Abstract
本发明涉及一种能通过脉冲控制对门扇进行锁紧或解锁的机电锁紧装置。其中,一个双稳态的电磁铁和一个设计成与其相适应的杠杆相互作用,使安装在杠杆臂端的永久磁铁和固定安装在一块底板上的永久磁铁互相排斥,从而可使上述杠杆进入肯定的位置,也即锁紧或解锁位置。
Description
本发明涉及一种门锁紧装置,主要是拉门的一种锁紧装置。这些门可以是手动、液压或者是机电驱动的。用何种方式使这样一扇至少带有一翼活动门的门从开进入关、或从关进入开的位置是无关紧要的,重要的是能确保这种类型的门确实是锁上了,也即不会发生上述这些门被意外地打开。通过使用一种锁紧装置,就能确保不用再另加锁就可使这些活动门翼锁好。这种装置除了适用于封闭建筑的拉门外,也适用于电梯门。
全机械的或机电锁紧装置均属于先有技术。机电锁紧装置,如在多尔码责任有限及两合公司(DORMA GmbH+Co.KG)为自动化拉门传动装置ES55/60所设计的技术数据卡中所见的,叙述的是安装在一门挡中的锁紧装置,其中,和一块电磁铁相连的一个锁闩滑出,并因此进入移动门翼中,这扇门就锁上了。
在GB2279991A中,描述了一种接有一块电磁铁的锁紧装置,其中,这块电磁铁控制着其上固定有二块永久磁铁并安装有一个可转动插销的一个装有单侧的杠杆,通过对附加的一个电磁铁通电,就可使上述杠杆处在锁紧或解锁位置。
DE2515161B2公开了一种通过磁铁保持在锁紧或解锁位置的锁的可控滑闩,这种滑闩通过一个脉冲控制的电磁铁进入其锁紧或解锁位置。接着便由永久磁铁来保持它处于这种位置。
本发明的任务在于,创造一种适用于各式各样建筑风格门的锁紧装置,它可以是生产价格低廉、部件很少因而无须维修的锁紧装置,也可以是从安全方面看,符合所有安装规范所使用的一种锁紧装置。
上述任务是通过装有二个分开控制线圈的电磁铁所制成的锁紧装置来完成的。这个电磁铁只起辅助作用,因为上述锁紧装置是这样构造的,这个电磁铁只须将短暂的电脉冲施加到其中的一个线圈上,就可使所述门翼无论是在开的位置或是在关的位置均处于一种确定的开关控制状态。其中上述电磁铁的功率指标要比一个用于这种情况下的传统的电磁铁要小得多。上述电磁铁的衔铁装有一个叉头,叉头中可转动地装有一个杠杆转向臂。这种通过形状闭合的联接基于衔铁运动可产生小小的升程,这些升程重又作用于杠杆,使得锁紧装置根据上述衔铁是进还是出的位置能够解锁或是闭锁。上述杠杆安在一旋转点上,并在叉头没接通过时重量平衡。除了转向臂外,从装有旋转轴承的旋转点出发向任何一面还存在着另外一条臂。此外,这两条臂的几何尺寸可以不同,其原因在于,在长臂端上同时还设有用于与锁闩一起锁紧的锁钩。
从旋转轴承出发,在其对面还有第二条较短的臂,这条臂上装有一个配重,通过这个配重使得上述杠杆处于平衡状态,也即,在衔铁的叉头没由电磁铁接通时,上述杠杆能处于平衡位置。通过这种结构的设计,上述电磁铁只需完成极小的一点升程,与此同时装有锁钩的那条臂就完成比这大得多的升程,并因此肯定地松开锁闩或与其啮合。
本发明思想的结构也可以使得上述旋转杠杆设计成这样,即上述各臂在每一面上都安装上一个锁钩,这样一种锁紧装置例如可以固定安装在一扇门的门挡旁或里,其中,两翼门的锁钩可分别安装在活动的或可移动的门翼上。这样一种锁紧装置同样设置内有两个分开线圈的小电磁铁。
除上述自动锁紧装置外,还可加入一种手动解锁装置。通过操纵一个由拉杆或钢绳,控制的断开装置,可导致上述杠杆的手动偏转。
在上述锁紧装置杠杆的至少一个臂上同时安装一个永久磁铁,这块磁铁又和另外一固定在底板上的永久磁铁共同作用。这两块磁铁的极性安排上使其同性极相对,通过这样的极化使这两块永久磁铁互相排斥,从而肯定使上述杠杆自动推进并保持在锁紧位置或解锁位置。上述过程并不需要运用其它的形如拉压弹簧件来完成,这些弹簧件在一般情况下也可作出同样准确的定位,但对于其电磁铁来说则意味着较高的能量消耗。可以选择的是,安装一弹簧片,使杠杆只能有二种稳定的位置,只是这种类型的结构也需要较高的能量,并且结构费用大。
由于选择了符合本发明的结构,上述电磁铁只需完成很小的升程,通过永久磁铁有效的磁力就可使上述杠杆进入并保持锁紧和解锁位置。由于使用带有2个分开线圈的电磁铁,这里只需要很短的电脉冲作用到二个线圈中之一个上,这一方面节约了电流,另一方面,通过上述这种装置确定的电磁铁要小和便宜的多。上述两个永久磁铁则确保杠杆处于所需的位置。
然而为了能够准确地确定其位置,在锁紧装置中还可放置一指示器,这一指示器最好和杠杆连用。通过这一措施,控制系统可以得到的确切的信息,上述锁钩处于何种开关位置。指示器可以使用如开关或者其它各种固定在底板上的合适装置。
同时还可把电磁铁和杠杆旋转轴承也固定在底板上。上述种类中的一种锁紧装置,即只需通过很短的电脉冲就可进入锁紧或解锁位置,可以安装在各类门上,它还适用于遥控解锁或锁紧装置,一般情况下这类门上必须安装的锁这样就可不用安了。
本发明将根据二种示意表示的可能实施例来作进一步的解释。附图中:

图1所示的一种锁紧装置实施例安装在一块底板2上锁紧装置1主要是由一杠杆15及与其相连的电磁铁3和一个可做成如开关4状的指示器组成,这个指示器用于报告锁钩6的位置,也即锁紧或解锁的位置。在图3中还会单独表示的杠杆15主要是由一个安装在旋转轴承12中的长杠杆组成,而这一旋转轴承12并不位于上述杠杆15的中间,而是偏外,这样看来,上述杠杆15从旋转轴承12处往一边延伸成臂5,往另一边延伸成臂13。臂5在几何尺寸上最好比臂13长。同时锁钩6则位于臂5端上。臂13上有一孔19,借助该孔19将一配重11通过力闭合和形闭合与臂13相连接。
配重11的尺寸由此而定,即支承在旋转轴承里面的杠杆15在电磁铁3没接通的情况下,其臂5和臂13能保持平衡。
除了臂5和臂13外,在臂13侧还存在着一从其伸展出去的臂14,臂14的位置尺寸应确定为使其中轴线20距离旋转轴承的中轴线21不远,此外在臂14中还有一个连接电磁铁3的孔18。
如果观察一下上述杠杆15,就可清楚地看到,按照杠杆原理这儿一边是一条长的杠杆臂,即臂5,另一边是二条短的杠杆臂,即臂13和臂14,为使其在中轴线21处平衡,则需要一个配重11。经过这样平衡处理的杠杆臂15通过旋转轴承12可转动地和底板2联接。
孔18通过联杆9联接着一个如电磁铁3的衔铁10相连的叉头8。通过仅为形状连接的联杠9可使得上述衔铁10在运动方向22的范围内运动。
其电磁铁3是由两个分开的线圈组成的。
此外,在上述杠杆15的臂5端上还有一永久性磁铁16通过力和形闭合与其联接在一起。在其对面,也即底板2上,存在着一个和永久磁铁16共同作用的永久磁铁17,这两个永久磁铁16和17的极性要安排成互相排斥,这样,在相互排斥力的作用下,通过电磁铁3的短升程,上述杠杆15就会围绕着旋转轴承12运动,其结果是导致臂5的末端按运动方向23运动,这在一方面保证了锁闩7的锁紧,另一方面在解锁位置时,能放开锁闩7。通过对电磁铁3中两个线圈中的一个施加短暂的电脉冲,就能使永久磁铁16和17的磁力互相排斥,并因此使受到旋转轴承12约束的杠杆15朝运动轨迹23运动,也即使其进入锁紧或解锁位置。因为上述电磁铁3的线圈只施加一短暂的电脉冲,因此,只通过永久磁铁16和17的相斥力就能使锁钩6和锁闩7保持其锁紧位置。通过改变杠杆15在运动方向23上的方向,就可使上述情况同样发生在解锁位置时。
为了确定上述锁紧装置1处在什么位置,同时还可安装一个开关4,用来给与其相连的门的控制系统报告锁紧装置是处于关还是开的位置。
上述形式的锁紧装置可以便宜地生产出来,一方面因为使用了低成本的电磁铁3,另一方面上述全套锁紧装置1可以预先安装好。这种预先安装好的锁紧装置1例如可通过其底板2用紧固装置15*借助于力和形闭合地装在一部起重小车上或是一翼活动门扇的上面部位。同时,安装在第2翼活动门扇上的锁闩7应处在一种使得上述两扇活动门能互相锁上的位置。然而,上述锁紧装置1的一种类型也可运用于只有一翼的门扇上,在这种情况下,要么锁紧装置本身固定安装在门挡上,或者其锁闩安装在门挡的一个固定位置上。
图4和图5显示的是另外一个实施例,其中带有臂29和臂30的杠杆28几乎在中间位置安置在旋转轴承12上。在这个实施例中,也设有和电磁铁3的衔铁10联接在一起的叉头8。如果上述带有二个分开线圈31和32的电磁铁3向其中一个线圈施加短暂的脉冲时,上述衔铁10就会因此朝图示运动方向22运动,并使杠杆28进入锁紧或是解锁位置。在上述杠杆28的至少一条臂29或臂30上安装在一个永久磁铁16,如上所述,这个永久磁铁16会和一个固定在底板2上的永久磁铁17如上所述的那样共同作用。
上述杠杆28在其臂29及臂30端上各自设有一个锁钩26及锁钩27。这两个锁钩在一扇两翼门关闭状况下夹住锁闩7,并因此使关闭的门扇处在肯定的锁紧位置上,在这种情况下,整个锁紧装置1通过底板2被固定地安装在门挡中。其电磁铁3通过电缆线24供给线圈31和线圈32相应的驱动脉冲。
除了上述机电锁紧型式外,在紧急情况下,还可操纵一个手控解锁装置。这种装置是这样设计的,在一通孔处安装一个和杠杆28的臂37作用相连的活动控制销钉36。在控制一个拉杆,或如图5所示的实施例中似的沿操纵方向35控制一根软轴时,通过弹簧件33加载的控制销钉36被拉向杠杆28的臂37,杠杆28因此就绕着旋转轴承12产生偏转,并通过上述磁铁16和17的力,被带进并保持在解锁位置。
在没有电流的状况下,如在一种危险的情况下,通过手控解锁装置可使这样一种门立即解锁。它既可用于一翼门上,也可用于多翼门上,在底板2上同样装有一开关4,用于报告锁紧装置的位置。
在上述两个实施例中,根据所选装置的结构,其电磁铁3只需要一小的升程,就可以说越过了上述两个永久磁铁16和17的死点。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于液压、机电和手操纵驱动门的锁紧装置,它通过操纵一种和锁紧机构相结合的装置进行活动门翼的锁紧,其特征在于,锁紧装置中(1)中的这一装置由一个装备有二个可分开控制线圈(31,32)的电磁铁(3)组成,一个力闭合的联杆(9)将上述电磁铁(3)的衔铁(10)和一个安装成可转动的杠杆(15,28)联接起来,其中上述杠杆(15,28)最好各备有两条臂(5,13)或(29,30),且至少在这些臂(5,13,29,30)的一条臂上安装一个永久磁铁(16),这个永久磁铁(16)和一个固定的永久磁铁(17)共同作用,用以确保处于锁紧或解锁位置。
