Abstract
인듐-주석 혼합 산화물 및 알루미나,황산바륨,이산화규소 및 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종이상의 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 표식 잉크로 기판의 표면상에 정보를 인쇄하여 눈에 보이지 않는 표식-인쇄 재료를 제조하고;2~10㎛파장의 적외선을 눈에 보이지 않는 표식-인쇄 재료에 적용하여,상기 재료의 눈에 보이지 않는 표식 부위와 기타 부위의 적외선 흡수율을 측정하고 눈에 보이지 않는 표식이 의미하는 정보를 확인한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 기판상에 형성된 바 코드의 해독 장치의 개략도이다,제도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 기판상에 형성된 표식의 해독 장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (18)
- 인듐-주석 혼합 산화물 및 알루미나,황산바륨,이산화규소 및 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 표식 잉크로 기판의 표면상에 정보를 인쇄함을 특징으로 하는 눈에 보이지 않는 표식의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,인듐-주석 혼합 산화물이 5~95중량%의 인듐 산화물 및 95~5중량%의 주석 산화물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,인듐-주석 혼합 산화물이 40~90중량%의 인듐 산화물 및 60~10중량%의 주석 산화물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,표식 잉크가 알루미나,황산바륨,인산화규소 및 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 인듐-주석 혼합 산화물의 100중량부당 10~400중량부의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,표식 잉크가 알루미나,황산바륨,이산화규소 및 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 인듐-주석 혼합 산화물의 100중량부당 30~300중량부의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인듐-주석 혼합 산화물이 0.001~0.5㎛의 평균 입자 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,표식 잉크가 코팅 수지를 부형제로서 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,표식 잉크가 인듐-주석 혼합 산화물 및 알루미나,황산바륨,이산화규소 및 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물의 혼합물을 코팅 수지의 100중량부 (고체 함량으로서)당 50~1,000중량부의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,기판 표면이 표면에 적용된 파장 2~10㎛적외선의 20%이상을 반사함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,그라비야 코팅,실크 스크린 인쇄,오프세트 인쇄 또는 잉크 젯 인쇄에 의해 표식 잉크를 사용한 정보의 인쇄를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,표식 잉크를 사용한 정보의 인쇄를 0.5 내지 10㎛의 건조 막 두께로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 기판의표식 잉크 부위상에 추가로 투명 코팅을 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,투명 코팅을 1~20㎛의 건조 막 두께로 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 기판의 표식 잉크 부위상에 착색 잉크를 추가로 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,착색 잉크를 0.5~20㎛의 건조 막 두께로 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 수득된 눈에 보이지 않는 표식-인쇄 재료에 파장 2~10㎛의 적외선을 적용하여,상기 재료의 눈에 보이지 않는 표식 부위와 기타 부위의 적외선 흡수율을 측정하고.눈에 보이지 않는 표식이 의미하는 정보를 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 눈에 보이지 않는 표식의 해독 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서 적외선 검출기 또는 적외선 카메라를 사용하여 적외선 흡수율의 측정을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 인듐-주석 혼합 산화물 및 일루미나,황산바륨,이산화규소 및 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 표식 잉크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
