Abstract
本发明的中药制剂涉及一种中药调理脾胃寒凉、脾胃积滞、胃气上逆,胆汁反流性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎和胃溃疡等脾胃疾病的中药配方。具体地说是以中草药为原料制备的中成药制剂,以及该药物的具体的原料药配方及各组分的使用量、具体的生产流程步骤和工艺加工方法。本发明保护的一种治疗颈椎病的中药,包括以下组分:白芨、金果榄、怀山、芡实、茯苓、白芍、白术、薏苡仁,蒲公英、连翘、香附子、肉桂、炙甘草、陈皮,干姜。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗胃炎、胃溃疡、各类脾胃病的中药配方,具体地说是以中草药为原料制备的中成药制剂,以及该药物的具体的原料药配方及各组分的使用量、具体的生产流程步骤和工艺加工方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平和科技的不断发展,现代人生活水平日益提高,不少的人由于长期情志不遂,饮食不节等原因,脾胃类疾病成为普遍现象,其中包括慢性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、胃痛胃胀,早期胃癌等,因此需要及时的预防和治疗。
众所周知,中医是一门博大精深的医学,对预防和治疗一些慢性疾病、保持人体健康具有很好的效果,同时与西医相比,中医的诊断和治疗方法具有种类繁多、副作用小、标本兼治的疗效,很多慢性疾病患者以及处于亚健康状态的工薪阶层更喜欢利用中医药来预防和治疗疾病,或者调理亚健康状态。
脾胃病在西医包括浅表性胃炎,慢性胃炎,胃溃疡,十二指肠溃疡,萎缩性胃炎,胃胀,胃痛,胃泛酸,胃气上逆等肠胃疾病,患者可有不同程度的消化不良症状,进食后上腹部不适、隐隐作痛,可伴嗳气、恶心、泛酸,偶有呕吐。在中医属于“胃脘痛”、“痞满”、“吞酸”、“嘈杂”、“纳呆”等病范畴。本发明就是基于中医“治未病”的原理,“肾脏为先天之本,脾胃为后天之本”,从脾胃疾病的发病原理出发,从得病的源头及早的介入预防和治疗,这样才能保证身体的健康。
发明目的
本发明的中药制剂就是采用中药调理中焦,对于脾胃寒凉、脾胃积滞、胃气上逆,胆汁反流性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎和胃溃疡。从而达到减缓和治疗脾胃病的目的。本发明经过十几年的临床试用效果非常显著,不仅能对脾胃病能有效治疗,而且能全面调整人体各器官,特别是对心、脑、肝、肾、脾全身调节,逆转其病理机制,从而步入根本治疗、整体恢复,标率兼治的最佳治疗效果,具有防止身体机能下降,提高人体抵抗力和免疫力的整体疗效。本发明的另一目的是提供该药物的生产工艺和制备方法。
发明的内容
本发明公开了一种新的治疗脾胃病的中成药配方及制备方法,它是是采用100%中草药的根、茎、叶花、果实、种子.菌类及昆虫与矿物质,经过清洗,烘干、炮制等工艺,在无菌、无尘的条件下,用中药粉碎机将中草药分别蘑碎,用800目筛子进行筛分,按配比掺和混均而成。然后经现代制药技术提取、浓缩、分离、干燥、制粒、包装精制而成的纯中药产品系列。它保证了原中药饮片的全部特征,能够满足医师进行辨证论治,随证加减,药性强、药效高、同时又具有不需要煎煮、直接冲服、服用量少、作用迅速、成份完全、疗效确切、安全卫生、携带保存方便、易于调制和适合工业化生产等许多优点。
考虑到脾胃病患者一般脾胃比较虚弱,不易消化胶囊和丸剂,该中药混合粉可做成颗粒剂型,服用方便,疗效稳定持久,治疗效果彻底,无任何毒副作用,而且方便携带。
其中组分A如下:白芨、金果榄、怀山、芡实、茯苓、白芍、白术、薏苡仁各15份,蒲公英、连翘、香附子、肉桂、炙甘草、陈皮10份,干姜8份。
其中组分B如下:生姜按每份配2/5份洗净捣碎绞汁,面粉按每份配1/5。其中辅料的选择为不含蔗糖的甜柑橘精,口感更佳,而且含糖分不影响糖尿病患者。
本发明的特征还在于在专利要求1的基础上增加:半夏曲15份,性辛,甘温,增强止咳化痰,平喘降逆,和胃止呕,消痞散结之功效。
本发明的特征还在于在专利要求2的基础上增加:砂仁、木香各10份,主要起到顺其脾主升之气,降其胃气。
本发明的特征还在于在专利要求3的基础上增加:柴胡10份,枳实10份,桂枝8份,具有疏肝理气,和胃止痛,健脾,化瘀的功效,使血液循环动态恢复经络调节功能。
本发明的特征还在于在专利要求4基础上增加:乌贼骨10份,抗肿瘤、抗溃疡等作用,以及黄芪30份,人参15份,可加强补气和血,抗老防老,增强人体免疫能力,防治早期胃癌疾病,延年益寿。
根据中医的一些理论和实践证明,几味药材一起煎熬,可以发挥的作用与颗粒简单配方不完全一样,一起煎煮的疗效,显著强于将颗粒单纯混合后的疗效,而且会大大降低一些药物的毒性。因此本发明的特征在于将其中白芨、金果榄、怀山、芡实、白芍、白术、薏苡仁、连翘、乌贼骨、香附子、炙甘草等共同煎煮浓缩提取和加强其有效成分。
本发明的药物服用方法为:每天2-3次,每次6克,在饭后半小时后服用。半个月为一个疗程,根据患者体质和患病时间长短以及修复效果决定持续服药时长。,平常忌食辛辣、生冷硬的食物等等。胃病重在养护,需饮食有节,作息规律,食物清淡,配比合理,多食养胃食物,如小米粥,面食等。
发明的效果
对脾胃病的治疗是一个长期长期调养治疗过程,在中医里讲究脾胃病“三分治疗,七分调养”。该发明的中成药是从脾胃病的发病根源入手,对脾胃及各脏腑全面调节,由原来脾胃功能下降治疗到人体各器官趋于正常的缓慢过程,特别是对脾胃、肝肾功能调治更加明显。该发明的中成药患者服用2-3个疗程后(1个疗程为1个月),从根本上彻底逆转脾胃病的发病机制,使身体的经络通畅,气血充盈,同时补充人体所必需的多种物质,主要含30多种氨基酸、20多种微量元素和10多种矿物质。具有:1、标本兼治。它突破传统的治疗局限,该药在治疗颈椎病的同时,能最大限度地抑制脾胃、肝肾等重要脏腑的病变,整体健康改善。2、健脾养胃打破传统的治疗只为消除发炎症状,从阴阳五行金木水火土各脏腑对应的相生相克原理出发,整体调治。3、该中成药综治打破常规战术,它是用多种药物,整体调养,改善气血循环,纠正阴阳平衡,从上、中、下三交周身气血循环通畅为目标。
具体实施过程
本发明具体的制备生产步骤和工艺方法以及实施该技术方案的具体工艺条件,其中步骤包括挑选中草药→中草药的炮制→中草药的有效成分加工提取→药液浓缩→辅料调配→干燥→颗粒加工→质量检查→包装,具体如下:
步骤一:挑选专利要求1中的按配方比例,质量上乘的药物,并按重量份比称量出各味药。
步骤二:对专利要求步骤一中挑选好的中草药的进行炮制,所有纯中草药原料经过清洗,烘干等工艺。
步骤三:将其中白芍,白芍切片后,用米醋喷淋,用文火微炒备用。
步骤四:将其中乌贼骨刷洗干净,晒干,砸成小块,然后将其中干燥内壳,用文火炒至黄色为度;或者将其放般罐内,煅至焦黑色,取出放凉。
步骤五:炒白术:将蜜炙麸皮撒入热锅内,待冒烟时加入白术片,炒至焦黄色、逸出焦香气,取出,筛去蜜炙麸皮。每100份白术片,用蜜炙麸皮10份。
步骤六:将其中白芨、金果榄、怀山、芡实、白芍、白术、薏苡仁、连翘、乌贼骨、香附子、炙甘草等共同煎煮提取和加强其有效成分。
步骤七:将步骤五药液进行浓缩,采用水流喷射泵抽气减压浓缩,降低蒸发器内的压力,在低于1个大气压下进行的蒸发浓缩。
步骤八:对步骤二中其他炮制好的中草药在无菌、无尘的条件下,用中药粉碎机将中草药分别切片粉碎,然后研磨成粉末,过800目的筛混合成细粉备用。
步骤九:半夏曲的加工,取生半夏、法半夏各半,打成粉末,用800目的筛过筛。每10份,用生姜8份洗净捣碎绞汁,同面粉4份,和温开水调成稀糊,倒入半夏粉内揉搓成团,发酵后,以木制模型压成小块,晾干再打成细粉均宜置干燥处,防霉。
步骤十:辅料调配,辅料的选择为不含蔗糖的甜柑橘精配合小米熬制后的米油提取物,既加强健胃利脾效果,甜柑橘精也不影响糖尿病患者的服用。
步骤十一:干燥,因辅料水量较大,要放在阴凉处阴干或在烤箱烘干后可使用。
步骤十二:颗粒加工,使用颗粒加工设备将以上辅料和浓缩液不断加料混合,过程中再按比例加入半夏曲,不断摇摆过筛,最后形成大小均匀的颗粒并干燥。
步骤十三:质量检查,检查制作颗粒制作过程中的工序和颗粒的质量。
步骤十四:包装,将制成颗粒置于密闭之容器或塑胶袋中封装,严防受潮,高温及虫害。

1.一种治疗脾胃病的中成药,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
组分A包括:白芨、金果榄、怀山、芡实、茯苓、白芍、白术、薏苡仁各15份,蒲公英、连翘、香附子、肉桂、炙甘草、陈皮10份,干姜8份。
组分B如下:生姜按每份配2/5份洗净捣碎绞汁,面粉按每份配1/5。其中辅料的选择为不含蔗糖的甜柑橘精。

7.因此本发明的特征在于一种如权利要求1‐6任一项所述中药的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:挑选专利要求1中的按配方比例,质量上乘的药物,并按重量份比称量出各味药。
步骤二:对专利要求步骤一中挑选好的中草药的进行炮制,所有纯中草药原料经过清洗,烘干等工艺。
步骤三:将其中白芍,白芍切片后,用米醋喷淋,用文火微炒备用。
步骤四:将其中乌贼骨刷洗干净,晒干,砸成小块,然后将其中干燥内壳,用文火炒至黄色为度;或者将其放般罐内,煅至焦黑色,取出放凉。

步骤八:对步骤二中其他炮制好的中草药在无菌、无尘的条件下,用中药粉碎机将中草药分别切片粉碎,然后研磨成粉末,过800目的筛混合成细粉备用。
步骤九:半夏曲的加工,取生半夏、法半夏各半,打成粉末,用800目的筛过筛。每10份,用生姜8份洗净捣碎绞汁,同面粉4份,和温开水调成稀糊,倒入半夏粉内揉搓成团,发酵后,以木制模型压成小块,晾干再打成细粉均宜置干燥处,防霉。
步骤十:辅料调配,辅料的选择为不含蔗糖的甜柑橘精配合小米熬制后的米油提取物,既加强健胃利脾效果,甜柑橘精也不影响糖尿病患者的服用。
步骤十一:干燥,因辅料水量较大,要放在阴凉处阴干或在烤箱烘干后可使用。
步骤十二:颗粒加工,使用颗粒加工设备将以上辅料和浓缩液不断加料混合,过程中再按比例加入半夏曲,不断摇摆过筛,最后形成大小均匀的颗粒并干燥。
