Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine and application thereof. According to the weight parts, the anti-aging composition comprises 0.1-20 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.1-15 parts of thiotaurine, 0.1-10 parts of glycerol glucoside, 10-30 parts of butanediol and 20-80 parts of deionized water. The anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine can be applied to various skin care formulations such as essence water, essence liquid, emulsion, cream and the like. The anti-aging composition has complementary action mechanisms, and has the anti-aging effects of promoting collagen synthesis, enhancing skin barrier, resisting oxidation and promoting cell regeneration activity by combined application.

Background

0.1-20 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol;
0.1-15 parts of thiotaurine;
0.1-10 parts of glycerol glucoside;
10-30 parts of butanediol;
20-80 parts of deionized water.

The antiseptic is selected from polyols such as hexanediol and phenoxyethanol.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the anti-aging composition provided by the invention simultaneously contains hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, thiotaurine, glycerol glucoside and the like, the action mechanisms of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, the thiotaurine, the glycerol glucoside and the like are complementary, and the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects of the anti-aging composition are better when the anti-aging composition is combined.
2) The anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation method, production time saving, capability of keeping the stability of active ingredients in the preparation process and obvious anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine, which is prepared by combining hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, thiotaurine, glycerol glucoside and butanediol serving as raw materials according to a proper weight ratio.

All the raw material components of the invention are commercial products. Hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol is available from shanghai ketjen technologies ltd; thiotaurine was purchased from shanghai shinwen biotechnology limited; the glycerol glucoside is purchased from Kazuku scientific Biotech development Co., Ltd in Qingdao; oat extract was purchased from demi. The glycerol glucoside is obtained by obtaining hypotonic extract rich in GG through blue algae, membrane filtration for decolorization, resin adsorption for decolorization, membrane filtration for desalination, and finally dehydration and concentration.

As can be seen from Table 3, the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 of the invention is effective in resisting oxidation; the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in the blank example 1 has weak oxidation resistance. The anti-aging composition containing the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and the thiotaurine can effectively resist oxidation.
2) Experiment for promoting proliferation of human keratinocyte (hacat cell)
When people study body aging and skin aging, people mostly stress the aging of skin fibroblasts. In recent years, it has been gradually recognized that keratinocytes also play a very important role in skin aging. With age, skin aging is manifested by a slowing of epidermal turnover, a diminished barrier function, and a diminished keratinocyte viability.
The test method comprises the following steps: establishing a keratinocyte in-vitro cytology model, culturing Hacat cells in a 24-well plate, adding 0.1 percent, 0.3 percent and 0.5 percent of the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and polypeptide protein in example 1, and adding hoechst3342 nucleic acid dye after 24 hours. Incubate for 15 minutes and then take pictures. The results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% of the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine obtained in example 1 of the present invention can effectively promote the proliferation of hacat cells and promote cell regeneration activity.
Third, synergistic Experimental example
Comparative examples 1 to 6
The proportion of the raw materials of comparative examples 1-6 of the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence is shown in the following table 5.

The preparation process was as described in example 1 above.
The anti-wrinkle effect test was performed on example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6, and the test results after one month are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from the test data in Table 6, the anti-wrinkle effect is ranked as example 1> comparative examples 4, 5, 6> comparative examples 1, 2, 3, and it is demonstrated that the composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine has better anti-wrinkle effect than the composition containing one or two components alone through the synergistic effect between the components.
Third, human body trial evaluation experiment
Test subjects: the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 and the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence obtained in blank example 1. The essence is adopted for testing: the test persons are 100 persons, each group of 25 persons is numbered 1-25, and the test persons are used for 2 times in 1 day for 3 weeks continuously. Filling a trial effect evaluation table according to the sensory evaluation (a volunteer evaluation scoring system is adopted, wherein the highest score is 2 to indicate satisfaction, the highest score is 1 to indicate generality, and the highest score is 0 to indicate dissatisfaction). The wrinkle, tightness, speckle and skin stability maintaining effects are measured by a skin detector, specifically a Visia skin detector. Experimental results statistics of human trial evaluation results are shown in table 7.

As can be seen from the test data in table 7, the anti-wrinkle essence obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively lighten wrinkles, improve skin elasticity, reduce spots, and enhance skin barrier, and has an effect superior to that of the anti-wrinkle essence of blank example 1. The wrinkle-improving effect of the anti-wrinkle essence obtained in example 1 is shown in fig. 2.
In conclusion, the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine disclosed by the invention can promote collagen synthesis, enhance skin barrier, resist oxidation, promote cell regeneration activity and fade skin wrinkles.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. An anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine is characterized in that: the anti-aging composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
0.1-20 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol;
0.1-15 parts of thiotaurine;
0.1-10 parts of glycerol glucoside;
10-30 parts of butanediol;
20-80 parts of deionized water.
2. The anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the anti-aging composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
1-10 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol;
1-15 parts of thiotaurine;
1-8 parts of glycerol glucoside;
10-20 parts of butanediol;
40-70 parts of deionized water.
3. The method for preparing an antiaging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine as set forth in claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) dissolving hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and butanediol in deionized water, and uniformly stirring to prepare a hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol solution, namely a component A;
2) and (3) sequentially adding thiotaurine, glycerol glucoside and the component A into deionized water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine.
4. The production method according to claim 3, characterized in that: in the step 1), the stirring speed is 20-80r/min, and in the step 2), the stirring speed is 30-100 r/min.
5. The production method according to claim 3, characterized in that: in the step 2), the mass ratio of the total mass of the 3 raw materials of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, the thiotaurine and the glycerol glucoside to the mass of the water is 1: 0.5-2.5.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein: in the step 2), the mass ratio of the total mass of the 3 raw materials of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, the thiotaurine and the glycerol glucoside to the mass of the water is 1: 2.4.
7. Use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine according to claim 1 or 2 in skin care products, characterized in that: the skin care product comprises 10-40% of the anti-aging composition by total weight of the skin care product; and 60-90% of conventional auxiliary materials in the field of skin care products.
8. The use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine according to claim 7 in a skin care product, wherein:
the conventional auxiliary materials comprise a surfactant, a thickening agent, a conditioning agent, a humectant, a preservative, a chelating agent, essence and deionized water.
9. The use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine according to claim 7 in a skin care product, wherein:
the skin care product is prepared into various dosage forms of toner, smoothing toner, firming toner, nourishing cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, facial mask, pressed powder, body lotion, body cream, body oil, body lotion and body essence.
10. The use of an anti-aging composition comprising hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine according to claim 7 in a skin care product, wherein:
the skin care product is prepared into anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence which comprises the following raw material components:
the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence is prepared by the following steps:
1) mixing deionized water, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and allantoin raw materials, heating at 85 deg.C for 30min, and stirring at 50r/min for 10min to obtain phase A raw material;
2) cooling the phase A raw material to below 40 ℃, adding an anti-aging composition containing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and thiotaurine, an oat extract and a preservative into the phase A raw material, stirring the mixture for 5min at a speed of 70r/min, cooling the mixture to below 35 ℃, and subpackaging the mixture to obtain the anti-aging wrinkle-lightening essence.
