Abstract
本发明涉及一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料。它是主要由肉苁蓉(荒漠)、人参(人工种植)、葡萄糖酸锌,加辅料麦芽糊精、乳糖、罗汉果甜苷制成,采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的药剂,包括颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂等。具有补肾壮阳、温补阳气、调节机体代谢、提高免疫力之功效,适用于阳虚体质人群,以及有阳虚体质症状的人群服用,症见面色苍白,气息微弱,体倦嗜卧,畏寒肢冷,全身无力或有肢体浮肿,舌淡胖嫩边有齿痕,苔淡白,脉沉微无力。临床使用表明本发明可改善阳虚体质的症状,未见不良反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
阳虚体质是当人体脏腑功能失调时,易出现体内阳气不足、阳虚生里寒的表现,常表现为面色苍白,气息微弱,体倦嗜卧,畏寒肢冷,全身无力或有肢体浮肿,舌淡胖嫩边有齿痕,苔淡白,脉沉微无力。发病倾向:易患痰饮、肿胀、泄泻等病,耐夏不耐冬,易感风、寒、湿邪。
中医药在治疗阳虚体质方面积累了丰富经验,疗效确切,亟待研究开发。中医认为阳虚体质多因先天禀赋不足、加之寒邪外侵或过食寒凉之品、忧思过极、房事不节、久病之后而发病。治疗应以温阳益气散寒为治则,还应针对脏腑辨证,分别温补心、脾、肾之阳气。用温补阳气药时加少量补阴之品。临床治疗以辨证论治为主,多以汤剂为主,使用不便。
本发明针对阳虚体质选用君药:肉苁蓉味甘、性温,补肾壮阳;臣药:人参(人工种植):味甘、微苦,性平,大补元气,助君药温补阳气。佐使药:结合现代研究,阳虚体质由于基础代谢低下,免疫力下降,以虚寒现象为主要表现。为此,加入葡萄糖酸锌参与多种含锌酶和锌依赖酶(如碳酸酐酶、DNA及RNA聚合酶、乳酸脱氢酶、胸腺嘧啶核苷激酶、碱性磷酸酶、胰肽酶等)的合成与激活,对蛋白质合成、核酸合成、肠道蛋白的吸收和消化发挥重要生理功能,可影响胰岛素的合成、分泌、储存、降解及生物活性,促进基础代谢,并能诱导T淋巴细胞活化,激活B淋巴细胞,并参与抗体形成的释放,刺激免疫细胞分泌多种细胞因子,可提高机体免疫能力。诸药合用,具有补肾壮阳、温补阳气、调节机体代谢、提高免疫力之功效。

本发明的目的在于提供一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料及其制备方法,适用于阳虚体质人群,以及有阳虚体质症状的人群服用,症见面色苍白,气息微弱,体倦嗜卧,畏寒肢冷,全身无力或有肢体浮肿,舌淡胖嫩边有齿痕,苔淡白,脉沉微无力。
本发明的技术方案:一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料,由肉苁蓉、人参(人工种植)、葡萄糖酸锌制成,其特征在于是由下述原料成份和重量配比制备而成:肉苁蓉(荒漠)500~2000份、人参(人工种植)150~660份、葡萄糖酸锌1~8份;本发明优选重量配比范围是:肉苁蓉(荒漠)600~1800份、人参(人工种植)200~500份、葡萄糖酸锌2~6份;本发明最佳重量配比范围是:肉苁蓉(荒漠)1000份、人参(人工种植)333.33份、葡萄糖酸锌4.2份。
一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于颗粒剂的制备辅料加入麦芽糊精1500~6600份、乳糖500~2000份、罗汉果甜苷10~80份。
一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的任何剂型,如颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂或丸剂。其颗粒剂制备方法按以下步骤:
1、前处理:麦芽糊精粉碎过80目筛,备用;
2、提取:取配方量的药材肉苁蓉(荒漠)、人参(人工种植)饮片加10倍量水煎煮2次,每次1.5小时,200目滤过,合并滤液,备用;
3、浓缩、离心、干燥:滤液减压浓缩(50~70℃,-0.06~-0.08MPa)至1.13~1.18(60℃测)的清膏,高速离心后取上清液,继续减压浓缩(50~70℃,-0.06~-0.08MPa)至1.20~1.25(60℃测)的稠膏,加入配方量的乳糖和配方总量20%的麦芽糊精,拌匀,减压干燥(50~70℃,-0.06~-0.10MPa),粉碎,过80目筛,备用;
4、混合:取上述备用的药粉,加入剩余的麦芽糊精、罗汉果甜苷、葡萄糖酸锌于高效湿法制粒机中混合均匀,备用;
5、制粒、干燥:用90%乙醇(用量约为总量的13%),作为粘合剂进行湿法制粒,16目制粒,60℃干燥至颗粒含水量在5%以下,14目整粒,得干颗粒,备用;
6、内包装:复合膜包装,5g/袋;
7、外包装:贴标签,装盒,装箱,待检验合格后入库;
8、检验入库:成品经检验合格后,入库。
本发明技术原创性在于中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,组方上结合现代研究,阳虚体质由于基础代谢低下,免疫力下降,以虚寒现象为主要表现的关键问题,采用补肾壮阳、温补阳气与调节机体代谢、提高免疫力相结合,形成原创的创新保健产品。其优点在于组方独特,疗效确切、安全、经济、无明显毒副作用,适用于阳虚体质人群,以及有阳虚体质症状的人群服用,症见面色苍白,气息微弱,体倦嗜卧,畏寒肢冷,全身无力或有肢体浮肿,舌淡胖嫩边有齿痕,苔淡白,脉沉微无力。
本发明颗粒剂(肉苁蓉、人参、葡萄糖酸锌制成)对有面色苍白,气息微弱,体倦嗜卧,畏寒肢冷,全身无力等阳虚体质症状的人群试用(每次1袋,每天2次,连服2周)。疗效判定:自觉症状改善≥50%,为显效;<50%,为有效;无变化,为无效。结果表明,36例自愿受试者,显效24例,有效10例,无效2例;总有效率94.44%。服用期间未出现不良反应。
四、具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例对本发明作详细说明:
实施例1:
按照下列配比称取原料和辅料:肉苁蓉(荒漠)500份、人参(人工种植)150份、葡萄糖酸锌1份;麦芽糊精1500份、乳糖500份、罗汉果甜苷10份。
制备方法:(1)前处理:麦芽糊精粉碎过80目筛,备用;(2)提取:取配方量的药材肉苁蓉(荒漠)、人参(人工种植)饮片加10倍量水煎煮2次,每次1.5小时,200目滤过,合并滤液,备用;(3)浓缩、离心、干燥:滤液减压浓缩(50~70℃,-0.06~-0.08MPa)至1.13~1.18(60℃测)的清膏,高速离心后取上清液,继续减压浓缩(50~70℃,-0.06~-0.08MPa)至1.20~1.25(60℃测)的稠膏,加入配方量的乳糖和配方总量20%的麦芽糊精,拌匀,减压干燥(50~70℃,-0.06~-0.10MPa),粉碎,过80目筛,备用;(4)混合:取上述备用的药粉,加入剩余的麦芽糊精、罗汉果甜苷、葡萄糖酸锌于高效湿法制粒机中混合均匀,备用;(5)制粒、干燥:用90%乙醇(用量约为总量的13%),作为粘合剂进行湿法制粒,16目制粒,60℃干燥至颗粒含水量在5%以下,14目整粒,得干颗粒,备用;(6)内包装:复合膜包装,5g/袋;(7)外包装:贴标签,装盒,装箱,待检验合格后入库;(8)检验入库:成品经检验合格后,入库。

Claims (7)
1.一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料,其特征在于是由下述原料重量配比制备而成的制剂:肉苁蓉500~2000份、人参150~660份、葡萄糖酸锌1~8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料,其原料的重量配比是:肉苁蓉600~1800份、人参200~500份、葡萄糖酸锌2~6份。
3.如权利要求1~2之一所述的一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料,其原料的重量配比是:肉苁蓉1000份、人参333.33份、葡萄糖酸锌4.2份。
4.如权利要求1~3之一所述的一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料,其特征在于制备方法是采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的任何剂型,如颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂或丸剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于颗粒剂的制备方法是按上述原料组合配比,通过以下步骤制备:(1)前处理:麦芽糊精粉碎过80目筛,备用;(2)提取:取配方量的药材肉苁蓉、人参饮片加10倍量水煎煮2次,每次1.5小时,200目滤过,合并滤液,备用;(3)浓缩、离心、干燥:滤液经50~70℃,-0.06~-0.08MPa减压浓缩至60℃时测1.13~1.18的清膏,高速离心后取上清液,继续50~70℃,-0.06~-0.08MPa减压浓缩至60℃时测1.20~1.25的稠膏,加入配方量的乳糖和配方总量20%的麦芽糊精,拌匀,50~70℃,-0.06~-0.10MPa减压干燥,粉碎,过80目筛,备用;(4)混合:取上述备用的药粉,加入剩余的麦芽糊精、罗汉果甜苷、葡萄糖酸锌于高效湿法制粒机中混合均匀,备用;(5)制粒、干燥:用90%乙醇用量约为总量的13%作为粘合剂进行湿法制粒,16目制粒,60℃干燥至颗粒含水量在5%以下,14目整粒,得干颗粒,备用;(6)内包装:复合膜包装,5g/袋;(7)外包装:贴标签,装盒,装箱,待检验合格后入库;(8)检验入库:成品经检验合格后,入库。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种阳虚体质保健固体饮料颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于颗粒剂辅料加入麦芽糊精1500~6600份、乳糖500~2000份、罗汉果甜苷10~80份。
7.如权利要求1~3之一所述的固体饮料在制备用于阳虚体质保健药物的应用。
