A method for preparing tomato extract in cosmetic composition containing tomato extract comprises the following steps: taking fresh ripe tomatoes, mechanically polishing the tomatoes to be pulpy, centrifuging the tomatoes at room temperature and 25 ℃ at 3500rpm for 15 minutes, taking supernate, and passing the supernate through an ultrafiltration membrane (obtaining a substance with the molecular weight of less than 1 KDa). The soluble sugar components were removed by solid phase extraction using Styrene Divinylbenzene (SDVB) resin (pH 2.5) and the non-sugar components were retained on the column and eluted with methanol. The non-saccharide substances obtained by elution account for 4-6% of the dry matter of the water extract. Drying into powder for later use. The water soluble extract in fructus Lycopersici Esculenti contains phenolic compounds, flavonoids compounds, adenosine compounds, etc., and its representative components are chlorogenic acid, rutin and adenosine. The chlorogenic acid and rutin can remove free radicals generated in cell metabolism, reduce damage to cells, and improve skin local microcirculation. Adenosine is a well-known anti-aging component, has no limitation in use in the morning and evening, and also has the functions of promoting collagen synthesis and resisting inflammation.
The water-soluble tomato extract is used for facial masks according to the following steps:

By adding sodium hyaluronate or carnosine instead of glycerol. The water soluble extract of tomato has tomato flavor, but may not smell at a low concentration of 1-4%, so tomato essence is used as the aromatic substance.
Protein Disulfide Isomerase (PDI) is an oxidoreductase, has a function of catalyzing the formation and isomerization of disulfide bonds, and is a key factor in thrombus formation. Several in vivo thrombosis models have shown that blocking PDI activity inhibits platelet activation processes, including aggregation, release, and fibrinogen binding. The common flavonoid quercetin-3-rutin glycoside (rutin) is considered a natural inhibitor of PDI. Rutin is also one of the main components in the water-soluble extract of tomato. PDI can reduce and reoxidize disulfide bonds in hair cross-linking proteins, and thus is used for permanent waving; PDI plays an important role in redox balance regulation, and continuous imbalance of redox processes can cause aging and related diseases, so that regulation of protein disulfide isomerase is of great significance for the homeostasis of skin cells. In the present air pollution, the mask with the effect of inhibiting protein disulfide isomerase has a good prevention effect.
