Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural cultivation, and particularly relates to a method for raising seedlings of a medicinal and edible plant smilax glabra.
Background
Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae is tuber of Smilax scobinicaulis of Liliaceae, and is also named as rhizoma Typhonii, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Polyporus, and rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae. The south China of Yangtze river basin is distributed, has sweet and light taste and mild nature, enters liver and stomach meridians, and is a common traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat, eliminating dampness, discharging turbidity and detoxifying. In the past, rhizoma smilacis glabrae resources are mainly wild resources, and along with the rapid increase of market demands, the wild resources are difficult to meet the demands, and artificial planting is started in some areas. The rhizoma smilacis glabrae is planted in an initial state, the technical problem is difficult to solve, and particularly the problems of low survival rate, deep root system and high harvesting cost after seedling transplantation are particularly prominent. The conventional rhizoma smilacis glabrae planting method is to plant 1-year-old seedlings, but the 1-year-old seedlings have few leaves and developed root systems, are extremely easy to die in high-temperature weather of 7-9 months and have extremely low survival rate. Moreover, after the conventional rhizoma smilacis glabrae is planted, the root system can be rapidly extended, the root system is pricked underground, and the root system is extended downwards for the second time, so that the root system of the rhizoma smilacis glabrae is deep and difficult to harvest. Therefore, how to provide a seedling raising method which has good growth vigor and developed root system and can be harvested in the later period in the shallow layer is very important for the development of the smilax glabra planting industry.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a method for raising smilax glabra seedlings, aiming at improving the survival rate of the smilax glabra seedlings, so that the smilax glabra seedlings are developed in root systems and are suitable for shallow planting.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a method for raising the seedlings of smilax glabra seedlings comprises the following operation steps:
(1) collecting mature rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae seeds for 4-5 months, washing off pericarp, and air drying to remove surface water;
(2) placing rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae seeds in potassium permanganate disinfectant for surface disinfection;
(3) dibbling rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae seeds in nutrition bags, 1 granule per bag, and covering soil on the surface of the bags with thickness of 1-2 cm;
(4) performing conventional management, and timely performing water spraying, weeding, insect prevention and the like;
(5) transplanting in 2-3 months of the next year, taking a square (with the length and width of 1m) seedling tray with unlimited shape, the tray depth being about 10-11cm and water-permeable holes at the bottom, then filling the tray with sterilized soil, the soil layer surface being about 1.5-2.5cm to the edge of the tray;
(6) taking out rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae seedlings in the nutrition bag, removing most soil (the attached soil on root system is not required to be removed completely), planting the seedlings on 4 corners of a seedling tray, making the roots of the seedlings parallel to the bottom of the tray, bending the stems to be vertical to the tray ground, making the seedlings in L-shaped rows, burying the seedlings with soil, and spreading the surface soil;
(7) building a shading net for sun protection on a seedling growing land, doing daily management and protection work, spraying water, weeding and preventing plant diseases and insect pests in time; in addition, the rooting agent is sprayed once a month; the rooting agent is obtained by mixing ABT1 and ABT2 in a mass ratio of 1:1 to prepare a concentration of 300 mg/L;
(8) and formally planting in a plantation in 2-3 months in the third year.
Preferably, potassium permanganate disinfectant with the mass concentration of 0.1% is adopted in the step (1) for surface treatment for 10 min.
Preferably, the matrix adopted by the seedling raising bag in the step (3) is loess: plant ash is 8: 2, then adding polyacrylamide accounting for 2 percent of the total weight of the substrate as a water-retaining agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the stem leaves and the root systems of the seedlings cultured for 3 years are developed, the seedlings can adapt to severe weather, the survival rate and the later growth vigor are better, and the survival rate of rhizoma smilacis glabrae transplanting is greatly improved; when the glabrous greenbrier rhizome seedling stem L is used for seedling in the seedling tray, the root system extends parallel to the ground, the branching of the root system is accelerated by using the rooting agent in the later period, and the root system in the later period is parallel to the ground, so that most of the root system is kept in the shallow layer of the planting field, and the harvesting cost is greatly reduced.
