Abstract

本发明公开了一种智能低压开关柜的自锁机构,包括有柜体和左、右柜门,左柜门的内侧固定连接有导轨,导轨上通过滑动配合安装有拉杆,导轨的后端固定连接有锁块,并安装有电磁铁;右柜门的内侧转动安装有转动块,转动块前端的底部设有锁槽,转动块的中部与拉杆的后端之间铰接有连杆;左、右柜门的内侧分别安装有左、右接近开关,柜体内在左、右柜门的内侧分别安装有左、右电磁铁,左、右柜门的内侧分别固定连接有左、右延伸杆;左、右接近开关一方面通过延时电路与电磁铁电连接,另一方面分别与左、右电磁铁电连接。本发明结构简单,能够及时关闭掩上的柜门,并能够锁住柜门,保证了柜体内部元件和周边环境的安全。

本发明涉及智能低压开关柜领域,具体是一种智能低压开关柜的自锁机构。
背景技术
智能低压开关柜的特点是具有高性能、高可靠性,同时具有一定的自诊断和自动控制性能,并具有网络通信能力,普遍应用于低压配电领域。
工作人员打开柜门进行柜体内部元件的安装和接线操作,在操作完毕后,如果发生工作人员由于疏忽只是掩上柜门而忘记锁上柜门,且又快速离开现场的情况,柜门就会一直敞开而不能得到及时关闭,柜体内部的元件由于暴露在外,极易发生损坏或丢失,也会给周边的生产和生活造成不利的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,是提供一种智能低压开关柜的自锁机构。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种智能低压开关柜的自锁机构,包括有柜体和相配合的左、右柜门,其特征在于:所述左柜门的内侧固定连接有导轨,所述的导轨上通过滑动配合安装有拉杆,导轨的后端在所述拉杆的内侧固定连接有锁块,所述左柜门的内侧在所述拉杆的前方安装有电磁铁,所述电磁铁的铁芯的端部套装有弹簧;所述右柜门的内侧转动安装有转动块,所述转动块前端的底部设有与所述锁块相配合的锁槽,转动块的中部与所述拉杆的后端之间铰接有连杆;所述左、右柜门的内侧分别安装有相配合的左、右接近开关,所述的柜体内在所述左、右柜门的内侧分别安装有左、右电磁铁,所述左、右柜门的内侧分别固定连接有对应向所述左、右电磁铁的铁芯延伸的左、右延伸杆;所述的左、右接近开关一方面通过延时电路与所述电磁铁电连接,另一方面分别与所述左、右电磁铁电连接。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构简单,能够及时关闭掩上的柜门,并能够锁住柜门,防止了由于人为疏忽关闭柜门而导致柜体内部元件暴露在外,杜绝了柜体内部元件的损坏或丢失,同时避免了给周边的生产和生活造成的不利影响,从而保证了柜体内部元件和周边环境的安全。

参见图1,一种智能低压开关柜的自锁机构,包括有柜体和相配合的左、右柜门1、2,左柜门1的内侧固定连接有导轨3,导轨3上通过滑动配合安装有拉杆4,导轨3的后端在拉杆4的内侧固定连接有锁块5,左柜门1的内侧在拉杆4的前方安装有电磁铁6,电磁铁6的铁芯的端部套装有弹簧7;右柜门2的内侧转动安装有转动块8,转动块8前端的底部设有与锁块5相配合的锁槽9,转动块8的中部与拉杆4的后端之间铰接有连杆10;左、右柜门1、2的内侧分别安装有相配合的左、右接近开关11、12,柜体内在左、右柜门1、2的内侧分别安装有左、右电磁铁13、14,左、右柜门1、2的内侧分别固定连接有对应向左、右电磁铁13、14的铁芯延伸的左、右延伸杆15、16;左、右接近开关11、12一方面通过延时电路与电磁铁6电连接,另一方面分别与左、右电磁铁13、14电连接。
本发明中,左、右接近开关11、12呈对称分布。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
一旦发生左、右柜门1、2只是掩上且未及时锁住的情况,左、右接近开关11、12及时检测到上述情况,使得左、右电磁铁13、14分别通电,分别对应吸引左、右延伸杆15、16向内移动,从而完全关闭左、右柜门1、2;
然后,电磁铁6通过延时电路延时通电,吸引拉杆4向其方向移动,拉杆4带动连杆10移动,连杆10带动转动块8转动,使得锁槽9与锁块5相卡接,从而锁住左、右柜门1、2。

1.一种智能低压开关柜的自锁机构,包括有柜体和相配合的左、右柜门,其特征在于:所述左柜门的内侧固定连接有导轨,所述的导轨上通过滑动配合安装有拉杆,导轨的后端在所述拉杆的内侧固定连接有锁块,所述左柜门的内侧在所述拉杆的前方安装有电磁铁,所述电磁铁的铁芯的端部套装有弹簧;所述右柜门的内侧转动安装有转动块,所述转动块前端的底部设有与所述锁块相配合的锁槽,转动块的中部与所述拉杆的后端之间铰接有连杆;所述左、右柜门的内侧分别安装有相配合的左、右接近开关,所述的柜体内在所述左、右柜门的内侧分别安装有左、右电磁铁,所述左、右柜门的内侧分别固定连接有对应向所述左、右电磁铁的铁芯延伸的左、右延伸杆;所述的左、右接近开关一方面通过延时电路与所述电磁铁电连接,另一方面分别与所述左、右电磁铁电连接。
