背景技术
通常情况下,空腹血糖正常值4.0-6.1mmol/L,如果空腹(8小时内无糖及任何含糖食物摄入)血糖高于正常范围,则认为是高血糖症状,餐后两小时血糖高于正常范围7.8mmol/L,也可以认为是高血糖。高血糖不是一种疾病的诊断,只是一种血糖监测结果的判定。血糖监测是一时性的结果,高血糖不完全等于糖尿病,但高血糖很有可能是糖尿病的早期症状。目前糖尿病患病人群已经越来越年轻,甚至出现儿童糖尿病,因此高血糖要及早治疗。
目前临床上用于防治高血糖的药物虽然越来越多,但大多有一定副作用,如果长期服用,会对身体造成不同方面的损害。对于高血糖人群来说,三分治,七分养是基本原则,因此需要一种能起到较好的预防和治疗作用,而且无副作用,可以长期食用的药物或食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的天然植物制品存在的问题,提供一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,具有质似奶茶,柔润爽口,清香微甜的优点。

优选的,上述材料按照质量百分比组分,包括油莎豆40-60%、桦松茸1-5%、白芸豆3-8%,赤小豆3-8%,薏苡仁3-8%,金荞麦8-15%、山药粉8-15%、葛根粉4-10%、大豆纤维3-8%,20克/包。
优选的,上述材料材料按照质量百分比组分,包括油莎豆50%、桦松茸3%、白芸豆5%,赤小豆5%,薏苡仁5%,金荞麦10%、山药粉10%、葛根粉7%、大豆纤维5%,20克/包。
一种制备降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:按照配方原料称取油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维;
步骤B:粉碎,将上述原料按照配方比例,放置在冷冻超微粉碎机中,设置粉碎参数为3500~4500转/min,制得混合物料;
步骤C:装包,称取步骤B中粉碎混合后的成品,以20克/包标准进行封袋、塑封。
一种使用降糖、脂、血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包的方法,包括以下步骤:取一包上述固体代餐包,加150~200毫升温开水至如粥状,用法:每日1~2次,代餐饮。

油莎豆的药用价值:《新华本草纲要》记载,油莎豆含油量18一36%,主含淀粉、糖、蛋白质和氨基酸。油中不皂化物含7一胆甾烯醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇或豆甾烷醇、B一谷甾醇、24一亚甲基一Δ7一胆甾醇、Δ5一燕麦甾醇、环阿屯烷醇、24一亚甲基环阿屯烷醇。油脂中脂肪酸有日桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、花生烯酸(dedoleicacid)山萮酸、木焦油酸等。具有“疏肝行气、健脾和胃”的功效,用于肝郁所致的胁痛、胸闷;脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀满、嗳气呕恶、胃痛纳呆、脾虚食少,食积停滞,消化不良等。
桦松茸:是一种药食两用的菌类植物,它多寄生在松科植物上,人们都喜欢用它煲汤也会把它用于癌症的治疗,食用功效与药用价值都特别高,但在食用桦松茸时也要注意它的副作用,以免食用后对身体产生不良影响。桦树茸的功效与作用,具有以下效果:1、稳定血糖,桦松茸能调节内分泌并提高胰腺功能,还能促进胰岛素分泌,它能抑制人体对糖类物质的吸收,经常使用能稳定血糖,阻止血糖升高,把它提出来以后加工成的药物还能用于人类糖尿病的治疗,据说对糖尿病的治愈率能超过90%。2、防癌抗癌,桦松茸中含有的多种活性成分都是癌细胞的克星,它们能消灭人体内已经出现了癌细胞,并能阻止人体细胞癌变,适量食用能预防癌症,降低癌症发病率,而那些已经出现癌症的人群在食用桦松茸以后还能抑制癌细胞活性,阻止癌细胞再生,能让患者病情慢慢减轻。3、抗辐射,桦松茸还能增强人体的抗辐射能力,能减少辐射性物质,对人体细胞产生伤害,特别是那些已经出现癌症经常接受放疗化疗的人群在食用松松茸后,就能降低放疗化疗对人体的不良影响,能把这些治疗方式的副作用降到最低。4、延缓衰老,桦松茸还有丰富多糖和氨基酸,还含有一些黄酮类化合物和微量元素硒,这些物质能增强人体素质,促进人体代谢,也能延缓人体衰老。它含有的多糖和植物蛋白被人体吸收后还能促进免疫细胞再生增强人体免疫功能。
白芸豆,其生物学名叫多花菜豆,因花色多样而得名。属豆科,蝶形花亚科,菜豆族菜豆属,白芸豆原产美洲的墨西哥和阿根廷,后经人工栽培驯化已适应冷凉潮湿的高原地带。种植面积较大的国家是美洲的阿根廷、美国、墨西哥,欧洲的英国,亚洲的中国、日本等。中国在16世纪末才开始引种栽培。现在中国的各个省区均有种植,面积较大的省份是云南、贵州、四川等,而云南的大理、丽江、兰坪种植面积较大。白芸豆适合动脉硬化、高血脂和心脏病等患者食用。豆含较高的营养价值,每百克芸豆含蛋白质23.1克、脂肪1.3克、碳水化合物56.9克、胡萝卜素0.24毫克、钙160毫克、磷410毫克、铁7.3毫克及丰富的B族维生素,鲜豆还含丰富的维生素C。芸豆粒大饱满、质地细腻,富含沙性,食法多样,可煮可炖,作豆馅、豆沙,做汤菜、烧肉、制罐头或冷饮、糕点、甜食小吃等均相宜。
白芸豆富含α-淀粉酶抑制剂和膳食纤维。它能有效阻断高淀粉类食物(米饭、面食、杂粮及相关零食和糕点)中淀粉的分解,阻断大部分淀粉热量的摄取,减少人体最大的脂肪来源。餐前食用,可阻断80%的热量摄取(不影响其它营养物质的吸收)。可以有效配合减肥者的饮食治疗,使他们饭吃饱、消除饥饿感,而餐后体重不增。而且白芸豆精华中α-淀粉酶抑制剂经胃肠道排出体外,不必经过血液循环,不作用于大脑神经中枢,食用后不腹泻、不乏力、不厌食、体重不反弹、完全符合世界卫生组织的减肥原则。白芸豆,由D2型白芸豆提取物和水溶性膳食纤维组成,是一种天然的淀粉阻断食品。
药用价值:芸豆的药用价值很高。我国古代医籍记载,味甘平,具有温中下气、利肠胃、止呃逆、益肾补元等功用,是一种滋补食疗佳品。芸豆还有镇静作用,对治疗虚寒呃逆、胃寒呕吐、跌打损伤、喘息咳嗽、腰痛、神经痛均有一定疗效。芸豆还是一种高钾低钠食品,很适合于心脏病、动脉硬化、高血脂和忌盐患者食用。现代医学分析,芸豆粒含有血球凝集素等多种球蛋白。食用价值:白芸豆(whitekidneybeans)是世界各国常见的一种食用豆,在我国各省、区均有种植。白芸豆不仅营养价值丰富,而且具有很高的药用和保健价值,是我国传统的药食同源食品。现代科学研究表明,白芸豆提取物中含有较高活性的α-淀粉酶抑制物质(α-amylaseinhibitor),化学成分为一种复合糖蛋白,国外称之为“starchblocker”,意思是“淀粉吸收阻断剂”。目前国内开发出一种白芸豆精华素的产品,能抑制α-淀粉酶的作用,阻断淀粉分解,减少葡萄糖吸收,从而起到降低餐后血糖升高,减少胰岛素分泌,降低脂肪合成等作用,可以有效配合糖尿病人和减肥者的饮食治疗,使他们饭吃饱、消除饥饿感,而餐后血糖不高,体重不增。
实施例1:
一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,由油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维组成,其中油莎豆40%、桦松茸3%、白芸豆5%,赤小豆5%,薏苡仁5%,金荞麦10%、山药粉10%、葛根粉7%、大豆纤维5%,20克/包。
实施例2:
一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,由油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维组成,其中油莎豆50%、桦松茸3%、白芸豆5%,赤小豆5%,薏苡仁5%,金荞麦10%、山药粉10%、葛根粉7%、大豆纤维5%,20克/包。
实施例3:
一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,由油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维组成,其中油莎豆60%、桦松茸3%、白芸豆5%,赤小豆5%,薏苡仁5%,金荞麦10%、山药粉10%、葛根粉7%、大豆纤维5%,20克/包。
一种制备降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:按照配方原料称取油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维;
步骤B:粉碎,将上述原料按照配方比例,放置在冷冻超微粉碎机中,设置粉碎参数为3500~4500转/min,制得混合物料;
步骤C:装包,称取步骤B中粉碎混合后的成品,以20克/包标准进行封袋、塑封。
一种使用降糖、脂、血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包的方法,包括以下步骤:取一包上述固体代餐包,加150~200毫升温开水至如粥状,用法:每日1~2次,代餐饮。
实施例4:正常动物实验
实验设一个对照组和一个剂量组,禁食3-4小时,按血糖水平分组,对照组给予溶剂,剂量组给予高浓度受试样品(实施例1)(3.0g/KgBW),连续30天后测空腹血糖值。

由表1可知,剂量组实验前后血糖变化值于对照组无显著性差异,可判定服用实施例1产品对正常动物的空腹血糖值无影响。
实验2
胰岛素损伤高血糖模型:通过注射四氧嘧啶造模,血糖值10-25mmol/L为高血糖模型
实验设三个剂量组(0.5g/KgBW,1.0g/KgBW,3g/KgBW)和一个模型组,同时设给予受试样品(实施例1)高剂量的正常动物组,受试样品给予时间30天。
测空腹血糖值,比较剂量组和模型对照组动物血糖值及下降百分率。

由表2可知,模型组与空白组实验前后血糖值无显著差异(P≥0.05),判定实验成立;剂量组实验前后血糖值有有显著差异(P≤0.05),判断实施例1样品空腹血糖指标结果阳性;血糖下降百分率与剂量浓度正相关。
实验3
实验模型:胰岛素抵抗,糖\脂代谢紊乱模型
实验设三个剂量组、一个模型对照组、一个空白对照组,每组15只,空白对照组不做处理,3个剂量组给予不同浓度受实验样品(实施例1)(0.5g/KgBW,1.0g/KgBW,3g/KgBW),模型对照组给予同体积溶剂。禁食3-4小时,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯水平(TG)。

由表3可知,剂量组实验前后血糖下降百分率对比模型和空白组有显著差异,其差异大小与剂量正相关,判定实施例1样品对降低血脂指标结果阳性。
经临床测试,本发明的代餐粉,高血糖、高血脂患者连续服用1个月后,可以将患者的血糖和血脂保持在稳定的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,其特征在于,由油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,其特征在于:材料按照质量百分比组分,包括油莎豆40-60%、桦松茸1-5%、白芸豆3-8%,赤小豆3-8%,薏苡仁3-8%,金荞麦8-15%、山药粉8-15%、葛根粉4-10%、大豆纤维3-8%,20克/包。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包,其特征在于:材料按照质量百分比组分,包括油莎豆50%、桦松茸3%、白芸豆5%,赤小豆5%,薏苡仁5%,金荞麦10%、山药粉10%、葛根粉7%、大豆纤维5%,20克/包。
4.一种制备权利要求1所述的降糖、降脂、降血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:按照配方原料称取油莎豆、桦松茸、白芸豆、赤小豆、薏苡仁、金荞麦、山药粉、葛根粉、大豆纤维;
步骤B:粉碎,将上述原料按照配方比例,放置在冷冻超微粉碎机中,设置粉碎参数为3500~4500转/min,制得混合物料;
步骤C:装包,称取步骤B中粉碎混合后的成品,以20克/包标准进行封袋、塑封。
5.一种使用权利要求1所述的降糖、脂、血粘的纯天然植物固体代餐包的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:取一包上述固体代餐包,加150~200毫升温开水至如粥状,用法:每日1~2次,代餐饮。
