(I) bacteriostatic test
Malassezia furfur is diluted to 1.0-9.0 x 106cfu/ml of bacterial suspension by using normal saline, then 1ml of bacterial suspension is taken out and coated in a culture medium, a filter paper is clamped by using tweezers to dip 0.02g of a sample to be detected, a plate is covered, the culture plate is placed in a constant temperature incubator at 33 ℃ for 7 days, the diameter of a bacteriostatic circle is measured, and the result is shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Sample to be tested | Diameter of bacteriostatic circle (mm) |
Example 1 | 25.3 |
Example 2 | 21.5 |
Example 3 | 22.6 |
Example 4 | 24.0 |
Example 5 | 23.9 |
Example 6 | 22.4 |
Example 7 | 20.8 |
Example 8 | 24.3 |
Example 9 | 23.5 |
Example 10 | 22.8 |
Example 11 | 21.3 |
Example 12 | 21.9 |
Comparative example 1 | 18.5 |
Comparative example 2 | 20.7 |
Comparative example 3 | <1 |
Comparative example 4 | 15.2 |
Comparative example 5 | 14.3 |
Comparative example 6 | 14.7 |
As can be seen from table 1, the raw material ratio of the plant composite anti-dandruff agent in examples 2 to 6 is significantly different from that in example 1, and the bacteriostatic effect is significantly reduced, so that when the weight ratio of the cnidium monnieri fruit extract, the camellia seed extract, the ginger root extract, the coptis chinensis extract, the grape seed extract and the centella asiatica extract is 38:22:18:12:7:3, a better bacteriostatic effect can be achieved.
Secondly, compared with examples 7-10 and comparative examples 1-2, the plant composite anti-dandruff agent in example 1 has the advantages that the higher the proportion of the plant composite anti-dandruff agent added into the shampoo is, the more obvious the antibacterial effect is, when the proportion of the plant composite anti-dandruff agent added is more than 6%, the antibacterial effect tends to be reduced on the contrary, and the shampoo in comparative example 3 has no plant composite anti-dandruff agent added and has no or extremely weak antibacterial effect, so when the plant composite anti-dandruff agent is added in 6%, the optimal antibacterial effect can be achieved.
Finally, the plant composite anti-dandruff agent in the comparative example 4 lacks the camellia seed extract compared with the example 1, the plant composite anti-dandruff agent in the comparative example 5 lacks the cnidium fruit extract compared with the example 1, and the plant composite anti-dandruff agent in the comparative example 6 lacks the grape seed extract compared with the example 1, and the results show that the bacteriostatic effect of the comparative examples 4-6 is obviously insufficient, which shows that the plant composite anti-dandruff agent consisting of the cnidium fruit extract, the camellia seed extract, the ginger extract, the coptis root extract, the grape seed extract and the centella asiatica extract can achieve a synergistic bacteriostatic effect.
In summary, when the weight ratio of the fructus cnidii extract, the camellia seed extract, the ginger root extract, the coptis root extract, the grape seed extract and the centella asiatica extract is 38:22:18:12:7:3, and the addition amount of the plant composite anti-dandruff agent in the shampoo is 6%, the bacteriostatic effect is most obvious.
(II) test of anti-dandruff effect on human body
420 volunteers aged 18-55 years, of which 210 men and 210 women, all of whom had symptoms of dandruff and itching, moderate or above.
20 people in each group are tried, the age, the sex and the degree of scurf and head itch are uniformly distributed, the hair washing period in the test period is 1 time in 2 days, the dosage of the shampoo is 5-10 mL each time, the water is flushed after the hair is rubbed for 2min each time, and the trial time is 1 month. The results of the experience effect of the volunteers recovered by statistics are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Among them, very satisfactory: no scurf and itching of the head; and (3) satisfaction: indicating occasional dandruff, no head itching; is barely accepted: symptoms indicative of less dandruff or itching of the head; very unsatisfactory: indicating a large amount of dandruff and itching of the head.
As can be seen from table 2, most of the volunteers were satisfied with the use effect of example 1, while the use effect of most of the volunteers was not satisfactory without the shampoo containing the plant compound anti-dandruff agent.
From the above tests, in the embodiment, the plant composite anti-dandruff agent is applied to shampoo, has a broad-spectrum antibacterial zone under the synergistic effect of various plant extracts, can efficiently remove dandruff and relieve itching, is milder to scalp compared with a chemical anti-dandruff agent, can moisten scalp, repair damaged scalp barriers, keep scalp health state, and can be favored by consumers.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
