进一步地,在本发明较优的实施例中,按照重量份数计,其原料包括:小麦85~95份、干姜2~6份、苏叶1~2份、肉桂0.5~1.5份、大枣2~5份以及甘草0.5~1.5份。优选地,小麦可以为86份、88份、91份、93份,干姜可以为3份、5份,肉桂可以为0.7份、0.9份、1.1份、1.4份,大枣可以为3份、4份,甘草可以为0.6份、0.8份、0.9份、1份、1.2份、1.4份。

苏叶,性味辛、温。归脾、肺经。苏叶含有丰富的维生素C、钾、铁等。具有发表,散寒,理气,和营的功效。治感冒风寒,恶寒发热,咳嗽,气喘,胸腹胀满,胎动不安,并能解鱼蟹毒。用于感冒风寒,发热恶汉,头痛鼻塞,兼见咳嗽或胸闷不舒者。
肉桂,兴味大热,味辛、甘,归心、肝、脾、肾经。肉桂含挥发油,其主要成分为桂皮醛,还有乙酸桂皮酯、苯甲酸苄酯、反式桂皮酸、桂皮苷等成分。具有补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通经,温经通脉的功效。用于阳痿宫冷,腰膝冷痛,肾虚作喘,阳虚眩晕,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泄,经闭,痛经。
大枣,性味甘、平。归脾、胃、心经。大枣含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖分、胡萝卜素、维生素B、C、P及磷、钙、铁等,有抗过敏作用,红枣内含有环磷酸腺营,能增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管疾病有良好作用。红枣还能补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等,是脾胃虚弱、气血不足、倦怠无力、失眠等患者很好的保健品。同时对急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、贫血等症有良好疗效。红枣富含三枯类化合物和二磷酸腺昔,三菇类化合物大都具有抑制癌细胞的功能。常食红枣的人很少患癌症。

将预处理后的原料分别烘干、粉碎成粉,再进行混合。
其中,对原料进行烘干的温度为100~130℃。烘干的作用是去除原料中的水分,使原料可以长时间进行保存。烘干的温度不宜过高,一方面需要避免高温使原料焦糊影响口感,另一方面要避免高温对营养成分的破坏。
进一步地,将烘干后的原料粉碎。将小麦粉碎后过110~130目筛,取筛下物。将甘草、干姜、苏叶以及肉桂粉碎,过110~130目筛,得到药粉和药渣。将甘草粉、干姜粉、苏叶粉以及肉桂粉进行混合。将原料粉碎过筛可以使该姜枣养生粥冲泡粉的各原料能够更加充分的混合,同时,在冲泡的时候可以更好地受热熟透,不会结块影响口感,利于更加方便快速的食用。将大枣切片或切块等备用。
进一步地,将药渣与经过预处理的大枣混合,加水过混合原料表面4~8公分,浸泡1~3h,随煮随搅拌,煮沸后继续蒸煮40~60分钟,过滤得第一滤液和滤渣;将滤渣二次加水过滤渣面2~4公分,随煮随搅拌,煎煮20~40min。过滤得第二滤液和滤渣。采用70~90目筛对经过第二次煎煮、过滤后的滤渣进行揉压、过滤。将其与第一滤液、第二滤液混合。对该混合物进行烘干、粉碎,过110~130目筛,取筛下物。大枣汁水丰富、肉质紧致,不宜直接进行烘干、粉碎。将其煮烂之后,可以破坏其果肉结果,更加利于后续操作。
将小麦粉与含有大枣的药粉炒制,均匀搅拌炒熟后,粉碎、过120~140目筛。再对晒下物进行烘干除去多余水分,待其凉透,包装密封。
该制备方法不但可以使其预先熟透,利于直接冲泡食用,同时可以增加香味,改善口感。对原料进行粉碎、煎煮、炒制、烘干使得原料在加工过程中,破坏其纤维组织,使其营养成分更易人体吸收。还具备进一步粉碎适用的价值,对其进行回收,有利于节约原料,降低成本。
具体地,姜枣养生粥冲泡粉的各原料的处理可按照以下步骤来进行:
(1)小麦:去杂质,淘洗净,烘干、粉碎过110目罗备用;
(2)大枣:选无污染,无变质,无虫害的洗净,切开备用;
(3)甘草:除去须根,洗净,晒干,切片备用;
(4)干姜:去杂质,洗净,烘干备用;
(5)苏叶:去杂质,洗净,烘干备用;
(6)肉桂:去杂质,洗净,烘干备用;
(7)将上述处理后的干姜、甘草、苏叶、肉桂碎过110目罗,药粉备用,药渣备用;
(8)将大枣和(7)中的药渣放至容器内,一煎加水过材料面4~8公分,泡2h,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎液倒出,二煎再加水过材料面2~4公分,随煮随搅拌,水开30min后将煎液倒出,滤净,用80目罗底揉压,滤取枣泥和药的细渣与两次过滤的滤液混合,加入(7)中备用的粉碎的药粉搅匀,烘干粉碎过110目罗,备用;
(9)取小麦粉和(8)制备的含大枣的药粉边炒边搅拌,炒熟搅均匀后,粉碎过130目罗;烘干内含多余水份,凉透,包装密封。
剩余的粮食麸皮和全部药碴,可添加玉米、豆粕晒干粉碎制成颗粒;烘干后可做禽畜类饲料用。
通过该制备方法制备的该姜枣养生粥冲泡粉,可以直接食用,耐饥、止渴,且口感好,无毒副作用,可以代替奶制品、豆制品,老少皆宜,可以根据年龄、个体需要选择服用。食用方法:用50~60度温开水冲泡,搅拌粥糊状服用,喜甜食可加入适量红糖。需要注意的是,瘟病气弱、阴虚内热、血热妄行及孕妇慎用。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种姜枣养生粥冲泡粉,其包括:
小麦80g、干姜1g、苏叶1g、肉桂0.5g、大枣1g、甘草0.5g。
其制备方法包括:
(1)将小麦洗净,去杂质,淘洗净,烘干、粉碎过110目罗备用。
(2)选无污染、无变质,无虫害的大枣洗净,切开备用。
(3)将干姜、甘草、苏叶、肉桂去杂质、洗净后烘干、粉碎过110目罗,药粉备用,药渣备用。
(4)将切开的大枣和(3)中的药渣放至容器内,一煎加水过材料面4~8公分,泡2h,随煮随搅拌,水开50min后将煎液倒出,二煎再加水过材料面2~4公分,随煮随搅拌,水开30min后将煎液倒出,滤净,用80目罗底揉压,滤取枣泥和药的细渣与两次过滤的滤液混合,加入(3)中备用的粉碎的药粉搅匀,烘干粉碎过110目罗,备用;
(5)取(1)中的小麦粉和(4)中制备的含大枣的药粉边炒边搅拌,炒熟搅均匀后,粉碎过130目罗;烘干内含多余水份,凉透,包装密封。

小麦100g、干姜8g、苏叶2g、肉桂2g、大枣6g、甘草2g。

试验例
选用实施例1~5和对比例1所提供的姜枣养生粥冲泡粉,在北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都和重庆6个地方做随机抽样调查,针对每个实施例的姜枣养生粥冲泡粉在每个地方选出20名使用者进行试验并跟踪采访。试验为期3个月,3个月满后,对每名使用者进行问卷调查,针对该功能性食品在味道口感、便捷程度、调理效果三个方面进行评分,满分10分,使用者根据实际情况给分,并对每个实施例的功能性食品的共计120名使用者所给的份数求平均值,计算结果如表1所示。

将经过粉碎的所述小麦与含有大枣的药粉混合、炒制,再进行粉碎、烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的姜枣养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述甘草、所述干姜、所述苏叶以及所述肉桂粉碎后过100~120目筛,筛下物为所述药粉,筛上物为所述药渣。
7.根据权利要求5所述的姜枣养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述药渣与经过预处理的所述大枣的煎煮方法包括:
将所述药渣与经过预处理的所述大枣混合浸泡1~3小时,煎煮40~60分钟后,过滤;
将过滤的滤渣加水继续煎煮20~40分钟后过滤,将两次过滤的滤液混合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的姜枣养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,采用70~90目筛对经过第二次煎煮、过滤后的滤渣进行揉压、过滤,将过滤的细渣与混合滤液混合。
9.根据权利要求5所述的姜枣养生粥冲泡粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述滤液与所述药粉混合、烘干、粉碎后,再过100~120目筛,取筛下物。
