Abstract
本发明涉及一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料。它是主要由姜黄、三七花、葛根,加辅料麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D‑甘露糖醇、罗汉果甜苷、山楂速溶粉制成,采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的药剂,包括颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂等。有活血化瘀、保护心脑血管、调节神经功能紊乱之功效,适用于血瘀体质人群,以及有血瘀体质症状的人群服用,主要表现为面色晦黯,皮肤粗糙呈褐色,色素沉着,或有紫斑,口唇黯淡,舌质青紫或有瘀点,脉细涩。临床使用表明本发明可改善血瘀体质的症状,未见不良反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
血瘀体质是人体脏腑功能失调时,出现体内血液运行不畅或内出血不能消散而成瘀血内阻的体质,常表现面色晦黯,皮肤粗糙呈褐色,色素沉着,或有紫斑,口唇黯淡,舌质青紫或有瘀点,脉细涩。发病倾向:易患症瘕、痛症及血证。
中医药在治疗血瘀体质方面积累了丰富经验,疗效确切,亟待研究开发。中医认为血瘀体质多因七情不畅,寒冷侵袭,年老体虚、久病未愈等病因而发病,常随瘀血阻滞脏腑经络部位不同而出现不同的症状,治疗应以活血化瘀为总治则,结合脏腑经络辨证,用药以汤剂为主,使用不便。
本发明针对血瘀体质选用君药:姜黄活血行气,通经,止痛。《日华子本草》:治症瘕血块,痈肿,通月经,治跌扑瘀血,消肿毒;止暴风痛冷气,下食。臣药:三七花助君药活血化瘀。《中华本草》记载三七花“性甘味凉。清热生津,平肝降压”,现代药理研究表明,三七花中提取的总皂苷能明显降低血瘀大鼠的全血比粘度 ,降低其红细胞压积 ,延长凝血酶原的时间,降低纤维蛋白的数量,可以有效的预防血小板的聚集,防止血液粘度增加,从而起到预防血栓的作用,说明三七花具有活血化瘀的临床功效。佐使药:结合现代研究,血瘀体质多有心脑血管神经功能紊乱,为此,加入葛根(提取葛根总黄酮)保护心脑血管、调节神经功能紊乱,现代药理研究表明,葛根总黄酮可以通过直接扩张脑血管、增加脑血流量来改善脑循环、提高脑血管功能来保证脑部组织细胞所需的供血和供氧量,有效的降低神经功能紊乱的发生。诸药合用,具有活血化瘀、保护心脑血管、调节神经功能紊乱之功效。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料及其制备方法,适用于血瘀体质人群,以及有血瘀体质表现的人群服用,主要表现为面色晦黯,皮肤粗糙呈褐色,色素沉着,或有紫斑,口唇黯淡,舌质青紫或有瘀点,脉细涩。
本发明的技术方案:一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料,由姜黄、三七花、葛根制成,其特征在于是由下述原料成份和重量配比制备而成:姜黄500~2000份、三七花250~1000份、葛根1500~6000份;本发明优选重量配比范围是:姜黄700~1800份、三七花350~800份、葛根2000~5000份;本发明最佳重量配比范围是:姜黄1000份、三七花500份、葛根3000份。
一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于颗粒剂的制备辅料加入麦芽糊精250~1000份、异麦芽酮糖醇1000~4000份、D-甘露糖醇750~3000份、罗汉果甜苷15~70份、山楂速溶粉50~200份。
一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的任何剂型,如颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂或丸剂。其颗粒剂制备方法按以下步骤:
1、配料称量、粉碎、过筛:按配料单称取三七花、葛根、姜黄;另取麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇分别粉碎过80目筛,备用;
2、提取:三七花、葛根、姜黄加6倍量水煎煮2次,第一次煎煮1.5小时,第二次煎煮1.0小时,合并滤液,备用;

下面以具体实施例对本发明作详细说明:
实施例1:
按照下列配比称取原料和辅料:姜黄500份、三七花250份、葛根1500份;麦芽糊精250份、异麦芽酮糖醇1000份、D-甘露糖醇750份、罗汉果甜苷15份、山楂速溶粉50份。
制备方法:(1)配料称量、粉碎、过筛:按配料单称取三七花、葛根、姜黄;另取麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇分别粉碎过80目筛,备用;(2)提取:三七花、葛根、姜黄加6倍量水煎煮2次,第一次煎煮1.5小时,第二次煎煮1.0小时,合并滤液,备用;(3)滤液浓缩干燥:滤液减压浓缩(-0.06~-0.08MPa,50~70℃)至相对密度1.10~1.20(60℃测),高速离心,减压干燥(-0.08~-0.10MPa,50~70℃)至干浸膏,备用;(4)粉碎过筛:干浸膏粉碎过80目,备用;(5)混合、制粒:将干浸膏粉、麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇、罗汉果甜苷置于湿法制粒机中,用70%乙醇(用量约为配方重量10%,具体制粒使用的乙醇浓度及用量根据中试实际情况确定)作为润湿剂制软材,16目制粒,得湿颗粒;将湿颗粒55℃干燥至水分≤5%,14目整粒,得干颗粒,备用;(6)总混:将山楂速溶粉与干颗粒置三维总混机中混合30min;(7)内包装:复合膜包装,5g/袋;(8)外包装:贴标签,装盒,装箱,待检验合格后入库;(9)检验入库:成品经检验合格后,入库。

制备方法:(1)配料称量、粉碎、过筛:按配料单称取三七花、葛根、姜黄;另取麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇分别粉碎过80目筛,备用;(2)提取:三七花、葛根、姜黄加6倍量水煎煮2次,第一次煎煮1.5小时,第二次煎煮1.0小时,合并滤液,备用;(3)滤液浓缩干燥:滤液减压浓缩(-0.06~-0.08MPa,50~70℃)至相对密度1.10~1.20(60℃测),高速离心,减压干燥(-0.08~-0.10MPa,50~70℃)至干浸膏,备用;(4)粉碎过筛:干浸膏粉碎过80目,备用;(5)混合、制粒:将干浸膏粉、麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇、罗汉果甜苷置于湿法制粒机中,用70%乙醇(用量约为配方重量10%,具体制粒使用的乙醇浓度及用量根据中试实际情况确定)作为润湿剂制软材,16目制粒,得湿颗粒;将湿颗粒55℃干燥至水分≤5%,14目整粒,得干颗粒,备用;(6)总混:将山楂速溶粉与干颗粒置三维总混机中混合30min;(7)内包装:复合膜包装,5g/袋;(8)外包装:贴标签,装盒,装箱,待检验合格后入库;(9)检验入库:成品经检验合格后,入库。
其中,成品剂型还可以是采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的其他剂型,如片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂、丸剂等。
实施例3:
按照下列配比称取原料和辅料:姜黄1000份、三七花500份、葛根3000份;麦芽糊精500份、异麦芽酮糖醇2208份、D-甘露糖醇1500份、罗汉果甜苷35份、山楂速溶粉100份。

Claims (7)
1.一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料,其特征在于是由下述原料重量配比制备而成的制剂:姜黄500~2000份、三七花250~1000份、葛根1500~6000份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料,其原料的重量配比是:姜黄700~1800份、三七花350~800份、葛根2000~5000份。
3.如权利要求1~2之一所述的一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料,其原料的重量配比是:姜黄1000份、三七花500份、葛根3000份。
4.如权利要求1~3之一所述的一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料,其特征在于制备方法是采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂制成的任何剂型,如颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂或丸剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于颗粒剂的制备方法是按上述原料组合配比,通过以下步骤制备:(1)配料称量、粉碎、过筛:按配料单称取三七花、葛根、姜黄;另取麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇分别粉碎过80目筛,备用;(2)提取:三七花、葛根、姜黄加6倍量水煎煮2次,第一次煎煮1.5小时,第二次煎煮1.0小时,合并滤液,备用;(3)滤液浓缩干燥:滤液经-0.06~-0.08MPa,50~70℃减压浓缩至相对密度60℃时测1.10~1.20,高速离心,-0.08~-0.10MPa,50~70℃减压干燥至干浸膏,备用;(4)粉碎过筛:干浸膏粉碎过80目,备用;(5)混合、制粒:将干浸膏粉、麦芽糊精、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇、罗汉果甜苷置于湿法制粒机中,用70%乙醇用量约为配方重量10%作为润湿剂制软材,16目制粒,得湿颗粒;将湿颗粒55℃干燥至水分≤5%,14目整粒,得干颗粒,备用;(6)总混:将山楂速溶粉与干颗粒置三维总混机中混合30min;(7)内包装:复合膜包装,5g/袋;(8)外包装:贴标签,装盒,装箱,待检验合格后入库;(9)检验入库:成品经检验合格后,入库。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种血瘀体质保健固体饮料颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于颗粒剂辅料加入麦芽糊精250~1000份、异麦芽酮糖醇1000~4000份、D-甘露糖醇750~3000份、罗汉果甜苷15~70份、山楂速溶粉50~200份。
7.如权利要求1~3之一所述的固体饮料在制备用于血瘀体质保健药物的应用。
