Abstract
一种由激光照射而能鲜明地发色的能量射线固化性树脂、在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料和显色剂组成的标记用组合物以及一种通过使用上述组合物而形成鲜明标记的激光标记方法。
Description
本发明涉及一种为了在已成形的材料表面上,通过激光照射而形成鲜明标记的标记用组合物和激光标记方法。
近年来,为了在IC、电阻器、电容器、电感器等的电子元件;继电器、开关、接线器、印刷线路板等电器组件;电器制品的壳体、汽车零件、机械零件、电缆、板材、包装板、标度板、标牌;食品或医药品等的各种容器、容器类的盖子等表面上标明出产厂家名、物品名、制造年月日、批号等文字,已普通地使用印上油墨的印刷法。该方法的缺点是从印刷后达到油墨干燥所需的时间很长,在微细零件上难以形成标记,印刷质量的维护、管理麻烦,而且存在费用高的问题,因此人们希望使标记的技术合理化。
最近,为了使标记技术合理化,已有人采用了一种直接在物品等的表面上照射激光;通过使物体表面的一部分热分解或蒸发而进行蚀刻,从而制造标记的激光标记方法。然而这种标记方法也存在问题,因为需要制造标记的物品由各种各样不同的材料构成,要在各种不同的材料都制得鲜明的标记是不可能的,或者,要在有颜色的材料上制造鲜明的标记也存在困难。
作为解决上述问题的方法,已知的方法有,在电子、电器制品、壳体、包装等需要制造标记的表面上涂敷一种可以进行激光标记的紫外线固化性树脂,等其固化后用激光来蚀刻该树脂,从而制成所需的标记。这种方法只需很短的时间即可完成,而且在微细物品上也能制得良好的标记,这是该方法的优点。但该方法的缺点是,在作用市售紫外线固化性树脂的情况下,根据各种制造标记的物品的种类,当有油附着在其上面时,已制成的标记可能消失掉。而且,在使用一种可以通过激光照射而显现颜色,特别是显现黑色的油墨的情况下,历来都是使用含有铝等重金属的化合物作为发色剂,这不但存在重金属污染环境的问题,而且所获标记也不够鲜明。在不使用造成环境污染的重金属但是要产生黑色的情况下,可以考虑使用已知可用作感热记录用材料的无色染料和显色剂,当将上述无色染料和显色剂应用于紫外线固化性树脂的情况下,即使未经激光照射,也会慢慢地出现颜色(称为本底变色),所以也有缺点。
本发明人对适用于紫外线硬化性树脂的激光标记用组合物进行了反复深入的研究,结果找到了一种即便使用无色染料和显色剂,也不会引起本底变色,并且能显现出鲜明的黑色,而且其牢固度也很优良的标记用组合物,这就是本发明所达到的结果。也就是说,本发明人等找到了一种具有下列特性的标记用组合物,即该组合物中作为无色染料作用的物质在甲苯中的溶解度很低,特别是在25℃时其溶解度在5W/V%以下,另外,作为显色剂使用的物质在甲苯中的溶解度也很低,由于这一发现,从而完成了本发明。
另外,本发明还提供了一种使用同样标记用组合物而能赋予鲜明标记的激光标记方法。
用于实施本发明的最佳实施方案
具体地说,本发明涉及下列各种组合物:
(1)一种标记用组合物,其中含有能量射线固化性树脂、在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料和显色剂。
(2)如上述第(1)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的能量射线固化性树脂是一种紫外线固化性树脂。
(3)如上述第(1)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料是一种在25℃的甲苯中的溶解度在5W/V%以下的无色染料。
(4)如上述第(1)或第(3)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的无色染料是一种由式(1)表示的荧烃化合物
(在式(1)中,R1、R2表示甲基或乙基;X表示氟或氯;n表示0~2的整数)。
(5)如上述第(1)或第(3)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的无色染料是:2,2-双(4-(6’-(N-环己基-N-甲氨基)-3’-甲基螺(酞酮-3.9’-呫吨)-2’-基氨基)苯基)丙烷。
(6)如上述第(1)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的显色剂是一种在甲苯中的溶解度低的显色剂。
(7)如上述第(6)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在甲苯中溶解底低的显色剂是一种在65℃的甲苯中的溶解度10000ppm以下的显色剂。
(8)如上述第(7)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在65℃的甲苯中的溶解度在10000ppm以下的显色剂是:磺酰苯酚型显色剂、亚甲基双酚型显色剂或苯酚的聚合物。
(9)如上述第(7)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在65℃的甲苯中的溶解度在10000ppm以下的显色剂是一种具有取代基的4,4’-磺酰二苯酚类显色剂或苯酚的聚合物。
(10)如上述第(9)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说具有取代基的4,4’-磺酰二苯酚类显色剂中的取代基是烷基、卤原子或烯丙基。
(11)如上述第(1)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的显色剂是一种在甲苯中的溶解度低,而且在25℃的水中的溶解度在3ppm以下的显色剂。
(12)如上述第(11)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在甲苯中的溶解度低,而且在25℃的水中的溶解度在3ppm以下的显色剂是2,2’6,6’-四甲基-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚、2,2’6,6’-四溴-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚或苯酚的聚合物。
(13)如上述第(12)项所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的苯酚聚合物是一种聚对乙烯基苯酚类的聚合物。
(14)一种标记用组合物,其中含有:紫外线固化性树脂、上述第(4)项所述的无色染料和上述第(12)项所述的显色剂中的至少一种物质。
(15)一种标记用组合物,其中含有:紫外线固化性树脂、上述第(5)项所述的无色染料和上述第(12)项所述的显色剂中的至少一种物质。
(16)一种激光标记方法,其特征在于,在已形成于物品表面上的,上述第(1)、(14)或(15)项所述的标记组合物的固化覆盖层上照射激光射线。
(17)如上述第(16)项所述的激光标记方法,其中所说的物品是:瓶、盖子、标度板、标牌类或罐。
(18)一种发色性组合物,在含有无色染料和显色剂的发色性组合物中的显色剂是2,2’,6,6’-四甲基-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚、2,2’,6,6’-四溴-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚或聚对乙烯基苯酚类。
作为适用于本发明的能量射线固化性树脂可以是任何类型的树脂,只要它是一种可由例如,红外线、可见光线、紫外线、电子射线等能量射线引起固化的树脂即可,其中优选是可由紫外线引起固化的树脂。作为典型的例子,可以举出游离基聚合型树脂和阳离子聚合型树脂,其中优选是游离基聚合型树脂。
作为游离基聚合型树脂,可以举出:各种丙烯酸酯的单体、低聚物类和聚醚类、不饱和聚酯类、环氧类、尿烷类、聚丁二烯类、聚缩醛类、聚酯/尿烷类的各种丙烯酸酯单体和低聚物。作为丙烯酸酯单体类,可以举出,例如:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷乙氧基三丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷丙氧基三丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇乙氧基二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇烷氧基二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇丙氧基二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、双酚A乙氧基二丙烯酸酯、双酚A丙氧基二丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,4-丁二醇二丙烯酸酯、硬脂酰丙烯酸酯、苯酚乙氧基单丙烯酸酯、壬基苯酚乙氧基单丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、单甲氧基三丙二醇单丙烯酸酯、单甲氧基新戊二醇丙氧基单丙烯酸酯、单甲氧基三羟甲基丙烷乙氧基二丙烯酸酯、二环戊烯基氧乙基丙烯酸酯、二环戊烯基丙烯酸酯等。作为丙烯酸酯的低聚物类,可以举出,例如:环氧化大豆油丙烯酸酯、以各种双酚A型环氧树脂为基础的丙烯酸酯、环氧化的亚麻仁油丙烯酸酯、改性双酚A二丙烯酸酯等的环氧化丙烯酸酯低聚物类;如下面式(3)所示那样以二元酸和脂族二醇为基础的聚酯与丙烯酸反应的反应产物等的聚酯丙烯酸酯低聚物类
由下面式(4)所示那样由多元醇或聚酯与脂族或芳香族异氰酸酯进行反应而生成的脂族或芳香族的尿烷丙烯酸酯等另外,作为阳离子聚合型树脂,可以使用脂族类、脂环类、芳族类的各种环氧树脂,但其中特别优选的是一元醇和多元醇类的丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂类丙烯酸酯、尿烷类丙烯酸酯的单体及它们的低聚物。
在本发明的组合物中,为了促进固化,优选使用光引发剂,作为这类引发剂,在游离基聚合型树脂的情况下,可以使用塞吨酮类、蒽醌类、乙酰苯类、苯偶姻醚类、二苯酮类等公知的光引发剂;另外,在阳离子聚合型树脂的情况下,可以使用芳族重氮盐、芳族含卤盐(halonium salts)、芳族锍盐、芳环烯金属化合物等公知的光引发剂。对于这些光引发剂来说,既可以单独作用,也可以将其两种以上混合作用。另外,当使用阳离子聚合型树脂来进行固化的情况下,为了使固化更为完全,优选是在80~170℃的温度范围内加热,特别优选是在100~150℃的温度范围内加热。加热的时间随不同的温度而异,但通常在5~30分钟之间。
在本发明使用的无色染料,优选是在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料,例如可以举出:由式(1)表示的无色染料和2,2-双(4-(6’N-环己基-N-甲氨基)-3’-甲基螺(酞酮-3,9’-占吨)-2-基氨基)-苯基)丙烷(25℃下在甲苯中的溶解度为0.055W/V%;商品名パピロ-ル SD-120,昭和电工(株)制)等。作为由式(1)表示的无色染料,可以举出,例如:3-二乙氨基-7-邻氟代苯胺基荧烃、3-二甲氨基-7-邻氟代苯胺基荧烃、3-二乙氨基-7-对氟代苯胺基荧烃、3-二甲氨基-7-对氟代苯胺基荧烃、3-二乙氨基-7-邻氯代苯胺基荧烃、3-二乙氨基-7-对氯代苯胺基荧烃、3-二乙氨基-7-对氯代邻氟代苯胺基荧烃、3-二甲氨基-7-对氟代邻氯代苯胺基荧烃、3-乙氨基-7-2’,4’-二氯代苯胺基荧烃等,但其中特别优选的是:3-二乙氨基-7-邻氟代苯胺基荧烃(25℃下在甲苯中的溶解度为1.14W/V%)、3-二甲氨基-7-邻氟代苯胺基荧烃、3-二乙氨基-7-邻氯代苯胺基荧烃、3-二乙氨基-7-对氯代苯胺基荧烃。具体地说到在甲苯中的溶解度,优选是25℃时在甲苯中的溶解度在5W/V%(重量/容量%,下同)以下,更优选是在3W/V%以下,最优选是在2W/V%以下的无色染料。由于这些荧烃化合物在能量射线固化性树脂中的溶解度也很小,因此可以认为,它难以产生本底变色。无色染料的用量如果过少,则不能获得鲜明的标记,而如果用量过多,虽然不会使鲜明度变差,但是在经济上造成浪费,因此,相对于能量射线固化性树脂来说,无色染料的用量优选为约5~50重量%,更优选为约7~45重量%。
作为适用于本发明的显色剂,可以举出,例如:4,4’-磺酰二苯酚(在甲苯中不溶,25℃时在水中的溶解度为1000ppm)、双(3-烯丙基-4-羟苯基)砜(在水中不溶,25℃时在水中的溶解度为5ppm)、2,2’6,6’-四甲基-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚(在甲苯中和水中皆不溶)、2,2’6,6’-四溴-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚(在甲苯和水中皆不溶)、4-(4’-异丙氧基苯基)其酰苯酚(65℃时在甲苯中的溶解度为2000ppm,25℃时在水中的溶解度1980ppm)等的磺酰苯酚型显色剂;4,4’-异亚丙基二苯酚(65℃时在甲苯中的溶解度为7000ppm,25℃时在水中的溶解度为3800ppm)、双(对羟苯基)甲烷、1,1-双(对羟苯基)环己烷等亚甲基双苯酚型显色剂;对辛基苯酚、对苯基苯酚等的烃类单苯酚型显色剂;对羟基苯甲酸苄酯、4-羟基苯二甲酸二甲酯、5-羟基异苯二甲酸二乙酯、3,5-二叔丁基水杨酸、水杨酸、β-羟基萘羧酸苄酯等的苯酚类芳族羧酸衍生物和苯酚类芳族羧酸的多价金属盐,但其中优选为磺酰苯酚型显色剂,更优选是在苯酚核上具有取代基的4,4’-磺酰二苯酚类显色剂。作为取代基的例子,可以举出:甲基等C1~C5的烷基、溴原子等的卤原子、烯丙基等;至于取代基的数目,在一个苯酚核上可以有1~4个,优选为1~2个;作为取代位置,优选是在苯酚核上羟基的邻位。
另外,苯酚的聚合物也可作为显色剂使用。这类苯酚聚合物不溶于甲苯和水,例如可以举出:对乙烯基苯酚的均聚物(マルカリンカ-M:丸善石油化学(株)制)、对乙烯基苯酚与甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯的共聚物(マルカリンカ- CHM:丸善石油化学(株)制)、对乙烯基苯酚与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物(マルカリンカ-CMM:丸善石油化学(株)制)聚对乙烯基苯酚的溴化物(マルカリンカ-MB:丸善石油化学(株)制)、对乙烯基苯酚与苯乙烯的共聚物(マルカリンカ-CST:丸善石油化学(株)制)、对乙烯基苯酚与苯基马来酰亚胺的共聚物、对乙烯基苯酚与马来酸的共聚物、对乙烯基苯酚与富马酸的共聚物等的聚对乙烯基苯酚类(这些聚合物中的任一种皆由丸善石油化学(株)制)、二环戊二烯与苯酚的共聚物、二环戊二烯与甲酚类的共聚物、二环戊二烯与二苯酚的共聚物等。
在这些显色剂中,优选是在甲苯中的溶解度低的显色剂。具体地说到在甲苯中的溶解度,优选是65℃时在甲苯中的溶解度在10000ppm以下,更优选是在5000ppm以下,最优选是在3000ppm以下的显色剂。另外,在象包装板那样容易弯曲的物品或在制品上形成标记的部位容易接触的情况下,要求标记具有耐擦伤的性能,这时最好是使用那些具有取代基的4,4’-磺酰二苯酚类显色剂或苯酚聚合物类的显色剂。另外,对于牛奶和罐头饮料那样适用于进行热水杀菌的物品,要求标记具有耐热水性,在此情况下优选使用几乎不溶于水(例如25℃时在水中的溶解度在约3ppm以下)的显色剂。这些显色剂既可单独使用,也可两种以上组合使用。这些显色剂相对于无色染料的用量,以无色染料为基础计,可以为30~300重量%,优选为50~200重量%。最好的显色剂应该是在甲苯中或水中都几乎不溶解的显色剂,例如可以举出:2,2’,6,6’-四甲基-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚、2,2’,6,6’-四溴-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚、聚对乙烯基苯酚类等的苯酚聚合物等。
在本发明的激光标记用组合物中,可以根据需要加入其他一些添加剂。作为可以使用的其他添加剂的例子,可以举出,除了用于提高发色感度的增感剂之外,还可以使用填充剂、着色剂、分散剂、流动调节剂、胶模剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂等用于紫外线固化性树脂涂层中的材料。
作为增感剂,可供使用的例子有:硬脂酸酰胺等的高级脂肪酸酰胺、蜂蜡、虫胶蜡等动物性蜡类、巴西棕榈蜡等植物性蜡类、褐煤蜡等矿物性蜡类、石蜡、石油蜡、高级脂肪酸酯类、氯化石蜡、合成石蜡、乙酰乙酸酰苯胺类、二苯胺类、咔唑类、脂肪酸酰苯胺类、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、对苯二甲酸二苯酯等羧酸酯类、苯磺酸酰苯胺等磺酸酰胺类、对甲苯磺酸苯氧基乙酯、苯磺酸苯酯等磺酸酯类、双(4-烯丙氧基苯基)砜、双(4-戊基苯基)砜等二苯基砜类、1-苄氧基萘、2-苄氧基萘等萘的衍生物、N-硬脂酰脲等脲的衍生物、4-乙酰乙酸苯酮、十八碳-2,17-二酮等二酮化合物。至于其使用量,相对于显色剂1份,通常使用0.5份~2份的增感剂。
作为适用于本发明的填充剂,可以举出:碳酸钙、二氧化硅、氧化铝、云母、硅酸钙、粘土、滑石、玻璃纤维、碳纤维等无机填充剂以及聚乙烯、聚酰胺、环氧树脂、胍胺树脂等有机类填充剂。另外,作为适用的着色剂,可以举出:炭黑、酞菁、单偶氮、双偶氮、喹吖啶(quinacridone)、蒽醌、黄烷士酮、perinone、苝、二噁嗪、稠合偶氮、甲亚胺或甲川类的各种有机类染料;氧化钛、硫酸铅、氧化锌、铁黑、铬黄、锌黄、铬朱红、铁丹、钴紫、群青、普鲁士蓝、铬绿、钴绿等无机颜料。所说填充剂通常按固体成分总量80w/w%以下的比例使用,而着色剂则按固体成分总量3w/w%以下的比例使用。
本发明的标记用组合物可以由“无色染料油墨”和“显色油墨”两部分匀混合而制成,其中所说的“无色染料油墨”是将紫外线固化性树脂、无色染料以及根据需要加入的增感剂、填充剂、着色剂、分散剂、流动调节剂、脱模剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂等一起,用一种3辊等搅拌装置,最好在15~30℃的温度下搅拌混合均匀而制得,所说的“显色油墨”是将紫外线固化性树脂、显色剂以及根据需要加入的增感剂、填充剂、着色剂、分散剂、流动调节剂、脱模剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂等一起,用一种3辊等搅拌装置,最好在5~30℃的温度下混合而制得,在使用时再将二者混合均匀即可提供使用。
为了实施本发明的激光标记方法,例如可以采取如下步骤。即,将本发明的标记用组合物涂敷在需要制造标记的基体上(涂敷量通常应使得固化后的膜厚为10~100μm),然后用能量射线照射以使其固化,在根据需要成形后,用二氧化碳激光束、YAG激光束、准分子激光束等照射该涂装物的表面,从而可以获得视觉对比鲜明的黑色标记。作为激光的照射量,例如在使用脉冲型二氧化碳激光时,可以采用0.5~6J/cm2的照射量。作为基体材料,可以举出,例如:以聚亚乙基对苯二甲酸酯或聚亚丁基对苯二甲酸酯等聚酯、氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等作为基料的塑料薄膜,以这些塑料或丙烯酸树脂或ABS树脂等通常使用的塑料作为基料的塑料板、铝或铁等的金属板、蒸镀金属纸、贴面纸、合成纸等的纸类。
本发明的标记用组合物可以用来在板材包装板、标度板、标牌、瓶子、盖子和金属罐头之类食品和医药品等的各种容器、容器的盖子等类物品的表面上,注明生产厂家、内容说明、制造年月日、批号等。
实施例
下面通过实施例来更具体地解释本发明,但本发明不受这些实施例的限定。下面列出在实施例中所用的各种原材料。

实施例1~11及比较例1~2
把按照下面表1的配方配合的丙烯酸酯组合物用一台3辊搅拌混合机混合均匀,分别制得:(a)“无色染料油墨”,和(b)“显色油墨”。然后将两者按1∶1的比例(实施例3中按(a)∶(b)=1.2的比例)混合均匀,即获得了本发明的标记用组合物。在比较例1和2中,以一种在甲苯中的溶解度不低的无色染料作为发色剂来制得供使用的标记用组合物。用一种棒状涂装器将标记用组合物涂装于铁板上,涂装量以固化后的膜厚达到20μm为准,然后用高压水银灯向涂膜照射紫外线,当该组合物硬化后即获得了试验片。用一台脉冲型二氧化碳激光照射器(BLAZAR6000mfd.由LaserTechnics,Ltd.生产,能量密度:3J/cm2)向这些试验片上照射激光,结果,在实施例1~11中皆获得了鲜明的黑色标记,但在比较例1~2却得不到。注意,在表1中的数字表示重量份。

性能与试验结束
使用在实施例1~11和比较例1~2中所获的试验片,用一台脉冲型二氧化碳激光照射器(BLAZAR6000mfd.,由LaserTechnics,Ltd.生产;能量密度:3J/cm2)向这些试验片上照射激光以形成一种黑色的标记,然后评价:1)本底变色;2)发色浓度;3)鲜明度;4)耐擦伤性;5)耐水性6)耐热水性;7)耐增塑剂性。所获结果示于下面表2中。

1)本底变色:用一台RD-914型Macbeth反射浓度计来测定在固化后但在激光照射前的试验片的发色浓度值。

2)发色浓度:用RD-914型Macbeth反射浓度计来测定试验片的标记部分的发色浓度值。
3)鲜明度:用目视法来判定标记的清晰度。
O:鲜明度良好;X:鲜明度不良(一般地说,本底变色越少,发色浓度越深,则鲜明度越好。)
4)耐擦伤性:把固化后但在激光照射前的试验片用手指甲刮过后,用目视法判定在基底上是否出现发色的痕迹。
O:不发色;X:发色。
5)耐水性:将标记后的试验片置于室温下的自来水中浸渍72小时,然后用上述的Macbeth反射浓度计来测定标记部分的发色浓度值。
6)耐热水性:将标记后的试验片置于80℃的水中浸渍30分钟,然后用目视法判定标记部分的退色状态。
O:不退色;X:完全退色
7)耐增塑剂性:用PVC包裹薄膜从两面将标记后的试验片包裹着以形成一种夹心层结构,然后在300g/cm2的重压下在40℃放置15小时,然后用上述的Macbeth反射浓度计来测定标记部分的发色浓度值
从表2中的3)解明度的数据可以看出,在实施例中的鲜明度良好,因此可以认为本发明的组合物是一种适用于激光标记的组合物。也就是说,与比较例相比,实施例中的组合物特别优良,这一点可用表2中的数据来证实,在表2中,2)是激光照射部分的发色浓度,而1)是激光未照射部分的发色浓度。2)与1)之比在比较例中约为2∶1,而在实施例中则约为10∶1,由此可以看出,在实施例中的比值大于在比较例中的比值。现在把使用同样显色剂的比较例1、2与实施例1、4、10进行对比,在实施例中作为发色剂使用的每一种无色染料在25℃的甲苯中的溶解度皆在2%以下,而在比较例中作为发色剂使用的每一种无色染料在25℃的甲苯中的溶解度皆在10%以上,因此可以认为,上述的本发明效果是由于使用了在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料所带来的效果。
另外,从表2中的4)耐擦伤性的数据来看,实施例1、4~8、10、11的数据优于实施例2、3、9的数据。从实施例1与2,实施例3与11等的比较可以看出,显色剂的影响是大的。
另外,从表2中的6)耐热水性的数据来看,实施例5~8、10、11的数据优于实施例1~4、9的数据。对于这些实施例来说,虽然从表2中的5)在常温下的耐水性数据看不出有明显差别,但是实施例1~4、9在热水中就发生了退色现象,因此可以认为,这是由于在后者中所用的显色剂在水中的溶解度随着温度的上升而大幅度地增加,从而使显色剂溶解于热水中的缘故,与此相反,在前者中不产生这种现象。
产业上利用的可能性
由于提供了一种本底变色少,通过激光的照射而显出鲜明颜色的标记用组合物,以及既能鲜明地发色,而且其牢固性也很优良的标记用组合物以及使用这种组合物进行激光标记的方法,因此可以认为,本发明在工业上具有很高的利用价值。
Claims (18)
1.一种标记用组合物,其中含有能量射线固化性树脂,在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料和显色剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的能量射线固化性树脂是一种紫外线固化性树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的在甲苯中的溶解度低的无色染料是一种在25℃的甲苯中的溶解度在5W/V%以下的无色染料。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的无色染料是:2,2-双(4-(6’-(N-环己基-N-甲氨基)-3’-甲基螺(酞酮-3.9-呫吨)-2’-基氨基)苯基)丙烷。
6.如权利要求1所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的显色剂是一种在甲苯中的溶解度低的显色剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在甲苯中溶解度低的显色剂是一种65℃的甲苯中的溶解度在10000ppm以下的显色剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在65℃的甲苯中的溶解度在10000ppm以下的显色剂是:磺酰苯酚型显色剂、亚甲基酚型显色剂或苯酚的聚合物。
9.如权利要求7所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在65℃的甲苯中的溶解度在10000ppm以下的显色剂是一种具有取代基的4,4’-磺酰二苯酚类显色剂或苯酚的聚合物。
10.如权利要求9所述的标记用组合物,其中所说具有取代基的4,4’-磺酰二苯酚类显色剂中的取代基是烷基、卤原子或烯丙基。
11.如权利要求1所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的显色剂是一种在甲苯中的溶解度低,而且在25℃的水中的溶解度在3ppm以下的显色剂。
12.如权利要求11所述的标记用组合物,其中所说在甲苯中的溶解度低,而且在25℃的水中的溶解度在3ppm以下的显色剂是2,2’,6,6’-四甲基-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚、2,2’,6,6’-四溴-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚或苯酚的聚合物。
13.如权利要求12所述的标记用组合物,其中所说的苯酚聚合物是一种聚对乙烯基苯酚类的聚合物。
14.一种标记用组合物,其中含有:紫外线固化性树脂、权利要求4所述的无色染料和权利要求12所述的显色剂中的至少一种物质。
15.一种标记用组合物,其中含有:紫外线固化性树脂、权利要求5所述的无色染料和权利要求12所述的显色剂中的至少一种物质。
16.一种激光标记方法,其特征在于,在已形成于物品表面上的,在权利要求1、14或15中所述的标记组合物的固化覆盖层上照射激光射线。
17.如权利要求16所述的激光标记方法,其中所说的物品是:瓶、盖子、标度板、标牌类或罐。
18.一种发色性组合物,在含有无色染料和显色剂的发色性组合物中的显色剂是2,2’,6,6’-四甲基-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚、2,2’,6,6’-四溴-4,4’-磺酰二苯酚或聚对乙烯基苯酚类。
