なお、本明細書では上記の発明のほか、少なくとも3層の層構造を有する剥離ライナーであって、一方の表層が高密度ポリエチレンからなる層、他方の表層が低密度ポリエチレンからなる層であり、さらに実質的に低密度ポリエチレンのみを樹脂成分として含む中間層を有することを特徴とする剥離ライナー、についても説明する。
なお、本発明において、剥離ライナー、感圧性接着シートは、それぞれテープ状であってもよく、即ち、剥離テープ材、感圧性接着テープを含むものとする。

実施例、比較例で得られた感圧性接着シートから、7mm幅の短冊状の評価サンプルを作製した(長さ方向はシート流れ(MD)方向である)。
サンプルの感圧性接着シートからシリコーン処理を施したポリエステルフィルムを剥離し、厚さ50μmのポリエステルフィルム(東レ(株)製「ルミラー S−10」)に貼り合わせ、さらにポリエステルフィルムを剛性を支える板状体(SUS304BA板/50mm×150mm)に貼り合わせて固定した。
万能引張試験機(ミネベア(株)製「TG−1kNB」)を用いて、180°剥離試験を行った。剥離ライナー側を引っ張り、抵抗を測定し、剥離力X(N/mm)とした。
なお、試験は、JIS Z0237に準拠して行い、23℃、60%RHの雰囲気下、引張速度(クロスヘッドスピード)300mm/分で行った。また、試験回数は3回(平均値)とした。
剥離力Xが0.285(N/mm)を超える場合には、剥離が困難となり、剥離機能が不良となる。
実施例、比較例で得られた感圧性接着シートのそれぞれの剥離ライナーについて、ダンベル3号(測定方向:流れ(MD)方向)に打ち抜き、評価サンプルとした。
万能引張試験機を用いて、原長(測定長)20mm、試料幅5mm、引張速度500mm/分で引張試験を行い、剥離ライナーのヤング率を測定した(測定回数:3回)。また、ダイヤルゲージを用いて剥離ライナーの厚みを測定した。
これらの測定値を用い、剥離ライナーの剛性Y[ヤング率×(厚み)3](N・mm)を算出した。
実施例、比較例で得られた感圧性接着シートから、7mm幅×100mm(流れ方向)の短冊状のサンプルを作製した。
サンプルの感圧性接着シートからシリコーン処理を施したポリエステルフィルムを剥離し、ウレタン系下塗り剤を塗布したポリ塩化ビニルシート(45mm幅×150mm長さ×1mm厚み、リケンテクノス(株)製)に貼り付け、5kgローラー(ローラー幅:65mm)を1往復させて圧着した。これを試験片とした。
24時間保存した後、長さ100mm×幅50mm×高さ30mmの箱状固定台に、試験片を、図2に示すように、剥離ライナーが内側になるように、楕円状に曲げて固定台に固定した。72時間後、ライナー浮き部分の長さを計測し、1試験片中の浮き部分の長さを合計した。なお、試験は、23℃、60%RHの雰囲気下で行った。
浮き部分の合計長さが10mm以下の場合は、ライナー浮き抑止性良好(○)、10mmを超える場合にはライナー浮き抑止性不良(×)と判断した。
実施例4および比較例2で得られた感圧性接着シートから、7mm幅×100mm(流れ方向)の短冊状のサンプルを作製した。
サンプルの感圧性接着シートからシリコーン処理を施したポリエステルフィルムを剥離し、ウレタン系下塗り剤を塗布したポリ塩化ビニルシート(45mm幅×150mm長さ×1mm厚み、リケンテクノス(株)製)に貼り付け、5kgローラー(ローラー幅:65mm)を1往復させて圧着した。これを試験片とした。
24時間保存した後、耐熱試験でポリ塩化ビニルシートが変形しないように、ポリ塩化ビニルシートのサンプルと反対側の面を、ポリ塩化ビニルシートと同サイズのステンレス(SUS)板に、両面テープ(日東電工(株)製、「No.500」)を用いて貼り合わせ、オーブンで120℃で3分間熱処理した。
室温環境下に取り出した直後の試験片を観察し、剥離ライナーの浮きや剥がれが見られない場合は耐熱性良好(○)、浮きや剥がれが観察される場合には耐熱性不良(×)と判断した。
3層共押出インフレーション成形法により、下記組成物をシート状に押出成形し、剥離層(厚み:14μm)、中間層(厚み:43μm)、背面層(厚み:43μm)からなる剥離ライナー(厚み:100μm)を作製した。
剥離層:高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「エボリュー SP4520」、密度942kg/m3)
中間層及び背面層:低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「ノバテック LD YF30」、密度920kg/m3)
上記剥離ライナーに、アクリルフォームテープ(日東電工(株)製「A4008」、気泡含有の単層感圧性接着剤層)を、ライナーの剥離層面がテープの感圧接着剤層と接するように貼り合わせた。また、もう一方の感圧接着剤層には、シリコーン処理を施したポリエステルフィルム(三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム(株)製「MRF38」)を貼り合わせ、感圧性接着シートを得た。
3層共押出インフレーション成形法により、下記組成物をシート状に押出成形し、剥離層(厚み:10μm)、中間層(厚み:20μm)、背面層(厚み:20μm)からなる剥離ライナー(厚み:50μm)を作製した。
剥離層:高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「ハイゼックス 3300F」、密度950kg/m3)/低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「ノバテック LD LF440HB」、密度925kg/m3)
[上記高密度ポリエチレン/低密度ポリエチレンの混合比(重量比):60/40]
中間層及び背面層:低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「ノバテック LD UF641」、密度927kg/m3)
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
3層共押出インフレーション成形法により、下記組成物をシート状に押出成形し、剥離層(厚み:14μm)、中間層(厚み:43μm)、背面層(厚み:43μm)からなる剥離ライナー(厚み:100μm)を作製した。
剥離層:高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「ハイゼックス 3300F」、密度950kg/m3)
中間層及び背面層:低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「ノバテック LL UF331」、密度923kg/m3)
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
3層共押出Tダイ成形法により、下記組成物をシート状に押出成形し、剥離層(厚み:37μm)、中間層(厚み:52.5μm)、背面層(厚み:10.5μm)からなる剥離ライナー(厚み:100μm)を作製した。
剥離層:高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「ハイゼックス 3300F」、密度950kg/m3)
中間層及び背面層:低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(東ソー(株)製、商品名「OM05B」、密度924kg/m3)
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
剥離ライナーとして、低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ユニカー(株)製、商品名「NUC8160」)を原料とする、ポリエチレン単層押出成型フィルム(愛知プラスチック工業(株)製、厚み:100μm)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
3層共押出インフレーション成形法により、下記組成物をシート状に押出成形し、剥離層(厚み:14μm)、中間層(厚み:43μm)、背面層(厚み:43μm)からなる剥離ライナー(厚み:100μm)を作製した。
剥離層:低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「ノバテック LD UF641」、密度927kg/m3)
中間層及び背面層:高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「ハイゼックス 3300F」、密度950kg/m3)/低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「ノバテック LD LF440HB」、密度925kg/m3)
[上記高密度ポリエチレン/低密度ポリエチレンの混合比(重量比):60/40]
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン(株)製、商品名「NC499A」、密度935kg/m3)を溶融温度150℃、プレス圧10MPaにてシート状にメルトプレス成型し、自然冷却して、剥離ライナー(180μm)を作製した。
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
ポリエチレン樹脂(ダウケミカル(株)製、商品名「Xu.59900.20」、密度940kg/m3)を溶融温度150℃、プレス圧10MPaにてシート状にメルトプレス成型し、自然冷却して、剥離ライナー(180μm)を作製した。
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「ハイゼックス5000SF」、密度956kg/m3)を溶融温度150℃、プレス圧10MPaにてシート状にメルトプレス成型し、自然冷却して、剥離ライナー(100μm)を作製した。
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
高密度ポリエチレン樹脂((株)プライムポリマー製、商品名「ハイゼックス7000F」、密度952kg/m3)を溶融温度150℃、プレス圧10MPaにてシート状にメルトプレス成型し、自然冷却して、剥離ライナー(150μm)を作製した。
上記剥離ライナーを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、感圧性接着シートを得た。
2 試験片
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも3層の層構造を有する剥離ライナーであって、一方の表層が高密度ポリエチレンからなる層、他方の表層が低密度ポリエチレンからなる層であり、さらに層を構成する樹脂成分中、低密度ポリエチレンを95重量%以上含む中間層を有する剥離ライナーと、少なくとも1層の感圧性接着剤層を含む感圧性接着シートであって、
高密度ポリエチレンからなる前記表層の表面に前記感圧性接着剤層が設けられており、
剥離ライナーと感圧性接着剤層の剥離力X(単位:N/mm)と、剥離ライナーの剛性Y[剥離ライナーのヤング率×(厚み)3](単位:N・mm)とが以下の関係を満たすことを特徴とする感圧性接着シート。
0.15≦X≦0.25
0<Y<180X4+0.1 - 前記剥離ライナーの厚みが10〜500μmである請求項1に記載の感圧性接着シート。
- 感圧性接着剤層が、アクリル系接着剤を主成分として形成された請求項1又は2に記載の感圧性接着シート。
- 感圧性接着剤層が、気泡及び/又は中空微小球状体を含有する感圧性接着剤層である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の感圧性接着シート。
- 前記中間層の厚みが43〜180μmである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の感圧性接着シート。
- 高密度ポリエチレンからなる前記表層が、層を構成する樹脂成分中、高密度ポリエチレンを50重量%以上含み、他の樹脂成分として、低密度ポリエチレンを高密度ポリエチレン100重量部に対して、0〜67重量部含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の感圧性接着シート。
