Abstract

에너지선 경화선 수지, 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 낮은 로이코 염료 및 현색제로 되어 있고 레이저 비임 조사에 의해 선명한 흑색으로 발색하는 마아킹용 조성물 및 이 조성물을 사용한 선명한 흑색의 마아크를 형성하기 위한 레이저 마아킹 방법.

Claims (18)

  1. 에너지선 경화성 수지, 톨루엔에 대한 저용해도의 로이코 염료 및 현색제를 함유하는 마아킹용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에너지선 경화성 수지가 자외선 경화성 수지인 마아킹용 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔에 대한 저용해도의 로이코 염료는 25℃에서의 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 5w/v% 이하의 로이코 염료인 마아킹용 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 로이코 염료가 아래의 구조식 (1)으로 나타내어지는 플루오란 화합물인 마아킹용 조성물.
    위의 식에서 R1과 R2는 메틸 그룹 또는 에틸 그룹이고, X는 플루오르 또는 염소이고, n은 0∼2의 정수이다.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 로이코 염료가 2, 2' -비스(4-(6' -(N-시클로, 헥실-N-메틸아미노)-3'-메틸스피로(프탈리드-3, 9' -크산텐)-2' -일아미노)페닐)프로판인 마아킹용 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 현색제가 톨루엔에 대한 저용해도의 현색제인 마아킹용 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 톨루엔에 대한 저용해도의 현색제는 65℃에서의 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 10,000 ppm 이하의 현색제인 마아킹용 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 65℃에서의 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 10,000 ppm 이하인 현색제가 술포닐페놀형 현색제, 메틸렌비스페놀형 현색제 또는 페놀 폴리머인 마아킹용 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 65℃에서의 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 10,000ppm 이하인 현색제가 치환기를 가진 4, 4' -술포닐디페놀형 현색제 또는 페놀 폴리머인 마아킹용 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 치환기를 가진 4, 4' -술포닐디페놀형 현색제의 치환기가 알킬, 할로겐 원자 또는 알릴인 마아킹용 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 현색제가 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 낮고 25℃에서의 물에 대한 용해도가 3ppm 이하의 현색제인 마아킹용 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 낮고 25℃에서의 물에 대한 용해도가 3ppm 이하인 현색제가 2, 2', 6, 6' -테트라메틸-4, 4' -술포닐디페놀, 2, 2', 6, 6' -테트라브로모-4, 4' -술포닐디페놀 또는 페놀 폴리머인 마아킹용 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 페놀 폴리머가 폴리-p-비닐페놀인 마아킹용 조성물.
  14. 자외선 경화성 수지, 제4항에 기재된 로이코 염료 및 제12항에 기재된 현색제중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 마아킹용 조성물.
  15. 자외선 경화성 수지, 제5항에 기재된 로이코 염료 및 제12항에 기재된 현색제중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 마아킹용 조성물.
  16. 물품의 표면에 형성된 제1항, 제14항 또는 제15항의 마아킹용 조성물의 경화된 코우팅층에 레이저 비임을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마아킹 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 물품이 병, 캡, 카아드, 라벨 또는 캔인 레이저 마아킹 방법.
  18. 로이코 염료 및 현색제를 함유하는 발색성 조성물에 있어서, 현색제가 2, 2', 6, 6' -테트라메틸-4, 4' -술포닐디페놀, 2, 2', 6, 6' -테트라브로모-4, 4' -술포닐디페놀 또는 폴리-p-비닐페놀인 발색성 조성물.
