本发明涉及养生,保健调三高药植物“五谷药善粉”及其制备方法,所述“五谷药膳粉”由下列重点配比的种子和中草药混合蒸、烘、粉后装袋而成,黄豆5‑10份、黑米6‑12份、黑豆6‑12份、黑芝麻6‑12份、藜麦4‑8份、青稞4‑8份、荞麦4‑8份、燕麦4‑8份、苦荞米5‑10份、大麦5‑10份、糙米4‑6份、小米4‑6份、玉米5‑10份、花生米5‑10份、红高粱米3‑6份、赤小豆3‑6份、绿豆4‑8份、薏米5‑10份、白豆2‑4份、芡实2‑4份、山药6‑12份、莲子3‑6份、鸡内金3‑6份、黑木耳6‑12份、茯苓2‑4份、黄芪4‑8份、桂皮2‑4份,该“五谷药膳粉”调五脏、六腑、心脑血管,提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、减肥,对二型糖尿病可以逆转正常。

本发明属于养生保健技术领域,涉及一种药食同源的五谷药膳粉及其制备方法,具体涉及一种润五脏、调三高、二型糖尿病及其治病方法。
技术背景
现在饮食安全堪忧,转基因、防腐剂、激素、化肥、农药残留等、都为人们身体健康带来严重危害。
同时,吸烟酗酒、工作生活压力大,不良饮食习惯等等,造成多数人免疫力低下,记忆力衰退,视力下降,心脑、肝、胃、肺、肾等脏器超负荷而引起的损伤,甚至肥胖、肿瘤、糖尿病等疾病的发病率逐年升高。
为此,为人们提供安全具有药食同源,养生保健作用的饮食,尤其是提供安全且具有保健调理作用的五谷药膳粉,变得非常重要,但是目前市面上五花八门的代餐粉太多,没有一款能当主食,又能养生保健的产品,五谷药膳粉越来越难以满足人民的需求。
鉴于现有技术上的缺陷,迫切需要一种安全且有保健调理作用的五谷药膳粉及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于客服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种养生、保健、调理五谷药膳粉及其制备方法,其可调理五脏,提高免疫力,补肾益精,抗肿瘤,减肥一转二型糖尿病等。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种养生保健五谷药膳粉,其体征在于,其由下列重量配比的植物种子混合粉碎而成:黄豆5-10份、黑米6-12份、黑芝麻6-12份、藜麦4-8份、青稞4-8 份、荞麦4-8份、燕麦4-8份、苦荞5-10份、大麦5-10份、糙米4-6份、小米4-6 份、玉米5-10份、花生米5-10份、红高粱米3-6份、赤小豆3-6份、绿豆4-8份、薏米5-10份、白豆2-4份、芡实2-4份、山药6-12份、莲子3-6份、鸡内金3-6 份、黑木耳6-12份、茯苓2-4份,黄芪4-8份、桂皮2-4份。
此外本发明还提供上述养生保健五谷药膳粉制备方法,其体征在于包括以下步骤:
1、将黄豆、赤小豆、绿豆、黑豆、白豆去皮。
2、将去过皮的黄豆、赤小豆、绿豆、黑豆、白豆、黑米、黑芝麻、藜麦米、青稞、荞麦、燕麦、苦荞、大麦、糙米、小米、玉米、花生米、红高粱米、芡实、黑木耳、山药、薏米、莲子、浸泡、用汽全部蒸熟。
3、将浸泡过的(2)用汽蒸熟。
4、将3蒸熟的食材与洗过的鸡内金、茯苓、黄芪、桂皮、一起低温烘焙。
5、将烘焙熟了的食材粉碎成细粉。
6、将细粉上罐搅拌。
7、将搅拌好的做成颗粒。
8、将颗粒在次低温烘焙。
9、将烘焙好了的颗粒放入物体专用机器装袋,以制成所述养生保健五谷药膳粉。

与现有的五谷药膳粉及其制药方法相比,本发明的养生保健药食同源的五谷药膳及其制备方法,具有如下有益技术效果:
1.本发明的养生保健药食同源五谷药膳粉,选用优质的五色豆,14种功能性的米类,8种药食同源的中草药,共27种植物种子和根茎,通过阴阳五行的科学配比而成,确保了食品安全。
2. 7种中药的加入,使得其不但保证了食品安全,而具有养生保健和调理慢性病的功能。
3.其可以养肝、保肝、明目益脾,提高免疫力。美容乌须黑发抗衰老,补肾
益精养肌强阴坚筋骨,免疫调节抗肿瘤,减肥,调理二型糖尿病等。

下面结合实施例本发明进一步说明,实施例的内容不作为本发明的保护范围的限制。
本发明涉及一种养生保健药食同源的五谷药膳粉,其选用优质的五色豆(黄豆、绿豆、赤小豆、黑豆、白豆)14种珍贵食材(黑米、黑芝麻、藜麦米、青稞、荞麦、燕麦、苦荞、大麦、糙米、小米、玉米、花生米、红高粱米、薏米) 8种药食同源的中草药(山药、莲子、芡实、茯苓、黑木耳、黄芪、桂皮)共 27种植物种子果实,通阴阳五行的科学配比,预泡、蒸、烘、粉碎、搅拌颗粒而成。其中,
黄豆:提高智力,促进骨发育,预防贫血,健脾和气,预防动脉硬化,预防肿瘤。
黑米:用黑米熬成的预防肿瘤。
茯苓:利水消肿,健脾止泻,安心养神、治疗感冒咳嗽、降血糖、增强免疫力、抗癌、抗肿瘤。
黄芪:增强免疫功能,对干扰素的作用,增强肌体耐缺氧及应激能力,促进机体代谢,改善心功能,降压作用,保肝作用,调节血糖、抗菌及抑制病毒作用。
桂皮:温肾壮阳,温中祛寒,温经止痛,通利血脉,调整血糖。
在本发明中,所述养生保健药食同源的五谷药膳粉,其由下列重量配比的植物种子混合、泡、蒸、烘、粉而成:黄豆5-10份,黑米6-12份,黑豆6-12份,黑芝麻6-12份,藜麦4-8份,青稞4-8份,荞麦4-8份,燕麦4-6份,玉米5-10 份,花生米5-10份,红高粱米3-6份,赤小豆3-6份,绿豆4-8份,薏米5-10份,白豆2-4份,芡实2-4份,山药6-12份,莲子3-6份,鸡内金3-6份,黑木耳6-12 份,茯苓2-4份,黄芪4-8份,桂皮2-4份。
本发明中所述养生保健药食同源五谷药膳粉的制作方法包括以下步骤:
首先,按照有机标准种植管理的五色豆,14种珍贵食材,8种药食同源的中草药,共27种植物种子果实-----黄豆、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、藜麦、青稞、荞麦、燕麦、苦荞、大麦、糙米、小米、玉米、花生米、红高粱米、赤小豆、绿豆、薏米、白豆、芡实、山药、莲子、鸡内金、黑木耳、茯苓、黄芪、桂皮,收获后按照上述重量配比精选备用。
接着,将收获后精选的黄豆、黑豆、绿豆、赤小豆、白豆去皮,再把十四种浸泡20-25分钟,之后再上箱汽蒸30分钟蒸熟。之后将蒸熟的食材连同18种药食同源的中草药入箱烘焙20-24小时,再将低温烘焙的所有食材进行打成细粉,上搅拌罐搅拌30分钟,之后做成颗粒,再进行低温烘焙10-15小时,这样做出来的产品营养不能流失,吃了不上火。
本发明的养生保健药食同源五谷药膳粉,可命名为五谷药膳粉,可养肝保肝、明目益脾、提高免疫力、美容、乌须黑发、抗衰老、补肾益精、养肌强阴、坚筋骨、免疫调节抗肿瘤、减肥、调理二型糖尿病等。其适人群包括,肝病患者、体弱多病、免疫力低下者、肾虚脾湿引起的肥胖、及二型糖尿病等。

1.一种养生保健“五谷药膳粉”其特点在于其由下列重量配比的植物种子和中草药、泡、蒸、烘、混、粉颗粒后而成,黄豆5-10份、黑米6-12份、黑豆6-12份、黑芝麻6-12份、藜麦米4-8份、青稞4-8份、荞麦4-8份、燕麦4-8份、苦荞5-10份、大麦5-10份、糙米4-6份、小米4-6份、玉米5-10份、花生米5-10份、红高粱米3-6份、赤小豆3-6份、绿豆4-8份、薏米5-10份、白豆2-4份、芡实2-4份、山药6-12份、莲子3-6份、鸡内金3-6份、黑木耳6-12份、茯苓2-4份、黄芪4-8份、桂皮2-4份。
2.一种权利要求1.所述的养生保健“五谷药膳粉”的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将黄豆、赤小豆、绿豆、黑豆、白豆去皮。
(2)、将去过皮的黄豆、赤小豆、绿豆、黑豆、白豆、黑米、黑芝麻、藜麦、青稞、荞麦、燕麦、苦菊、大麦、糙米、小米、玉米、花生米、红高粱米、芡实、黑木耳、山药、薏米、莲子、浸泡。
(3)、将浸泡过的(2)用汽蒸熟。
(4)、将(3)蒸熟的食材与鸡内金、茯苓、黄芪、桂皮一起低温烘焙。
(5)、将(4)烘焙熟了的食材粉碎成细粉。
(6)、将细粉上罐搅拌。
(7)、将搅拌好的做颗粒。
(8)、将颗粒再次低温烘焙。
(9)、将烘焙好了的颗粒放入物体专用机器装袋,以制成所述养生保健五谷药膳粉。
3.根据权利要求(2)所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中,浸泡时间20-25分钟。
4.根据权利要求(3)所述的自备方法,其特征在于,所诉内容步骤3中,汽蒸的时间30分钟。、
5.根据权利要求(4)所诉的制备方法,其特征在于低温烘焙时间为20-24小时。
6.根据权利要求(5)所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述锅炉为汽蒸和低温汽烘。
7.根据权利要求,2-6中任一次所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述黄豆、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、藜麦、青稞、荞麦、燕麦、苦荞、大麦、糙米、小米、玉米、花生米、红高粱米、赤小豆、绿豆、玉米、白豆、芡实、山药、莲子、黑木耳、黄芪、都是按照有机标准,种植在寒地黑土后收获而得的。
