处理例程。
接着,对转矩判定值TQeTh的设定处理进行详细的描述。
汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能的情况下的内燃机转矩TQe的降低量受到内燃机10的摩擦转矩的影响。摩擦转矩作用在妨碍曲轴14的旋转的方向上。因此,摩擦转矩越大,由休止汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机转矩TQe的降低量越容易变大。由休止汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的内燃机转矩TQe的降低量相当于休止期间Tp中的内燃机转矩TQe的降低量。
摩擦转矩与内燃机转速NE和吸入空气量GA相应地变化。因此,在本实施方式中,内燃机用控制装置120的判定值设定部124根据吸入空气量GA和内燃机转速NE来设定转矩判定值TQeTh。即,判定值设定部124在根据吸入空气量GA和内燃机转速NE推测的摩擦转矩大时,将转矩判定值TQeTh设定为比根据吸入空气量GA和内燃机转速NE推测的摩擦转矩小时的该转矩判定值TQeTh小的值。
对本实施方式的作用和效果进行说明。
在汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能的情况下,应该如图2所示那样产生内燃机转矩TQe大幅度地降低的期间。在本实施方式中,根据内燃机转速NE、第1马达转速Nmg1以及第1马达转矩TQmg1来算出内燃机转矩算出值TQeC。即,导出从被输入到曲轴14的转矩去除第1马达转矩TQmg1的成分而得到的值来作为内燃机转矩算出值TQeC。
并且,如图5中由双点划线所示,在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中,能够在内燃机转矩算出值TQeC未变为小于转矩判定值TQeTh的情况下,判断为即使实施汽缸休止控制内燃机转矩TQe也不降低、或者内燃机转矩TQe的降低量过少。因此,在该情况下,不诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。另一方面,如图5中由实线所示,在内燃机转矩算出值TQeC变为小于转矩判定值TQeTh的情况下,能够判断为由于实施汽缸休止控制而内燃机转矩TQe充分地降低。因此,在该情况下,诊断为汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能。
因此,根据本实施方式,即使是在实施汽缸休止控制的期间中通过实施转矩补偿控制而第1电动发电机71进行驱动的情况下,也能够诊断汽缸休止控制是否正常地发挥功能。
根据本实施方式,能够进一步得到以下所示的效果。
(1)在本实施方式中,基于内燃机转速NE和吸入空气量GA来设定转矩判定值TQeTh。由此,能够将转矩判定值TQeTh设为与那时的内燃机10的摩擦转矩相应的值。通过将这样的转矩判定值TQeTh使用于上述的诊断,能够提高该诊断的精度。
(2)在本实施方式中,在第2空燃比Afd为比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值的情况下,实施汽缸休止控制。在该情况下,当汽缸休止控制未正常地发挥功能时,有可能无法对三元催化剂22供给足够量的氧。因此,根据本实施方式,通过对汽缸休止控制是否正常地发挥功能进行诊断,也能够判断是否能够对三元催化剂22供给足够量的氧。
上述实施方式可以如以下那样变更来实施。上述实施方式和以下的变更例可以在技术上不矛盾的范围内相互组合来实施。
·通过汽缸休止控制的实施而停止燃烧的汽缸的数量也可以为“2个”以上。
·也可以在未判定为第2空燃比Afd是比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值的情况下实施汽缸休止控制。在这样的情况下,在汽缸休止控制中,也可以不停止向休止汽缸内的燃料供给。这是由于:若使与休止汽缸对应的点火装置19的动作停止,则能够使休止汽缸内的燃烧停止。
·若是根据吸入空气量GA来使转矩判定值TQeTh变化,则也可以不根据内燃机转速NE来使转矩判定值TQeTh变化。
·若是根据内燃机转速NE来使转矩判定值TQeTh变化,则也可以不根据吸入空气量GA来使转矩判定值TQeTh变化。
·也可以将转矩判定值TQeTh固定为预定值。
·对于应用控制装置100的车辆,只要是具备能够向曲轴14输入转矩的电动马达的混合动力车辆,则也可以是与上述车辆500不同的构成的混合动力车辆。

Claims (4)

1.一种混合动力车辆的控制装置,所述混合动力车辆具备具有多个汽缸以及曲轴的内燃机、和与所述曲轴连结的电动马达,所述控制装置具备:
内燃机控制部,其构成为实施汽缸休止控制,所述汽缸休止控制对所述内燃机进行控制,以使多个所述汽缸中的一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸内不使燃烧停止;
马达控制部,其构成为在正实施所述汽缸休止控制的情况下,为了对由所述一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的所述内燃机的输出转矩的降低进行补偿,对所述电动马达进行控制,以使作为所述电动马达的转矩的马达转矩输入到所述曲轴;
内燃机转矩算出部,其构成为根据作为所述曲轴的转速的内燃机转速、作为所述电动马达的转速的马达转速以及所述马达转矩来算出内燃机转矩算出值,所述内燃机转矩算出值是所述内燃机的输出转矩的算出值;以及
诊断部,其构成为在实施所述汽缸休止控制的期间中,在所述内燃机转矩算出值小于转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为所述汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能,另一方面,在所述内燃机转矩算出值不小于所述转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为所述汽缸休止控制未正常地发挥功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的控制装置,
还具备判定值设定部,所述判定值设定部构成为根据所述内燃机的吸入空气量和所述内燃机转速中的至少一方来设定所述转矩判定值。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的混合动力车辆的控制装置,
所述内燃机具有:
催化剂,其设置于排气通路;和
空燃比传感器,其配置在所述排气通路中的比所述催化剂靠下游的位置,
所述内燃机控制部构成为在由所述空燃比传感器检测的空燃比表示比理论空燃比靠浓侧的值的情况下实施所述汽缸休止控制,
所述汽缸休止控制包括停止向所述一部分汽缸内的燃料供给。
4.一种混合动力车辆的控制方法,所述混合动力车辆具备具有多个汽缸以及曲轴的内燃机、和与所述曲轴连结的电动马达,所述控制方法包括:
实施汽缸休止控制,所述汽缸休止控制对所述内燃机进行控制,以使多个所述汽缸中的一部分汽缸内的燃烧停止而在其余的汽缸内不使燃烧停止;
在正在实施所述汽缸休止控制的情况下,为了对由所述一部分汽缸内的燃烧的停止引起的所述内燃机的输出转矩的降低进行补偿,对所述电动马达进行控制,以使作为所述电动马达的转矩的马达转矩输入到所述曲轴;
根据作为所述曲轴的转速的内燃机转速、作为所述电动马达的转速的马达转速以及所述马达转矩来算出内燃机转矩算出值,所述内燃机转矩算出值是所述内燃机的输出转矩的算出值;
在实施所述汽缸休止控制的期间中,在所述内燃机转矩算出值小于转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为所述汽缸休止控制正常地发挥功能;以及
在实施所述汽缸休止控制的期间中,在所述内燃机转矩算出值不小于所述转矩判定值的情况下,诊断为所述汽缸休止控制未正常地发挥功能。
