2) cooling the phase A raw material to below 40 ℃, adding an anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein, an oat extract and a preservative into the phase A raw material, stirring the mixture for 5min at a speed of 70r/min, cooling the mixture to below 35 ℃, and subpackaging the mixture to obtain the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence.
Blank example 1
The blank example 1 is different from the example 1 only in the raw material components of the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence, the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence in the comparative example does not contain the anti-aging composition of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein, and the other operations are the same as the example 1.
Test example for Effect verification
First, safety test-Patch test
Test subjects: the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 and the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in blank example 1.
The number of the tested persons is as follows: 150, male and female halves, and the age between 20 and 55 years, all meet the subject criteria.
The test process comprises the following steps: the number of test subjects who met the standard of the test subjects was 150, and the test subjects were randomly divided into 5 groups, each of which corresponds to 30 subjects of the anti-wrinkle essence obtained in examples 1 to 3, the anti-wrinkle essence obtained in blank example 1, and the control group.
The anti-aging and wrinkle-lightening essence in the test object is respectively put into the small chambers of the spot tester, the dosage is about 0.020mL-0.025mL, and no substance is put into the control holes.
The spot tester with the test substance is applied to the back or the forearm curvature of the subject with hypoallergenic tape (manufacturer: Shanghai medical apparatus and instruments (group) Co., Ltd., hygienic materials factory, product number of spot test tape: 09000251116), and is applied to the skin with palm gently for 24 h; skin reactions were observed at 30min, 24h, and 48h after removal of the test article blotter according to the criteria shown in table 1 and the observations were recorded, with the ranking criteria shown in table 1 and the test results shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 and blank example 1 of the present invention is non-irritating to the skin.
Second, efficacy test
Test subjects: the anti-aging composition of example 1 contains hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein.
The anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 and the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in blank example 1.
1) Percent oxygen radical inhibition test
The photon energy of ultraviolet rays is absorbed by atoms or molecules of cells, causing the state of the electronic energy level of the atoms to change, generating a large amount of free radicals, which can hinder the normal development of the cells, interfere with the metabolism of the cells, destroy mitochondria in the cells, and the like.

The skin model is pretreated by the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence of the invention, Ve and Vc are control groups, and ultraviolet irradiation with different intensities (0-30 mJ/cm)2UVB intensity), the percent oxygen radical inhibition was measured and the results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively reduce oxygen radicals caused by ultraviolet rays; the anti-aging and wrinkle-reducing essence obtained in blank example 1 has a weak ability of reducing oxygen radicals caused by ultraviolet rays. The anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein can effectively reduce oxygen free radicals caused by ultraviolet rays.
2) Experiment for promoting proliferation of human keratinocyte (hacat cell)
When people study body aging and skin aging, people mostly stress the aging of skin fibroblasts. In recent years, it has been gradually recognized that keratinocytes also play a very important role in skin aging. With age, skin aging is manifested by a slowing of epidermal turnover, a diminished barrier function, and a diminished keratinocyte viability.
The test method comprises the following steps: establishing a keratinocyte in-vitro cytology model, culturing Hacat cells in a 24-well plate, adding 0.1 percent, 0.3 percent and 0.5 percent of the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein in example 1, and adding hoechst3342 nucleic acid dye after 24 hours. Incubate for 15 minutes and then take pictures. The results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the anti-aging composition containing 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein obtained in example 1 of the present invention can effectively promote the proliferation of hacat cells.
3) Synergistic Experimental example
Comparative examples 1 to 6
The anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence comprises the following raw materials in different proportions, as shown in table 5.

The preparation process was as described in example 1 above.
The anti-wrinkle effect test was performed on example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6, and the test results after one month are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from the experimental data in table 6, the anti-wrinkle effects are ranked as example 1> comparative example 4> comparative example 5> comparative example 6> comparative example 1> comparative example 2> comparative example 3, demonstrating that the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein has better anti-aging effect than the single one or two component combination through the synergistic effect between the components.
Third, human body trial evaluation experiment
Test subjects: the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1-3, the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in blank example 1, and a commercially available anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence. The essence is adopted for testing: 150 tested persons, 30 tested persons in each group, are respectively numbered 1-30, and the tested persons are used for 2 times in 1 day for 1 month continuously.
Skin elasticity was measured using a skin elasticity tester MPA580 from CK, germany, using a Reviscometer RV600 probe. The wrinkle, the compactness, the fineness and the glossiness are all measured by a skin detector, and particularly, a Visia skin detector is adopted.

As can be seen from the test data in table 7, the anti-wrinkle essence obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively improve the wrinkle area of the skin, reduce wrinkles, and simultaneously, the elasticity, firmness and fineness of the skin are significantly improved, and the effect is superior to that of the blank example 1 and the commercially available anti-wrinkle essence.
In conclusion, the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein can promote collagen synthesis, promote regeneration of damaged tissues, increase skin elasticity, improve skin firmness and smoothness and fade skin wrinkles.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein is characterized in that: the anti-aging composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
0.1-20 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol;
0.1-20 parts of snake venom peptide;
0.1 to 20 weight portions of recombinant human III type collagen;
5-30 parts of butanediol;
20-70 parts of deionized water.
2. The anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, polypeptide protein according to claim 1, wherein: the anti-aging composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
1-20 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol;
1-10 parts of snake venom peptide;
2-10 parts of recombinant human type III collagen;
5-15 parts of butanediol;
40-65 parts of deionized water.
3. The method for preparing an antiaging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) dissolving hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and butanediol in deionized water, and uniformly stirring to prepare a hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol solution, namely a component A;
2) adding snake venom peptide, recombinant human III type collagen and the component A into deionized water in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein: in the step 1), the stirring speed is 20-80r/min, and in the step 2), the stirring speed is 30-100 r/min.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein: in the step 2), the mass ratio of the total mass of the 3 raw materials of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, the snake venom peptide and the recombinant human type III collagen to the mass of the water is 1: 0.5-2.5.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein: the mass ratio of the total mass of 3 raw materials of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, the snake venom peptide and the recombinant human type III collagen to the mass of water is 1: 1.8.
7. Use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein according to claim 1 or 2 in skin care products, wherein: the skin care product comprises 10-40% of the anti-aging composition by total weight of the skin care product; and 60-90% of conventional auxiliary materials in the field of skin care products.
8. The use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and a polypeptide protein according to claim 7 in a skin care product, wherein:
the conventional auxiliary materials comprise a surfactant, a thickening agent, a conditioning agent, a humectant, a preservative, a chelating agent, essence and deionized water.
9. The use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and a polypeptide protein according to claim 7 in a skin care product, wherein:
the skin care product is prepared into various dosage forms of toner, smoothing toner, firming toner, nourishing cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, facial mask, pressed powder, body lotion, body cream, body oil, body lotion and body essence.
10. The use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and a polypeptide protein according to claim 7 in a skin care product, wherein:
the skin care product is prepared into anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence which comprises the following raw material components:
10-40 parts by weight of anti-aging hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein composition;

the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence is prepared by the following steps:
1) mixing deionized water, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and allantoin raw materials, heating at 85 deg.C for 30min, and stirring at 50r/min for 10min to obtain phase A raw material;
2) cooling the phase A raw material to below 40 ℃, adding an anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein, an oat extract and a preservative into the phase A raw material, stirring the mixture for 5min at a speed of 70r/min, cooling the mixture to below 35 ℃, and subpackaging the mixture to obtain the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence.
