发明领域
本发明涉及用于承载胶粘带的剥离衬垫,更具体是涉及向窄的胶粘带卷提供显著的卷稳定性(roll stability)的剥离衬垫,再更加具体是涉及向窄的双面胶粘带卷提供显著的卷稳定性的剥离衬垫,其中所述双面胶粘带一面是热活化粘合剂,一面是压敏粘合剂。本发明还涉及这些剥离衬垫与胶粘带的组合。
发明背景
胶粘带被用于多种工业和汽车用途。双面胶粘带被用来将多种基材或表面粘合在一起,特别可用于工业和汽车用途。双面胶粘带具有热活化粘合剂(HAA)面和压敏粘合剂(PSA)面(如泡沫芯的形式,一面上是热活化粘合剂,另一面上是压敏粘合剂),被发现可用于将不同材料的基材粘合在一起。例如,这些胶粘带已经用来将橡胶型基材(如热塑性和热固性的烯烃类弹性体材料)粘合到金属或涂漆的金属表面上。尤其是用这些胶粘带将橡胶型的挡风雨条粘合到车辆的涂漆金属表面上。在这种场合下,将PSA粘合在涂漆的金属表面上,将HAA粘合在橡胶型基材上。聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)材料已经被用于HAA,丙烯酸类粘合剂和胶粘带(如泡沫芯和粘合剂形式)已经被用于PSA。丙烯酸类粘合剂通常具有优良的对金属和涂漆金属表面的粘合力,但是通常不能与橡胶型材料良好地粘合。热活化粘合剂(如含有聚丙烯和乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物的材料)已经被用来将丙烯酸类粘合剂层粘合在橡胶型材料上。
这种双面胶粘带通常制成宽片材,层合在具有匹配宽度的剥离衬垫上形成胶粘带组件,然后卷绕成卷。这类衬垫包括剥离面,该面在层合步骤中与胶粘带的PSA面粘合。选择该衬垫所含的剥离面,使其能够与胶粘带的PSA面粘合,还能容易地取下。过去已经使用的这类衬垫具有厚约0.5密耳(.0127毫米)的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)外层、厚约3密耳(.0762毫米)的中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)中心层和厚约0.5密耳(.0127毫米)的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)第二外层。然后,将得到的宽的胶粘带组件卷转变或分隔(如通过纵切)形成多个较窄的胶粘带组件卷,这些组件卷具有相同宽度或不同宽度,取决于胶粘带的指定用途。例如,已经使用约0.5英寸(1.27厘米)或更窄宽度的胶粘带将挡风雨条粘合在汽车的门框上。当HAA通过热压层压到挡风雨条上时衬垫保持完好。然后,除去该衬垫,用胶粘带的PSA面将得到的挡风雨条组合件粘合到汽车车身框架上。
过去会遇到的一个问题是这类用具有HAA面和PSA面的胶带制成的胶粘带组件的窄条卷的不稳定性。由于PSA面受到剥离衬垫的保护而不外露,当胶粘带组件卷绕成卷时是HAA面与剥离衬垫接触,而不是与PSA面接触。形成这些已有窄卷的各匝(coils)或各层往往会互相滑移和滑动,使得该窄卷套叠(telescope)和松开。因此,必须限制这类不稳定窄卷的直径,因为直径较大的卷较容易松开。此外,即使是这类具有较小直径的不稳定窄卷也必须非常小心地加以处理,以防止松开。这类处理方法包括将窄卷的纵切面固定在支承片(如由高密度聚乙烯制得)上。然后将该支承片象平板一样运送,以支承并防止窄卷的各匝套叠松开。因此,使用这类胶粘带组件的窄卷是不方便、费时且高成本的。
因此,需要能够向包含具有HAA面和PSA面的胶带的胶粘带组件(adhesivetape assembly)的窄卷提供更强稳定性的剥离衬垫。
发明概述
本发明的剥离衬垫当与具有热活化粘合剂(″HAA″)面和压敏粘合剂(″PSA″)面的双面胶粘带一起使用时,能提供更强的卷稳定性(即当该卷沿其外周边保持悬挂时形成卷的匝不易松开)。这样,本发明满足了对包含具有HAA面和PSA面的胶带的胶粘带组件的更稳定的卷,尤其是更稳定的窄卷的需求。
在本发明的一个方面中,提供了一种胶粘带组件,它包含双面胶粘带和本发明所述的剥离衬垫。该胶粘带具有含热活化粘合剂HAA层的正粘合面和含压敏粘合剂PSA层的背粘合面。本文中所用的“热活化粘合剂”是指当在粘合剂上施加足够的热量时该粘合剂能够与接触基材或其它表面粘合。该剥离衬垫包括正衬垫面和背衬垫面,所述正衬垫面包含一层与PSA层接触、粘合并能容易地取下的剥离层,所述背衬垫面包含卷稳定性层。该卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(ethylene vinyl acetate),当胶粘带组件形成卷时与HAA层接触。该卷稳定性层还被有效地采用,使胶粘带组件形成窄宽度的卷时卷稳定性明显增加。
HAA层具有接触表面,当胶粘带组件形成卷时它与卷稳定性层接触。接触表面较好是具有光滑、发光即有光泽的光洁度(finish)。令人惊奇的是,HAA层接触表面上光滑、发光即有光泽的光洁度看来能提高HAA层和卷稳定性层的接触表面之间的摩擦系数。虽然如此,HAA层的接触表面具有无光泽光洁度时,胶粘带组件也能显示改进的稳定性。
剥离层可包含适于用作压敏粘合剂剥离层并可与卷稳定性层粘合的任何材料。或者,与PSA层接触的剥离层表面可涂有剥离材料,例如硅氧烷或碳氟化合物。然而,最好避免使用这类剥离材料,以防这类材料引起沾污。
较好的是,卷稳定性层所含的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(″EVA″)具有足够低的乙酸乙烯酯(″VA″)含量以防卷稳定性层与HAA层粘连。较好的还有乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物具有足够高的VA含量以获得能保持胶粘带组件卷稳定性的卷稳定性层和HAA层之间的摩擦系数。
较好是卷稳定性层所含的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的乙酸乙烯酯含量低于约28%(重量)。较好还有卷稳定性层的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的乙酸乙烯酯含量在大于约5%、最高约24%(重量)的范围内。较好还有卷稳定性层的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的乙酸乙烯酯含量在约8%至约20%(重量)的范围内。
卷稳定性层较好是包含防粘连剂(如硅藻土、粘土和滑石),其用量足够低以致于不明显影响卷稳定性层对HAA层测得的摩擦系数。
据认为,当卷稳定性层对HAA层测得的摩擦系数是至少约0.55时,可产生胶粘带组件的卷稳定性。还认为,当卷稳定性层对HAA层测得的摩擦系数是大于约0.5时,可产生卷稳定性。还认为,当卷稳定性层对HAA层测得的摩擦系数是大于约0.4时,可产生卷稳定性。
当胶粘带组件的总厚度约.052英寸(.132厘米)并卷绕成卷,卷稳定性层与HAA层接触时,该胶粘带卷具有卷稳定性(即当该卷沿其外周边保持悬挂时形成卷的匝不会明显地套叠和松开),甚至在该卷的直径是胶粘带组件宽度的至少约20倍时。20倍是已有胶粘带组件卷发生卷稳定性问题的最小的直径宽度比,所述已有胶粘带组件卷包含具有HAA面和PSA面的双面胶粘带和与PSA面可剥离粘合的剥离衬垫。

发明的详细说明
尽管本发明以具体实施方案加以说明,本领域技术人员显然能容易地看出,在不偏离本发明精神的的情况下可作出多种修改、重新排列和代替。因此,本发明的范围只受到本文所附权利要求书的限制。
参见图1,本发明的剥离衬垫10由至少两层制得,这两层是剥离层12和卷稳定性层14。层12和14分别限定了衬垫10的正衬垫面即表面16和背衬垫面即表面18。按照本发明,胶粘带组件20可以由衬垫10可剥离地粘合在双面胶粘带22上制得。胶粘带22包含由热活化粘合剂HAA层26限定的正粘合面即表面24和由压敏粘合剂PSA层30限定的背粘合面即表面28。剥离层12与PSA层30接触、粘合并能容易地取下。卷稳定性层14包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,当该胶粘带组件20形成卷时与HAA层26接触。如本文中揭示的,卷稳定性层14被有效地采用(如按配方制造)以使胶粘带组件20形成(如盘旋卷绕成)窄宽度卷32时卷稳定性明显增强。
剥离层12可包含适于用作剥离层12并可与卷稳定性层14粘合的任何材料。剥离层12较好是包含聚烯烃,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯的共聚物,或者聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯的共混物。有用的聚乙烯包含高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和超低密度聚乙烯(ULDPE)。中密度聚乙烯的通常密度约为0.93-0.94g/cc;低密度聚乙烯的通常密度约为0.90-0.92g/cc;线型低密度聚乙烯和超低密度聚乙烯的密度在约0.90g/cc以下。聚乙烯可用任何方法制得,包括使用常规催化剂和茂金属催化剂。用于剥离层12的较佳聚乙烯包括MDPE、LDPE、LLPDE和ULDPE。
剥离层12还可以包含例如硅氧烷、全氟乙醚或者适于用作剥离层12的任何材料。或者,剥离层12与PSA层30接触的表面可以涂有剥离材料,例如硅氧烷或碳氟化合物。作为另一种可选方案,剥离层12可以是这类与卷稳定性层14粘合的剥离材料的涂层。然而,最好避免使用这类剥离材料以防由该材料引起的沾污。
较好的是,卷稳定性层14所含的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(″EVA″)的乙酸乙烯酯(″VA″)含量足够低(如低于约28%(重量)),以防当胶粘带组件20卷绕成卷32时卷稳定性层14与HAA层26粘连。例如分别属于衬垫10和胶粘带22的两个接触表面18和24互相粘合的粘合力足以使得当卷32开卷时衬垫10和/或胶粘带22拉伸、塑性变形或撕裂,此时发生粘连。当衬垫10单独卷绕成卷时粘连也是一个受关注的问题。因此,较好是EVA的VA含量足够低(如低于约28%(重量)),以防剥离衬垫10单独卷绕成卷时卷稳定性层14与剥离层12粘连。较好还有乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物具有足够高的VA含量(如高于约5%(重量)),以获得能保持胶粘带组件20的卷32的稳定性的卷稳定性层14和HAA层26之间的摩擦系数。
较好的是,卷稳定性层14所含的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的乙酸乙烯酯含量在大于约5%至小于约28%(重量)的范围内。较好还有,卷稳定性层14的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的乙酸乙烯酯含量在大于约5%、最多约24%(重量)的范围内。较好再有,卷稳定性层14的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的乙酸乙烯酯含量在约8-20%(重量)的范围内。此外,发现层14的EVA中的VA含量约为12%(重量)能防止当衬垫10单独卷绕成卷时EVA层14和LDPE层12之间的粘连,而无需使用防粘连剂。
当剥离层12包含聚乙烯(″PE″)时,发现卷起的剥离衬垫10中相接触的PE层12和EVA层14之间的粘连程度随PE密度的下降而下降。例如,发现较好是剥离衬垫12包含密度最多约为0.92g/cc的聚乙烯,以使得剥离层能从PSA层30上容易地取下,并防止剥离层12和卷稳定性层14之间的粘连。
如果需要卷稳定性层14包含防粘连剂(如硅藻土、粘土和滑石),其含量应该足够低以致于不会明显地影响卷稳定性层14对HAA层26测得的摩擦系数。防粘连剂的加入应该使得较低用量的VA用于卷稳定性层14的EVA中。防粘连剂可以在形成层14时(如通过挤出方法形成)加入卷稳定性层14的EVA中,以防剥离衬垫10单独卷绕成卷时层14和PE剥离层12之间产生粘连。使用以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物含量计最多约5%(重量)的由Ampacet Corporation,Tarrytown,New York制造的商品名称为Ampacet 10063的防粘连剂(即聚乙烯粘合剂中的硅藻土)对卷稳定性层14和HAA层26之间摩擦系数的影响甚微。将防粘连剂通过单独的进料流加入加工EVA材料的挤出机中,这样该挤出机将EVA和防粘连剂混合在一起。
较好的是,剥离衬垫10可包含位于剥离层12和卷稳定性层14之间的任选的中间支承层34,用来向剥离层10提供额外的结构支承。这类额外的支承是较好的,例如有助于衬垫10和胶粘带22分开。通过制备比胶粘带22更刚性的衬垫10,并加入合适的中间层34,通常能较容易地将衬垫10和胶粘带22分开。中间层34可以是大致连续的膜,(如挤出膜或溶剂涂膜)或者可以是织物(如非织造、针织、织造或其它织物),其中具有一个或多个洞或穿孔,如美国专利5,167,995中所揭示的(整篇专利参考结合于本发明)。使用含高密度聚乙烯(″HDPE″)的中间层34已得到令人满意的效果。高密度聚乙烯的一般密度约为0.96g/cc。
本发明的剥离衬垫10可以通过共挤出各层(如剥离层12和稳定性层14)并同时将这些层层压在一起而形成。或者,衬垫10可以通过将一层(如剥离层12)挤出到另一层(如稳定性层14)上来形成。在两种情况下都可使用本领域中熟知的常规市售挤出机和技术。例如,可将常规的吹塑薄膜挤出设备和技术用来同时共挤出两层或多层(如层12、14和34)。每层材料用一个挤出机挤出。这些挤出机迫使它们相应的层通过共同的模头。这样,各层能够在它们形成的同时层压在一起。在吹塑薄膜挤出中,被层压的多层挤出成管状。然后,将管材压扁、轧平并修整毛边,形成两片衬垫10。然后,将这两片衬垫10分开,通常将每片衬垫卷绕成卷,以便随后与双面胶粘带22层压,形成胶粘带组件20。在剥离层12是硅氧烷或碳氟化合物的情况下,剥离层1 2例如可以以溶剂基涂层、水基涂层或100%固体涂层(即固体以液体形式存在而不含溶剂)施涂到稳定性层14上。
HAA层26较好是包含烯烃类材料,如聚烯烃热活化粘合剂。令人满意的结果是用含聚乙烯的HAA层26得到的。HAA层26还可以包含聚丙烯、聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯的共聚物,或者聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯的共混物。使用Felix SchoellerTechnology Papers,Inc.of Pulaski,New York制造的产品名称为M-906的HAA层26已获得令人满意的结果。M-906是厚度约2.5密耳(0.064毫米)的乙烯-丙烯异质同晶聚合物的HAA层26。用含丙烯酸类压敏粘合剂的PSA层30可得到令人满意的结果。尤其是用含泡沫芯层36的丙烯酸类PSA层30已获得令人满意的结果。泡沫芯层36位于HAA层24和PSA层30之间。
HAA层26可以提供在纸剥离衬垫10上,经电晕处理并随后粘合在PSA层30或泡沫芯层36上,这取决于胶粘带所需的结构。或者,可以使用中间底涂层来提高HAA层26与PSA层30或泡沫芯层36之间的粘合强度。较好的还有,热活化粘合剂能与多种热固性和热塑性烯烃类弹性体容易地粘合,所述弹性体例如SANTOPRNE(由Monsanto,St.Louis,Missouri制造)、三元乙丙二烯单体(EPDM)、聚丙烯、高密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯。
参见图2,当胶粘带组件20卷绕成卷32时,HAA层26的表面24与卷稳定性层14的表面18接触。一般来说,当组件20卷绕成卷32时,HAA层26露在外面。出乎意料的是,据发现较好是接触表面24具有光滑、发光即有光泽的光洁度。令人惊奇的是,在HAA层26的接触表面24上光滑、发光即有光泽的光洁度看来能改进HAA层26的接触表面24和卷稳定性层14的接触表面18之间的摩擦系数。虽然如此,HAA层26的接触表面24具有无光泽光洁度时,胶粘带组件20也能显示改进的稳定性。
当HAA(即上述M-906)的HAA层26的接触表面24的表面粗糙度(即光滑程度)约为8-26微英寸(.0002-.00066毫米),总的平均表面粗糙度约为13.5微英寸(.000343毫米)时,已获得令人满意的结果。上述表面粗糙度是用外形仪(如Federal Products Corporation of Providence.Rhode Island制造的POCKET SURF III)测得的。用来得到约13.5微英寸(.000343毫米)的总的平均表面粗糙度的表面粗糙度测得值(即26、15、9、11、15、14、8和10微英寸)中的每一个值本身也是待测表面约0.5英寸(1.27毫米)区域上的平均值。因此,认为实际测得的总的平均表面粗糙度小于或大于13.5微英寸(.000343毫米)也可以得到令人满意的结果。HAA层26的接触表面24的总的平均表面粗糙度最多约26微英寸(.00066毫米)并包含该值也被认为是令人满意的。
过去使用的HAA(即上述M-906)层的接触表面具有无光泽的光洁度,而不是光滑、发光即有光泽的光洁度。已有的HAA层的一个试样的表面粗糙度约为33-48微英寸(.00084-.0012毫米),总的平均表面粗糙度约为39.2微英寸(.000996毫米)。用来得到约39.2微英寸(.000996毫米)的总的平均表面粗糙度的表面粗糙度测得值(即38、33、42、35、43、37、48、37、39、39和40微英寸)中的每一个值本身也是待测表面约0.5英寸(1.27毫米)区域上的平均值。因此,认为HAA层26的表面24的总的平均表面粗糙度小于约33微英寸(.00084毫米)甚至可能小于约39.2微英寸(.000996毫米)可以得到令人满意的结果。
当HAA层26具有光滑、发光即有光泽的接触表面24时能产生卷稳定性的一个理论解释是表面24足够光滑,卷稳定性层14的接触表面18具有足够粘性,当两个接触表面18和24互相压在一起时(如当胶粘带组件20形成窄宽度卷32时),卷稳定性层14的接触表面18能够打湿(wet-out)在HAA层26的光滑接触表面24上。该“打湿”造成基本上除去了夹带在HAA层26和卷稳定性层14之间的空气(即,使得在HAA层26和卷稳定性层14之间形成真空),有点象吸盘效应。这样,大气压能够产生法向力,将HAA层26的接触表面24和卷稳定性层14的接触表面18压在一起或保持在一起。该大气压引起的法向力的大小足以增加接触表面18和24之间的摩擦力,以改进窄宽度卷32的稳定性。
下表中所示的试验数据表明,当卷稳定性层14对HAA层26(即上述M-906)测得的动态摩擦系数约为0.577时,能产生胶粘带组件20的卷稳定性。虽然如此,更低的摩擦系数被认为也能明显地改进卷稳定性。据认为,当卷稳定性层14对HAA层26测得的摩擦系数至少约0.55时,能产生胶粘带组件20的卷稳定性。还认为,当卷稳定性层14对HAA层26测得的摩擦系数大于约0.5时,能产生卷稳定性。基于表中列出的已有的衬垫和无光泽光洁度的HAA层的摩擦试验结果,还认为当卷稳定性层14对HAA层26测得的摩擦系数大于约0.4时,能产生卷稳定性。下表中列出的摩擦系数是根据下文所述的试验方法获得的。

摩擦系数的试验方法
按照ASTM D4518-91测量每种热活化粘合剂(S-HAA和M-HAA)和每种衬垫层(EVA和HDPE)之间的摩擦系数,并对试验方法作以下变化。使用尺寸为45.7厘米×20.3厘米的斜面试验仪。使用重量为8.75磅(3.98千克)、尺寸为10.2cm×10.2cm的滑块进行试验。将用作本发明剥离衬垫10的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(含12%(重量)的乙酸乙烯酯)的试验膜(即卷稳定性层14)用胶带粘贴在斜面的表面上,将每种热活化粘合剂S-HAA和M-HAA的试验膜用胶带粘贴在滑块上。S-HAA和M-HAA膜的总的平均表面粗糙度分别约为13.5微英寸(.000343毫米)和39.2微英寸(.000996毫米)。同样,用作已有技术剥离衬垫的高密度聚乙烯的试验膜也用胶带粘贴在斜面的表面上。对于EVA和HDPE试验膜,每块滑块都放在0°的斜面上。然后,升高斜面直至滑块开始滑下斜面。测量斜面角度的正切值,作为两个表面的摩擦系数。
参见图3,当胶粘带组件20的总厚度约为.052英寸(.132厘米)并卷绕成卷32,卷稳定性层14与HAA层26接触时,该胶粘带卷具有卷稳定性(即当该卷32沿其外周边保持悬挂时形成卷32的匝不会明显地套叠和松开),这时卷32的直径d是胶粘带组件20宽度w的至少约20倍。20倍是已有胶粘带组件卷发生卷稳定性问题的最小的直径宽度比,所述已有胶粘带组件卷包含具有HAA面和PSA面的双面胶粘带和与PSA面可剥离粘合的剥离衬垫。
用于形成本发明窄卷32的胶粘带组件20的一般例子是宽度w最多约为1英寸(2.54厘米),厚度约为.052英寸(.132厘米),长度约为36-144码(33-132米),长度被认为还可以更长。对于许多应用,本发明的胶粘带组件的宽度w最多约为0.5英寸(1.27厘米)。长度约36码(33米),厚度约.051英寸(.129厘米),宽度w约5毫米(.196英寸)的已有胶粘带组件卷绕成卷32,卷直径和宽度比约为49.7。长度约72码(65.8米)、厚度约.051英寸(.129厘米)、宽度w约.25英寸(.635厘米)的已有胶粘带组件卷绕成卷32,卷直径和宽度比约为60。长度约108码(98.8米)、厚度约.051英寸(.129厘米)、宽度w约0.5英寸(1.27厘米)的已有胶粘带组件卷绕成卷32,卷直径和宽度比约为33。
在不偏离本发明范围和精神的情况下,对本发明的各种改动和变化对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。应该理解,本发明不受本文所列的说明性实施方案和实施例的不恰当限制,这些实施例和实施方案只是作为例子,本发明的范围只受所附的权利要求书及其等同内容的限制。

Claims (48)

1.一种胶粘带组件,包含:
双面胶粘带,它包含:
    含热活化粘合剂层的正粘合面,
    含压敏粘合剂层的背粘合面;
剥离衬垫,它包含:
    正衬垫面,所述正衬垫面包含一层与所述压敏粘合剂层接触、粘合并能
    取下的剥离层,
    背衬垫面,所述背衬垫面包含卷稳定性层,当所述胶粘带组件形成卷时
    所述卷稳定性层与所述热活化粘合剂层接触,所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯
    -乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述热活化粘合剂层具有接触表面,当所述胶粘带组件形成卷时该接触表面与所述卷稳定性层接触,所述接触表面具有光滑的光洁度。
3.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述热活化粘合剂层包含烯烃类材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述热活化粘合剂层包含聚乙烯和聚丙烯中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述压敏粘合剂层包含丙烯酸类泡沫压敏粘合剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述剥离层具有与所述压敏粘合剂层接触的接触表面,它涂有剥离材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物具有足够低的乙酸乙烯酯含量,以使所述卷稳定性层不会与所述热活化粘合剂层粘连。
8.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其中所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,其乙酸乙烯酯含量为5-24重量%。
9.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,其乙酸乙烯酯含量为8-20重量%。
10.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层还包含防粘连剂,其用量足够低以致于不明显影响所述卷稳定性层对所述热活化粘合剂层测得的摩擦系数。
11.如权利要求10所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层包含大于0至5重量%的防粘连剂,以存在的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的量计。
12.如权利要求11所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述防粘连剂包括硅藻土、粘土和滑石,或者它们的混合物。
13.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层对所述热活化粘合剂层测得的摩擦系数大于0.4。
14.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层对所述热活化粘合剂层测得的摩擦系数大于0.5。
15.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层对所述热活化粘合剂层测得的摩擦系数至少0.55。
16.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述胶粘带组件具有一定宽度并卷绕成卷,所述卷稳定性层与所述热活化粘合剂层接触,所述卷具有外周边,直径是所述宽度的至少20倍,当沿所述外周边保持悬挂时不会松开。
17.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述剥离层包含密度最多0.92g/cc的聚乙烯。
18.如权利要求1所述的胶粘带组件,其特征在于所述剥离层包含聚烯烃,其接触表面与所述压敏粘合剂层接触,所述接触表面涂覆有硅氧烷或碳氟剥离材料。
19.一种剥离衬垫,它包含:
正衬垫面,所述正衬垫面包含剥离层,该剥离层具有第一外露接触表面可与双面胶粘带的压敏粘合剂层粘合并可取下;
背衬垫面,所述背衬垫面包含卷稳定性层,该卷稳定性层具有第二外露接触表面与双面胶粘带的热活化粘合剂层接触,所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和一种防粘连剂,防粘连剂的用量使得所述卷稳定性层对所述热活化粘合剂层测得的摩擦系数基本保持恒定。
20.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述剥离层具有与所述压敏粘合剂层接触的接触表面,它涂有剥离材料。
21.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物具有足够低的乙酸乙烯酯含量,以使所述卷稳定性层不会与所述热活化粘合剂层粘连。
22.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其中所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,其乙酸乙烯酯含量为5-24重量%。
23.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,其乙酸乙烯酯含量为8-20重量%。
24.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层包含大于0至5重量%的防粘连剂,以存在的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的量计。

29.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述剥离层包含密度最多0.92g/cc的聚乙烯。
30.如权利要求19所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述剥离层包含聚烯烃,其接触表面与所述压敏粘合剂层接触,所述接触表面涂覆有硅氧烷或碳氟剥离材料。
31.一种剥离衬垫,它包含:
正衬垫面,所述正衬垫面包含剥离层,该剥离层具有第一外露接触表面可与双面胶粘带的压敏粘合剂层粘合并可取下;所述剥离层包含聚烯烃层,其上涂覆有硅氧烷或碳氟剥离材料外层;
背衬垫面,所述背衬垫面包含卷稳定性层,该卷稳定性层具有第二外露接触表面与双面胶粘带的热活化粘合剂层接触,所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
32.如权利要求31所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述剥离层具有与所述压敏粘合剂层接触的接触表面,它涂有剥离材料。
33.如权利要求31所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物具有足够低的乙酸乙烯酯含量,以使所述卷稳定性层不会与所述热活化粘合剂层粘连。
34.如权利要求31所述的剥离衬垫,其中所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,其乙酸乙烯酯含量为5-24重量%。
35.如权利要求31所述的剥离衬垫,其特征在于所述卷稳定性层包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,其乙酸乙烯酯含量为8-20重量%。

43.包含权利要求1所述胶粘带组件的胶粘带卷。
