消费者越来越注重环保。人们对快时尚等问题的认识不断提高,防止浪费织物和避免过早扔掉衣服的愿望也在增加。
消费者正在寻求洗衣产品来帮助延长衣服的使用寿命。织物调理剂提供了一些益处,例如软化,但是仍然需要提供有助于延长衣服寿命的制剂。
本发明的发明人已经发现本发明所述的组合物和方法改善了织物调理剂的软化效果,提供了新衣服的感觉。
发明内容
在本发明的第一方面,提供了一种漂洗添加的辅助洗衣组合物,其用于改善织物调理剂的软化效果,所述辅助洗衣组合物包含:
a.纤维素酶;
b.0.5-12重量%的非离子表面活性剂;
c.0.5至20重量%的游离香料;和
d.水。
在本发明的第二方面,提供了一种在洗衣周期的漂洗阶段将酶递送至织物的方法,其中除了织物调理剂制剂之外,将本文所述的辅助洗衣组合物添加至漂洗中。

酶

本发明可以在分类为EC3.1.1.4和/或EC3.1.1.32的磷脂酶的存在下进行。如本文所用,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。

酶稳定剂
组合物中存在的任何酶可以使用常规稳定剂进行稳定,所述常规稳定剂例如多元醇如丙二醇或甘油、糖或糖醇、乳酸、硼酸或硼酸衍生物,例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物例如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且所述组合物可以如在例如WO92/19709和WO92/19708中描述的那样制备。
游离香料

游离香料可以以选自以下的含量存在:按所述组合物的重量计,小于20%、小于15%和小于10%。游离香料可以以选自以下的含量存在:按所述组合物的重量计,大于0.5%、大于1%和大于2%水平存在。合适的游离香料以选自以选自以下范围的量存在于所述组合物中:按所述辅助洗衣组合物的重量计的约0.5%至约20%、优选地约1%至约15%、更优选地约2%至约10%。

本组合物的游离香料组合物包含浓烈(blooming)香料成分。浓烈香料成分定义为沸点低于250℃且LogP或大于2.5。优选地,本发明所述的游离香料组合物包含至少10重量%的浓烈香料成分、更优选地至少20重量%的浓烈香料成分、最优选地至少25重量%的浓烈香料成分。优选地,本发明所述的游离香料组合物包含小于58重量%的浓烈成分、更优选地小于50重量%的浓烈成分、最优选地小于45重量%的浓烈成分。合适地,本发明组合物的游离香料组合物包含10至58重量%的浓烈成分、优选地20至50重量%的浓烈成分、更优选地25至45重量%的浓烈成分。

其他有用的香料成分包括耐久(substantive)香料成分。耐久香料成分定义为沸点高于250℃且LogP高于2.5。优选地,游离香料组合物还包含耐久香料成分。
沸点是在标准压力(760mmHg)下测量的。优选地,香料组合物将包含浓烈和耐久香料组分的混合物。香料组合物可包含其他香料组分。
已经报道了许多香料成分的logP;例如,可从Daylight Chemical InformationSystems,Inc.(Daylight CIS),Irvine,Calif.获得的Pomona92数据库包含许多以及对原始文献的引用。然而,logP值最方便地通过同样可从Daylight CIS获得的“CLOGP”程序计算。该程序还列出了Pomona 92数据库中可用的实验logP值。“计算的logp”(ClogP)由Hansch和Leo的片段方法确定(参见A Leo,in Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry,第4卷,C.Hansch,P.G.Sammens,J.B.Taylor and C.A.Ramsden,Eds.,第295页,PergamonPress,1990,在此引入作为参考)。片段方法基于每种香料成分的化学结构,并考虑原子的数量和类型、原子连接性和化学键。本文在选择本发明的香料成分时,使用最可靠和广泛用于估计该物理化学性质的ClogP来代替实验logP值。
在游离油香料组合物中存在多种香料组分是司空见惯的。在用于本发明所述的组合物中,设想将存在三种或更多种、优选四种或更多种、更优选五种或更多种、最优选六种或更多种不同的香料组分。可以应用300种香料成分的上限。
本发明所述的游离香料为乳剂形式。乳剂的粒度可在约1纳米至30微米,优选地约100纳米至约20微米的范围内。将粒度测量为体积平均直径D[4,3],这可以使用来自Malvern instruments的Malvern Mastersizer 2000进行测量。
游离油香料在本组合物中形成乳剂。乳剂可以在组合物之外或原位形成。当原位形成时,优选将至少一种乳化剂与游离油香料一起加入以稳定乳剂。优选地,乳化剂是阴离子的或非离子的。用于游离油香料的合适阴离子乳化剂的实例是烷基芳基磺酸盐(例如十二烷基苯磺酸钠)、烷基硫酸盐(例如月桂基硫酸钠)、烷基醚硫酸盐(例如月桂基醚硫酸钠nEO,其中n是1至20)、烷基苯酚醚硫酸盐(例如辛基苯酚醚硫酸盐nEO,其中n为1至20)以及磺基琥珀酸盐(例如二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠)。用作用于游离油香料的乳化剂的合适非离子表面活性剂的实例是烷基酚乙氧基化物(例如壬基酚乙氧基化物nEO,其中n为1至50)、醇乙氧基化物(例如月桂醇nEO,其中n为1至50)、酯乙氧基化物(例如聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯,其中氧乙烯单元的数目为1至30)和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油。游离香料中包含的任何非离子表面活性剂都计入非离子表面活性剂的总量。
包封香料
本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物优选包含包封的香料。这些也可称为香料微囊。辅助洗衣组合物优选包含按所述组合物重量计0.1至20重量%的香料微囊、更优选地0.5至12重量%的香料微囊、最优选1至8重量%的香料微囊。微囊的重量是所提供的材料重量。
当香料组分被包封时,合适的包封材料可包括但不限于;氨基塑料类、蛋白类、聚氨酯类、聚丙烯酸酯类、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类、多糖类、聚酰胺类、聚烯烃类、树胶类、硅酮类、脂质类、改性纤维素、聚磷酸盐、聚苯乙烯、聚酯类或其的组合。特别优选的材料是氨基塑料微囊,例如三聚氰胺甲醛或脲甲醛微囊。
本发明的香料微囊可以是易碎的微囊和/或水分活化的微囊。易碎是指在施加力时香料微囊会破裂。水分活化是指香料在水的存在下释放。本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物优选包含易碎的微囊。可以另外存在水分活化的微囊。易碎的微囊的实例包括氨基塑料微囊。
包含在微囊中的香料组分可包括散发气味的(odiferous)材料和/或香料前体材料。
包含在微囊中的特别优选的香料组分是浓烈香料组分和耐久香料组分。浓烈香料组分定义为沸点低于250℃且LogP高于2.5。耐久香料成分定义为沸点高于250℃且且LogP高于2.5。沸点是在标准压力(760mm Hg)下测量的。优选地,香料组合物将包含浓烈和耐久香料组分的混合物。香料组合物可包含其他香料组分。
多种香料组分存在于微囊中是司空见惯的。在用于本发明所述的组合物中,设想在微囊中有三种或更多种、优选四种或更多种、更优选五种或更多种、最优选六种或更多种不同的香料组分。可以应用300种香料成分的上限。
微囊可包含香料组分和用于香料成分的载体,例如沸石或环糊精。
非离子表面活性剂
本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物优选包含小于辅助洗衣组合物重量的12重量%、更优选地小于8重量%和最优选地小于5重量%的非离子表面活性剂。本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物优选包含大于0.5重量%的非离子表面活性剂。合适地,本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物优选包含0.5至12重量%、更优选地0.5至8重量%和最优选地0.5至5重量%的非离子表面活性剂。正确量的非离子表面活性剂对于实现有益剂的期望递送是重要的。辅助洗衣组合物需要足够的表面活性剂来携带有益剂,但是过多的表面活性剂会干扰与其一起使用的洗衣液或洗衣粉的作用,并且会由于稀释不足而阻止有益剂的释放。
非离子表面活性剂优选具有12至20、更优选地14至18的HLB值。
非离子表面活性剂材料的实例包括:乙氧基化的材料、多元醇如多元醇和多元醇酯、烷基多糖苷、EO-PO嵌段共聚物(泊洛沙姆)。优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自乙氧基化的材料。
优选的乙氧基化的材料包括:脂肪酸乙氧基化物、脂肪胺乙氧基化物、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、壬基酚乙氧基化物、烷基酚乙氧基化物、酰胺乙氧基化物、脱水山梨醇酯乙氧基化物、甘油酯乙氧基化物(蓖麻油或其氢化蓖麻油乙氧基化物的混合物)。
更优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自具有通式的乙氧基化的表面活性剂:

其他表面活性剂
本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物不是传统的洗衣洗涤剂或织物调理组合物。本发明优选包含低含量或不包含阴离子或阳离子表面活性剂。
本发明的液体辅助组合物优选包含按所述组合物的重量计小于2重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂、更优选地小于1重量%的表面活性剂、甚至更优选地小于0.85重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂和最优选地小于0.5重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂。
所述组合物可以完全不含阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂。
换言之,组合物优选包含按所述组合物的重量计0至2重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂、更优选地0至1重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂、甚至更优选地0至0.85重量%和最优选地0至0.5重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂。所述组合物可以完全不含阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂。
结构化剂
如果辅助洗衣组合物包含微囊,则可能需要结构化剂,合适结构化剂的非限制性实例包括:果胶、藻酸盐、阿拉伯半乳聚糖、角叉菜胶、结冷胶、多糖如黄原胶、瓜尔胶、丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸聚合物、水可溶胀粘土、气相二氧化硅、丙烯酸酯/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物及其混合物。
此处优选的分散剂包括选自丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸聚合物、结冷胶、气相二氧化硅、丙烯酸酯/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物、水可溶胀粘土、多糖如黄原胶及其混合物的那些。最优选地,结构化剂选自多糖,例如黄原胶、丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸酯/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物和水可溶胀粘土。最优选的结构化剂是多糖,例如黄原胶。
当存在结构化剂时,结构化剂优选以所述组合物的0.001-10重量%、优选地0.005-5重量%、更优选0.01-3重量%的量存在。
流变改性剂
在本发明的一些实施例中,本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物可包含流变改性剂。这些可以是无机的或有机的、聚合的或非聚合的。优选类型的流变改性剂是盐。
防腐剂
本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物优选包含防腐剂。防腐剂优选以所述组合物的0.001至1重量%的量存在,更优选地为所述组合物的0.005至0.5重量%,最优选地为所述组合物的0.01至0.1重量%。
防腐剂可以包括抗微生物剂,例如基于异噻唑啉酮的化学品(特别是异噻唑-3-酮杀菌剂)或基于戊二醛的产品。合适的防腐剂的实例包括苯并异噻唑啉、氯-甲基-异噻唑-3-酮、甲基-异噻唑-3-酮及其混合物。合适的防腐剂作为来自Dow的Kathon CG和来自Lonza的Proxel市售可得。

本发明所述的组合物是水性组合物并且包含水。
粘度
辅助洗衣组合物的粘度优选为20-15000mPa.s,更优选50-15000mPa.s,最优选100-10000mPa.s。该粘度提供了洗衣液将辅助洗衣组合物带入洗衣过程的益处。
在整个说明书中,粘度测量是在DHR-2流变仪(来自TA仪器)上使用4cm直径2°锥板几何形状于25℃进行的。
具体而言,所有测量均使用带有4cm直径2度角锥板测量系统的TA-InstrumentsDHR-2流变仪进行。下部Peltier板用于将测量温度控制在25℃。测量方案是一个“流动曲线”,其中施加的剪切应力从0.01Pa到400Pa以对数方式变化,每十倍应力有10个测量点。在每个应力下,在施加应力的10秒期间的最后5秒内测量剪切应变速率,在该应力下的粘度计算为剪切应力和剪切速率的商。

辅助洗衣组合物优选不与与其一起使用的洗衣液混溶。不可容性防止辅助洗衣组合物和洗衣液混合并确保最大性能。
多洗
本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物设计用于多次连续洗涤。使用本发明所述的辅助洗衣组合物的益处可以在多次洗涤中累积。特别地,5次或更多次洗涤,优选10次或更多次洗涤,更优选15次或更多次洗涤并且最优选20次或更多次洗涤。
方法
除了织物调理剂制剂之外,还打算使用辅助洗衣组合物。织物调理剂是指设计用于在洗衣过程的漂洗阶段软化织物的制剂。织物调理剂组合物通常包含2-25重量%的织物柔软活性剂。优选的织物柔软活性剂是季铵表面活性剂。
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种在洗衣周期的漂洗阶段将酶递送至织物的方法,其中除了织物调理剂制剂之外,还将本文所述的辅助洗衣组合物添加到漂洗中。

洗涤容器是指在其中进行洗涤的任何容器。这可以是例如前装式或顶装式洗衣机的滚筒或在其中执行手洗的碗/水槽。抽屉是指洗衣机抽屉中的任何一个隔室。加料球是指任何形式的容器,其通常容纳衣物洗涤剂组合物并直接放置在洗衣机中。

Claims (11)
1.一种漂洗添加的辅助洗衣组合物,其用于改善织物调理剂的软化效果,所述辅助洗衣组合物包含:
a.纤维素酶;
b.0.5-12重量%的非离子表面活性剂;
c.0.5至20重量%的游离香料;和
d.水;
其中所述组合物包含小于2重量%的阴离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助洗衣组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含0.1至20重量%的包封香料。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的辅助洗衣组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂包含乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的辅助洗衣组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含结构化剂。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的辅助洗衣组合物,其中所述辅助洗衣组合物的粘度是20-15000mPa.s。
6.一种在洗衣周期的漂洗阶段将酶递送至织物的方法,其中除了织物调理剂制剂之外,将根据权利要求1至6所述的辅助洗衣组合物添加至漂洗中。
7.一种改善织物调理剂的软化益处的方法,其中除了织物调理剂制剂之外,将根据权利要求1至6所述的辅助洗衣组合物添加至漂洗中。
8.一种在洗衣周期的洗涤阶段将酶递送至织物的方法,其中将根据权利要求1至6所述的辅助洗衣组合物添加至洗衣过程的洗涤阶段,然后在漂洗中添加织物调理剂制剂。
9.一种改善织物调理剂的软化益处的方法,其中将根据权利要求1至6所述的辅助洗衣组合物添加至洗衣过程的洗涤阶段,然后在漂洗中添加织物调理剂制剂。
10.根据权利要求1至6所述的辅助洗衣组合物在洗衣周期的漂洗阶段将酶递送至织物的用途。
11.根据权利要求1至6所述的辅助洗衣组合物改善织物调理剂的软化益处的用途。
