本发明公开了一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料主要是由棉混纺纤维和天丝混纺纤维中的任意一种,以及氨纶纤维编织而成,所述针织面料中棉的占比为41%,天丝占比28%,氨纶占比31%,所述棉/天丝纱线采用的是紧密赛络纺本白纱线,纱线粗细为30‑100公支,所述氨纶纱线采用的是进口韩国晓星活性可染氨纶,纱线粗细是20‑70D,本发通过选用活性可染氨纶品种,与棉/天丝混纺纤维进行编织,再利用活性染料对针织面料进行一浴染色,不仅解决了针织面料“露白”的问题,同时提高了面料的水洗牢度。

一种活性可染氨纶针织面料
技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料领域,特别涉及一种活性可染氨纶针织面料。
背景技术
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编(weft knitted fabric)和经编(warp knitted fabric),针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。印花是使染料或涂料在织物上形成图案的过程。
氨纶是聚氨基甲酸酯纤维,具有伸长率大、回复率高的特点,少量添加便可改善织物的弹性和穿着舒适性,被称为纺织品的“味精”。普通氨纶分子结构上有较多的疏水性亚甲基链和较少的芳基,基本上没有离子键和强亲水性基团,是一种疏水性纤维。在不同种类的染料类型中,由于氨纶类似于涤纶纤维,分散染料对氨纶具有很好的沾色性能。氨纶是嵌段共聚物,分散染料难以进入结晶区,而软链段结构松弛,与染料结合性差,因此,进入氨纶内部的分散染料很容易脱落下来,染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度较差。氨纶分子链的末端有少量的氨基存在,可以为酸性染料上染提供染座,染料和氨纶端位氨基发生离子键结合而上染,由于末端氨基数目较少,因此,所染颜色比较浅。
尽管氨纶有众多优点,但在染色性能方面,普通氨纶的上染率和染色牢度远远达不到要求,与其他纤维混纺会出现“露白”现象。一些高档棉类针织面料和氨纶量高的服装,露白问题会严重制约氨纶的应用,因此,对于氨纶染深色的研究至关重要,需要提供一种活性可染氨纶针织面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料主要是由棉混纺纤维和天丝混纺纤维中的任意一种,以及氨纶纤维编织而成,所述针织面料中棉的占比为41%,天丝占比28%,氨纶占比31%;
所述棉/天丝纱线采用的是紧密赛络纺本白纱线,纱线粗细为30-100公支,所述氨纶纱线采用的是进口韩国晓星活性可染氨纶,纱线粗细是20-70D。
优选的,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料的主要加工流程为:
S1:织造:采用络筒机对所选纱线原料进行绕接,并捻,并捻采用3根丝/氨纶丝+5根棉混纺丝合股并捻丝,并丝在无捻并丝机上进行平行卷绕并丝,主轴速度:140转/分,张力10-12克,捻丝在捻丝机上采用平行交叉卷绕形式,锭速控制为7000-9000转/分,再通过针织大圆机将制得的纱线进行编织即可;
S2:预定型,预定型包括面料退卷和前处理,预热定型,前处理工艺采用平幅冷堆前处理的工艺,前处理助剂采用高性能冷堆前处理助剂HK-F 20-40g/L、双氧水H2O2用量50-100g/L和稳定剂SB-3 30-60g/L,将退卷后的面料浸轧冷堆处理12-20小时,冷堆处理后将面料放入热定型中进行预定型,后再进行煮练加工;
S3:染色,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料经过S2预定型和煮练加工后,在染机内进行活性一浴法进行面料染色;
S4:烘干,采用松式烘干机将染色后的面料放入松式烘干机中进行烘干,热风通过上下交叉的喷嘴狭缝强力喷风,使织物在烘燥过程中被风搓揉,同时与输送网布同步行走,织物处于无张力状态下烘燥处理,故收缩效果很大,织物手感丰富、舒服柔软、提升织物的档次;
S5:定型,染色后面料经过松式烘干后,利用拉幅定型机一浸一轧吸水柔软剂进行面料手感加工;
S6:印花,所述拉幅定型后的成品面料采用胶浆网板印花,染料通过凝胶的介质作用,牢固地附着在面料上,对印花后的面料进行烘干,陪烘固色,得到成品面料。
优选的,定型机通过导热油加热供热,定型温度控制在200℃-220℃,定型时间一般控制为80s-100s。
优选的,染色过程中按照一步加盐,三部加碱的助剂添加方式进行染色和固色,保证面料的获得均匀的颜色。
优选的,成品面料将纱线溶解后,染色氨纶丝纱线与黑色氨纶丝达到相同颜色深度(ΔL:0.5)
优选的,测试活性氨纶黑色成品面料测试洗涤牢度性能,变色和多纤维沾色都能达到4.5级,耐酸性汗渍、碱性汗渍牢度、水渍牢度也均能达到4.5级。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
通过选用活性可染氨纶品种,与棉/天丝混纺纤维进行编织,再利用活性染料对针织面料进行一浴染色,不仅解决了针织面料“露白”的问题,同时提高了面料的水洗牢度。

综上所述,本发明通过选用活性可染氨纶品种,与棉/天丝混纺纤维进行编织,再利用活性染料对针织面料进行一浴染色,不仅解决了针织面料“露白”的问题,同时提高了面料的水洗牢度。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,其特征在于,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料主要是由棉混纺纤维和天丝混纺纤维中的任意一种,以及氨纶纤维编织而成,所述针织面料中棉的占比为41%,天丝占比28%,氨纶占比31%;
所述棉/天丝纱线采用的是紧密赛络纺本白纱线,纱线粗细为30-100公支,所述氨纶纱线采用的是进口韩国晓星活性可染氨纶,纱线粗细是20-70D。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,其特征在于,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料的主要加工流程为:
S1:织造:采用络筒机对所选纱线原料进行绕接,并捻,并捻采用3根丝/氨纶丝+5根棉混纺丝合股并捻丝, 并丝在无捻并丝机上进行平行卷绕并丝, 主轴速度:140转/分,张力10-12克,捻丝在捻丝机上采用平行交叉卷绕形式,锭速控制为7000-9000转/分,再通过针织大圆机将制得的纱线进行编织即可;
S2:预定型,预定型包括面料退卷和前处理,预热定型,前处理工艺采用平幅冷堆前处理的工艺,前处理助剂采用高性能冷堆前处理助剂HK-F 20-40g/L、双氧水H2O2用量50-100g/L和稳定剂SB-3 30-60g/L,将退卷后的面料浸轧冷堆处理12-20小时,冷堆处理后将面料放入热定型中进行预定型,后再进行煮练加工;
S3:染色,所述活性可染氨纶针织面料经过S2预定型和煮练加工后,在染机内进行活性一浴法进行面料染色;
S4:烘干,采用松式烘干机将染色后的面料放入松式烘干机中进行烘干,热风通过上下交叉的喷嘴狭缝强力喷风,使织物在烘燥过程中被风搓揉,同时与输送网布同步行走,织物处于无张力状态下烘燥处理,故收缩效果很大,织物手感丰富、舒服柔软、提升织物的档次;
S5:定型,染色后面料经过松式烘干后,利用拉幅定型机一浸一轧吸水柔软剂进行面料手感加工;
S6:印花,所述拉幅定型后的成品面料采用胶浆网板印花,染料通过凝胶的介质作用,牢固地附着在面料上,对印花后的面料进行烘干,陪烘固色,得到成品面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,其特征在于, 定型机通过导热油加热供热,定型温度控制在200℃-220℃,定型时间一般控制为80s-100s。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,其特征在于,染色过程中按照一步加盐,三步加碱的助剂添加方式进行染色和固色,保证面料的获得均匀的颜色。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,其特征在于,成品面料将纱线溶解后,染色氨纶丝纱线与黑色氨纶丝达到相同颜色深度(ΔL:0.5) 。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种活性可染氨纶针织面料,其特征在于,测试活性氨纶黑色成品面料测试洗涤牢度性能,变色和多纤维沾色都能达到4.5级,耐酸性汗渍、碱性汗渍牢度、水渍牢度也均能达到4.5级。
