本发明公开了一种含有排毒养颜功效的保健品,其原料按重量份数如下:果蔬粉90‑225份、L‑阿拉伯糖1‑2.5份、低聚异麦芽糖1‑2.5份、低聚果糖1‑2.5份、麦芽糊精1‑2.5份、鱼胶原蛋白肽1‑2.5份、γ‑氨基丁酸1‑2.5份、益生菌粉3‑7.5份、食品添加剂1‑2.5份;该含有排毒养颜功效的保健品的制备方法为:S1、蒸煮、S2、发酵、S3、取物、S4、烘干、S5、粉碎、S6、包装、S7、检验。本发明严格控制该含有排毒养颜功效的保健品及其制备方法,通过严格控制保健品配方的各组份的占比以及制备工艺参数,采用的果蔬粉为植物性配方原料,制备的保健品水分含量低,可以延长贮藏期,降低贮藏、运输、包装等费用,提高产品的营养成分,改善产品的色泽和风味,适合广泛推广。

本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种含有排毒养颜功效的保健品,同时,本发明还涉及一种含有排毒养颜功效的保健品的制备方法。
背景技术
保健食品是食品的一个种类,具有一般食品的共性,能调节人体的机能,适用于特定人群食用,但不以治疗疾病为目的。保健品是中国大陆的一般称呼,在国外一般称之为膳食补充剂。
在美国,心脏病、心肌梗死、高血压、糖尿病等近年发病率极高,尤其是百病之源的肥胖症已成为美国当今社会急需解决的问题。在此形势下,用食品防治疾病已逐步成为各国民众的健身手段。而中药保健食品在防治疾病方面具有较多优势,因此随着社会的发展,中药保健食品的发展越来越受到世界各国人民的重视。社会的发展必将促进中药保健食品业的进步。然而现有的排毒养颜保健品效果不佳,有些反而会对人体造成反作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有排毒养颜功效的保健品及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出效果不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种含有排毒养颜功效的保健品,其原料按重量份数如下:果蔬粉90-225 份、L-阿拉伯糖1-2.5份、低聚异麦芽糖1-2.5份、低聚果糖1-2.5份、麦芽糊精1-2.5份、鱼胶原蛋白肽1-2.5份、γ-氨基丁酸1-2.5份、益生菌粉 3-7.5份、食品添加剂1-2.5份。
优选的,所述果蔬粉为蓝莓、针叶樱桃、葡萄、西红柿、山楂、苦瓜、石榴、蔓越莓、桑椹、草莓、覆盆子、黑树莓、刺梨、大麦苗、小麦苗、沙棘、菠萝、木瓜、苹果、柠檬、橘子、奇异果和卡姆果混合料,且所述蓝莓、针叶樱桃、葡萄、西红柿、山楂、苦瓜、石榴、蔓越莓、桑椹、草莓、覆盆子、黑树莓、刺梨、大麦苗、小麦苗、沙棘、菠萝、木瓜、苹果、柠檬、橘子、奇异果和卡姆果的混合比例为1:2:1:1:3:1:1:1:4:1:1:1:3: 1:1:7:1:5:1:1:3:1:1。
优选的,所述益生菌粉为鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌和动物双岐杆菌混合粉,且所述鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌和动物双岐杆菌的混合比例为1:2:2:1:3。

本发明还提供一种含有排毒养颜功效的保健品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、蒸煮:将所有材料放入蒸笼进行蒸煮熟化,熟化程度为八成熟;
S2、发酵:煮后放入发酵罐,再加入水,并将上述物质搅拌均匀,进行发酵处理,时间为10-15天,发酵温度保持在100-200度;
S3、取物:将发酵后产生的发酵液与发酵物分离,取出发酵物;
S4、烘干:发酵物放置在无菌室内进行烘干处理,生成干燥的混合物;
S5、粉碎:将混合物在粉碎机内进行均匀粉碎处理,获取粉末原料进行存储,以待后续流程使用;
S6、包装:对混合粉进行无菌包装,并进行密封处理后放置在阴凉处保存;
S7、检验:随机抽取每批产品进行成品检验,合格后入库。
优选的,所述步骤S3中粉碎采用的WF系列万能粉碎机,主轴转速在 3000-4200r/min。
